[Resolved]  Reliance Communication Limited — Complaint against Reliance Broadband

Sir/Madam,
I want to file a complaint againt reliance telecom...They are delaying my payment again and again even their after overing of its time period also...I had registered a request to refund my payment on 25th Nov,2012 and still i have not get it...Ans my Subscriber ID/s :[protected] abd email id is [protected]@gmail.com.....And even i had called to consumer care many times but i have not got any solution from it..They only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them....Now i am fed up and i m totally get frustrated...They only used to make fool the public...so plss guide me for the steps taken to fire a case file againt Reliance Communication Limited..

Sir,

It is to intimate you that on 28 September 2009 I got the message from Reliance Company on my mobile No [protected] (at Jalandhar) that I have subscribed for six packs i.e. news, munna bhai jokes, and other four etc for one month at the rate of Rs 30/- and Rs 180/- were deducted from my pre-paid connection. On enquiry from customer care of Reliance I was intimated that it has been subscribed by me and company is not responsible for anything. Taking as fate accomply I requested them to unsubscribe the schemes ibid and to ensure that it is not re activated next months onwards, as I do not wish to have any such schemes on my connection. This request was made thrice to them and they confirmed.

It is surprisingly seen that on 28 October 2009 I got SMS on my mobile stating that " Ur subscription to NEWS pack has been renewed for Rs 30/- to unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1705 to 155223 Toll Free. Dial 56521 for Radio- Sender - 56522, Time 12.31pm 28/10/09.
With other few messages renewing my subscription for "Packs" which I had already requested for closure and by renewed by the company so motto.

On approaching the company call centre, they narrated the same story I have subscribed for the scheme and they were ready to close the same without refunding any money. Meaning thereby that they take the subscription money and on the request of the client close the services without providing any facility to the customer and declined to refund the money. This is the way they cheat numbers of people everyday. On my insistence that matter will be reported to Media/Newspapers and filing of case in Consumer Forum, they reluctantly lodged a complaint Number[protected] &[protected] on 29 Oct 2009 stating that money would be refunded.
It is to bring to your notice that most of the service providers are indulging in these type of illegal practices and squeeze the money everyday contrary to all norms, ethics and regulations on the subject. May I request your indulgence in the matter for the needful.

i am Using reliance GSM connection and whenever i am recharging my account everytime
minimum 30 rupees ll be deducted from my account. i can just pissed up with all this non-senses.
Some or the other pack used to be activated in my account saying that i activated it. i am facing this
problem from almost 6 months. And today itz heights, same thing happened and when conplaint
against it the customer service people replied like i dnt bother. i[censored] want to switch u can switch.
is this the way to deal with the customers. i still didnt get my 30 rupees back.. i dnt knw wat
business reliance are doing doing such thing..

I am also waiting for a refund from Relaince Communications.
I had ordered a broadband connection in November last year.
They failed to provided the connection and encasehed the cheque also!
What kind of company encashes the cheque before even installing the broadband connection.
Pure frauds!!!

Their is a network outrage going on with reliance network for more than a month.
Every time i call reliance customer care the outrage time gets extended by 10 more days.
my subscriber ID is[protected]. I am not able to get any resolution for this network problem for such a long time
Reliance executives only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them...i m totally frustrated with their services...so plss guide me for the steps taken to fire a case file againt Reliance Communication Limited..

I had subscribed to Reliance fixedline broadband service for 12Mbps speed. Never got such speed though i was using. Since last 3 months approx. i am not getting proper speed, no pages open and service interruption is there. If I call reliance customer service they have only one answer that all India outage is going on and they cannot take any complaint. Service will resume after some time and problem will be saved in next xx days and they give a date. To save myself from higher plan and rental, i switched for a lower plan for 2Mbps speed. Still speed too bad. many websites does not open. my important work like online payments / netbanking etc gets interrupted frequently. I asked for rent refund which they denied. I wrote email, registered letter, submitted complaint by fax, sent email to appellate authority but no answer from anyone neither any solution to complaint. Hope GrahakSeva can help me.

I Jainam bhavik Galani customer of Reliance has no [protected].
I have the issue with operating this number. I had a excess amount of bill on this number so i visited the gallery and got to know that the bill will be waved off to the minimum. But later i got call from customer service stating unpaid amount of bill. And there i came to know that my number was not given for wave off and hence i visited the gallery where i came to know that my number is terminated.
The biggest problem is that i want that number as its my business number and which is very important for me. From gallery I was told to inform you for the above problems and which will be solved.
Hoping for the solving of the issue and starting the number again. Waiting for your revert.
