Dear Sir,

I Nimesh P Pandya would like to complaint for harrasment of reserved calls.relance adag is the worst service proveder.why the trai is not paying any heed and taking action against them.I have complained so many times for this, they said it will not come.mobile is used by my fatherwho is senier citizen.for 1/2 hour or 1 hour they put us on hold on no.*333.indirectly they don't want to take up complaint only.why they are allowed to do business.this is absolutely absurd.

Kindly address the complaint at earliest.

Reliance ADAG is the worst service provider, they behave in such a way that they can do whatever they want to do in india.they are not at all providing worst servises in telecom but in electricity.I have never seen govt not at all taking any action against them.Reliance power by looting public in Ipo. same case in rnrl
Relaince ADAG so much they charge on prepaid services for life time, why don't they give bifurcation & not listning to customer.why they take money for the services which they can not provide, rathe they should shut the business.stop looting people in indirect ways.what trai is doing.i think they are sitting for them.they don't represent people at large.this is absurd.why no actions are being taken.Rpower issue big fraud.investors wealth lost, RNRL also.Why department is sitting idle & sebi is also not taking any action.

    This is to inform you that I am purchased one Reliance cdma no. [protected] with name Gurpreet Sing (my brother) but now without my permission your company activated any P2P sms servies on my number . my account blance in moon blance (-) i am not ready for like this unnessary money investment .After that when i talk to your costumer care they talk me with in rought tone and disconnect my phone . and now i will not able to call *333 i think this this service locked on my number .plzzzzzzz unwanted active this p2p sms serives (unactivate) unsubscription plz sir .

      I had taken reliance netconnect 1X data card in february 2008. initially when the data card was under trail period that is no money was charged for first two months o[censored]sage after that the bill shall be charged as per the plan and usage. i have used the data card for almost eight months and have faced following problems:

      1. The speed that was told to me and is indicated on when the data card is connected is 153 kbps but it is not actually provided. the data card works horrible and has very poor connectivity.
      2. Past three bills i am being continuously wrongly charged and corrections are being made in the bill after i place the complaint, but even then despite the correction the bill is still overcharged as i have the track of my usage so i am sure about the overcharges and after one correction it is further not being rectified.
      3. Despite my data card being in the Warranty period and some problem in the hardware it is not being replaced and false reasons are being given of the problem not being covered under warrenty and i have got the problem verified from another service provider who has denied the fault mentioned by the reliance service center people.

      I am highly in trouble due to bad services provided by Reliance Communication. so please look into the matter and try to resolve the issue soon.

        Hi,

        I converted my postpaid into prepaid plan yesterday and recharged with 100 rs. I got the balance of rs. 88 under Main and 37 under promo offer which should be utilize before 5th dec. But when i am making call it diduct the main balance and promo balance is also not available today.

        Also when I am calling to prepaid customer care it always got connected to postpaid department.

        Please look into this issue as soon as possible.
        I am facing the same problem. i complained in customer care several times and also i talked to supervisors also. but everytime they put me on hold and when returned told me that your account information is not available so call after 30 mins.

        Reliance customer care will never help you. they will just waste your time. so better not to waste your time in talking with them and just move to another provider where deduction will be transparent.

          my new reliance no is [protected]. according to the new message plan, i have recharged with Rs 32 for local sms @ rs 10paise/sms.But, 1 week passed but same 50/message is being deducted.No any customer care persons are showing me the right path.Daily give me new excuses.It will be solvd or not.Unless i have to lodge complaint.

          Reliance GSM — don't send any msg.

          from last 6 months I can not send any msg.I complained to customer care 4 times but there have no positive response. so,please focus on my problem and recover it as soon as possible.My mob no is [protected].

            On 26 Nov09, I got SMS in evening on my reliance prepaid number ( [protected] ) that ,on my mobile, some offer has been subscribed and 30/- Rs has been deducted. I was shocked to see that unlawfully 30/- Rs were deducted from my account balance even I have never subscribed for any offer. Then on calling to customer care about this complaint, after a long waiting hours, he unsubscribed this service unnoticeably and without my consent and 30/- Rs never added back to my account . Why this is going to happen , this type of tampering with the billing/balance of customers???
            I want back my 30/- Rs balance to be added in my balance.

              Brief on recent incident ;( My Mobile No. [protected])
              On 25.11.09 - I have called my dear-ones and the talk was around 20-30 minutes and after my talk over I have received message stating that "your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 8.47. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service" at 10:05pm.

              After the call, I send one sms_nld consisting of 75 alphabets and checked my balance amount which is showing Rs. 6.97 at 10:19pm

              For one SMS it should deduct Rs 0.50 paise, but the company has deducted Rs. 1.50 paise
              (I have opted for a plan in which Rs. 0.50 paise charged for Local & STD call as well as Local & STD SMS)

              On 26.11.09 - i tried to lodge a complaint on their customer care no. *333, but no one picked the phone and the call machine was on giving details of their product.

              Then i visited there customer service centre located at J B Nagar, Andheri - East, Mumbai, near to my residence, and spoke with their representative Ms Shabina Solkar, Mr. Sonoj Sonkar - Team Leader and Mr. Vijay Panchal - Store Manager giving the complete details of deduction, but no one given the satisfactory answer to my complaint for the wrong deduction nor they was ready to register my complaint, when I said I will complaint Mr. Anil Ambani on his official E-mail ID - then they only said we will forward the query (case id[protected] & you will get the reply through SMS.

              On 27.11.09 - i have received the SMS stating " Dear Reliance Customer SR[protected] has been resolved your wrong decrement has been verified & amt is deducted against sms_nld usage"

              We are in a such a bad situation that;

              One is robbing us and we have to complaint to same person saying that you are robbed me and refund my hard earn money

              Robber says let check whether I have robbed you & after some time they reply (after continuous follow-up with them) that they have not robbed.



              INCIDENT NO. 2
              I have lodge earlier several complaints (more then 100) through Customer Care No., Visiting there office & emails but no one has replied my complaints and over phone they keep on wait/hold for horse.

              Complaint - Daily deducting 3-5 paise without any services used or what service i have avail dail for the deducted amount of 3-5 paise? (Which has been shown to their customer service representative and also putted on the mails)


              I my opinion and whatever i have faced from this company is very bad experience and i have come to the conclusion that this company is a "WHITE COLLER ROBBER" which robs their customer’s 24hrs-365days.


              Will this company is going to stop all this malpractice of deducting amount without their customer notice?

              Is there any organization that will stop this company from all this wrong practice?

              If this happen, it will definitely benefit all the customers who are unaware of all this malpractice or who have no time to take up the matter the competent authority due to their daily work.

                Dear all i am Accountant of outsourcing company i have 2mobiles which i required. 5 months ago i purchased a Reliance GSM service.Nowadays the company is Deducting my prepaid balance and sending me the unwanted quates and trivera without my request when we call customer care the fool us by saying they r not wawre of it. Please look into the matter so that customer can freely live and use their rights.

                I am Siddharth Sharma. today on 21 st sept 2012 i recharged rupees 50 and suddenly 36 rs got deducted.this is unethical..didnt hope such an activity from this reputated company. i want my money back.or i vl take the case further.

                  my name is mohamamd kirmani and my reliance number is [protected]. me and my family members are using reliance mobile for communication purpose and on[protected] i got a sms from reliance GSM that i have activated lovetips pack and they have deducted 30 rupees. When i asked reliance customer care executive he said please stay on line till then i check for the reason but he disconnected my call. and in other incident on[protected] on my dad reliance CDMA mobile ([protected]) they deducted 30 rupees for caller tune service. and to my surprise when i called on my dad mobile it was regular bell ring no song or caller tune. when i asked them about this they said we don't know anything but you have activated a song. and they did same with on my mom reliance CDMA ([protected]) phone they deducted 30 rupees. but in all the three cases they dint returned the money. they always gave lame excuses.

                  im totally agree wid this compl. ihav d same problem wid this network. i lose 90/- within a week. no one is here to tell me where should i go wid my compl. who will take d responsibility for all these rubish!!! their motto is costmer ko loot lo jitna ho sake. inko training hi ye di jati hai. upar wale saale company khol ke baith gaye hain hamari kamai khane ke liye. ek baar connection le lo bas lutne ke liye taiyaar ho jao. bina matlab ke pack activate hote hain apne aap or rs kat jaate hain. 1week pahle mere mob me 150/- rs the or aaj 1.10/-. choro ko rakh rakha hai. saale...!
                  Same problem with my number - [protected], they deduct some balance from main balace against chargeable pack like a fraud company, but i have not registered any chargeable pack.
                  Is All telecome company is working a fraud/cheater company ??

                    My reliance gsm number is [protected]. I bought this number before 15 days. I submitted all the documents and the number got activated. Now all of the sudden I am receiving the message that my outgoing calls are barred due to insufficient documentation. I called their customer care and they saying that they have not yet received any documents and told me to submit the documents again.

                    I submitted the documents again but my number is still not activated. I called the customer care again and they saying that they have still not received the documents, while the retailer is saying they already forwarded the documents and it is to be verified at ashram road office, ahmedabad. I called nodal officer of Ahmedabad but they saying they can't do anything as they have not yet received the document.

                    I think this is very lethargic approach of Reliance and no one is bothered about customers, only they want is to mint money and they hate giving service.

                    I advice to go for vodafone or idea or airtel rather than going with someone new to gsm service.

                    I had purchased a gsm prepaid card(mobile No.[protected]) on 8th April 2010.I was told that a talk time of Rs.50/- will be provided on its activation and 500 msg./per day are free.My sim was activated on 10th April 2010 with zero talk time. On contacting to retailer he told that scheme is withdrawn on 9th. May I know what is the fault of customer? Is it not cheating with customer.

                      Hi, reliance gsm mobile,
                      I am a reliance mobile user for more than one year. Recently i have bought a new Fly DS100 dual sim based mobile. Few days back i got a call from you regarding that the handset i am using have no valid IMEI no. THen i have got the same words by sms. Then I talked with customer care regarding the problem and they gave me a phone number saying that this is the concerned person. I tried calling that person many times but the phone is always switched of. I think you should not check or some thing wrong happens. But i want to clear my views and my records.

                      hi i m alok, i m using spice m 4580 dual mobile hanset, i got the sms and call that u'r imei no is invailed, while when i checked my imei in net as well as by sms to 53232, it shows vailed, after i went to service center of spice he also told u, r imei is vailed what can i do?                         I have taken reliance netconnect connection on 2nd november 2009 and without informing to me,reliance web world converted my post paid plan to prepaid and reliance customer care is putting stone in web world and web world is unable to speak with me.They are just telling that we will inform you soon
                        AP NODAL OFFICER is doing nothing and i should say WORST NODAL officer which has created this type of service in AP.I have registed 3 complains through customer care and sent mail to nodal officer but it has been 5days but I havent got any solution on netconnect so i would suggest you all to go for AIRTEL.From last one year,i was using airtel broadband connection,but i havent faced any issues but due to good offers provided by reliance,i have shifted but its all waste now.

                          Its true, Reliance is completely unreliable. I haven't seen such a horrid case of customer harrassment before. Till the time I had to make the payment for the device, 10 ppl called up 10 times a day. The moment I made the payment, ALL of them vanished from the face of earth.

                          After a lot of running from pillar to post, the connection was activated by Nov 25 late evening. Following are the problems:
                          - Every time I connect, the connection goes off after approx 5 mins. The status shows its connected but in reality its not.
                          - After it goes off, I am unable to disconnect it or get my laptop to detect other wireless connections.
                          - I have to uninstall it and restart the laptop to get my laptop to detect other wireless connections.
                          - I try Reliance again by installing and connecting. And the cycle repeats - installation, connection, connection hangs with status connected but in reality NOT connected, uninstallation, computer restart.

                          Umpteen no. of calls to call centre later, I am still stuck with this. The call centre people assume I am dud and tell me silly things like USB port problem, coverage gone (its showing 4 lines all the time) and like. Last night when I got them to register the complaint, the turnaround time was 24 hrs. Today when I call, I am told the turn around time is 4 days.

                          There are no contact details as to who I can get in touch with or get this working.

                            Dear Sir/Madam

                            My Reliance Mobile no. is [protected]. Since long period my SMS service is not working. For activating the same I have made lot of complaints (vide complaints nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] etc.). Daily their representatives are telling over phone that it will be activated within 24 hurs & sometime telling that it will be activated within 48 hours. Since 11th Nov-2009 I have made the complaint daily but till now my problem has not solved & due to this I am facing a lot of problem. I think thier people have been cheating to the customer. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest.

                              We had reliance broadband connection (A/C No. [protected]) but we were not happy with the connection as it used to get disconnected very frequently, so we terminated our connection (termination id. :[protected] and purchased Airtel broadband connection.

                              After 3 months of termination, reliance has send us a legal notice to pay 5,516 Rs for broadband connection.

                              When we called customer care, representative told us that our termination request was invalid and we have to pay our bills and terminate the connection again.

                              We even tried to contact legal company (SA Associates Ph. No. :[protected], but nobody is responding from other side.

                              We want you to take some serious action against Reliance and so that they won't harass consumers by sending such froud legal notices.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am using Reliance India Mobile connection since last 4 years. I have never activated any value added services ever like Hello Tune, Caller Tune, Jokes, Bollywood masala or anything else. But they have activated such services several times without my consent. Whenever I ask them about deducting the amount, they simply say that ,from our records we can say that this service has been activated by you, that's why this deduction has happened.
                                You tell me what I can do in such situations?

                                  Sorry to hear this reply, but as i didn't activated through 'Bound Dailer Mode", i have many times experiance in reliance that there are many services are activated on the prepaid and postpaid numberby reliance mistakes and this is too, the charges are detucted from the account and reliance never found there fault. I am saying that i have never dialed any subcription number like 51234*** or other and from the date of actiation of postpaid number i do not responded any subscription call.

                                  I have also tried to deactivate the service through[protected]Toll Free), tried this number 3-4 times but the call is going silient for 2-3 minutes and call disconnected.

                                  And i do not what is this pack and i donot know how to use it , and i am not geting sms regarding the subscribtion.

                                  So please check again and prove me wrong, show me the logs showning that this service is activate from my end..

                                    Myself S. k. sharma working in a reputed company. Last night arround 11:45 PM, on my wife,s cell phone she recived a call from [protected] (Unknown) when we were sleeping, the person was unknown. She ask "who r you" than he started saying nasty things [I can't write those dirty things here]!. When I called him, he started abuse me also. When i ask from another No. he told that they are student & residing in South Ex (Delhi) & named Bablu & himanshu. By language they belong to bihar. My wife feel very harasshed & we could not sleep well whole night.

                                    Due to some reson i am not giving you more details right know but if you want i will provide.
                                    Please help me out with this. It is totally destroying the peace of mind for the entire family.

                                      Hi,

                                      Made a payment of 900 through HSBC credit card and post entering the amount, got the message that the transaction could not be completed. Tried it 3 times and got the same message all 3 times. later paid by cheque. But now all 3 attempts reflecting in my credit card statement and this Rs 2700 is not reflecting in the reliance statement. Unable to make the customer care agents understand - They are simplynot ready to help

                                        I had purchased Reliance Netconnect during April. I went onsite during September so could not pay the bills. Hence, my card was terminated.

                                        When I come back, i visited Reliance Web-world at Mulund (W), infront of Bal Rajeshwar mandir, near R mall. I paid all the bills & reliance person told me that I would get new no. and which will be allotted automatically wen i install the software again. I have paid the activation charges also. The address verification has also been completed.

                                        I have not been allocated new no since last 3 days. The store person is not helping at all. He is even not picking my calls. I requested for the telephone no of store manager, however information was denied to me.

                                        I am helpless in such situation after payment also and looking forward for your help. The details are as follows :
