Deduction of prepaid Balance without Intimation

Dear all i am Accountant of outsourcing company i have 2mobiles which i required. 5 months ago i purchased a Reliance GSM service.Nowadays the company is Deducting my prepaid balance and sending me the unwanted quates and trivera without my request when we call customer care the fool us by saying they r not wawre of it. Please look into the matter so that customer can freely live and use their rights....

Outgoing barred since last couple of days

My reliance gsm number is [protected]. I bought this number before 15 days. I submitted all the documents and the number got activated. Now all of the sudden I am receiving the message that my outgoing calls are barred due to insufficient documentation. I called their customer care and they saying that they have not yet received any documents and told me to submit the documents again.

Very BAD Customer care service..Infact worst in AP

Reliance Netconnect not working

Its true, Reliance is completely unreliable. I haven't seen such a horrid case of customer harrassment before. Till the time I had to make the payment for the device, 10 ppl called up 10 times a day. The moment I made the payment, ALL of them vanished from the face of earth.

After a lot of running from pillar to post, the connection was activated by Nov 25 late evening. Following are the problems:

Harrassing to Customer

Not terminating connection after multiple request

We had reliance broadband connection (A/C No. [protected]) but we were not happy with the connection as it used to get disconnected very frequently, so we terminated our connection (termination id. :[protected] and purchased Airtel broadband connection.

After 3 months of termination, reliance has send us a legal notice to pay 5,516 Rs for broadband connection.

Activating Services without my consent

IVR payment not reflecting anywhere

Hi,

Made a payment of 900 through HSBC credit card and post entering the amount, got the message that the transaction could not be completed. Tried it 3 times and got the same message all 3 times. later paid by cheque. The card is not getting activated after all payments

I had purchased Reliance Netconnect during April. I went onsite during September so could not pay the bills. Hence, my card was terminated.

Fraud Bill , even connection not active

I lost my data card (reliance broadband netconnect - [protected]) ,last month 16th (October) 2009 and put a request on 18th and got updated as blocked through customer care by phone on 25th ( ref number :[protected].
