Fraud bill

I have given termination request to Reliance customer care for my broad band connection. Thay told me that it will be terminated with in 7 days. But they keep on sending bills every month. After three months they asked me to return the modem. Reliance CDMA Bill Fraud

Demand Notice 5 years after disconnection of mobile connection.

I had taken reliance CDMA connection vide # [protected] in May/Jun 2003 on payment around Rs. 3300/- toward shand set and connection. Said connection was disconnected on 15 Feb 2005. Wrong Billing Policy

i am still a costumer but of Reliance Netconnect service. My data card number is [protected]. I am availing this service from 13th Oct 2009. Initially my service plan was BROADBAND+15GB and I took the service in which one month usage of the data was free(Under 15GB usage were said to be free for the first month).

My first bill of Rs 0.0 was generated on 25th Oct 2009. My usage was 693051.9 Kb which can be converted to .6609GB....

NON RECEIPT OF RECHARGE VALUE

I took a new connection(Mobile No. [protected]) from Reliance Mobile Showroom at Gopinath Market, Delhi Cantt on 30 Nov 2009.

While taking connection, I paid 150 rupees (49 rupees for sim and 101 rupees for tariff of 50 paise STD). As I did not received any amount, the next day, I recharged my number with Rs. 100 using ICICI Net Banking. I got amount of Rs. 90.66, but all my STD calls were taking Rs. 1.50 per minute.

Itemised Billing Charges

Dear Sir

I want to pay your attention that according to TRAI it is mandate to give itemised bill to their pre-paid and post paid subscriber to a maximum charges of Rs.50/- for six month billing where as when i talked to customer care of reliance cdma services they told me that there is a Rs.25/- will be applicable to this facility for every month.

So kindly look into the matter and please clarify if its true...

Handset not replaced by reliance gallery in warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Reliance Classic Handset in the yrs. 2008 By The Reliance Gallery.
The handset have many problems and i visit to the authorise service center of classic Handset,
The center gives me certificate of "Dead on Arrival Cert." for replacement of Handset within the warranty period.
But when i visit to the gallery with replacement order he refused to replace the handset...

THEY HAVE STOPPED MY SMS SERVICE

From 10th november 2009, I cannot SMS any nokia handsets. Whenever I SMS any nokia handsets, the recipient nokia handsets show message format not supported or message cannot be displayed. while all other handsets can easily read my messages. Not refunding money

deduction in talk time

Sir,

falsely cut of balance

Iam using reliance connection(gsm) they have cut my balance by rs30,by name of mkr service,they told me that i have selected that service,but actually i havent,this is the 2nd time they cut my balance falsely. i have call to the customercare they told me that your money not be refunded. i decided not to use this service. hopefully my money will be refunded this time....otherwise i will not use this connection.....reply soon....my mblno.[protected]...

Poor services and overcharging on bills

Not getting promotional balance

Hi,

I converted my postpaid into prepaid plan yesterday and recharged with 100 rs. I got the balance of rs. 88 under Main and 37 under promo offer which should be utilize before 5th dec. But when i am making call it diduct the main balance and promo balance is also not available today.

Also when I am calling to prepaid customer care it always got connected to postpaid department.

my new reliance no is [protected]. according to the new message plan, i have recharged with Rs 32 for local sms @ rs 10paise/sms.But, 1 week passed but same 50/message is being deducted.No any customer care persons are showing me the right path.Daily give me new excuses.It will be solvd or not.Unless i have to lodge complaint....

tampering with prepaid balance unlawfully

On 26 Nov09, I got SMS in evening on my reliance prepaid number ( [protected] ) that ,on my mobile, some offer has been subscribed and 30/- Rs has been deducted. I was shocked to see that unlawfully 30/- Rs were deducted from my account balance even I have never subscribed for any offer. Then on calling to customer care about this complaint, after a long waiting hours, he unsubscribed this service unnoticeably and without my consent and 30/-...

Excess Amount Deduct & rob nominal Amount which will not come to our notice

Brief on recent incident ;( My Mobile No. [protected])
On 25.11.09 - I have called my dear-ones and the talk was around 20-30 minutes and after my talk over I have received message stating that "your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 8.47. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service" at 10:05pm.

After the call, I send one sms_nld consisting of 75 alphabets and checked my balance...
