I RECHARGE BECAUSE I WAS LISTIEN BEFORE RECHARGE VERRY WELL THAT IF I RECHRGE MY A/C WITH 70RS THEN I WILL GET EXTRA30RS MEANS 100RS,
I WAS HEAR HEAR AN IVR SYSTEM ACCORDING TO IVR,I WILL GET 100RS ON THE RECARGE OF 70RS
I WAS DIALLED 151515 FOR LATEST OFFER
THEN AFTER 2 DAYS

MY BALANCE WAS REMAIN 50RS BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT AT EVENING MY BALANCE WAS REMAIN 15RS ONLY
I WAS VERY SHOCKED ABOUT THIS EVENT
I JUST CALLED TO YOUR EXECUTIVE HE TOLD ME THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL BE REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT STILL NOW I DID NOT GET MY BALANCE BACK
PLS HELP ME

I AM VERY SURPRISED ABOUT THESE EVENT FACED BY ME

I AM TRYING TO CALL HIS EXECUTIVE BUT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER IVR RESPONSE MY CALL BEING DISCONNECT AGAIN AND AGAIN

    Dear Sir,

    I was using a Reliance GSM Postpaid connection (+[protected] of Mumbai Circle from last 10 months... I wasn't able to use the respective connection as i moved to Delhi about 3 months back and bought a new Reliance GSM Postpaid Connection... Suddenly on 21st Jan, 2013 my Mumbai circle number got terminated due to non usage issue... I want to ask a question that how can they terminate my connection without prior informing me... At least, they can drop a message on my alternate number or my registered email id on which they use to send the E-Bills every month... In spite of the non-usage i was very prompt to clear my bills... Many of my trading services are linked to that number only so please i want it back on a urgent basis...

    Therefore, I request or beg you to return my respective number as soon as possible... Please...!!!

    First of all, I would like to thank you people for such a gentle and kind attention on my complain. It was really nice to hear when your Customer service Associate was much concerned with the issue and was keen to solve the same asap. As per the telephonic conversations, the request is still in the process and i have not received the respective connection yet but it is expected to be finalized in the coming week according to the people from Reliance World, Juhu (Mumbai). So, I am willing to make cheers as well from my side as soon as I get my respective connection back...

      Hi,

      I am a very old customer of reliance CDMA. For past 2 months facing very bad signal. My friends complain frequently that they dialed my number and it was switched off but I never switch off. It happens because of signal fluctuation. Feel irritated and very disconnected. I am very sorry to say that if this continues then I will be forced to switch to other network. Please do the needful.

        Reliance telecom deducted repeatedly Rs 20 daily from 29/01/2013 to 30/01/2013 two times from my mobile no [protected].After complaining 5-6 times,they had not given any response regarding the complaint.They told that they are not bothering against their consumers complaint and harassing us .Please consider my case and arrange to solve.

          Reliance — no free calls from rel to rel

          i bought a new GSM sim recently launched by reliance.they told me that rel to rel calls are totally free from 11.PM to 6:00 am in the morning but it is not so...

          i just want to know is there any such scheme or they are just fooling the customers.?

                Sir
                I am a subscriber of reliance GSM (Rajasthan )
                My mobile no is [protected].
                I have recharged my mobile with Rs 247 on 23/01/2013 at 12:50 noon.But talk value Rs 150/- and 3G data(1 GB) balance is not credited to my account. I have immediately informed to the retailer about this, he called to customer care of reliance telecom and assure me about credit in next 1 hour.
                I have again intimmediated to reliance customer care at 198 about this matter on 23/01/2013 at 5:30 PM. They(Mr Rishikesh customer care executive) again assure me to credit the balance.
                I have finely complaint at 198 and they booked my complaint with ref no[protected] dated 24/01/2013 and they reply me to resolve my complaint in next 2 days.
                But Till now(28/012013 at 10:00 PM) this complaint is not resolved.
                Please take an immediate action to resolve my problem.

                      I , Vinod kumar shah , using a Reliance Communications GSM Prepaid connection No. +91 [protected] from many years but from 17/01/13 my service has been suspended.On 17/01/13 a postpaid bill SMS is been send to my number and after that my service has been suspended.On 1/11/12 I have transfer from postpaid to prepaid and paid full payment till that date.I have fulfilled every required condition and submitted all the required documents.I have contacted customer care many times but they have not worked over our complaint.I am a businessman so disconnection of service leads to suffer high losses.So request you to please work over my complaint as soon as possible.

                        My Phone number is [protected] and my service provider is Reliance. My product circle is Kolkata. About one week ago I recharged my number with Rs.44 sms pack. But it was not activated. Then I called customer care but it did not give me any satisfactory answer and told me to call later. After that I called to customer care several times but each time they gave me non sence talk and my sms pack was not activated. I was very harassed by their behaviour. Then I called on their complaint number (198) today on 27.01.2013 and they told me to wait for another 3-7 days. My complaint id is –[protected]. My sms pack is of 30 days in which 7 days are passed and they are telling me to wait for another 7 days which means I will be using only 15 days of my 30 days allotted if they rectify this problem. Please take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

                        Reliance prepaid mobile service — DEDUCTION OF CRICKET PACK WITHOUT INFORMATION

                        Dear sir , i have a reliance prepaid mobile connection having [protected]. during the month of Feb'2011 cricket pack automatically activated in my number and deducted Rs. 15+10 for a month. i had tried many times for contact with customer care to resolve my problem but there is always answer that network busy and not contacted with customer care. during this month once again deducted cricket pack charges. please look into the matter and resolve my problem. i have no need to know about cricket. i hate cricket.
                        i am very unhappy with that

                              AS I AM CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE GSm CONNECTION WITH THE NO. [protected] WITH THE NAME OF Piyush Agarwal. WHICH IS MORE THAN 3 YEAR OLD WITH THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
                              SOMEWHERE 25 DAYS BEFORE MY CONNECTION HAS TERMINATED WITHOUT GIVING ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR END.

                                More than 15 times i call to relience costomer care for deactiving the service

                                    i have faced this problem many times. everytime i leave for my hometown, i face the same problem.

                                      I did a Online recharge for GSM prepaid service as a GPRS pack
                                      which was so provided for GSM services.But however after recharge (i.e. deduction of amount) it says "recharge cannot be processed".
                                      Customer care says this recharge was only for Dongle prepaid users and not for mobile users which was not specified in any T&C.
                                      Either imformation is hideous or not provided regarding the same.

                                        i am very surprised to say that,i recharged my gsm number with 70rs and i got balance of 59.87/- instead of 100rs becuse before recharge i was dialed 151515 for latest offer and i hear verry well,that i will get 100rs on the recharge of 70rs,after recharge i also dial 198 for complaint,but he did not do anything,and complaint number not provided by your executive,i know that reliance is a very big co.,but i ashamed after this event faced by me i requested you to pls resolved my complaint as earlier possible,my email [protected]@Yahoo.com,and mobile number-[protected],[protected]
