Sir,

My prepaid a/c no [protected] (karnataka) were debited Rs.3/- on 3/12/09 and Rs.30/- on 5/12/09 on RMS service without my permission. While chckeing with Customer care centre in Bangalore Mr. Ajay and every one are telling system is not working you call after 10 minits. They are not connecting to their superior for further enquiry what should i do in this regards.

Kindly suggest me for my rights.

    I was travelling through Panvel bound CR train on 7.12.2009.I boarded the train at G.T.B.Nagar station.Somebody has stolen my Micromax X.250 mobile hand set having Reliance GSM No.[protected] between Vashi station and Nerul station around 6.15 pm to 6.45 pm.I wanted to go to Khandeshwar.Please barr my incoming as well as outgoing services.

    I request your kind honour to issue me a duplicate card of the same number [protected] as I am a Central Govt employee and working as Office Supdt work being public oriented so the same number is very much essential to me.

      Dear Sir/Madam,


      I have applied for Reliance Broad Band Internet for 649 plan on 30 Sept 2009 by paying Rs.500.
      Application Receipt No: [protected]
      After I applied, I got a confirmation call and they told that it will be installed within 2 Weeks. But I waited around 2 Weeks, I got NO response from reliance. Then I applied for Cancellation. They confirmed that it is Cancelled and you will get back DD of Rs.500 in your name.

      Second time I applied back by paying Rs. 500 again since there was an Offer for 649 plan on 13/10/2009. Application Receipt No: [protected].
      After a month time they informed that there is NO Network in my place.
      But before applying may times I have confirmed whether there is a Network coverage. They told YES. Now they are telling the second connection also has been Cancelled.

      But till now I have not received any DD (Rs. 500 x 2) for both the connection cancellations from Reliance.

      I have called the local reliance office (Ph. No.[protected] & customer care so many times and they are telling it will come within 20 days. Also I have sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but till now no response.

      I am now frustrated with reliance's service

      So please help me in getting back my Rs. 1000 back.

      I had the same experience in bangalore.. i am also waiting for refund of 500rs..
      I also have the same Issue my ref no is [protected], i has registered 2 weeks back, still i had not got the connection

        mumbai is finance capital of india , c ward is finance way for mumbai but dew to network problem we can,t survive

        i completely agree. reliance is the worst service. they are completely fraud. most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problems would be solved, but even after months of complaints and e-mails, the result is zero. i am completely fed up of the service
        There is is freequent network failure in dehradun region specially in Premnagar(near IMA).There were no signals from 9am to 3pm even today, inconvineince is being caused to the customers as we cannot make or receive any calls .Many a times complaints have been made to *333 but still no improvement is being seen it seems reliance dont have any good technicians who could work out for this network problem, this company dont even bother for any old customer who pays a monthly revenue of Rs.1000 pm and since last three years .Company needs to improve their network related issues in order to mantain its customer base .Company should work ethically in this matter.
        My mobile has been facing the problem without network for 5 days. I gave complaint to the customer care for 5 times. They did not respond well. I asked the mail id of Anil Ambani. But they insisted to give his mail i.d. How long can I wait for recover this problem. So I want claim a case on the company. My number is [protected]. Please give response how can I claim a case on the company.
        Dear Sir,

        We have complained many and many times regarding very poor network coverage in our area. The last complaint was logged in on September 13, 2008, for which we have received reply saying that we will get respond within 6 days. But we regret to inform you that till date we neither got any reply nor any improvement in the network coverage.

        My instrument is Nokia 6275. I charge battery in the morning and every day by evening the battery become down. I thought it may be due to battery's problem and I purchased a new battery worth Rs. 600/-. Evenafter that, at the end of the day, it shows the battery is down. When I told to other Reliance Mobile holders, they also have the same problem and then we came to know that it was due to the weak network.

        I also changed my tariff to Rs.550/-per month scheme, which offered free call all over India from Reliance Mobile to Reliance Mobile. Due to the very weak network coverage, I am unable to speak with either my customers or my relatives.

        Here, we have 34 connections with Reliance (Company & Individual). Everybody is now thinking to change the connection due to the weak network. Request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful else we have to surrender all the connections.

        Reliance GSM — poor network, poor connectivity, difficult to make std & local

        I have taken a Reliance gsm connection in the 1st week of Feb 09. i have recharged this no with 650 rs std calling card. but whenever i dial a std (with*375 or with out) or local no during 4 pm to 12 am it only says this route is busy. i have to dial a number more than 10 times to get connected. i have complained several times to the customer care executive but they says this is because of the temporary network congestion. this will be alright by tomorrow... But m still waiting for the tomorrow to come.
        i op on my relince accout but they do not top on my rs45 is vast.
        i have tried to call so many times after 11pm but due to network problem i didn't call to anyone...i have taken a recharge of rs 650 RSCcard dated on 25 march...i have register the complaint to the customer care executive, but till now i have not get any response from the reliance gsm side...once a lady, which belongs to the reliance gsm (called from mumbai)...she was said that this problem will resolve with in a couple days more...but from that day to today...the problem still exist...
        when we call to any number, we have to tried so many times...after a long time the call connects...
        what benificial that the some one call to anyone after a 12 o clock (in night)...

        As informed you in person in your shop few days back, i am facing following problems.

        2) when ever i receive a phone call on my mobile, i try to redail but it tells me that the service is not provided contact reliance customer care, when i edit the number and delete +91 it works taht means everytime to redail in case of an unknown number i have to edit????

        3)I have not been able to Dial not even one bsnl dot number it tells me service not available.

        4)sms and business card through text message i struggle.

        5)Wrong numbers, i receive calls but on display it shows a known number when i pick up the call wastage of time ?????

        6)Clients try to call me but complain that my phone is always switched off, when my phone is always on, in short many people cannot reach me.

        Mr Tripathi i had informed you that i had started new agency business two weeks back and circulated this number [protected] to about 150 clients, now i am in a difficult situation, i am losing business, which is not acceptable to anybody, you had convinced me that i should go for reliance assuring prompt service and good connectivity????

        I am awaiting reply of this mail till tomorrow also would appreciate if all problems are corrected in next two days or i have to rethink about my connection [protected] also at present i am not interested in any new connections from Reliance in future.

        Reliance / Mobile — Conectivity

        Dear Concern,

        I take a reliance connection of GSM in the month of January. But from last 20 days in my office, I am not getting any conectivity that's why i can't call and received any call. In the morning 9.30 to 6.00 pm. my phone is like dead phone. Phone don't show tower in phone. I am very much fed up to this connection and I moving for another company connection. This problem is specialy in mathura (u.p.).

        You can call me only before 9.30 or after 6.00. Inbetween my phone will be not reachable. Why should I do.
        What I expect from reliance company ( India no.1 communication company).

        I have recharged rs 81 for GPRS yesterday but from 8/7/09 at 3.00pm i was unable to access net due to some changing in GPRS plane in ur systems or company so i was not able to access it for 17hrs even i recharged 81 rupees for 7days only i lost 1 day due to urs changes not even a small fault by me who is responsible for my loss, THE COMPANY i want my refund of the loss, will u extend my accessing period for 17hrs or call me now within 2 hrs if not this complaint is cleared then i will make a case against u in CONSUMER COURT plz don't think tis is just a joke if a call from a seniors or chief is not come to my mobile then u will better know ..Please kindly solve my avobe problem & give me back the time lost due to urs some changing in GPRS settings

        with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM bearing no [protected] the costumer care executives are do not allowing me to talk with the seniors or neither the seniors call backed me in the given time, and when i want talk any thing about my problem they telling only their side not allowing me to talk, and one of the costumer executive misbehaves with me on 8.7.09dt at approximately 11.04 pm at night and they do not register my complain and said our TL will call u very soon but the TL did not call me back, the executives still cannot solve my problem and not transfered to the senior and said that the TL is busy now this process continues for 17hrs, i[censored] will not call me or u will not listen my request with in 2 hrs i will take the help of CONSUMER COURT

        Few months ago i buy reliance gsm sim card under the scheme where company was offering Rs 10 talk time everyday, as soon as I used the services there was major network problem but the sim was searching the network and finally I managed to utilise the services, But after the scheme period is over I am unable to search network, please improve the spectrum and network quality you are loosing your good will .

        Yes, Reliance GSM service is very bad. There should be some action taken against it.Its service is really bad.I have done a local SMS recharge of Rs. 32 but none of the messages are delevered to any of the number. just it shows Pending in Delevery Report.

I told them to give me the name of verification agent but he not given the name who gave them the wrong information because my parents and my elder brother also residing with me at same placed.         Reliance is the worst service.most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problem would be solved, but even after months of complaints and e-mails to customer care, nodal officer, and other higher authorities the result is zero. i am completely fed up of the service.TOTALLY THIRD CLASS SERVICE

        Reliance GSM — network unavailability

        i am a prepaid user with no. [protected].the network availability of reliance gsm is too poor in closed areas.th enetwork signals vanish as i enter any building or even my room. i have complaint several times in this regard but still the problem persisits.i have the complaint registered with no.[protected].it was said that the problem will be solved within 15 days but still the condition is same
        My mobile phone no. [protected] is a prepaid mobile no. which whenever top up recharge is done deducts balance qouting negative balance earlier.

        Local Reliance web world and manager( At port blair) has not given any satisfactory answer.

        Mumvbai customer care has also not given any satisfactory reply despite repeated queries.

        How can prepaid mobile have negative balance despite no tusing R world.

          i am a prepaid holder of Reliance CDMA service and my mobile no is [protected]. since many time they are saubscribed my account for different schemes only after receiving their advertisement call.

          and after subscribed they renewed time-to-time with debited my account and at the time of renewal i cant contact their customer care department for at least 2 days. after mde contact with them they also not give propoer answer and denied for give any proper responsible person's adress. by this way they are doing mal-practice with customer.

          after sending 2 reminders they have not done any single revert.

          2 reminder letters are attached here with which are forwarded to their bombay and ahmedabad office.

            I had applied for internet connection on 4th apr 09 by paying Rs 500 through cheque.
            Their people promised me to provide connection within 7 working days.
            But when almost a month passed i didnot get the conection, i registered a complain but was in vein.
            Bill was keep on generating without the connection.
            Finally i requested the customer care for termination on 2nd week of May (Complain no:[protected] and my connection was terminated on 16th of may 09.
            so far i had not received any modem or phone.
            Suddenly on 20th may their tech. person came & appologige for the delay and gave me the modem & phone, saying that he will reactive my account.
            After that also i couldnot access web. Then again i registered a complain with customer care.
            They told the connection was terminated on 16th may 09 and cannot be activated.
            What does it mean?? These people have cheated me. Now they are asking the modem back.
            I have not returned the modem so far because i need my 500 bucks back. They are unable to give connection, That is not my fault.
            Just to save face the modem was given after disconnection.

            This type of nuisance 420 is not expected from such a reputed company.

            Dear Sir,
            This is to inform you that I am still facing lots of problems, just because I made a mistake in past by trusting reliance broadband and applying for their services.
            As a customer of reliance, my feedback is that, there is no transparency at all in billing done by reliance broadband. And Customer care of reliance, you can do nothing, but just bang your head with them.
            In spite of continuous request for termination of my connection, nobody contacts from your side. All the notifications I receive from your company are to pay my bill, for the services which I never used. I am continously filing requests for termination of the connection, but nobody turns up, and when I call customer care to know about what has been done for the request. I get to know that, I am willing to continue the connection as per your records.
            Over and above all these problems I am facing, you are sending me bills, even after knowing that my services are barred, and I dont want to use reliance broadband ever in my life, which is absolutely unethical dealing.
            I request you to stop sending bills and telephoning me for payment of the services I have not even used, and properly terminating the services.

            I took a new broadband connection on 26-June-2008 and got connected immediately with the unlimited download speed of 333 kbps, but not really speed, it took 2 day to download 24MB data, than i called the customer care and requested them for the speed and they did, not immediately but after 48 hours and it was connected just for a week only then they showed up their real service by disconnecting every alternate days. I was calling them every alternate days and was requesting them for the connection to be on, but their response is "we have forwarded your request to the technical department they will call you within 24hrs/48hrs/72hrs" but no one called till now except only once. I haven't used the connection for more than 20 days in this 52 days, but you know they will send the bill correctly on 13-Aug-2008 and the billing due date will be 13-Aug-2008 without I am using the connection paid the bill, because to let them know i paid the bill correctly and I thought at least then they will come to know I have paid it and they will give good service, but... not at all. After I paid the bill I got disconnected till today. But whenever I call the customer care the always say "Sorry for the Inconvenience caused" and "we have forwarded your request to the technical department they will call you within 24hrs/48hrs/72hrs". I feel like I am talking to IVR (Interactive voice response) everybody repeating the same words without missing any word or the sentence. why the hell they 'Realiance' cheat the people like this. until we take the connection they beg us, and after that they make us to beg them, thats why the poor becoming poorer and the rich is becoming richer with this Tactics. Please help the people who lose like this, I am not happy for everything happening like this to everybody. there is lot more to pen, but I have no time.

            I live in Visakhapatnam. I paid Rs 500 to a Rel Executive to lay me a Broadband connection with monthly rental of Rs 450, I will also give you his name; Ch. Eswara Rao, cell No: [protected], This guy knowing that there is no connection applicable in my region asked me that he will do this for my sake. I filled the form and paid the money on 4th Oct 2008, and then the Drama starts, Whenever I called this fellow, he used to say that he is trying. I waited for some time and after that I went to the office, and asked the matter with the Team Leader. He said he will contact me, but no use. I waited again. On 29th I made a complaint to Reliance Customer Service, they are irresponsible too. I really want to sue these people.

            Please be careful with these guys they are such an as**les. Reliance really sucks.
            Hi guys how reliance broadband executives are cheating the customers.
            I live in Karnataka. I paid Rs 500 to a Rel Executive to lay me a Broadband connection with monthly rental of Rs 842, in jan 2008 The service was very worse, so i asked them to disconnection. There is no proper Reliace office in Banglore, So i called the C C to take my request, they didn't provide me any proper MSG, i cleared all balance amount. They disconnected after 3 months, And they are sending me balance of aug 2007, I dont know how Reliance company maintaining data,

            The customer care guys of reliance broadband (RCOM) is a bunch of nincumpoops. Inspite of termination of the services I continued receiving inflated bills so much so that when I did'nt pay them they sent me a court notice.

            I had applied for Relaince Broadband Connection 20 days back and had paid 500 rs advance but till now i havent got the connection. When i call the customer service they say they cant help as they are not responsible for this and they in turn ask me to geti n touch with the local sales head whose name is Purnima. Similarly when i try calling the sales agent whose name is Dileep ([protected]) he also does not pick up his cell. The advance which i paid to the company is also debited from my bank account. The people who work in relaince call centre dont even have the basic cortesy to talk. I would like to Ask Anil Ambani to get more professional persons into his organisation who have the basic deceny to talk & are responsible enough toward his customers.

            my broadband connection was in the name of manoj gupta and even the phone connection...later we had returned the instrument and got the number changed and even got the connection in the name of smt. mamta gupta the id being the same...now the id has been temporarily barred..and i am not able to understand the reason behind it...we are paying the monthly bills which are being payed in the name of smt. mamta gupta...we are receiving the bills from that name and when being asked at the cutomer care...they say that the connection is still in the name of manoj gupta...though we receive the bills which show that the payment is being made in the name of smt. mamta gupta..we have been paying all the bills with no due bills..but at the customer care they say that the connection is still in the name of manoj gupta and there is some due bill..which is clearly wrong...

              Since last one week, there is a constant absence of network for mobiles using reliance sim in CIDCO area of nashik. Absence of range for a little time on some day is tolerable....but continously it has been absent now. Its heard that there is some issue of not paying tax related to mobile towers. Its a serious issue. If they cant provide a proper network,the sheer basics for cellphone, why are they even running the service?

                I have given termination request to Reliance customer care for my broad band connection. Thay told me that it will be terminated with in 7 days. But they keep on sending bills every month. After three months they asked me to return the modem. I asked them to give me a settlement letter.They have give the settlement letter stating this is the final settlement.I have paid the amount and i have surrendered the modem to the executive by getting recieved signature in the back side of the settlement paper. Now they are sending lok adalt notice to pay the three months bill and also the modem charges.
                Reliance is one of the most cheating company i have ever seen.

                I want to file a consumer complaint against reliance
                mobile industries.

                I am a post paid subscriber of reliance, my no is [protected].
                I registered on 30th july 2008 for rim to rim unlimited free calling plan.
                I get the plan acceptance message on 31 july. After that ideally any
                call to rim sud not be charged but they are charging my all calls
                irrespective of what network I am calling.

                I have resorted to the customer care of reliance many times but no
                help was provided.

                I kept receiving messages from reliance bill department that my usage
                are high and they cut my outgoing . every time they do this I had to
                deposit the advance bill to restart my outgoing services. This has
                happened too many times in last month.

                The point to be noted is that the bill I deposited was fraud but to
                start my outgoing I had no other option other than advance payment of
                bill which I hope would be returned back once my problem of false bill
                generation will be sorted out.
                But nothing happen to my complaint and I paid unnecessary bills and
                still I don't have out going in my mobile.

                  Demand Notice 5 years after disconnection of mobile connection.

                  I had taken reliance CDMA connection vide # [protected] in May/Jun 2003 on payment around Rs. 3300/- toward shand set and connection. Said connection was disconnected on 15 Feb 2005. Reliance Field staff forcibly collected from me Rs. 936/- also made me surrender the hand set towards full settlement of the account. Their field staff played foul tricks to access my adress which created lot of problems in may family. I didnot receive any communications from the company thereafter till date.

                  Now all of a sudden, after almost 5 years I have received a Demand Notice from their lawyers that I owe them Rs. 4637.63. This has proved that Reliance is unreliable organisation.

                  I am contemplating legal steps againts Reliance Com for dragging me into unnecessary and unwanted litigation.

                      i am still a costumer but of Reliance Netconnect service. My data card number is [protected]. I am availing this service from 13th Oct 2009. Initially my service plan was BROADBAND+15GB and I took the service in which one month usage of the data was free(Under 15GB usage were said to be free for the first month).

                      My first bill of Rs 0.0 was generated on 25th Oct 2009. My usage was 693051.9 Kb which can be converted to .6609GB. Now this thing was in my mind that I haven’t used my plan well. So, from 25th of oct 2009 to 12th of Nov (the date where my plan ends) I used 12432465 KB of my limited usage which can be converted to 11.8565 GB.

                      My monthly consumption of data from 13th oct to 13th nov 2009 was 12.5174 GB, which comes under the limited usage of permitted 15GB.

                      From 13th nov onwards I changed my plan to BROADBAND +1 GB day+10 GB Night.

                      Now on 25th nov 2009 my next bill from 25th oct to 25th nov was generated which says I have exceeded 2,727.00 MB during the period (From 25th oct to 13th nov )and is costing me another sum of Rs 1,363.50 to the total amount. (This is mentioned on the 3th page last row of my bill ).

                      I have talked to the Costumer Care regarding this issue and they told me about the method of the calculation which involves that silly formulae of calculating the exceed amount of the usage. [(Total Consumption) – {(total allowance)/30 * no. of days}] * .50 Rs.

                      Following are my issues regarding the bill

                      1. Why my unused allowed data which I didn’t consumed before the generation of the bill was carry forwarded to the next days of the month when I was in the same plan. Otherwise I could have used my data limit well during those days. I was allowed to use 5.8066 GB of data as per your intensively researched formulae but as a dumb I planned it use during the last days of the month and I only used .6609GB, which means I was fooled by as huge as 5.1397 GB, size of data.

                      2. If this is the rule of Reliabce then why it wasn’t made clear to me that your unused allowed consumption of the data will be washed as soon as u get the first bill. Otherwise I have been wise using my limit.

                      3. Why my billing cycle is 25th of every month when I started my services on 13th of the oct. If it were so I didn’t have to pay that overhead amount and everything would have been smooth, as I thought initially. I didn’t know that my billing date is going to be 25th of every month.


                      I have send the above details to the netconnect service department of the reliance and in the reply they have said that the bill was charged correctly and the billing was done on the prodata basis just because of the change in plan during the billing cycle.

                      They are calculating both the amounts (Before and after the change in plan) on the prodata basis which is a huge question.

                      I have stopped using Reliance Netconnect Broadband Service some 3 to 4 months back. Even though the service is supsended they are still charging me per month rent. They are asking me to pay the bill till date.

                        I took a new connection(Mobile No. [protected]) from Reliance Mobile Showroom at Gopinath Market, Delhi Cantt on 30 Nov 2009.

                        While taking connection, I paid 150 rupees (49 rupees for sim and 101 rupees for tariff of 50 paise STD). As I did not received any amount, the next day, I recharged my number with Rs. 100 using ICICI Net Banking. I got amount of Rs. 90.66, but all my STD calls were taking Rs. 1.50 per minute.

                        When I inquired with that Showroom (Ph. No. [protected]) on 01 Dec 2009, they told me that my problem will be resolved. after few minutes, I got an sms from 52811 saying, "Dear Customer, your a/c will be credited with Rs. 50 & benifits of 50p/min within 24 hrs. Amt payable is Rs101. Reliance" .

                        But till date, I did not get any amount and my call charges is also Rs. 1.50/min.

                        After inquiring with Reliance Customer Care, they confirmed that as my first recharge was not Rs. 101, I will not get any benefit and my Rs. 101 is looted by Reliance.

                        Now, my question is "where has my Rs. 101 gone. I did't get any service for this amount. Is it not pure injustice?"

                          Dear sir, I reside in Badlapur,Thane.I am owner of the number [protected].The network of Reliance GSM is very weak in my area.I cannot communicate because of this.I tried to contact the customer service but nobody responds.The company claims to have the widest and best network coverage, but it isnt really true. The company should not have rights to make false claims like this.The network is very poor here in my area.Please bring to the notice of reliance gsm service providers that please look into this matter and sort it as soon as possible.Poor network coverage puts a question mark on the technical compatibility of the company.

                          Reliance GSM — BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

                          Iam using reliance service since2007.Ever since i am using the service, i haven't faced so much problem with the network part but yeah ...customer service by the reliance guys are becoming to much bad.Am totally pissed up with the customer care people.Whenever u call, most of time u'll not get the response.By luck when u get them in call and say the complain, they reply"Our information team will call you back'', but no call comes.I had taken caller tune service but without giving ne caller tune, they are deducting 20 Rs...wats that man!!!Really by giving these kind of service reliance people are ruining there image in the market.

                              I have purchased Reliance Classic Handset in the yrs. 2008 By The Reliance Gallery.
                              The handset have many problems and i visit to the authorise service center of classic Handset,
                              The center gives me certificate of "Dead on Arrival Cert." for replacement of Handset within the warranty period.
                              But when i visit to the gallery with replacement order he refused to replace the handset by demanding the cover Box of Handset. He also gives me written statement of not replacement of handset without cover box.
                              but there is not way to demand this.

                              1) Simply i Make the complaints to the Customer care about the reliance gallery but i have recieved any reply and never get any help from Relaince.
                              2) I want to Know in such reason, if the Handset is not replace in presence of right document then where i have to make this complaints and against Manufacturing company or Reliance Communication.


                              * Who is the first person for replacement of Handset?
                              * The Manufacturing company is china so how the customer make the complaints against them in consumer forum.
                              * Is the customer have any rights to file a complaints against Reliance gallery or Reliance communication in the consumer forum.
                              If yes then under which laws the complaint can booked


                              pls. reply me as the case is already in consumer forum since 1 yrs. and i am not getting any help from the court.

                                From 10th november 2009, I cannot SMS any nokia handsets. Whenever I SMS any nokia handsets, the recipient nokia handsets show message format not supported or message cannot be displayed. while all other handsets can easily read my messages. I have LG RD5130 handset, reliance customer care told me that my handset has technical problems and told me to show my handset to LG authorised service centre. On checking my handset LG service centre told me that my handset has no problems and why this is hapenning, they have no idea. Reliance customer care also says that they have no idea.
                                so where should i go?? who can solve my problem????

                                  Sir,I had taken reliance data card on 30th october,and I did not got any information for 4 days finally I contacted them and I got to know that my documents got rejected.Then I submitted another document
                                  1.House Agreement
                                  2.Voter Identification Card
                                  3.Photo

                                  Then again I did not got any information for 4 days after contacting 3 different people I got MDN and PIN number.When I tried to activate my data card then I got to now that PIN number is not a valid number.I tried to contact customer care and they said my documents are not yet received.When I contacted the sale man he is saying that he already submitted the documents.

                                  I waited for 1 weeks and I din't got any inofmration from any of them.Finally I am fed up of their service and asked them to cancel my connection and the sales man said I will receive my chec in a wee.This happened 3 wees bac and dint got any infromation from them.When ever I contact them they will keep on saying visit our office personally.

                                  I registered my mobile number in reliance website and some one contacted me and sales man came to my home and delivered the data card.Now they are asking me to visit their office personally to cancel the connection.

                                  I paid 2,250 and had under went all these trauma.

                                    I have register my self in do not call registry. I never like any promotional calls and sms from reliance so i registered myself in do not call registry. Every month they deduct from my account Rs 30 for devotional pack and renewal charges everymonth which i have not subscribe for. I called the customer service evrytime and say i dont want anything from you guys then to they deduct it everytime and talk in a very rude way and say they will not be reimbursed. Ketan gaikwad and Ravi danyankar in call centre working in Reliance customer care copper kherney spoke to me in a very rude language and where unable to solve my query. I request you take strict action against it.

                                      Every time there is deduction from my main balance.now last week i have recharged of 100rs. now my balance is 47rs i have not done any calls only.last night when i checked my balance it was 84rs and in morning it was 47rs. and when i try to call coustmer care call could connect"no busy".I am fed of reliance GSM card.now i tell every one that reliance is an frod company.my no. is [protected].
                                      I[censored] could do any thing kindly do the needful.

                                      YES ! I AGREE 100% I sufferred lot with reliance cdma prepaid talk time theft, by company itself. reliance looted our money from our pocket by way o[censored]nathorised activation o[censored]seless packages, adding talk time in promo balances instead of main balances. one particular day my talk time was rs. 84.00, todays after without making much call by me my talk time reduced to rs. 17.00. on the same day one sms in by box with message of mitti ke pathe... renewed with rs. 10/- even this package was not activated by me.

                                      where is there customer care! where is there office !! all retail recharge markets are running by roadside petty shops ! nobody can reach them for complaints !!!

                                      this is one way of earning money by reliance by way of looting !

                                        Iam using reliance connection(gsm) they have cut my balance by rs30,by name of mkr service,they told me that i have selected that service,but actually i havent,this is the 2nd time they cut my balance falsely. i have call to the customercare they told me that your money not be refunded. i decided not to use this service. hopefully my money will be refunded this time....otherwise i will not use this connection.....reply soon....my mblno.[protected]
