PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE AND GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO THE SAME. AT THE OUTSET, YOU WILL BE PURPOSELY PUT UNDER A WRONG LOW USAGE PLAN OF 1 GB EVEN IF YOU HAVE ASKED FOR A HIGHER PLAN. AS YOU START USING THE SERVICE AND UNKNOWINGLY, AS YOUR USAGE EXCEEDS 1GB YOU WILL START GETTING BILLED AT RS 2 PER EXTRA MB USED. SO, YOU WILL END UP WITH A BILL RUNNING INTO THOUSANDS AND WILL BE ARM TWISTED TO PAY THE AMOUNT FOR NO FAULT OF YOURS. THIS IS A NEW STRATEGY THE COMPANY IS ADOPTING TO MAKE MONEY BY UNFAIR MEANS.

I subscribed to a 10 GB plan in August 09 and was shocked to get a bill of Rs 3814 dated 11-Sep-09.
Since I had subscibed for a 10 GB plan, I was supposed to get a bill of only Rs 1250 while the balance of Rs 2564 was excessively charged to me. On calling up the company, I found out that I was put under the 1 GB plan and this excess amount was due to my usage beyond 1 GB. After numerous follow-ups and writing to the company several times, I was given a waiver of Rs 1210 only that too as if a big favor was done to me. Instead of giving a waiver of the entire Rs 2,564 carried , forward in the next 11-Oct-09 bill, I was waived off only Rs 1,212.20 and the balance of Rs 1,352 is still outstanding in my name.

I have again started getting calls to pay this extra amount, which I had to do against my wishes. Just imagine what a gameplan the company has. First, put the customer under a wrong plan, charge him extra and then waive off a little amount and force him to pay the balance. Real cool way to make money by unlawful means and also get away with it. Please beware of this service and this chor company

    The CRBT services on my mobile no [protected] has been activated without my concern which i have deactivated on 03.11.2009 when i came to know from one caller that caller tune has been set on my mobile. I call customer care and Immediately unsubsribed the services and got confirmation SMS at 6:50 PM and again at 8:34 PM (Refund of amount still pending). Again on 04.11.09 at 2:09PM i got an SMS that CRBT services has been renewed for a period of 30 days. When i contact customer care executive he informed me that i have requested for the renewal and informed me that they have the record.This is entirely a bogus record as i have not requested for any such services.I am using this number since more than 36 months and have never use any such services.

    Through this complain i want Reliance top authority should stop such type of activities in their organisation. I know reliance is such a large organisation that they can produce any documents for the evidence.

    I do not know till date how nuch money they have paid free to reliance.

    Strict action against the responsible executive may be initiated to stop such type of froud( I am using froud word as all these happens without my concern).
    they r doing as they wish.whenever we topup, they deduct the entire amount without our knowledge.

      Its very bad to say about the customer service of Reliance Infocomm for my connections. I'm a reliance user from 4-5 yrs
      i had prepaid n postpaid connections, currently you can check i'm using[protected] and net connect - [protected]. I've other postpaid connections too in my family : [protected] /[protected] / [protected]. Sir, the problem is due to good schemes in prepaid n as i dont have more calling now i wanted my connection to migrated to prepaid and i got a call from a collection agency "OM Enterprises" and Anil (collection executive) asked me to pay Rs. 789 /- to clear dues n for migration to prepaid. Next day he came at my office n confirmed his senior named Tushar and asked me to pay Rs. 889/- , i made the payment cash receipt no. 1381307 and they committed me by next day my number will be migrated to prepaid but after that payment was credited to my account n services were again started in postpaid only. After that, there was no response from both (Anil & Tushar) as i communicated them thru phone even i last called Anil and somebody said he has gone to Dubai. Quite Disappointing Response i was getting from your end this is last try to open ur eyes for the betterment in ur service. I've in writing from Anil (collection guy) prooving amount n migration to prepaid.
      Somewhat same thing happened with me when i purchased a Broadband Device online from Vriti Infocomm and was committed HSD network in my city n was offered a package (GOA - 2N/3D ) before purchasing the device but after that i didn't got any package nor i got the HSD network. Now i hope some consideration from reliance company over this otherwise you'll lose a valuable customer having so many connections in ur network and i hope i do not require any legal complaints to log against reliance company.

      Reliance — false commitments

      i was issued with 35 mobile numbers as corporate connection and i had paid 3 months rent in advance. on issuing these numbers sales manager told me to keep these numbers for at least 3 months in postpaid mode after that i can change into prepaid but after 4 months when i asked them to change few numbers in prepaid, they said you can not do that because its a company law to keep a corporate connection for at least 2 years and then i asked them how i can change them in prepaid they said pay us 50000 rs we will change it to prepaid. i don't know what to do so after thinking and to avoid extra rent i had to disconnect all of my numbers even my business numbers which lead a very big loss for me as i disconnect my numbers.
      can you please suggest me what actions i can take now?

        Dear sir
        I ve puchased Reliance broadbant connection (Data card). from vriti on 31 of October 2009. They offered me Goa package of 2N 3D stay and Meal in 3 star and above hotel at Goa, Offer can be avail in next one year from date of purchase.
        But now they not responding when I make a call on[protected] IVRS activated and request to stay on line and finally disconncted after 1.2 minut. out of 60 or more efforts even a single call is not yet conncted.
        I also forwarded about 4 email on their mail IDs given below-

        Reliance care <reliance.[protected]@vriti.com>;
        Reliance Harish Sharma <harishsharma.[protected]@gmail.com>
        Still I ve not any response from their side.
        These activities of Vriti Infocom make a suspecious inmression in general people. and should be treated as cheating.
        Why it shouldn't be procecuted in court. If you can help me in this matter then pls contact me or mail me.

        but there is network problem both indoor and outdoor ...in indoor i got no any network bar ...the tower is install 1/2 km away from my home..tower where install...

          I took a reliance connection (no: [protected]) on 20/10/2009 from "Reliance Communications No.99/100/101, Old No.74, Gandhibazar Mn Rd, Basavanagudi, Bangalore - 560004". I submitted my driving licence as my permanent address proof, provided with a photograph. Being a permanent resident o[censored]dupi, I submitted an OUT-OF-STATION form for my temporary residence at Bangalore, provided to me.

          I did exactly as i was instructed to at Reliance Communications. Inspite of this my cell was not activated that day. I reside at Brooke Fields, Bangalore, which is 20 km from the reliance communications, where i took my connection. I went to a reliance comm outlet at Koramangala, which is closer to my place, to enquire about this connection. I was asked to go to the same office and enquire. I went all the way. I was shocked to learn that my application and documents were still lying at the same desk where i submitted. The person incharge there (at Reliance Comm outlet, Basavangudi, Bangalore), informed me that since there was no power the previous day my connection was not yet activated. I found this reason to be lame since it is not possible for the outlet to not have power for one whole day. I was disappointed and requested them to get my phone activated at the earliest. By that day evening (21/10/2009), my they finally found time to activate my connection.

          All went well for a few days. I got a Rs249 pack (Rim-Rim unlimited free), for my connection. I was shocked again when i received a message from reliance stating that i had to submit my COMPLETE DOCUMENTS, failing which my connection would be blocked. I immediately contacted reliance care. I was informed not to worry if i had submitted all documents, since the sms from reliance was only a routine procedure. I believed. Later, on 29/10/09, my connection was indeed barred. I was out of station then. When i called reliance care, i was asked to resubmit my documents. I was surprised since I had done exactly as i was instructed to at Reliance Communications during submission.

          I returned to Bangalore on 02/11/09. The very next day i reached the reliance comm where i took this connection (reliance Comm outlet, Basavangudi, Bangalore). I was in for another shocker. This time i was told that the the OUT-OF STATION form which I had submitted was outdated. I had earlier filled up only those forms which they had instructed me to. I do not understand why my connection should be blocked, because of a Reliance Comm employee asking me to fill up some wrong form, in the first place. I had to re-submit all documents (which i had earlier submitted), with a revised OUT-OF-STATION form, for being a temporary resident of Banagalore. I requested for my connection to be rectified at the earliest. I was promised by Ms. NALINA at Reliance Comm outlet, Basavangudi, Bangalore that it would happen in 24 hrs.

          As usual, due to their casual approach, it never happened. It is 07/11/09 today. It has been 4 days since re-submitted the documents. My connection is still blocked. In spite of repeated calls and reminders to the Ms. Nalina at Reliance Comm, Basavangudi, Bangalore, absolutely no progress is visible to me yet and this is really disgusting. In fact, when I called today, she informed me that the documents were sent to the main office and I would get the connection only after Monday since no activations happen on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday (09/11/09) will me the 6th day of waiting, after re-submitting my documents on 03/11/09.

          Is this any sort of responsible behavior on part of Reliance Comm outlet, Basavangudi, Bangalore. It was them who made me fill the out-dated-wrong form in the first place. The Rs249 pack is running out too. I request for your kind immediate action.

            Reliance company deducted (Rs.30/- in Oct.09 and Rs. 20/- in Nov.09) my account illegaly again and again. I have never used VAS pack nor using.

            Reliance company is a Great Cheater.

            Company is cheating me. Does the company wants that i should not use this sim and close this sim?


            I want only that Rs.20 that is deducted illegaly return in my account and i want a commitment from company that this event will not be in future with me which is happening again and again.


            If my account will be deducting illegaly again and again, i will circulate this message to all of my friends which are using Reliace mobile service and my all friends will also forward this message to all of their friends and i will tell them that is the service of Reliance for illegal deduction. I am being harrased by Reliance.

            Once again Rs.20/- has been illegally deducted from my account on 02/11/2009. Rs. 30/- has been illegally deducted on 4/10/2009 also. I have already told you that i have not used nor using any services provided by you in which Rs.30 and Rs.20 should be deducted.


            Regarding this, i talked on *333 (at 7:08 am) to Mr.Uttam (reliance agent) and told him that i have not used any services provided by you. Mr. Uttam said to me that one call had come on your mobile from reliance for service and you have accept it. But I want to tell you confidently that any call did not come on mobile nor any sms for any service provided by you for which you have deducted my Rs.20/- again.


            When in last month, Rs.30/- had been deducted illegally, one call had come form this no. "[protected](Reliance web world, Allahabad)" on my mobile at 11:57 am and told me that ‘now any call or any messages will not come on your mobile from Reliance because we have deactivated (stopped) and also told me that you should lodge a complaint within 3 days of illegal deduction then we take action.’


            Last problem(illegal deduction Rs.30) is not solved completely and another problem (illegal deduction of Rs.20) has come.


            I want to know why reliance company deducting illegally my account again and again. Why company is cheating with me?

            I talked again on *333 with Mr. Abhishek (Team leader in reliance) on 8/10/2009, he told me that we have taken your complaint and assured me that i am forwarding a mail to our concerning department for your complaint and wait for needful action.
            When i call on *333 then companys' customer care staff say that company is looking your detail.
            Mr. Abhishake(supervisor) told me on10/8/09 that i also sent a reminder to our relevent department about your illegal deduction. He also told me that my computer is showing this message about your illegal deduction - 'Complaint is sent to relevent department and appropriate action to be taken'.
            Reliance company has made me mentally ill. I am completely tired to talk on *333.
            So I want to know very clearly that how much time will company take to solve my problem and my money (ie. deducted illegaly) will be returned in my account or not?

              Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.45 pm Without my activation Reliance Activate Caller Tune in My RIM Connection.
              I have Unsubscribe caller tune service Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.50 pm.
              I received SMS from 52345 (Reliance) That "You have Successfully unsubscribed from Reliance caller tunes service."
              I talk with Sandeep (RIM Customer care Executive) at 2.30 or 3.00 pm
              I ask how you activate caller tune without my permission, He reply my system sayz you activate service (Indirectly he want to say that I am (Customer) is layer).
              Today 07/11/09 at 02.45 am I received one more SMS from reliance "Dear Customer, U are subscribed to Caller tune at Rs1/2 days. To cancel, SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(TollFree) Reliance"
              I talk with Reliance Customer Care Executive (Veena) at 8.10 am. She reply me that it take 24 Hr to Unsubscribe service. I am very Unhappy with her way of talking with Customer. She was in Angry Mood.
              I woul like to Feedback that " Why you send SMS that You have Unsubscribed Service !! Please send Sms like your Unsubscribe Caller Tune Request in proses & It will take 24 Hr. for Unsubscribe.

When i confirmed the same from the dealer he let me know that same has been submitted at local reliance office at that given day i approach Rword office of panipat the Customer care executive who was sitting there refused to take my identity proof there not only this they refused to log a complaint also.They told us that we have to again cross check the same from the local dealer from where we have purchase the SIM Card.

              Please let me know that all the dealer's who are selling your product are dealing with us on behalf of our company. But still both of them are Dealer As well As Rword is playing me Marry -Go- Around.                 I surrended the certificate of my Reliance Equity Fund - Growth Plan on 17th Sept at my agent's office and have been informed that it was redeemed on 24th Sept and the money would be sent to my bank accooutt. But the amount has been not yet reached my bank till date, 05/11/09. May I pls know how can i get the amount.
                I had submitted redemption request on 17.10.2009 through the agent. Reliance Mutual Fund Office, Manipal Centre has despatched a cheque for an amount approximately Rs.1.10 lakhs on 21.10.2009 through first flight courier service. On 22.10.2009, it was indicated in the courier slip that door was locked. On 23.10.2009 in the courier slip, it was recorded that the consignment has been delivered. All the above development has taken place only upon enquiring by me the investor. Till today i.e. 7.11.2009 I have not received the cheque. I have made lot of efforts to enquire but in vain. May I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am furnishing my consignment No.F22319117 and Complaint with first flight courier No.134428. Thanks

                    My mobile no is [protected]. I have recharge my no by 50 and then 100 on 2nd feb 2010 and then activated an scheme of gprs plan of 99 rs.

                    Till now the balance is getting deducted from my no whenever i use gprs and when i complained in coustomer care they are saying u have not activated this service and none o[censored]r balance is recharged

                      Dear Sir Madam
                      This is a complaint regarding the False billing By the Reliance Broad Band after Termination of services.
                      I would like to bring to your notice the i use to have a broad band connection of Reliance with the User Id :[protected] . For this account i have placed a request with the customer Care for termination and the services got terminated on !0 th Aug 09 as i have received a call for the customer care also it is reflecting in the Bill of sep 09 Bill . But still I have not recived My full and final bill for payment instead i am receiving bills for the month of sep 09 and oct 09 for which they are charging me The rentals and also i am receiving a lot of call from the collection agences asking me to make the payment . The collection agency also abuses me for not making the payment for which i am not liable .When contacted the customer care they say the the have taken down my request .but still i am receiving abusive calls from the collection agency. the complaint which i have register with the customer care states that the services are terminated and i do not have to make payed but still i am receiving bills and call from collection agency.
                      Please help me out

                          I've taken a GSm reliance connection ([protected]) on 26th of October 2009 from there till date i'm not able to use the connection even for 48 hrs.because it is barred from reliance end itself..
                          this stupid company says that they have customer care and customer is not satisfied they have nodel officer cell and all.
                          Till date non of the executive have attaneded me even from the custoemr care, and there nodel officer Ms.Lakshimi is also not picking up the phone...

                          I HERE BY ADVICE YOU PEOPLE DON'T TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM RELIANCE, IT IS REALLY CHEATING ORGANIZATION.

                          after receiving cash from me with out any reason if i'm facing such problem what will be your future...

                            1. I had taken a post paid Internet connection with no [protected] of Reliance Netconnect in Feb 2008 from Haldwani uttarakhand.After using it for 1 year I terminated the connection by clearing all the dues in march 09 and kept the data card unused(RSN-RHWAC[protected]) for this period.
                            2. On 22 aug i took new no [protected] by submitting all documents.
                            3. Now the connection is not through,reliance customer care people are saying that on data card once post paid connection is used then new prepaid (connection cannot be established(told by reliance customer care jodhput where i m posted).
                            4. A device of 3000/- rupees is worthless. i request reliance to do needful to rectyfy this problem.

                              I have taken new reliance broadband post paid combo plan(300 kbps Rs 649 monthly) on 21st of Oct 2009.
                              On 2nd of November the land phone stop working and when I write a complain to [protected]@relianceada.com they inform that I have given a request for termination so they can not take my request.I have never give any termination request to them.How can I give a termination request for land line only while the plan is a combo plan.They are not doing anything to fix the problem in my land phone while I don't have any unpaid bills.For reference I can provide my subscriber id and land ph number.

                                  I have purchased a HP Compaq laptop presario v3000 about 2 years back and subsequently got a reliance netconnect modem during the time. I am using the same for past two years and fully satisfied about the performance of net connection and speed sofar.

                                  I have decided to sell out my laptop as I have been given a brand new laptop with home net connection by my company, I have decided to surrender my RELIANCE NETCONNECTION also.

                                  Please note the same and disconnect the same immediately.

                                  Also please inform me about refund details from Reliance Communications with regard to this. and also the surrender formalities for Reliance netconnect modem and the CD which were given to me earlier.

                                  I purchased a reliance USB for home usage & The billing was very high inspite of my non usage of the number.I requested for the disconnection of the connection in last month itself and that too after the very high amount bill payment which was not right.. Even then the disconnection was not done and now I got another bill which has again an amount of which I never used..
                                  Can I accept a help here?? Can u pls disconnect the number?

                                  I was transferred from Chengannur to Idukki in Oct.2014. In my area there is no reliance net connection. I contacted customer service for surrender. I have been advised to travel to Kottayam 140 kms from my place to surrender the same. Due to employment reasons I could not do so.

                                  As a result I have been paying my bills without using the services as I did not want to be a defaulter. (during the entire period it was used at Ernakulam just to see if the same was working)
                                  I want to surrender the connection[protected] and get refund for the period I have not used the same.
                                  Even now I can not go to Kootayam to surrender . Kindly disconnect the services and give refund.

                                  I've subscribed to Reliance Pro 3 by this week Tuesday, I never seen such a worst service provider in telecom, while buying device they said max 3.1Mbps( i think its max 300 kbs) Worst network it never reached 300 kbs speed.

                                    i applied for new broadband connection i paid Rs.562 to shushil your agent south ex delhi,through chack last year but still nothing happend your engineer came he said network is not working here so soon you ll recieve your money back. plz return my money .i complaint so many times but none take action

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        This is to inform you that i have purchased a reliance CDMA Postpaid connection 199 plan [protected] from one of the reliance outlet at Kharghar, Near Hiranandani , Navi Mumbai.
                                        At the time of purchasing the same i asked them that i need a Reliance plan in which i want Reliance cdma to gsm free , so one of the girl from there suggested me the reliance 199 postpaid plan , i asked them several time that is it free , she said yes reliance cdma to gsm is free. so on that basis i purchased the same plan and in the first month i got bill of 450/- , though i didnt asked for details and i cleared the bill, Now in the second month i again got the bill of 900/- hence i asked for bill details and i found that the call to reliance Gsm mobile are not free , so i went again in that outlet and they said the person who told you this information had left this company and now they are denying that there is no such plan of Reliance cdma to gsm free. Hence for the same reason i didnt paid the bill so they barded my outgoing call.
                                        now i m not able to call or msg anywhere, is it so that i have to pay that much amount of bill though its not at all my mistake, why should i face these difficulties as the mistake is not mine.
                                        Please revert me back as soon as possible.
