Reliance charged me for ringtone service for which I had neither subscribed nor my consent was taken. On complaining to the customer care personnel I was told that it was one time cost and I will not be billed again. To my surprise, even after complaining reliance billed me again. Wrong Billing

Hi Peheredar,

I placed a disconnection request for Reliance Braodband on 10-Oct-2009 1AM as I moved to a another location within Pune, while the bill received shows the charge for whole billing cycle (23-Sep-2009 to 22-Oct-2009), which is 13 days extra than what I should actually pay.

fake deduction of balance on voice chat service

I use the mobile number [protected] which is a prepaid number.This is the second time they deduce my balance regarding the voice chat service.I did not active the service and last time i was assured that it wont happen again.Last time they deduced my balance for 6 months they did not give the balance.I have the recording regarding the deduction of balance.I want the consumer forum to take strict action against this company....

Balance deduction for the service which I have not used

I am using reliance GSM connection since last 1 week.My prepaid balance is getting deducted everyday with my information & for the service which I am not using.After complainting to reliance customer care no one is ready to listen and no one is ready to deactivate this GPRS service from my phone. CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Hi,

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance CDMA has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that your Subscription to CRBT Service has been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days. Rs 20 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.
When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such...

imposed unused charges

Sir,
This is Pradip Saha. I use reliance gsm from 8 months. My mobile no [protected]. From few months I saw that they deduct excess of call charges which I am not used. But it is Rs. 2 /- or Rs. 5/- . regarding bill

I have a reliance broadband netconnect connection(pre paid) purchased on 31 Aug 2009. I got it recharged with 0.5 GB top up on 03 Oct 2009 by paying Rs 500. till yesterday i.e. 27 Oct 2009, i had sufficient balance approx 0.3 GB. Last i used it was yesterday evening. When i tried to get it reconnected today morning, i was unable to do it. I went to reliance world office today evening and i was told that i have a negative balance of Rs 378....

Activation of services not required & deduction of charges for this without notice

I,myself own a reliance mobile No.[protected]. the company send us unnecessary call for the different of services and afterthat they activated the services with charges by sending us messages. i have called the relicance costomer care ofr this. but they says that you yourself has press some buttons and thats why we have activated the services. Due to this, monthly i have face a deduction of Rs 40/- to 60/-.this is unbearable....

Fraudulent charges

Hi,

As per the Rel NetConnect Broadband+ brochure, one can buy the data card and after one month, one can go to the Reliance Web World and register for any PostPaid plan or recharge the data card with any of the prepaid options. When I went to the "Reliance Web World in Goregaon, Mumbai" after a month, I was told to pay an additional amount of Rs.500 regarding the activation of the Postpaid plan. This is not mentioned...

Very very poor service

I took a Reliance net connect before a month.I used it for about two days. Then they cut the connection without any particular reason. They cut our connection with out any warnings.
Now i am daily go to the service centre. No response from their.
Is we lost our money?
What a poor service from Reliance group....

Fraud in Billing

Hello,

My Reliance No. is [protected].
Lately I have updated my Reliance 1 X Net connect to Broadband connection with 3GB daytime usage and 10 GB Night usage. I had a monthly billing cycle on 21st every month for Reliance 1 X Net connect, but I got it upgraded on 12th Oct'09.

I had made all previous payments and closed previous account of 1xNetconnect on 12th only and confirmed now on wards my Broadband...

fraud company fraud charges

hi, i have taken broadband + from reliance net connect, within tow month they have given me d bill amount of 10000/+, i work in sharemarket, they show me i have cross my over usage limits of 10GB, before that i have taken a plan of 512mb from sifty broadband, and it was more than enough for me, fake company fake charges, reliance is big fraud in all the ways...

Reliance people given the online transactions handle to Vriti Agency situated at Noida, When I enter to the site, with in 10 mins one of executive called (Joginder) from Vriti called me and ask me to order through online If I am interested and he promised me to deliver the device with in 2hrs...
