Dear Customer care of Reliance ADA,

Refer to the mail below, I was using reliance services from November 2006. I took the wireless broad band modem device with the number [protected] under the plan RNJ149DATA and availed the services till October 2008. Thereafter, I cleared all the dues and closed the connection because of the speed.

Recently on 07/11/2009, I purchased HSD post paid wireless USB modem from Vijayawani infocomm, west marredpally, secunderabad in reference to the bill no 040, 07/11/2009. The services were activated on 08/11/2009. I was surfing the internet till yesterday i.e 10/11/2009 with the USB HSD post paid modem. Today, I am not able to connect to the net and I found the services are suspended without intimation.

I was upset for the entire day and got mentally harassed by your services. Please activate the connection within 12 working hours or refund the amount 3500-00 paid to you if the services are not activated by 12 noon tomorrow. Please revert back.

Note: Don’t force me to go to the consumer forum.

Bill Cycle and Bill Payments:
We will advise you of your monthly Bill Date & and its Due Date in the first bill.
You will receive your monthly bill within a week of the bill date. In case you do not receive the bill within a week of your bill date, please call *355 or[protected]toll-free number).
For convenience, you may even register your netconnect account on www.rcom.co.in and view your bills on-line.
Please ensure payments by your bill due date to avoid late payment charges and enjoy uninterrupted services.
Important Information on first bill
The first bill generated is on pro-rata basis. In the first bill, you are allowed only a pro rated free usage and charged only the pro rated rental.
For example : If you are on the 1099 rental plan with 10 GB free usage, and the pro rated first bill is generated for a 15 day period; then in that case, this bill will have only 5 GB of free usage and will charge you a rental of Rs 550/-. During the 15 day billing period, any usage over and above 5 GB would be charged at Rs 2/- per MB.

Check your data usage on-line!!!
You can view details (start time, end time, bytes exchanged) for every internet session used. A session is defined as an interval when you are connected - between login or connect and logout or disconnect.
This is a great tool to validate usage on your monthly bill. Check your usage in minutes / bytes for the current month (wireless data usage).You can migrate to best suited tariff plan based on your usage patterns and save on your monthly data usage bills.
You may register on our website www.rcom.co.in .Your user name is your Netconnect Broadband number (10 digit number starting with 93 prefixing 0). The password will be emailed to the email address you provide at the time of registration.
Steps to view your online usage
• After logging in, please click on the option wireless data usage.
• Select period (by selecting start and end date) for which you want to check data usage.
• NOTE: You can check the data usage for last 6 months only and not prior to that.
• Select Product Type as Wireless Data.
• Request Type would have two options - "View on Screen" and "Download on Excel or CSV Format". Use "View on Screen" to see results on the screen and download option to save your usage as an excel/csv file. Sample shown below,

Broadband Billing Mistake — Broadband Billing Mistake

This is regarding my broadband billing, I had registered online for the broad band connection as per process was called for documentation and later got the connection too... After few days I found out that my tariff plan was mistakely put as a 555plan and I have been charged Rs.8432/- just for 1 month usage. When contact the officers each one says go to that table go the that department and running for 2 days i have never got a solution. FInaly the connection was disconnected but when asked they said PAY the bill first. Now is dont use BSNL servise cos of the bad service laid.
PATHETIC SERVICE !!! Same experience... :(

Relaince Net connect Broadband — Given wrong information abt tarriff plan

I have registered for NetConnect broadband connection online.
I got a call from one of your executive his name he told is Mayank from Noida office.
I asked him details and tariff plan.
I wanted to go for night plan 499.
He told me that in 499 I will get unlimited access and in day time charges will be 5 paisa per minute.
I was looking for something like this. So I confirmed detials from him once again and asked him to send an executive at my place along with device.
One more person from Vriti Infocom named "Dany" came to handover device to me.
I was confirming details once again from him.
He told , that I registered for 499 +10GB plan, and in that in night I will be upto 10GB and in day 0.50 paisa. Which was contradicting to what Mayank told me.
So I told him that the guys who called me from Noida branch told that I will get unlimited in night and 5 paisa in day.
So Dany called mayank, and mayank confirmed him that initially it used to be 10 GB, but now plan has changed and in 499 it is Unlimited freedom plan and day time usage is 5 paisa.
I was having doubt related to confusion so while taking device, I asked dany to write in paper abt the plan , that I will get unlimited + 5 paisa in 499. He has written that.

Now, they say, it was a mistake, they cannot do anything. So i just wasted my money, it's not a great speed. Neither these guys they care, about the mistake.

I expect atleast, they should give me that plan whatevr they agreed, or they should return my money and take their device.

Reliance Netconnect — Bad Service Cheating Public

I have told them to change my plan before I leave for my abroad trip. but they have not addressed my request properly and then I sent an email again. but still they have not changed it. Now they have generated next month bill and forcing me to pay..If I could not pay, they will disconnect my service and all the amount i paid become waste and the worst device cannot be used.. Why relaince service is this bad..
It is no surprice the owner of relaince are billionaire while cheating all the hard earned public money.
It is appreciated to show the proper feedback for this kind of money suckers.

Reliance — Cheated me with wrong plan.

I just purchased a Reliance (LG) phone and they told offered me sim with unlimited talk time (Reliance to Reliance) 24hrs for next 6 months. But after 10 days they changed the scheme to 2000mins per month only :(. When I complained to Reliance web world (from where I purchased the phone), they hands up and refused to help me. There is no compensation and anything else, as they cheated us.

Its my humble request to you to please help me on this, there are many more customers like me having same problem. So this is not only me but from all the people those who are being tolerated by these companies.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus — Billing mistake

Respected Sir,
Just I want to tell you about my current bill (till 16July) is approx 2600 and i don't know how.
When I purchased my datacard on 30st march my plan my 3GBdaynight and was continued until 9th May and till this date all of my bills were payed. On 27th April I gave a request using reliance customer care service to change my tarrif plan to 10GB @night. Till 9th june all of my bills were paid (see the attachment) but a problem occured.............
Somehow the company automatically changed my plan to 3GB daynight without my knowledge and i was not aware of it. I was thinking that my 10GB Night plan was going on. I came to know about it when my bill was generated. I was shocked watching that cuz i just used only 5 gb and what was the reason behind it; then i called to customer care to enquire about it and they told me everything. I just want to tell you that i am not satisfied with this kind of service which works, implements and amends options automatically. By the way according to this bill, i can only pay upto 1000 a month which is the maximum as i am a teenager without job. Please try to give me a waver if i had done a mistake, i will be thankful for you forever; i will be satisfied.
The reason for sending this e-mail is that i don't want to be beaten badly from my father. Please help me. Whenever you will need help, i will be always ready to help you there. The reason that i am using internet is only to help others as a noble person and whom i could help with my knowledge.

pl refer my reliancenetconnect no [protected].i did recharge for rs 300 on 18 july thru your retailer.
it was reported succesful recharge though it should not take recharge of rs 300.retailer was also not aware
of this that rs 300 will not take recharged, but when it cannot take recharge of rs 300, why the co will take that money as successful rechage.your customer care section was consulted but CCE Laxman refused to return back to retailer hence to me, i made him to talk to concerned retailer at patna who told youe CCE that it was not known to retailer also the system of reimbursment.
one thing is very clear, when no recharge, why your system will show succesful and take money from customer.

it is not cheating to consumer?i did not get that money as yet.before i go to consumer grievance redressal forum, i will take all resourses has failed to consumer problem.i have made approach to your patna office too, at jagat trade centre, fraser road, patna.

Reliance broadband plus data card — Charged for Poor Speed/ Network

I have been a Reliance Broadband plus datacard customer for over 11 months now. I was satisfied by their services so far, however since Aug, 23rd there was constant problem of poor network / speed. I made several complaints and was told that there is a network conjustion in my area and will be resolved soon.
After several follow-up week after week the problem is getting worse. Infact their network team visited my residence and confirm of poor network and said that it would be resolved. However when my bill was generated, they charged me the entire amount and they did not waive of any money. I only paid how much they deserved. I have opted for the broadband connection where i should get atleast 1mb speed and i am forced to use 256 kbs speed, why should i pay full amount.
The customer service said that they will resolve the issue, however nothing happened and last week they just de-activated my connection due to non-payment of difference amount. Did not even have the courtesy to call me.
How can i complaint/take action against such thieves.

Reliance Infocomm — Suspended Services with out intimation

I got an SMS for submission of documents 3 months back. With in a week I submitted the documents in Reliance WebWorld at Panjagutta. They said that all docs are clear and i can go.
From today morning my services, both incoming and outgoing have been suspended. I did not recieve any call or SMS regarding this. When I called customer care, they say that I need to submit again. I said I will do that but with out intimating how could they suspend my services. They sa, they had sent an SMS yesterday. I did not recieve any. They keep on telling one sentence "your services suspended go and submit the docs".
I also wanted to know what was wrong with my docs, so that I can correct and submit. They sa they don't know,
- With out intimation they suspended the services
- Even with SMS, after two months first they suspend outgoing and then a week later incoming. In my case, WITH OUT any intimation both the services suspended
- I told them, fine I will go and submit my docs, but give me clarification or take a complaint that I was not intimated about my submission. They say No.
- They don't know what is the meaning of customer care!!!

Reliance Broadband — cheated me with wrong plan and wrong speed

My Name is Sudarsan I am from Chennai My Address is 38 Hanumantha Rayan Koil Street Triplicane Chennai 600005 My Mob NUmber is [protected]. Last month I got a call from the reliance broadband marketing team. Ms Durga From G 14 5TH MAIN ROAD AMBATTUR INDUSTRIAL EST . pH [protected]. She Said there is an unlimited broadband 3.1 Mbps plan for Rs 750 .She also said after 4 GB usage the connection speed will be 244kbps. She said all that i had to do is purchase the Usb for 1600 and pay the montly rental of Rs 750 + tax as postpaid after the bill is being generated.
Agreeing to the above I had requested her to send a person to my place to install the wireless datacard.
A person by name Mr Inbaraj Mob Number [protected] arrived at my place.
He Just installed it and took Rs 1600 and went.
I am a very high user of the internet. I had crossed the Mgb. But I Received a message saying i will be getting 144kbps which is like dead man walking(I was cheated here)
After 20 days I got a bill for Rs 300+ ( on prorata)..I Was shocked to see the bill saying my plan was Rs 950 rental..( I was cheated here)
then I was about the call the customer care.. I received a call saying itsa welcome call..( a welcome call after 20 days?)Zthat person said i am in 950 unlimited plan.. I said thats not what i want.. she could not take my complaint.. she asked me to call customer care...

Now i called up customer care.. that person says there is is no such plan of 750 unlimited.. there was just 950 unlimited and a special discount for one year has been given to me.. which was not been informed to me by anyone till that time..
secondlyMs Durga when I contacted her about this she asks me to use ot for one year and through it..
tell me why should i buy it for one year and who is she to ask me to through it after one year??
Also I have a recording where she says its 244kbps after 4gb.. Now what do i do.. Shall i issue a legal notice?
I feel Disappointed and let down by these people

Reliance Broadband Plus connection — Slow connection of Reliance Broadband plus data card

Hi,

I have taken Reliance BroadBandplus connection Data card for (Rs. 1599) and took the connection of 10GB Unlimited Plan from Bangalore Marathalli Reliance store. They even informed me that we get easily 1.5 Mbps in Bangalore and other cities.

From the day i have taken the device I am facing the connectivity issues. At the max i get around 80Kbps for 3.1 Mbps plan I have taken. I have called Customer care many a times and even wrote mails to Nodal manager as well. They have sent their n/w team to my home and have taken statistics and confirmed that there is a n/w issue in my area. After few other telephonic conversations about the issue they said the n/w issue will be resolved shortly and till then the bill amount will be waived off. But till now the issue is not resolved and they have waived off only Rs.150/-(which is 20% of the bill amt) for the 1st month and for the next month they did not waive off any amount. I wrote mails to Nodal manager informing him that I will not be paying the bill till my issue is resolved and he responded to that saying they will resolve in few days. Two days back they have disconnected my connection without any notice and when I call customer care they said as I have not paid the bill they have disconnected and they will resume services only when the pay the bill.

Inspite of very bad service they are providing I had little hope that they may resolve the issue as they said they will waive off till the issue is resolved. But now I lost complete hope. What can I do with the device alone with no service at all.Why should I pay money when I get no proper service. I have even said that I will return back my device on the day when they said they have n/w issue in my area but they requested us to wait for few days. Now i have been waited for almost 5 months and now they even stopped to replying to my mails and from the last communcation i have received from nodal officer they are still having the network issue in our area.

Please help me out with the issue. I bought the device for Rs.1599/- and all that amount is gone for waste.

    My Name Is Amit Govind Jadhav i had joined Reliance Communications on 17th December 2007 i was on Reliance Integrated Services Pvt Ltd and my Employee ID Was 35015822 i had resigned form the Company on 6th September 2009 i had mailed them my resignation due to continous transfer from the area i had resigned i also had gone for a settelment after few months for FNF and after that i was always on followup of my FNF on 28rd March 2009 i mailed across to mr Sachin Nair for my FNF he replied me statement of FNF in which they had shown that i have to give 33573/- to Reliance Communications Ltd.
    I had worked with Reliance Integrated Services Pvt Ltd for 10 months in that term i was not given any confirmation letter from company side also they are asking me three months notice period of my basic salary which can be given if i am confirmed and for that reason they also have not processed my Provident Fund further.
    Sir need a help in this case as my PF is stopped by Reliance for no reason they had sent a legal notice for which my lawyer has asked if i am not confirmed then also i was ready to pay 1 months Basic salary but still Reliance is in no mood to sign my Provident Fund papers due to which my PF amount is pending pl sir need a help.

      A transcript of the email I sent to Reliance is given below. Reliance has unnecessarily harassed me.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      This is with reference to poor service meted out to consumer. We pick a product from a reknowned company to get good quality of product as well as service. However, in the case of relaince datacard, this is GROSSLY WRONG !!

      You have diconnected my internet on 29th October 2009 without informing me. IT IS THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS - WE ARE PAYING FOR IT AND NOT ASKING FOR FREE SERVICE. I AM NOT A DEFAULTER IN PAYMENTS AND NEITHER AM I A DISHONEST CUSTOMER. I would like to know the reason for such quality of service please !!

      On calling up reliance customer service I found out that they have disconnected the internet for want of address proof though I have already provided the same at the time I brought the datacard and it was also verified by your office. Inspite of this, I spoke with customer service and asked for address where I can re-submit the address proof. The customer service is sick and inefficient - they sent me first to an address where there were no reliance offices and then to DAKC where the security did not allow me to enter the premises. I was waiting for more than an hour and not to mention the time and money I spent calling up the customer care for information. Till date my problem is not solved. I have brought your service for my convenience but it seems that you are not concerned about customers. It is pathetic to see such a reputed and gloal business house behave in such an irresponsible manner - its akin to shaming Indian Global brands !
      Please do not harass the customer.

      Anticipating an appropriate response from your team to sort out this problem immediately.

        i have lifetime prepaid connection of reliance cdma phone ([protected])
        i am not using this phone for any other purpose other than calling rim-rim free users. so my main balance remains un-altered usually. i have taken plan of 100 rim minutes free everymonth. most of time, i keep this phone off, due to their nuisance of caller id messages.
        i noticed 15 days back that all of sudden they reduced rs. 10/- without any reason. so, from 40, my balance was 30, so i switched off my phone completely for about 10 days thereafter, then i found another rs. 10 reduced !!!! - again without any reason, without having selected any value added service/ringtone etc.!!

        this is nothing but systematic cheating. when u call up their call centre, they give absurd answers, if at all if are able to contact them or say "record not available" or just keep u on hold & make u listen music for ever
        will this company ever be honest?
        i think TRAI should cancel their licence.

          Dear Hi Concerned Authorities,

          I also facing the same issue almost from 2 months. And around 20 times i registered a complain and call also but every time these people are saying that "We regret the inconvenience caused to you while using our services and are concerned by the feedback received from you". I also email many times to my concern area nodal officer "Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com" but no response I think he sleeping or not able to handle this services or not capable enough for this customer services.
          I could provide you the content of chain mail because now its become around 20 pages. This is the totally harassment of the customers and Picking pockets without a person's knowledge and this normally called as cheap/cheater/fraud..etc..This is totally a mental harassment.
          MY REQUEST IS THAT TO RELIANCE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAN SIT DOWN ON THE STREET AND BEG FOR THE MONEY ATLEAST THIS WILL BE LEGAL TO FULLFIL RELAINCE DREAMS THAT “KAR LO DUNIA MUTTHI ME”. REAL QUOTE

          1. Is your concerned department very loose or lazy and not interested to solve problems
          quickly?
          2. When u people will take necessary action?
          3. Will you people deduct balance illegaly in the next month(Dec, Jan......) also?
          4. How long will u make me fool?
          5. Do you want that i should not use your sim?
          6. Whats your problem to solve my problem?
          7. Is my problem is a major problem?
          8. Why u people deducted my balance(Rs.20, Rs. 30) illegaly without my knowledge?
          9. Is this reliance customer care service?
          10. Why you people cheating customers?
          11 Why Reliance is getting Great Cheater?
          12. Why Reliance is harrasing customer?
          13. Has Reliance company been fully corrupt?
          14. Has Reliance decrease call charges for cheating and lying?

          Has Reliance company has power to answer the above queries? If I get the answer defiantly I would be the happiest person in this word.

          And I will not let them out from this till my problem is not resolve. I will continue the complain regarding the same and lets see who can solve this problem( Customer Court, Reliance, Legal action )
          This is my humble request to consumer court this services please do me favor even not only for me for all the peoples who are facing the same problems.

(ALREADY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 30/10) THE ADDRESS VERIFICATION HAS BEEN DONE AND I GOT AN EMAIL FOR ACCEPTANCE AND STATED I WILL GET THE CONNECTION WITHIN 7 DAYS. HOWEVER I HAVE NOT GOT THE CONNECTION YET. I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE[protected] AND 30337777 AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT COMPLAINT HAS BEEN PASSED TO CONCERNED DEPT AND WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS, HOWEVER NOBODY EVEN BOTHERS TO CALL BACK. Only those sent from local reliance are getting delivered. And the national sms are not at all getting delivered. I have called reliance customer care many times but this issue has not yet been resolved. please help me

                Sir/madam,
                I have taken a SIP from Reliance Mutual Fund Folio No. [protected] Named UJJWAL GHOSH from Anand Rathi Financial Services last year . I have submitted Pan Card and all supporting document required by the company but from the beggining I have received Statement Named UJJWAL SINGH. I went to Anand Rathi for complaint but they didn't give any response then after I went to Karvey for the same problem along with application and Pan Card Xerox but they didn't solve my problem. karvey ask me letter from the bank (ICICI Bank) but bank didn't give any letter.
                At last I went to Reliance Mutual Fund office and ask the solution for this. They said affit-deffit is only solution. I have submit affit-deffit along with application but they didn't solve my problem.I have facing financial as well as mental harrsment from the company.
                so please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                In the first two Folios my name correctly mentioned as R LAKSHMI KANTHAN. Whereas the last Folio[protected], it is wrongly mentioned as R LAKSHMI KARTHAN. I made many calls to RMF Customer Care as well as sent mails with copy of PAN, Adhaar cards and Passport showing my correct name but the name is still appearing as KARTHAN. I also submitted required documents to KARVY office at Sector 14, Gurgaon, but nothing happened.

                Can the RMF officials do the needful and change the name as R LAKSHMI KANTHAN and inform me.

As I had given a request for disconnection of said dongle with appropriet form, with my two indentifications to Old Padra Road Reliance Outlet on 02.12.2013 with request no [protected] ( Provided by same ourlet ). he said that within 7 days it will be disconncted. If you wish you can conver it into Prepaid. same time he connected to reliance coustomer care. where unknown executive try to convience me. but i don.t want to continue the same. same time they suggested me that i will get one prodata bill (final) which you have to pay. so i have paid bill no[protected] for rs 625.00 thru icici bank che no 237740 on 26.12.2013

                  On 08.01.2014 I went to Race Course circle outlet with same dongle to pay prepaid charge and continue the service where i found that my dongle was in working condition with postpaid. Race Course Outlet people diverted me to O P Road outlet where I asked for my complaint. They said that we have forwarded your request with valid request no to reliance coustmer care. Their back office not disconnected your dongle service .We cant do any thing. Again i talk to coustomer service .with mr Rakesh. They accepted thier mistake. and provided me new request no[protected] dated 08.01.2014. and said that this is company mistake to you don't pay any postpaid bill hence forth.
                  Today 13.01.2014 i surprise that I have received a bill for said dongle service.for Rs. 842.00
                  plese let me know that why should i pay this bill ?

                    I have call divert problem. i have Reliance GSM Prepaid connection([protected]) and i want to divert this connection on my another Reliance GSM Postpaid connection ([protected]) and both connection in same network, but it cant work, i dont know why, i registered my Complaint on Customer Care and my complaint number is[protected], until n unless service is not active, Customer care cant support, i have call from Delhi they are also help less, what should i do? m i Reliance use or not? I m not believe on Reliance.

                    I have Reliance GSM connection and i am unable to call divert to other reliance no. in this regards i was complained to customer care but there answer is not satisfactory they are telling that it's problem of handset but at the same time airtel GSM supported the call divert with same set. So how can people faith on reliance, and also request to avoid the Reliance connection.
                    I am unable to divert calls from my reliance gsm number to any number on any network. when ever I call customer care they simply take complains and provide me the complain number. Worst service. I agree it is Indias number 1 network but from the back. Ambani should take care of their customers making money should not be the only concern.they provided me 3 complain numbers whenever I call them. They are[protected];[protected];[protected]

                      Dear all,

                      This is Mahesh Jamalpur, one of the prospective customer of Reliance communication ltd, using highest plan ever launched for an individual in telecome industry of MYTRULYUNLIMITEDONNET995 plan for an almost 10 months now,where the monthly minimum assured billing is for Rs.995/- plus Service Tax,

                      At the time of connection they were promised which ever reliance no. weather it is a CDMA/GSM/LANDLINE not only in home location even in roaming also it is free of cost and on that i[censored] r in roaming all incoming calls also free of cost, and call charges on other networks are nominal which understood as per our conversation and i am using accordingly,

                      i shocked to see my bill for the month of OCTOBER2009 where they have charged for a no.[protected] which is a GSM no. belongs to KOLKATA, when i have approached on wrongly billed for this no body(Including Customer Care, Gallery) are in place to answer and but they are telling it is a GSM no it is free, and hence my service has been barred without my knowledge and that to without my fault which i have proven to one of they gallery executive also

                      but i shocked more when i went to sort it out this matter to a great Nodal Officer who sits in BKC named Mr.Tilak Chatterjee when he told it is not RELIANCE COMMUNICATION NO. it is a RELIANCE TELECOME NO.(WHICH NOT EVEN THEIR EMPLOYEE DOESNT KNOW) so only it has been charged and from now onwards even GSM also going to be charge for u which was not free that YOU ARE LUCKY THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED FOR THAT,

                      upon my request he agreed reimburse i dont know this RTL no. or RCOM for which they have reimbursed me a sum of Rs.69.30paise,And they have started my service, but again after 4 days they have barred my service asking to pay me remaining amount for which again i visited to so called Mr.Tilak Chatterjee - NODAL OFFICER he said ok i already putted the request to reimburse your entire RTL no. charges i will forwarded and i will make sure it will get resolved but from this month onwards CALLS GOING TO BE CHARGED ON GSM ALSO(WHICH IS ACTUALLY HAS TO BE FREE AS PER CONVERSATION AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION),

                      but after almost 4days after i met him again my calls has been barred started harrassing for the payment which was supposed to be reimbursed,

                      Hence i am requesting you to guide me how to slag there , and even they dont have a curtosy that myself taking pain and going to pay there balance payment and sort it out and i should not leave any thing lying with me they are harrassing me badly by disconnecting the services and making calls to pay the amount,

                      Looking forward for a help to readdress this issue with the company and make sure this kind of a problem should not face by any other individual, please feel free to call me for suggestions on[protected],

                      Hi,

                      My name is yogesh malde and i am having reliance connection for the past one year. In the month of nov there was been debited of 30/- for some music pack which was been activated from r world on 15/Nov/10 as per your call centre executive. On 16 it was been refund to my account as it was been wrongly debited from your end. And no the same time i have given to deact the pack permantely from my no.

                      But again on 15-Dec-2010 again 30/- is been deact from my account, stating that again it is been activted from my end through rworld. But when i have not enter in the r world service why the pack is been activated with out my information. I want in writing to my email that i have act the pack through rworld. or else refund my 30/- amt which wrongly charged to my account. which is your system error.

                      I am also a Reliance customer for the last 8 years with CDMA MOB NO. 9323..., BUT the last 3 months have been extreme torture for me. I have been cheated, conned into signing for a new GSM SIM under a guise of changing my PLAN (which also was projected wrongly to make me switch from a good plan to a more expensive plan), the new GSM sim was never issued to me instead the employee one MR. Ameer Ahmed misused the sim to make calls for about Rs. 4000/- and joined the GSM no. bill to my CDMA No. This was done by an employee of a franchise of RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. This has been now been confirmed by a call from Mr. Ameer Ahmed's employer Mr. Ravi as well as Mr. TILAK CHATERJEE a Nodal officer, (THE ONLY ONE NODAL OFFICER FOR MILLIONS OF RELIANCE CUSTOMER) BUT inspite of the fact that Reliance Comm. knows that I am the victime of a conned job and that their person has done an offence, they have not been able to make the offender pay, and till such time that the offender does not pay the GSM amount I am penalised by my phone being Barred not once, twice BUT 11 (ELEVEN) times. Every time to get it Unbarred takes away hours and at times upto 3 days.

                      This is how Reliance Communications REPAYS a LOYAL and SATISFIED customer of 8 years. I am now DISGUSTED with every one at Reliance, more so with the so called APPELLATE OFFICER Mr. MAHESH RANADE who's name is splased on all the web world BUT inspite of repeated request he has not bthered to call back nor have I been EVER in the last 3 months been able to get him on PHONE no. listed in all the web world. I would not feel bad if their License is totally CANCELLED from being a Communication Company. They DO NOT KNOW THE VALUE OF THEIR OWN CUSTOMER LEAVE ASIDE A NEW CUSTOMER.

Some time they are saying that our system is upgrading call the centre after 2 hours when calling then they are saying that your voice is not clear so your call is being disconnected.

                          Hello,

                          I had purchased a Reliance global Sim from your authorized dealer, M/s. Sampark Cellular Connections[protected] before travelling to Europe on dated 4th June'08 . I had paid a fully refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/= by cheque bearing no. 148789 / Bank of India, favouring "Reliance Webstores".

                          After returning from tour, I surrenderd the sim card on 7th July' 2008 to Mr. Mahesh of M/s. Sampark Cellular Connection, Mumbai-400009 of which I got the acknowledgemnt from him. I was told that i will get the deposit cheque within a month.But already a year and half have passed and i haven't received my deposit back till date.

                          Despite many Verbal Communications with Miss Trupti, M/s. Sampark Cellular Connections and Mr. Pritam ([protected]) from Reliance Passport Services customer care, I havent received my Deposit back.

                          Kindly look into the matter and send me the deposit cheque at your earliest.

                            The service to my number +91 - [protected], is barred whenever I am in raoming. This time also, as I came to Mumbai, it was working for one day and then it stopped. I could not recieve any calls. When i make calls it met a voice mail saying that the concerned number is not having voice mail box. This is strange. I am unable to make call or recieve any. When contacted call center, they confirmed that it will be corrected within 24hrs, but still not being attended.

                              I own Reliance Prepaid GSM Sim Card (No- [protected]). The sim card worked fine till around 10 days but after that I got a message "SIM card Rejected" over my mobile phone's screen.

                              I went to Reliance service centre - Sagar Tech plaza, Sakinaka, Andheri East. I met their couple of more customers who were also facing the same problem. and the executive was telling to buy a new SIM. I was just surprised why it's happening for several people.

                              I visited the reliance mobile website:

                              where it's mentioned clearly:

                              What should I do when I see the words "SIM Card Rejected" or "Blocked Card" or "Check Operator Services"?
                              --In all the above scenarios, SIM card need to be replaced from any Reliance touch points
                              --Such cases will be replaced Free of Cost if identified within 1 month
                              --Normal charges will be applied for cases beyond 1 month

                              But I am still not able to understand where to go for the same. and I am scared to use it further as there is no guarantee if I buy a new SIM and that would be No repeatation of the issue.

                              Please guide me If this forum works.

                              Reliance Prepaid — SIM CARD REJECTED

                              sir,
                              I'm using reliance GSM sim since one month. it has been activated and I'm using it to my need.
                              today thers a message showing on mobile that this SIM is REJECTED.
                              I dont knw whats wrong with the network or reliance services, its giving me a lot of trouble. I submitted all relevant document and they have verified it too. still they dont let me using this service.
                              I request you to look in to matter as early as possible.
                              and I must know why my SIM is deactivated without giving any notice prior?
                              what you mean by SIM REJECTED?
                              dont play with customers.

                              out going not activated , 7 days after submitting documents at gallery my no [protected], i have been sitting in reliance gallery sukh sagar ( chowpatty branch ) 2 days 2 hrs each, complaied to manager on phone and personelly 5 times , still my cell is not allowed outgoing calls.

                              I am using reliance number ([protected]) since six month. Suddenly, it is showing SIM invalid on 30th Nov, 09, I went to JB Nagar reliance centre and as they suggested I have paid 100 rupees and change the SIM card on 1st Dec, 09. Today morning Again it is showing SIM is rejected.

                              I talked with Mr. Ali Reza, JB Nagar Reliance branch person. He told that again you have to purchase the SIM. I have purchased the SIM 2 days before and again they are asking me to purchase the SIM.

                              I have sent mail to "rcomnodaloofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com" No reply to this mail. I have tried the number “[protected]” but nobody is giving response.
                              i have twice tried to convert my 1p/min plan to 50p/min. plan but it is not getting activated and everytime the customer service representatives are egiving some vague replies that our system is not working welll, etc.

                              please i want to convert it to 50p/min
                              my sim is not found so please sim closed very quickly and my no. is [protected]
                              I have purchaged one prepaid Reliance Sim card bearing the Number [protected] in Nov 2009 and after 5 days the outging and incoming calls are deactivated by receiving a message that ' please submit your complete document and after submitting my documents for second time, it was activated for 5 days . Again after 5 days onl the outgoing calls are deactivated by receiving the same message . And after submitting the documents for 3rd times the outgoing calls are still in inactive mode saying that "please contact Reliance costumer care".
                              The costumer care executives are replying we cant help anything in this matter .

                              Sir, I am Reliance gsm consumer and my number is [protected]. My compliant is that i had been subscribed cricket alerts automatically without my concurrence and Rs.30 had been deducted. Till date i tried to logged many complaints for past 2 month but sometimes they even refused to logged a complaint about refunding of money and blaming the customer that u have activated the services on your own and it is out of our hand to help u. From the customer care side we can ensure that we will not get any messages in future. Inspite of that, i had been receiving cricket alert messages from 54321123 till date..Further, i have even activated DND services. How cud this may be possible..? Is the service has gone down. I could not believe... Pls kindly refund my money(Rs.30)in my account and give the confirmation msg so that i can recharge my balance immediately.

                                Dear sir
                                on 07/11/2009 reliance company had activated CRBT services without my consent on my no ie. [protected] and fraudly charged Rs 40 from my account balance ,on complaining they says that had made right deduction . So please look into the matter and ask them to refund the amount and also take serious action against them as because they are cheating the consumer.

                                  With humbly request to you, I want to say that I am royal customer of reliance communication. Me and my whole family has subscribed of reliance sim. In city it’s network is good, if we talk about rural area in the day ,network is good but in night it becomes worse. All towers have come down and not possible a single call. A lot of fluctuation starts in the night.
                                  My family lives in rural area at kair Aligarh ( U.P). This problem has been started for 15 days in this area. Sir i lives in pune and my wife lives in kair aligrah , we clould not talk to each other at night after 11 o clock due to worse and fluctuate network . I have india calling card plan of reliance that is free in night so I always talk after 11 pm.
                                  Sir plz take action and impove coverage and connectivity at night in kair Aligarh .As we know that reliance is famous for it’s network in every corner in india. Sir if it will be continuing then competitors can take undue advantage that thing I don’t want at least. I hope that it will be better than before soon.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I am a prepaid customere of reliance CDMA my MDN no is [protected]. Every sunday i am doing recharge of 61 and getting the talk tike of 70 Rs. This sunday i had recharged with rs 61 and got the 10 rs talk time. I had called to your customere care regarding the issue but they people doent given me the proper response and told me that this rechargs was converted into some other recharge. How can you do like this if something you are discontinuing or changing you have to inform the customere, as you stsrt something you inform customere as the same for stopping anything you have to inform. This is not my fault that i had recharged with 61. If the offer is stopped provide me the normal top up benefits with this recharge.

                                    Hope you people will assist me and sole the issue on ASAP.

                                      I am not able to connect to the internet since Nov 28th. I approached nearest reliance Web world and asked to resolve the problem.
                                      They said, I had very less balance in my prepaid account and asked me to recharge my account.
                                      I have recharged my account, but still I was not able to connect. He told me that some network upgrade is going on in my area and it might take 2 - 3 days to sort out the problem.

                                      I waited for one week, still not able to connect.
                                      Took my device and machine to the Reliance web world. They tried to resolve the problem and they were not able to resolve it.
                                      They have opened a ticket for the same. (Please see below mails for additional info)

                                      I got a call from the technical department after 3 or 4 days saying that I need to take my device to the service centre to get it checked.

                                      I have submitted the device at the authorized service centre one week ago, it was proved that my device was a faulty one and got it replaced from the service centre yesterday.
                                      Still I am not able to connect to the basic internet even though I was said that the new device would be activated in less than 24 hrs.

                                      Now my problem is
                                      I have taken this device for business purposes, and after investing so much on the device and despite of high usage cost, reliance is not able to provide basic connectivity.

                                      Also
                                      In the previous month I have recharged my account, of which not even a single byte has been used by me.
                                      I have discussed the same with the CSR’s and they were not able to carry my balance forward.
                                      I have submitted a complaint in the nearest Reliance web world to resolve this problem.
                                      I want Reliance to do this for me because it’s not at all my fault. I was forced to recharge and my problems were not answered.
                                      I have taken this device for business purposes, and this device and Reliance service has made my life more miserable.

                                        I wanted to get benifit o[censored]nlimited STD calls so i have choosen reliance and i bought new reliance mobile with new SIM card and immediately recharged it with 51 ruppes as per retailer suggetion so i got benifit for lifetime validity then we checked by calling on other no. then i recharged my no. with 999 prepaid plan and immediately i got confirmation and plan is activated and i checked it at retailer shop that it was working absolutely fine. But after 2 hours again i got sms that ur mobile recharged with 51 ruppes in the night 11. I thoght it might be confirmation of previous one. As per my plan i was using unlimited STD benifit and when i checked balance after 3 hours i saw my half balance has gone and i came to know that my 999 plan is deactivated without informing me. I registered complained at reliance customer care and i was totally frustated, they escalated my issue and given me complained no. and they knew that because of their system fault i lost my time and money. They are so poor that i didn't get any response from that and when i speak to customer care they talk very badly and dont try to understand problem. I have all the sms, my 999 recharge transaction ID, my complained no. with me but nobody is there to help me out. My self respect is hearted a lot and i feel very bad that we have services like reliance in a developed country like india. As a simple man i am posting this here and hoping that people here will help me because i want to prove that statement- 'Jago india Jago'.
