Reliance CDMA — regarding of miss

i purchased many no from reliance company before a lot of year . now i want to port my all no in any other company . but reliance company is not giving me any information . my all bill is paid . reliance web world executive talk with me very rudely .

    My name is Janani Iyengar and i have purchased reliance broandband service on 31.10.09 and my receipt number is [protected]
    .. The customer representative Mr.mohan (mobile numbe [protected]) said they will provide the connection in 4-5 days, but now its almost more than 16 days and i dint receive the connection. Cheque given to them was debited the very next day.

    Now neither the rep. is attending my call nor the Team lead Mr. chandan :( [protected]) is attending my call.

    Reliance Data Card — froud by Reliance representative

    Firstly the Relaince reprasentative( mr Virendra & Prem Of Panchsheel area, New Delhi, India promissed me for 2 months subscrition free with my HP Laptop. But 20 days after purchase of Data card, i have recieved bill of Rs 194/-. After making nearly 5-6 compaints on their Customer service. Till date my problem is not solved. On complaining about the same they have failed to take an action from past 20days and my data card stands disconnected. The Customer Care Executives are the most illiterarte lot in the industry n they fail not only in solving your problems but also fails to register them . For the past one month i have been hearing that the complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and they have not yet taken any action.Kindly provide me Personal relation officer's contact no. So that i can discuss the matter or File complaint against them in court.

    My name is Prabagar David, i bought a reliance net connect post paid broadband data card (model ZTE AC2726) for Rs2500 my laptop is Hp with Windows-7 (64bit) actually my problem is when i buy this card i asked the person is it campability with window 7 he said yes, but when i tried to install it won't work i called several time to the customer care they told me (5 hours in phone call) to install a driver i inatalled it eventho it's not working then they sent a technical person he came and checked it he said no it's not campability. now the reliance people said i have to use it or i have to sale it so i spend 1000 rs more for it but no use could you please help me for this situation.

    yes, reliance broadband+ netconnect with zte-ac2726 is not working in win-7 64-bit.
    the ambanis must be sued.

        Recently I shifted to Reliance GSM Mobile, after the announcement of 'Simply Reliance' Plan. I thought of giving it a try. My Mobile No. [protected] Maharashtra Circle.
        As claimed by Reliance, they provide 50 Paise/Min call to all the connections. But their billing starts from the time the phone starts ringing. I did herad about this earlier, but thought that probably it starts showing time, but the billing may be adjusted when the call gets completed.They Proved Me Wrong. Suppose if the other person receives call after 20 secs, in that case also I end up paying for those 20 secs. WTF ????
        And the Customer Care. When ever I tried contacting them on *333 from my mobile, never reachable. But when I dialled from the land line, it connects on first dial itself. The message displays while dialling from mobile, Network Error.
        Now the network, Simply Pathetic and not Reliable at all. Call drops. No Network Coverage. Moreover the series '8055' not being able to dialled/reached from landlines.
        Its hardly 15 Days since I shifted to Reliance and I am already thing of dumping this Box.

        The Reliance work just opposite to their name, totally unreliable.
        The same experience i got... The customer care at *333 never respond... they will care for our call but not for our time and patience...

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          My reliance Number is [protected]

          Since last 2 years, Reliance team is sending me the cricket scores that I am not at all interested and I do not remember if I have ever requested for the same. this is more than 10 times I called them to stop this but what they do is they stop for the tournament and when next tournament starts they automatically activate this again and debit the charge from my available balance.

          This is really irritating because since last 2 years i have been charged for the service I do not desire.

          Today 16 Nov 09 I called them again and deactivated for India Sri Lanka Tour. They charged me 5 Rs. twice for the same. I am sure they will again do this in next tournament...

          This is a theft by reliance and sad that reliance communication people disagrees with all my complaint that this is happening with me since last two years.

          Please help

            This is with respect to the Reliance broadband internet services, the fixed plan does work for first few months, after that the billing amount zooms. It varies according to the usage everone understands but not in such manner which happens in case of reliance broadband internet services.
            From past several months the usage shown is also exaggerated daily usage of minimum 7 hrs that too when nobody uses the same at those hours mentioned.
            The charges levied are really more no matter how good or old the customer is faulty charges, exaggerated usage level seems to be the manipulation from the company.

              Dear Sir
              This mail is to inform you that i am not able to know my Reliance broadband + balance from last week. I have tried a lot to customer care service, but there is no particular place/phone no. where I can inform. It is really embarrassing that No customer care facility is available...............
              I am also strugling for the same. I do not know why they have made the balance check so complicated and elusive. Probably they are not transparent in customer dealing.
              same here...Reliance CHEATS. They have made it complicated so that we never know the balance and they earn lots of profit. Even the customer care are . When I called them, they said my balance is 213KB. I asked 3 times. Each time he said 213 KB...But after few days I found it to be 213 MB! Reliance you suck and the biggest @ss I have seen. They have hidden the broadband prepaid balance check in their redefined new website deliberately.. Posting Pics of Hrithik on the website will not help. People buy only products that are worthy of buying...celebrities ka "thobra" se kuch nahi hoga gadhe

                I got a message from 51232 on 27 Jan at 06:32 PM
                "Dear Customer. E Recharge with Rs200 get 1 year validity & Rs200 Local Onnet Talktime (3 Months TT Validity). Benefits credit within 72 hours"

                And Sir on 28 Jan at 08:20Pm i have recharged my Mobile with Rs 200 and i get the message from 52811
                "Dear Customer, your account has been recharged with Rs. 102.08. Amount payable is Rs 200 Thank you. Reliance"

                Sir on 11th Feb my Mobile has been close due to insufficient validity

                Sir and then i have make complain to the customer care on 13/02/08 and i got the complain No. 63712697 and the person in Call Centre saying that your account will be started within 24-48 hours.

                Now sir i have a got a message on
                “Dear Customer. Your SR 63712697 benefit of SMS Campaign offer could not be credited as customer is not eligible.”

                Sir i have all the message in my Phone.

                If my Mobile doesn’t start within 24 hours then i will file a serious complain of this. Because i have only 1 phone and this is my office phone too. Please reply as soon as possible

                I have already post one complaint in this site but i didnt get any response.
                A new hand set bearing new number [protected] first time activated with a promo balance of Rs20/ valid up to 11,Jan 2012 and Main balance valid up to 11/01/08 also.In expectation of promo balance ,I could not recharge ,and contacted several time local distributor as well as customer care for getting benifit of prmo validity,but could get reply from any where,finally after payment of Rs401/- on 1st March 2008 for 2 years incomming and Rs1500/- R2R talktime First recharge voucher filled by Retailer and get validity upto 11/03/08 with the talk time of Rs500 aprox,then aproached to retailer,he assured after talking with customer care that validity and full amount will come up within 48 hours of charging,several compalin registered with customer care.but no talkvalue niether validity of 2 years come up.
                I am surprised if RIM is giving lifetime on Rs199/- with talkvalue ,then how they are giving only 11 days validity,this is only chaeting with the innocent customer.In days hour their customer care not attending the calls and I had lodged compalin in Mid night 3 times.
                I am sorry to say that after 7 Minutes of this compalin my Rs401/- will go in the stomac of big Relaince group due to their customer care people.

                I have purchased a Spice mobile phone with dual SIM and dual IMEI numbers on Sep-09 from a reputed mobile store with bill. I received the message from reliance GSM service on 18.11.09 that my in my mobile IMEI number does not exist, though my other service provider DOCOMO has not send any message regarding any invalid IMEI.

                I think the data base of RELIANCE is not correct. M/s Reliance please look in to the matter and rectify your data base.

I have also bought spice phone from a Reliance Web at Rohini, Delhi with valid bill by paying extra 4% vat on the same. It's dual sim phone and therefore I am using 2 numbers ie. [protected] of MTNL and another [protected] of Reliance GSM and lately received a message from Reliance that your IMEI No. is not correct whereas no message was received from MTNL.
                In view of the complaints made by others and my own experince it's proved that there is something wrong in the database of Reliance as I had purchased this phone from the RELIANCE WEB itself.

                Hope that Authorities will see this and take appropriate action accordingly.

                I have a bleu 471X mobile launched by pratham/sagem group. It is dual sim mobile. I have purchased it from a reputed store with bill and warranty.
                Probably due to dual sim, it has two IMEI nos.

                I am using Vodafone and Reliance GSM network. I have received a SMS followed with a call from Reliance GSM on 14/11/09 that handset is with invalid IMEI. There is no call or SMS from Vodafone. After reading the advertisement in newspaper I sent SMS to 53232 to check validity of my IMEI no. Reliance GSM charged Rs. 3 for SMS, but still there is no reply about validity of the IMEI no.
                So it is difficult to know what is the problem of Reliance GSM ? Also it is matter of consideration, that if IMEI no. is invalid than why there is no warning from Vodafone ?
                Hope that authority think over these problems particularly for dual SIM mobile holders.

                They are true man your imei is not vaid a single mobile instrument cannot have two IMEI though it is a dual sim mobile .even i am having a dual sim mobile but it has only one IMEI number

                A dual sim mobile has to have two separate IMEI number. If it is not then please talk to customer care of the mobile manufacturer.

                Even I have the same problem with Reliance GSM service in Bangalore. They keep on sending me message about my IMEI no being invalid but actually IMEI number is valid as sending SMS to 53232 gives me correct success result. I am having SPICE M 4580 instrument. I guess these reliance peoples are not working hard enough to synchronize their databases with GII IMEI database.
                Hope they see the complaints here and act fast.
                I dont have comments to share with all of you. But i would like to say that reliance, really wants to clear its data base...

                  I have purchased a Fly phone with dual sim and dual IMEI numbers on 05.10.09 from a reputed mobile store with bill. I received the message from reliance GSM service (15.11.09) that my IMEI number is not valid, though my other service provider DOCOMO has not send any message regarding any invalid sim. I think the data base of RELIANCE is not correct. M/S Reliance please look in to the matter and rectify your data base

                      i have made complaints many time about poor network of rcom gsm in my hoapital. the problem has aggravated after rcom launched its simply reliance plan. the nertwork signals disappear completely during calls causing loss. but the concerned authorities turned their deaf ears to this complaint. plz tell what to do?

                      Hi is this Joseph benn.M & my Reliance No [protected]... my sim card shows regisration failed like that... went for an enquire for that in reliance web world chennai( t.nagar), they said your card as ternaimated, its not possible to use the sim card further ... but my ID, PROOF are correct in there data base ... i have give thries my proof to them ... wost in that performance ...

                      I am having problem with network issue, when i kept mobile in my pocket signals got dissappear this is generally occur at my office other than the places got good signal so this is the weekeast signal. Another thing is that while i am in roaming in my place network coverage area is not there.if they are not provide own network it should are tie up with other network that and all not taking care.


                      WORREST SERVICE BUT EXLLENT TARRIF RATES WHEN COMPARE TO OTHER NETWORKS
                      Relinace GSM address proof submission is a repetative affair. I submitted thrice and again customer care is asking to submit the fourth time. And they terminate the service without any notice or intimation. Coverage is very pathetic.
                      reliance gsm is the weakest network in India...
                      they shoul be ashamed of opening a company...

                        Dear Friends I would like to bring under your notice a shocking evidence of Reliance Communications. I have Reliance Landline telephone at my work place, I have made pyt of Rs.390/- through cheque and taken a valid receipt of Reliance Communication vide R.No. 15378 dt 30/07/09. The said pyt has not been yet updated to my account as a result to which I am facing disconnection in outgoing again and again. I have complaint number of time to Customer Care center *377 and had emailed the scanned copy of receipt at [protected]@relianceada.com but was suprised to see that I have been rendered no solutions to my grievances accept the acknowledgent of the complaint/mail with new request ID. I reported the matter to the nodal officer Mr. Sourabh Khedke at Bhopal but he didn't take the pains the matter.

                        I think all these people are just passing the time sitting at their offices.

But to my horror the lady at the other end (customer executive) was asking me what do you mean by Roaming? is that the how the support their clients?                         I have faced a no of problems at the reliance end and approached the concerned aythorities many a times but my grievances have never been addressed. Despite of moving to the higher authorities, the problems with my reliance gsm no remains as such.
                        i bought reliance modem on oct 20009 and i got two month free internet surfing but i got only one and half month free internet surfing and after that i take RS 300 and 325 plan but he take total RS 1400 for two month i.e dec jan .
                        My name is Anmol kumar prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] and validity upto 2023.Every month when i recharging my mobile always they are vanishing my balance without any proper reason every month minimum about 250 to 300 RS this was repeating from last three month inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 3 month since no response and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

                        I have file many complaints to these people at the same outlet but in vain.

                        Now they send the bill of 2500/- and not taking any action against the network issue, they are saying that first i have to submit the bill but could u tell me that without network how the data card is working
                        and without using it why should i pay the bill,

                        finally I have lost my pecious time in my business for that i have purchased It. and lots of deal i had missed due to his network problem Like amount, time and deals. which were very important to me and my business... i am very upset they people give me bad response from their side, , , , , sometime they said "we can't do anything without submit the bill'

                        Its my humble request to You...plz solved the matter as soon as possible as i have lost (50, 000/-) with this big problem who will bear my lost????

                        Reliance is very fraud company. I am facing speed problem with 3.1 Mbps and getting 8-12 kbps transfer rate and 800 ms delay.

                        There is no response from customer care. I called on customer care and got the following answers..
                        (1). Sir maintenance is going on and will take time to resolve
                        (2). We can't log the complain for the same.

                        Even I had called up Relinace Nodal Desk (Mr. Anuj Bahuguna[protected] and i am surprised that no body is picking the phone at nodal desk. Even i didn't get any response thru mail which was marked to Nodal id: rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com.

                        I have been a logtime Reliance customer and I have had a good experience with your service department. The current incident has been outright disappointing for me. All the dues against this service have been cleared. I expect that you will resolve the problem at the earliest.

                        This is to inform that this complaint is against one of the customer care executive named MR.SAURABH ( GURGAWON) of Reliance. After calling the toll free number *333. I have called from my number [protected] on dated 07.03.2011 and I have talked for approx 12minuts .He doesn't have any information regarding the number. He also asked to disconnect the call when asked for more options and questions.
                        He denied passing the call to team leader stating that any complaint can be lodged against her and that He is not going to help.
                        He was utterly disgusting, impolite, and unprofessional and manner less employee of reliance prepaid mobile that is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade.
                        If reliance wants to regain its status then they should avoid hiring people like this and if hired then should be fired immediately for the sake of customers who still try to believe that reliance is a good option for communication. He should apologize to the all the customers. I am sure the customers she has dealt so far with are unhappy.
                        Hope this issue will be taken seriously against MR .SAURABH (GURGAWON) as soon as possible and He should be thrown out or should apologize if reliance is not in position to hire a good standard of employees.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had recharged my phone with Rs 650 recharge card on 30/10/2009 through which calls to any RELIANCE GSM phone in India is free from 11pm till 6am. Starting from the same day,i.e 30/10/2009, till 8/11/2009, my night calls(from 11pm till 6am) were charged at Re0.50/min which is against their promise. They confirmed my complaint on 9/11/09 after which my calls have been free...but as a result of the initial failure,they have deducted almost Rs300 from my card balance!
                            And even now, whenever I make the call, after 30mins,the line gets disconnected on its own!
                            It's happening from the last 4-5 days!! And after that, if I try calling, it says that the network is busy,but if I call using my main balance, then the line connects directly!!! Which is highly frustrating and harassing.

                              I have reliance number since last year [protected] on my name & suddnely my phn services has been disconnected without any information to me w.e.f 29.10.2009 when i come to know i immediatly contacted the reliance web world they said you need to re-submit your documents of address proff & id proofs I was shocked why again they r asking same information even after 1 year already passed however i sumbitted the same with information mail to : rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com (rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com); [protected]@relianceada.com ([protected]@relianceada.com) on dt 03.11.2009. I have received a very decent reply from customer care representative with registration of complaint no.Service Request ID[protected] on dt 04.11.2009. In reply to that i again write a mail on dt 06 nov 2009 & 09 Nov 2009 with CC to their complaint cell nodalofficer punjab. Two times i hv received call from complaint cell executive with only assurance has given to me nothing has happened. On dated 09 Nov 2009 i hv receivecd another mail from customer care executive with another complaint no.Service Request ID[protected] I was surprised that hw can they issue me another complaint no. without resolving first one, I again write a mail in reply to this on dt 10 Nov 2009 with following contents ;

                              This is with refrence to my continuous communication with you vide request noService RequestID.[protected] &[protected]. Till date i have not given proper attention. and now you are giving me seprate-2 complaint numbers but my concern is same as per my first communication against complaint no.[protected].

                              Now i came to know that the address proff which i was submitted xerox is not clear & my services is still to resume. Now i m sending you scaned copy of my driving license against my no.[protected]. I hope this time you people will not give any execuse.. . If even now my services shall not resume then i m forced to knock the door of consumer court. It is almost 15days over my services is terminated without any prior information.

                              Even after submitting scanned copy through email till now (14/11/2009) my phone services still not activated .I hope through your intervention i will get justise for that period for which i suffered. They people not moved single step even i warned them i will go to consumer court.

                              Hoping for early enquiry.

                                I have still not received my permanent Reliance One card .In march i was issued a temporary card no. [protected] & when i contacted the rel. store to redeem my pionts they said that the system is not showing the details & issued a new temporary card to me saying that ur pionts will be transferred on that card . The card no. is [protected] .Still i have not received my permanent card & also not able to redeem my pionts .
                                Please do the needful & issue my permanent card .

                                  I have got this connection discontinued with effect from 1st Octber, 09 onwards with full and final payment to Reliance.
                                  I do not understand as to how this connection is still activated on my name despite the fact that reliance had confirmed that the services of this connection was barred on 17 September,09 onwards and from 01 October it was officially discontinued by Reliance.
                                  However, I had submitted the services termination request to Reliance through its Web world outlet on 27 October

Phir 09.11.2009 ko hamare paas ek sms aaya 52811 no se jis par yeh bataya gaya ki aapke no. par outgoing ki facility band ki ja rahi hai maine 09.11.2009 ki shaam 6.00 baje phir ek naya application form bharke 1 naye photo aur driving license ki photocopy jis apne sign karke Tulsi Office main jama kar di mujhse ye kaha gaya tha ki kal subah 11.30 baje tak aapka no chalu ho jayega. maine kal kai baar aapke customer care par baat karne ki koshish ki lekin wo bhi santosh janak reply nahi de paye unhone bataya ki aapke no. par tariff activate hai balance bhi hai aap tulsi wale office mein jakar mile mai kal shaam phir gaya to unhone bataya ki kal chalu ho jayega. aaj 3.10 p.m. tak outgoing nahi khul payee hai jiski vajah se mera bahut loss ho raha hai mai apne ghar se 30 km door apne office main baitha hu ghar ke haal bhi nahi mil pa rahe hai mere father ki tabiyat thik nahi hai aur mere paas itna samay bhi nahi hai ki mai baar baar aapke office pahuch paun kyonki mai shaam ko 8 baje ke kareeb office se nikalta hun. pls help me & meri outgoing khulwane ki koshish kare.

                                        I am unable to use some NOKIA 5800 express music applications with reliance sim in it. Application such as TOUCH PIANO and TOUCH GUITAR are not working and below error coming -

                                        "Detecting error

                                        [protected][protected][protected][protected]

                                        This application didn't allow to run on your phone network. ( only India telco Simcard ).


                                        However, if i remove the reliance SIM and use it on my IDEA Cellular SIM it works properly. Also work with vodafone / airtel / tata and other sim cards. This has been also checked to reliance WEBWORLD but no resolution given. Therefore please get the same checked too and address it suitably.

                                        I get the same error "only India telco Simcard" while using 5800 nokia express music applications with Tata Docomo Simcard
                                        Hey..

                                        Even i am facing same problem with my New airtel sim and same error is showing..Pls suggest what need to be done on this error.
