I took a new connection(Mobile No. [protected]) from Reliance Mobile Showroom at Gopinath Market, Delhi Cantt on 30 Nov 2009.
While taking connection, I paid 150 rupees (49 rupees for sim and 101 rupees for tariff of 50 paise STD). As I did not received any amount, the next day, I recharged my number with Rs. 100 using ICICI Net Banking. I got amount of Rs. 90.66, but all my STD calls were taking Rs. 1.50 per minute.
When I inquired with that Showroom (Ph. No. [protected]) on 01 Dec 2009, they told me that my problem will be resolved. after few minutes, I got an sms from 52811 saying, "Dear Customer, your a/c will be credited with Rs. 50 & benifits of 50p/min within 24 hrs. Amt payable is Rs101. Reliance" .
But till date, I did not get any amount and my call charges is also Rs. 1.50/min.
After inquiring with Reliance Customer Care, they confirmed that as my first recharge was not Rs. 101, I will not get any benefit and my Rs. 101 is looted by Reliance.
Now, my question is "where has my Rs. 101 gone. I did't get any service for this amount. Is it not pure injustice?"

ON DATED[protected] I GOT ONE MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT " YOUR VOICE CHAT SSUBSCRIPTIONIS RENEWED FOR RS.30 FOR 30 DAYS, I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THIS PROGRAMME WAS INSTALLED ON MY PREPAID CONNECTION [protected] BUT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION YOUR COMPANY HAS DEDUCTED RS.30/- FROM MY BALANCE WHY, YOU MUST INTIATE ME PRIOR BEFORE THE DUE DATE THAT EITHER I AM WILLING TO CONTINUE THESE SERVICES OR NOT THIS IS COMPLETLY INJUSTICE TO ME PLEASE REFUND MY AMMOUNT RS 30/- ALSO CHECK AT YOUR OWN END THAT WHEN FIRSTLY IT WAS INSTALLED ON MY PREPAID CONNECTION BY MY WILL OR IT WAS FORCIBLY GIVEN TO ME

DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE BY DOING SO YOU ARE JUST LOSING YOUR FAITH OF CUSTOMERS THAT'S WHY YOUR COMPANY GETTING DOWN DAY BY DAY
HERE I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST YOU THAT IF YOU GIVE BETTER SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER THEN YOU WILL BE ON TOP OF THE COMMUNICATION NET WORK BUT NOW A DAYS YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND SECOND ONE YOU ARE CHEATING INNOCENT PEOPLE, AVOID THIS PRACTICE. THANKS.
