I registered my complaint about my network coverage problem and handset suspend problem to Reliance India Mobile, but they did not solve my problem yet. My complaint and their reply are as under.

On March 3, 2009, I called your costumer care department regarding my network coverage problem. I experienced the worst treatment of your costumer care department. From the very beginning, (when I registered my 1st complaint on January 24, 2009) asking about your costumer care department e-mail address, your costumer care officers repeatedly told me that there isn’t any such type of information that we have. When I told him that I want to registered complaint about the refusal of my request, he forward my call to their senior, I also told her the same and she also refuse my request and told me to disconnect the call which I didn’t. After few minute on hold she told me the same and this time also I didn’t because I want to register my complaint. After some minutes she started telling “Reliance mey sampark karney key liye dhanyawad”, (thanks for calling Reliance) and then she disconnected the call. As call was disconnected by reliance care I tried again and this time also call forwarded to senior costumer care officer, after about 20 or 22 minutes wait, costumer care officer came on line and told me that my problem will be solved within 30 minutes, then I told him also I want to registered complaint about refusal of my request, he also refuse to do so and told me if I got my information, disconnect the phone, which I didn’t because he didn’t registered my complaint. After putting me some time on hold he started conversation with very down market language (very cheap GALLIS) which I can’t even mention here and then he forwarded call to Reliance Mutual Fund Department.

After disconnected with Reliance Mutual Fund Department I called again, and this time your Costumer Care Officer Mrs. Dolly had attend my call and give me complaint number. (Complaint No.[protected]

I also want to special mentions here that keep the conversation from my cell no. [protected] on dated March 3, 2009 between 6:40 or 7:00 PM to 08:06 for further legal or mutual actions.

This kind of behavior is inexcusable, and unpleasant surprises from a company like Reliance Telecom. I’m not using your telecom services to here such a type of languages (it was really third class GALLIS), but you do whatever you feel is necessary. Keep in mind, however, that your actions will demonstrate how much you value my continued usage of your services.

Dear Vishwas Vedeh Pardesi,

I would be grateful for your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with the services your organisation have delivered. I do not find these to be acceptable and are below market standards. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

The issue I have experienced has been as follows:
1] Mobile Services Coverage Problem
2] Mobile Handset Suspension Problem

1] As per my previous complaint i would like to tell you that your organisation has surprising failure to solve my network coverage problem, i would also like to add that when last time i called your customer care center, i was promised that my problem will be solve before 1/8/2009, but till the date i've been facing same problem.[here are some complaint nos.

2] Due to your surprising failure to solve my network coverage problem, i've to withdraw my mobile service which was provided by your company.[ My Mo. No. was [protected] but still i've problem on my other mobile. (No. [protected]) because of lifetime service i can not withdraw this no.] Now the problem is that i can not change my handset which has postpaid no. [protected], to any other no. because the handset was suspended [told by reliance web word]. There isn't any due on both no. and not any legal obligation, so why the handset was blocked. i really can't understand what is the problem, is this a punishment to use your organisation's services?

I have not found the experience of dealing with your organisation to be acceptable. I believe my rights are under the Sales of Goods Act is that the services delivered should be of a reasonable cost and reasonable quality, which I do not believe your service has achieved. It has been well below these standards.

I would expect a response to my complaint as soon as possible.

I registered my complaint about my network coverage problem and handset suspend problem to Reliance Customer care long before. Their executive came here he saw our place & confirm us that he will come & fix the instrument for coverage but he didnt turned up& they close the complain without knowledge. finally we lodged the complaint again on 4th Jan 2010, but they did not solve our problem yet. My complaint and their reply are as under. My Complaint Number for LAnd Line is[protected] & For Mobile is[protected] dt: 4.1.10. Due to no coverage we are facing to much problem. it is affected our business. we have nearly 30-35 mobile connections & nearly 10 Landline connection.
But from Your customer care Executive i received only one message that due to shortage of material we are facing this problem. I just want one firm answer from your side that when our problem will disolve from your end.

    Sir, I purchased Reliance smart sim from Pichhore(Gwalior), MP and got No. [protected] it worked properly for 7 days. Now i got message that your documents submitted by you is not sufficient. and Sim stopped working. I have submitted Legal Driving licence as photo Identity proof and BSNL Land Line bill as Residence proof. I think these are sufficient document. why my sim blocked?

    I have buy Reliance Smart Sim on 10 th November and provided adhar card and photos for necessary docments required for the SIM.
    At that time i was told that Sim will be activated in 24 Hours but till today 22 November it is not activated.

    Hello, dear respected sir, its a complaint by a Reliance Smart user, and I'm undergoing this comment to let you know that my Reliance Smart number [protected] has been deactivated for no reason. Yes, I agree that it was inactive for a few months, but I am very disapproving of the way you unlisted that number. I am in very need of that number, and I want you to re-activate that number as I need it very badly. Hope you review my application, understand my problems, and please do it as soon as possible, I'm facing a huge amount of problems.

      I am subscriber of Reliance Communacation Ltd for prepaid (GSM, no [protected]) and postpaid (CDMA,no. [protected]) connection.

      On 28 Oct., 2009 I recieved a message on my both phone that "Bollywood Duniya" has been subscribed on your phone and amount of Rs 30 is charged for 30 days.

      I immediately call the reliance customer care (at *333) and asked them to deactivate/terminate this subcription and return the amount deducted from my prepaid balance amount.

      While for postpaid connection they assured me if amount is charged in my bill that would corrected however for postpaid connection they refused to return the amount deducted.

      I need the help from consumer forum in this matter to direct the company to return the deducted amount.

          respected sir,
          i am using reliance gsm pre-paid connection whose number is [protected] & i received a call from reliance on 29/10/2009 telling about an astroindial pack in morning around 8:30 am. i didn't give any response to activate it. At around 9:15 pm, i got an sms from RM-53030 that astroindial pack is activated on my account.
          i called customer care of reliance next morning & they refuses to way off Rs 30/ which was deducted from my account. please help me out of this

          i am new reliance customer and i am fist recharge for RS 61on date 12.11.09 but not active my Scheme 00.01 plaice per min. I am call to customer care for 4 time but no Response.             i have applied for reliance one card through your retail outlet at sector 14, panchkula haryana. they issued me temporary card and asked to wait for few months. but its over a year but i have not recieved my reliance one card. kindly send my reliance card as soon as possible.

              Hello,

              I am a Reliance prepaid customer from last 3 months. My Number is [protected].
              On 31/10/2009 I got a sms from 51234 informing "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 30 FOR A PREIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE)." and my balance deducted of amount Rs. 30.

              I have not subscribed any CRBT earlier not this time..
              so how can this happened to me.

              I tried *333 for customer care but after so many trials and steps when I reached the line to talk directly to customer care executive ,no one received the call.

              Please do the necessary thing to stop this type of fault and to refund my deducted money...This similar case was happened to my brother reliance smart sim also earlier.

                I HAVE PURCHASED RELIANCE NET CONNECT FROM SAGAR MADHYA PRADESH THROUGHRELIANCE WEB OFFICE AT SAGAR. I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIME ON NET AND RELIANCE WEB OFFICE AT CIVIL LINE SAGAR.NO ANYONE HEARING ABOUT IT. I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT RELIANCE WEB IS A CHEATING COMPANY IN INDIA AND DUE TO POLITICAL PRESSURE GOVT OF INDIA CANT TAKE ACTION. I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST CHEATING BY REALIANCE
                You are bang on that Reliance is a company of cheats.

                I have had an identical experience. In my initial euphoria I had taken two mobile, one netconnect and one FWP connections from the company.

                The mobile failed and under Dhirubai Ambani Pioneer Offer a lot of promises were made but never kept. They do not even reply to letters ./ emails. I think Mr Ani Ambani is really desparate to get out of his father's ghostly shadow that his flagship company even refuses the existance of the DAPO Scheme.

                I terminated the FWP connection in Jan 2009. Till date i am getting reminders to pay the bill and lately so for a different number.The security deposit has also not been refunded. The netconnect connection was requested for termination last month. Thankfully no reminders yet, Please do go on.

                  Reliance charged me for ringtone service for which I had neither subscribed nor my consent was taken. On complaining to the customer care personnel I was told that it was one time cost and I will not be billed again. To my surprise, even after complaining reliance billed me again. I want to deactivate this service with immediate effect

                  Infact i have called up at coustmer care for so many times
                  they said thet resolved the issue but still the problem is going on with every new recharge.
                  My balance get automatically deducted as soon as I recharege it.

                    Hi Peheredar,

                    I placed a disconnection request for Reliance Braodband on 10-Oct-2009 1AM as I moved to a another location within Pune, while the bill received shows the charge for whole billing cycle (23-Sep-2009 to 22-Oct-2009), which is 13 days extra than what I should actually pay.

                    When I contacted customer service today after sending the email below, I observed three issues (I clearly see a chaeting tendency with them):
                    1. They have actually logged a disconnection request on 14-Oct-2009 (after 4 days of me actually logging the disconnection request).
                    2. I was told that Relaince policy allows the disconnections to be done in 15 days after placing the request and hence they have actually disconnected the broadband on 22-Oct-2009.
                    3. When I got this connection, they have activated the connection within 2 days of connection application. Now for disconnection they say that they can take 15 days.

                    Can you please get this bill corrected by getting the 13 days (11-Oct-2009 till 22-Oct-2009) reversed so that I can pay the same within time otherwise I know next they'll levy the late payment charges, if I do not pay the bill by 13-Nov-2009.

                    Will appreciate your quick action on the same.

                    Earlier Complaint numbers with reliance: 69414973, 69135543, 69553275.

                    I have usage (MB) based plan. But since 3 months, the bill is charged for
                    the usage which actually I have not used. I have paid earlier 2 months
                    bills without really checking the detail bill whether the charges
                    mantioned are correct or not. And last month I come to know that the
                    charges mentioned in last 3 bills are incorrect, those MBs are not used by
                    me evenif they have charged. I logged many complaints for the same (few of
                    the complaint numbers are mentioned above) but nothing happened and till
                    date the problem is continued and on checking web report it still shows
                    the unbilled usage for current bill which I have not at all used.

                    There may be the case of fraud or theft o[censored]sing my connection by someone
                    else but inthat case I would like to have the IP address and physical
                    address of the location from where my internet connection is used by
                    someone else (if the case so).

                    For last three months i was getting proper bill (with 800 to 900 RS / month ) and i am having the broad band connection with 4 GB limit . Suddently my service got suspended and they are saying I have an unbilled usage of 7500 . They simply suspend the service and asking to pay the amount . I have registered complaints and the ID is 71953459. If reliance want to make money out of they way this not the way .I have decided to move out of this service provider . Dear friends dont ever go with reliance for any kind of service .

                    I have been using reliance broadband connection A/c no. [protected]. In the month of May 2008, the bill is charged for the usage which actually I have not used (Rs. 5092) and also they have barred my connection. I have called the reliance customer care & registerd a complaint for which they told that their person will get back to me within 72 hrs. But till now they have not called me regarding this issue. Unfortuantely, I could not follow up with them as I was very busy and also I have missed the complaint number given by them.

                    Therafter, my connection was never restored till now but i keep on receiving bills every month with extra amount. Also, i had requested them to terminate my connection which has not happened till now.

                    On August 13th 2008, a person from reliance called me & said that if I pay Rs.2200 as full & final settlement amount then they will terminate my connection. I had paid the amount on 13.10.2008 itself. But still my connection is not terminated and I am receiving bills every month.

                    Now when I call them regarding this, they are telling there are no complaints registered at all by me. Unfortunately, i dont have the complaint numbers.

                    Also, now they are threatning me that they will take legal action against me.

                    I am suffering a lot due to the poor services provided by reliance. I am going through a mental trauma due to these people who dont know how to do service.

                    Please help me to resolve this issue immediately.

                    Sir,
                    I am a customer of Reliance Broad Band and regularly paying bills. Suddenely the bills were not received since Feb-2007 and then i was reminding on helpline but nothing was materialised. I thought that it will be improved but it didn't and this is continued upto November 2008. After continuous remindings for bills i have decided to take new internet connection and i took it from BSNL. In November i have got the bill from Reliance of Rs.9309/- and then reminders started. I had argued that you have not sent me bills till 22 months and is there any responsibility of Company. Then they moved one step ahead and sent a recovery agent to my house. I am a responsible person and having status in society and for a sake of Rs.9000/- and without my fault they harassh me. Then the limit ends when they have issued me a Legal Notice and mentally torture me. My argument is there that as per your rules indicated on the back of the Bill under heading "Suspension of Service" that if "Notice shall be issued to the customer if bill will not be paid within due date. In case of non-receipt of payment within 7 days of notice the service will be suspended...". Why my service is not suspended and why waited for 22 months. I request for judgement in this regards.

                    Reliance Broadband — Complete Bill sent through placed a disconnection request much earlier

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    With reference to my Reliance Broadband Customer A/c No:[protected], I have registered a complaint for a sudden disconnection of my Broadband services without any notice on 16th and 18th March. Later after subsequent follow-up also the Reliance Personnel has taken no action and the Broadband services were not resumed for me. The disconnection of service happened because the Reliance personnels has taken away the Wi-Fi Antenna and wire connecting to the POE box in my absence from my home. They later accepted their mistake on phone and have came to resume the connection on 3rd of April when I already placed a disconnection request on 30th March.

                    Though placeed a disconnection request on 30th March with Request No:93386444, still they have sent a bill for the whole month. I was deprived of the Internet services from 16th March 2009. So, I request you to please take appropriate action on this. I can pay the bill only for the usage and not more than that. Please act on my request.

                    I have a reliance broadband connection ID#[protected]. For the first 4 months or so i did not have much problem with the bills, the maximum bill untill then was Rs.1200 and minimum was Rs.385. On 15th of May09 they call me and informs me that they are suspending my services as i have crossed the limit of Rs.4000/- i asked them for an explanation on the bill, they simply told me that the bill is not yet generated and so they cant help. I told them that i have not used the connection much and that for the past few days it was not even connecting and informed them of my compaint on the 13th of May09. They simply told me that i would have to wait until the bill is generated. And in the intrim they send me the bill for April09 for Rs.385/- which i paid, and for the past 2 months i had no broadband connection as i decided to be patient and wait (since i was sure that there was a mistake from their end and it would get resolved automatically after the bill was generated.) so i waited and when i received the bill it showed and amount of Rs.4300.63/- with 2.033 GIGABYTE download on the day the connection was not working and a complaint was raised ie., 13th of May09, and intresting still was the fact that it was showing a download of 4.40 GIG of downloads in 4days. I am so certain that it is a wrongly generated bill. I have this connection at home and my family was on vaction during entire month of May09. Intrestingly all the downloads had happend in the morning around 8.20 am and 10.0am. This is rediculas as i would be out on my way to office at that time.
                    I cant explain this phenomena except that the bill is not mine. If reliance is sincere they would give me a waiver, but they are adamant and are asking me to pay-up. But i simply cant be cheated like this.

To my surprise the connection was disconnected in spite of taking a Unlimited package. The reasons given by customer care is CREDIT LIMIT IS CROSSED.
                    After this there has been mental agony for me to get this connection back and know the account details. No one cared to respond to my query.
                    After 6 months I receive a Legal Notice to Pay an settle this account for Rs 6000 for a use of 4 days. After repeatedly getting calls from different people from customer care no one has a history of the talk and no one intends to resolve the issue BUT ASK FOR PAYMENT.
                    PLEASE STOP HARRASING ME FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. NO MORE LEGAL NOTICE TILL YOU HAVE A TRACK OF THIS ACCOUNT.
                    Take this as last intimation and stop sending any more mailers as your customer care has no clue of what they are talking.
                    I wish to have a response to this letter and close this account which is request more than 8 months back to your team.

                    Reliance Broadband — Wrong billing and internet not working still charging

                    I though Reliance is good company and I will get proper services without any problems, but it is not true.
                    This is to inform that inspite of very low usage of internet, i was charged heavily in the bill. net worked only for 8 days in the month. Since my fixed line no. is in the same BAN my phone is also suspended giving the reason high usage of internet exceeding credit limit. I came to know it was prorate basis. I booked complaint againt it but they are just saying to pay the amount.
                    I can not check my unbilled usage because the page do not open on the reliance broadband connection .
                    Apart from being , these guys are also THIEVES.

                    I paid my monthly bill by credit card over IVR. Apparently this was a new mode of payment they started.

                    Although money was debited from my credit card, Reliance Claims they did not receive the money, and wanted proof.

                    I gave them the Transaction Id, that was generated by Reliance’s own IVR system – but they refused to accept, saying they want my credit card statement sent to them. WT[censored]

                    When i explained that credit card statements come only end of month, they said they cannot do anything.

                    The issue is still hanging.

                    I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DO NOT TRUST THEIR OWN TRANSACTION ID!!!
                    I totally agree with the above mentioned compliants. I am over charged thrice for calls which I never made. I can assure the same since the day the calls were made I was out of town and no one has a duplicate key to my home. I have the tickets as proof for the same. I log 2-13 complaints a month for connectivity issues as well. No one pays heed. May be it's better to drop off their connection and look upto something better. Airtel seems to be a better option. Many of my friends have opted out to it.
                    Yes. For the second time I am being cheated by this guys. All of a sudden my monthly charge which is a fixed sum of 1322Rs. has gone all the way upto 5500, and since my dynamic credit is only 3000/- they have deactivated my account, without even informing me.

                    As usual, i called up cust. are and got some useless ticket IDs. Now it has been 2 days without internet and I am finding it difficult to handle office work after going home.

                    Now just to get the net back I have paid 80% of 5500 as suggested by the Cust care and just hoping to have the internet connection back home.

                    I am 1000% sure I have not used more internet this month which could cause a 5500Rs bill to come.

                    BIG CHEATERS.
                    Reliance are Thieves, Fraudsters, Burglars and Con Artists. They sent me a wrong bill of over $7100 and don't want to admit that they made a mistake.,

                    Their system that calculates the data usage is wrong. Their system under my services display my usage as 162 mb in 10 days while i received a bill of 11gb usage in 10 days. They are misleading their customers. Keep away from them.

                    Their customer service is horrible and they do not look after their customers. I have netconnect+ broadband. It keeps dropping few times every hour.

                    I have used tata photo+ before and had no problem with them. The only reason i chose reliance was due to fast speed but after receiving fraudulent bills and horrible customer service i am never going to use them or recommend them to anyone.

                    Also try contacting their nodal officers to resolve the issue and they won't even return your call.

                    The whole reliance business is based on ripping customers off and then taking them to court when they don't pay the wrong bill. Stay Awayyy!!!

                    I have proof that they have charged me wrong as i have purcahsed a software that calculates all internet usage on my computer and my usage is no way near the usage that was in my bill sent by reliance.

                    Reliance Broadband Connection — wrong bills and calls

                    i had the connection of reliance broad band which i mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com for stopping the connection as i was to shifted to some other place . The reliance person confirmed that connection will be cut and will come to take the broad band set up but no body turned up instead every month i start getting bill payment mails and calls irrespective of many mails i`m still getting call and mails for payments
                    its been 4 month i`m fed up and not sure what to do except complaints

                    I have disconnected my reliance netconnect in the month of feb.2011 (Discoonect ID- [protected]) but the company is sending the bill even after that. In the month of june 2011, when I fed up with the phone calls from reliance regarding the bill I decided to pay for it to get rid of such calls but when I went to reliance custumer care department, they said there is no connection of such type and hence no bill you are to pay. But the very nexy day I again recived call from reliance to pay the bill.

                    I am a Reliance broadband customer for past 3 years My user id is[protected] and name is kanchana, I took this connection on 22.10.2012 before this I had the same Reliance connection at reduced speed of 500 kbbs( I Forgot the User id), with the name K Sivanand at address no 2 inbarajapuram 2nd st Bajanaikoil st Choolaimedu Chennai 600094. The Sales person suggested me to take this 1 Mbps plan which I agreed and I took the connection. I Assumed that my old connection had been deactivated. And Reliance had already disconnected my old line. Now after a year, I am receiving a call from High Court for paying the Fine. All through this year I am a customer of reliance and I am paying my bill correctly, I did 'nt receive a single bill from Reliance to pay the money and moreover I used to receive call's to pay the bill for which I would say, I am using this line and the payment person never said to me to disconnect the old line please solve my problem.

                      I am Jose Mathew, I was a Reliance mobile post paid ([protected]) customer till Feb 2007. I had cancelled this connection on 1st February 2007.

                      Details in the Acknowledgement for Service termination is as follows :- WOTC/WW Reference Number - WW08002, WOTC/WW CODE - [protected], CAF Number - [protected]. The termination request was given at Reliance Web World, Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore. (Rs. 2107/- was paid towards my reliance account for termination on the same day).

                      On 8th May 2008. I received a Legal notice from an advocate Mr. C. K. Sreejith on behalf of Reliance communication to pay back an amount of Rs.1003.52/- that I am liable to. I had personally called the Advocate and enquired about it. He had taken the receipt details from me and assured that he would take care of it and nothing more to be done from my side.

                      Last week ie: 27th october 2009, I received another Legal notice from Advt. C. R. Radhakrishnan and associates, High court of kerala. Ref - RCL/CONC/Nov 09/460 that I am liable to pay an amount of Rs.1003.52 + 500 legal charges. If I agree then come to their office and pay the same and if I dont agree then produce required documents and meet the advocate.

                      My parents are worried about the legal notice against me and then are telling me to finish it off whatever ways possible as they dont want me to get into any trouble with this sort. Reliance communication is literally Harassing their customer for paying the amount which i am not liable to.

                      I already had given enough details to the Advocate who had send a Legal notice last year, still nothing happened. Even this time how can i be sure that i go an meet them personally and they wont harass me the next year.

                      I am in bangalore now and it is not possible for me to come down and meet them at the time they had asked for.

                      Please do take necessary actions against this organization which is harassing the customers for paying what they are not liable to.

                      After two years some how i was able to find out the receipt of final payment and the acknowledge receipt that i had receive. Or else i would have been in real trouble. How long reliance expect its customer to keep the receipts and other details. Why the customer should suffer if they can keep their account properly.

                        I use the mobile number [protected] which is a prepaid number.This is the second time they deduce my balance regarding the voice chat service.I did not active the service and last time i was assured that it wont happen again.Last time they deduced my balance for 6 months they did not give the balance.I have the recording regarding the deduction of balance.I want the consumer forum to take strict action against this company.

                            I am using reliance GSM connection since last 1 week.My prepaid balance is getting deducted everyday with my information & for the service which I am not using.After complainting to reliance customer care no one is ready to listen and no one is ready to deactivate this GPRS service from my phone. I want help on this so that they will not cheat anyone else.

                            I have almost loose Rs 400 since last 4-5 days which reliance has deducted from my balance on the name of GPRS use which I have not used at all.

                            I am reliance GSM user since 2 years but in last 15-20 days i have lost balance 400Rs in two parts.Today when i was sleeping from 3 AM to 9:30 AM my cell shows dailed no.'s of such which i not even know. Now i found out that there are some anonymous numbers dialing themselves. Even as am typing now, it still dialing it self. Whenever i load credit, i have to use it immediately before it been wasted. I don't know what to do again cos i can't sell my phone. Can anyone out there help US out??????????????

                                I am having a reliance India mobile CDMA and I am using the same since more than 3 years.

                                On 28th, I had recharged (topup) my mobile with Rs 101.00 around 12.15 pm. This was done by way of Easy recharge (E-recharge). Then, I received a SMS from reliance (52811) stating "Dear Customer, your a/c will be credited with Rs. 50 and benefits of 50p/min Local/STD/SMS/Roaming calls within 24hrs. Amt payale is Rs 101.00 " by reliance - sender - 52811 - time 12:36pm 28 Oct.

                                But, even after a lapse of around 32 hours, the credit didnot come to my mobile. I contacted customer care representative by dialling *333. But, I was surprised to receive a beautiful reply from her. She told that Recharging of Rs 101.00 was a limited special offer and the special offer closed on 08.10.09 itself. Further, she told that before recharging, you should have asked the retailer who recharged regarding the availability of the scheme.
                                I told her that I did not go for any scheme, but only went for recharge (top-up) and asked for credit of amount.
                                But, she told that the balance will not come to my account as the scheme is already over. When I asked why reliance has sent SMS when the scheme is closed ?
                                She told, daily reliance will be sending thousands of SMS. This is also one of them.
                                When I insisted her to take a complaint, she refused that there is no option for taking complaint for these type of things.

                                So, I have recharged for Rs 101.00 But the same is taken by Reliance stating some baseless reasons.

                                I just wanted to ask one question. If the scheme is closed, then why reliance is sending the SMS to customer's mobile? If the scheme is closed and the retailer recharges under the scheme, it should display error message.

                                I am lodging this complaint by E-mail as the customer care representative refused to lodge the complaint.

                                Hope, I will get a favourable solution.

I recieved a message saying that your Subscription to CRBT Service has been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days. Rs 20 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.
                                  When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

                                  Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

                                  My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.

                                    On 12th of October 2009, I purchased one STD free prepaid voucher of
                                    999 Rs. Then on 18th October, 2009 I got one promotional call for "Simply
                                    Reliance" offer in which was of 48 Rs and it was mentioned that
                                    "Simply Reliance

                                    Who will offer you STD, local calls and SMS at 50 paise for life without any
                                    conditions?

                                    Simply Reliance...

                                    Now call any mobile or any landline, on any network, anytime anywhere in
                                    India for just 50 paise. What's more, there are no vouchers, no monthly
                                    charges, no conditions, Simple, isn't it?"

                                    This means there is no condition applied on buying this special voucher and
                                    it was not mentioned that my Reliance to Reliance STD free offer will be
                                    finished if I fill simply reliance voucher in my mobile. The moment I
                                    purchased that simply reliance prepaid voucher, my reliance to reliance free
                                    offer was superseded by this 48 Rs voucher. Due to which the balance
                                    available in my mobile got finished as I was in impression that my mobile is
                                    reliance to reliance free. I talked to customer care in this regard so many
                                    times but I did not got any good response. This is totally a case of miss
                                    guiding a customer, as without informing customer you are sending
                                    promotional calls which are not of his use and also no proper information
                                    was given to a customer when he or she is buying a prepaid voucher.

                                    I want my amount which I lost due to your company mistake or
                                    otherwise I have to move this case to consumer forum.

                                      i am the customer from jhansi (u.p east) of reliance and i am using reliance number since very long period but when i went to reliance cluster office above axis bank,elite chauraha,jhansi they haven,t issue an new sim ,they refer me to take it from reliance mobile store situated at kacheri chauraha,jhansi but there there employee charged me 70 rupees for issuing a same sim then they refer me to reliance customer help center near krishna cinema hall,sadar bazar,jhansi there they charged me 100 rupees for same reason.i want to take some serious steps against this.

                                        This is Pradip Saha. I use reliance gsm from 8 months. My mobile no [protected]. From few months I saw that they deduct excess of call charges which I am not used. But it is Rs. 2 /- or Rs. 5/- . But 25th October I saw suddenly they deduct Rs. 30/- . I contact customer care. They everytime said that our system slow or system is now going upgradation please call after 2hrs. From 25th oct to 29th october I call more than 15 times. my last I call was 29th october at 12 noon. The day the customer care representative also call same that system is now going to upgrade plz call after 2hrs. I say plz give the call to ur senior. After hoding 3 min. their senior attend call and said u use mera gana services. I denied because I dont know what is mera gana and also I am not interested also hallo tune. I never use this service. He angrily told me that u use this service and we do not refund any money understand next he cut the line. I have also voice recording data of the caller. Plz do something If possible.
