Change of Address

I have submit a letter to Reliance Branch Office (Dalhousie, Kolkata, West Bengal) for Change of Address with K.Y.C.Acknowledgment vide Transaction No.60921 dt.18.09.2009, bur till not change the address.

I have made a several phone at 30301111 and get a complain no.06388738 dt.27.09.2009.
but till not reply satisfactory....

FALSE BILL

This is Mahesh Jamalpur, one of the prospective customer of Reliance communication ltd, using highest plan ever launched for an individual in telecome industry of MYTRULYUNLIMITEDONNET995 plan for an almost 10 months now,where the monthly minimum assured billing is for Rs.995/- plus Service Tax,

About PUK code and Call centre

With respect to the above I have to say that I am an old customer of your services and having mob no-[protected] due to some mistake my number is asking for the PUK code and I had make call to call centre no many time but they are not ready to give me the PUK code. The service to my number +91 - [protected], is barred whenever I am in raoming. This time also, as I came to Mumbai, it was working for one day and then it stopped. I could not recieve any calls. Sim Card Rejected

I own Reliance Prepaid GSM Sim Card (No- [protected]). The sim card worked fine till around 10 days but after that I got a message "SIM card Rejected" over my mobile phone's screen.

Fraudly charged from account balance

Dear sir
on 07/11/2009 reliance company had activated CRBT services without my consent on my no ie. [protected] and fraudly charged Rs 40 from my account balance ,on complaining they says that had made right deduction . So please look into the matter and ask them to refund the amount and also take serious action against them as because they are cheating the consumer.

Dear Sir

I am a prepaid customere of reliance CDMA my MDN no is [protected]. Every sunday i am doing recharge of 61 and getting the talk tike of 70 Rs. This sunday i had recharged with rs 61 and got the 10 rs talk time. Service is pathatic

I am not able to connect to the internet since Nov 28th. I approached nearest reliance Web world and asked to resolve the problem.
They said, I had very less balance in my prepaid account and asked me to recharge my account.
I have recharged my account, but still I was not able to connect. He told me that some network upgrade is going on in my area and it might take 2 - 3 days to sort out the problem.

Activation of CBRT services

The CRBT services on my mobile no [protected] has been activated without my concern which i have deactivated on 03.11.2009 when i came to know from one caller that caller tune has been set on my mobile. I call customer care and Immediately unsubsribed the services and got confirmation SMS at 6:50 PM and again at 8:34 PM (Refund of amount still pending). False Commitments

Its very bad to say about the customer service of Reliance Infocomm for my connections. I'm a reliance user from 4-5 yrs

Irresponsible Service

I took a reliance connection (no: [protected]) on 20/10/2009 from "Reliance Communications No.99/100/101, Old No.74, Gandhibazar Mn Rd, Basavanagudi, Bangalore - 560004". I submitted my driving licence as my permanent address proof, provided with a photograph. Being a permanent resident o[censored]dupi, I submitted an OUT-OF-STATION form for my temporary residence at Bangalore, provided to me.

Illegal Deduction of balance again and again

Reliance company deducted (Rs.30/- in Oct.09 and Rs. 20/- in Nov.09) my account illegaly again and again. I have never used VAS pack nor using.
