Dear Sir and all High Authorities,

This mail is regarding my new Reliance Broadband Connection request that I applied on 21-Dec-2012 and today is 30-Dec-2012, as you can count it’s going to be approximately 10 days yet I haven not any connection get installed. I have been calling customer care on regular basis since 21-Dec-2012 and each time I have been answered that “within 24-48 hrs our concern department will call you” each time I wait and wait but one call me regarding new connection from concern department. I have mailed them by my official mail ID (abdul.[protected]@99labels.com) with my all necessary information and each time they reply “We have received you query/concern we will contact you within 1 business day” and sir no one contact me regarding concern, not only this when I demand to speak with a senior person on call they put the call on hold for several minute and after those holds they reply “all our seniors are busy but we are arranging a call back that you will received within 1 or 2 hours but none person calls me.

The customer care executive says that “we are getting so many new connection requests; therefore it is taking so much time.. I mean they committed 24-48 hrs so if they cannot fulfill their commitment, if they are unable to gratify customers, if they are failed in achieving their TAT due to so much work load then why don’t they hire more people why they have a shortage of manpower. I have a very big Reliance tower in my locality just 20 pace far from my house that can make my installation easier.

My second complaint is I requested for "Freedom 999" plan which is still available on the site at least till 21-Dec-2012 to 31-Dec-2012 and now customer care executives are saying that the plan has been closed before 1 or 2 month. They have my calling recordings in their date base so it is easy to trace the they took my request for Freedom 999 plan now they refuse. so I want that plan as they committed me.

Dear Sir I am having all this inconvenience being a pre-customer and if this is the beginning then what can I expect further? Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly take the necessary action and do the needful.

    I have been using Reliance GSM sim for the last 2 years. But still not happy with their service. Their call rates are high. Bad network. No respect for clients complaint. I am planning to switch to other network. But they are not responding my complaint with MNP.

    They have deducted some Rs.125 without my concern. When asked for refund, did not reply properly.

    Please check.

      my internet connection is not working from last 6 days. I call customer services many times but they only saying that the problem will be solve today 100%. but all waste. inbetween a technecian informed me that the broadband connection cable from the post that is connected to my home is broken.They dont have sufficient cable for reconnection, the reliance is not giving them enough materials (he said).NOW they are ignoring my problem and there is no response from their side. till now And my problem still remains. I am going in loss due to your network connection. now what shall i supposed to do? when are u going to solve my issue? please solce my complaint.

        bt now i am facing problems in rcom mobile internet services...


        I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whats app and Facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#, every time i opens my whatsapp my balance start deducting. If my balance is deducting even after recharging this pack, then what's the use of this recharge ???

        I am using reliance number [protected] from last 4 years it was not giving any problem to me, but from last one month of May, 2008 Rs. 50/- has been deducted from my balance and same condtion is also applied in the month of June, 2008. Why this balance has been deducting although we have not taken any scheme so i want to know what is the exact problem. I have called customer care many times but not get any right response from their side. So give me immediate response of this problem through mail or call me on [protected].         Student — Services not activated even after charging

        I am writting to complain about the services provided by Reliance Smart Life time GSM prepaid connection.
        I have recharged a Rs.399/- reliance recharge voucher on 19th October' 08 having serial no. :25704029 after which my calls to local smart number should be absolutely free for 1 month along with a balance of Rs. 50/-.
        However, till now the services are not activated on my number.
        When I complaint about this to customer care office of Reliance,
        initially they told me that the server is down and after giving the serial no. of that voucher, they told that we are having some technical problem and they will solve it that day. But untill now i have not received any services associated with that voucher.
        Even after complaining about the matter to Customer Care
        many times I am not getting any response from them.
        I have Reliance Smart Life time Prepaid connection having Cell No.:[protected]
        Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard.

        I have one Relience GSM SIM having No [protected] using before long time but last 15 days before my SIM was rejected and when i was complaining for that ur customer care executive was check and told me that pay Rs 150/- and got ur same no again and that time she also told me that my a/c balance is Rs (-19.37)and valid upto 9-May-09.i don't know how i losed my balence & then after paying Rs150/- i got my same no with a/c Rs -39.57 paise with same validity.
        So i want my balence details because i want to know that when SIM was not working which is stappled from u then how i loose my balence.

        I am very disappointed for that becoz this is not for first time so please kindly look into the matter and give me explanation.

        Reliancecommunication — missappropriation in our prepaid credit amount

        I am customer of reliance communication. Vide our phone numbers [protected] and [protected] . In our mobile number [protected] company has charged Rs.30 each, in the past many times for one or other services for which we have not subscribed some time we came to know from sms messages . I have to make complaints again & again. I request you to see the matter why this happens again & again. In future dont debit my account for these types of services without my written consent.Same is the case with another no .given above. Please arrange to send me details of both the account nos for the last one year .

        Vodafone — abruptly deduducted amount from my balance

        I received a message at 10:13 am on 03/01/2009 as below
        "Hello, U have recharged with Rs. 175 with TT val of 30 days.
        Usage as of 01 Jan is Rs. 37 Bal TT of Rs 138 has to be used before
        03-Jan-09 For dets sms BAL to 56565"

        When I recharged last time, I asked to retailer to recharge with Full talk time option.
        so he done that. But now why they are going to deduct amount of Rs. 138 . So please help me

        I buy a new gsm sim no [protected] on 24/1/2009.. after working for several days. today its automatically unregistered.. please re activate my no.. again..
        I have received aSMS on 01 Feb 2009 Midnight 1248 A.M that "Hi. You have been charged towards
        LOVESTRUCK service rental. Your next rental date is 03 Mar 09". Rs.30/- had been charged and further
        another rental will be charged and how long will itgo, god alone knows. Whereas I have never requested
        for any such service. This is not the first time as I have already lost Rs. 30 and Rs60 earlier. When I
        cantacted service No.111, two to three times, But I could not get any proper reply nor deactivation of
        LOVESTRUCK rental could be achieved. Kindly deactivate the LOVESTRUCK rental and also explain what service you have provided. Further please note that do not provide any service of such nature.
        If condition persist, I would not have any often other than to shift to some other service(Telecomunication). Eaferly anticipating your reply. Thanking You,

        Reliance Mobile — Harrasment by the Reliance person to retain the RIM

        I had bought a postpaid rim which i used for 4 months and was irritated by the charges that reliance levied on me.
        I requested to terminated my cell, but these SOB of Reliance did not terminate giving various reasons and now my outstanding bill is of 5400/-

        Please advise what to do
        Rs 30/- has been deducted from my balance without any reason showing balance -8.38 according to message received on 04/05/09. For what Rs 30/- is deducted ? It is acheating with me.I have not subscribe any service even. Now I can't make any outgoing call without being recharged.

        THE SERVICE IS PITIABLE !!! I M GOING TO COURT OF LAW


        I am cheated!!

        It all started when your officer approached my elder brother Mr Mohammed Arif(who is my decision maker ) for selling a wireless broadband connection, your Guy did a great deal of misselling and actually cheated us.

        The first thing uttered by your sales officer when asked about the USP of the product was that-‘Surfing is absolutely free during daytime only downloads are chargeable to the extent of 2 Rs per MB-Again when specifically asked about the downloads done during night, he made it very clear that down loads are absolutely free during the night, all this facilities only at the rate of 499/-- no mention of the off peak hours & conditions apply

        Few days later when one of my elder brothers collegue; after his word of mouth was very much eager to take such a connection where the above mentioned –so called benefits are there.

        The same false promises was done to my brothers collegeue as wel, but to his surprise he came to know about the reality when some other sales officer named ‘sudip’ came for the delivery of the product to his office and revealed few of the charges and was very hesitant to discuss on the same in detail and said that he is just doing the sales on the behalf of the Mr Asif, as he is ill.

        Since than my elder brother is running from pillar to post from
        Abhisek Ray, to Chaitalee, to Harigopal Saha, to Mr. Debashis Rout and lot other people. To know what is actually happening.

        Abhishek Ray –the Manager for wireless broadband connection kolkata, kept on saying repeatedly to my brother that our connection will start within a days time as we have taken all necessary approvals and the thing is already into waiver system; but this one day never came. My brother kept on trying on the phone numbers of Abhisek, Hari, but only one SMS saying ‘5 Min’ would come from abhisek after my Bro. has tried for a dozen times on cell phones of dozen people.
        Earlier when asked about – whether Buffering comes under download or not, your ‘Manager’ said that Buffering is not comming under Download, I even asked that we usually see movies, clippings and songs on the You Tube so this will not attract any charges. He confirmed as-- no it is free of charges.
        My brother also called on the number from where I had received calls stating the discontinuing of services, but the lady on the other side confirmed her name as Munmun, but later it was confirmed to us in the meeting scheduled with my brother ;in the below paragraph that there is no lady working in the name of Munmun. i hope Abhisek and Chaitalee are the correct names !!!

        Again I am sure your people are unaware of your own product too—abhisek ray, on my brothers request earlier has send an email on his corporate email ID about the charges on the connection taken which is incomplete where there is no mention of the 50 paisa charges per minute and many other discrepancies which I would like to share with you if you will be willing to meet me unlike your collegues who stopped receiving my & my brothers call—than ultimately my brother had to go to the Reliance house to raise a complaint to the higher authority.
        In the meeting with my brother where on the speaker phone Asif confessed many wrong communication or deliberate false commitment was done to me and my Bro.
        Chaitalee said very boldly that give us 15 days time and we will get back to you on 23rd of May with the solutions, when my brother said that he is going to raise a complaint to Anil Ambani-Chairman, Relaince Communications, Abhisek in an very unprofessional manner said ‘go and do whatever u want to do’ or else give us 15 days time.
        He came to me near the exit during my departure from Reliance House and said directing towards someone in the far off cubicle that we have already forwarded the case to that person and usually this waivers are done and we receive request for waivers every fortnight.

        Totally pissed off(pardon my language) with the service of reliance my bro. lastly got in touch with Mr Debashis Rout the DGM; (when on 23rd May I received no response from Chaitalee and Abhiskek - who lastly on 26th Misbehaved with my brother.) said to come down to the Reliance House on Monday the 25th of May in an very rude manner and when we are calling him on his cell number to know the exact process as to how will I get my Rs 3250/--- Rupees back –(thank got I got my receipt after 25 days of the connection). He is not receiving my call, as he is not coming to office from the last two days as he is on leave and there is no person on his behalf to take care of the business operations—confirmed to us by Hari.

        I am not going to be cheated I wish my problem will get solved at your end. I wish you will help me in getting what is our right

        You can request your collegues to forward you the email correspondence which we had made with Relaince – of which I have got no response till date.

        Reliance India Mobile — The company again deduct my money unauthentically

        Please do some necessary action against the Company.Because they deduct my money on 11.06.06.I had already complaint for this company on 09.06.09.On dt.06.06.09 the complain no was 99912848 and on 11.06.06 the complain no was[protected], which they said that the complain are closed.While i asked that why you are closed my complain without notify me? They said that your account is credited, thats why.

        Sir I have been harrashed for second time on this month.While I want to make a emergency call the balance was minus.I donot know wheather they credited to my account or not because i never receive any sms or call from them for my previous complain.But this time till today i made 4-5 calls to the customer care and they said that your complain is on process, please wait.

        My prepaid account was reduced by Rs 30 when I checked it in the morning. On calling the customer care they told me that I have activated some monthly offer, but I know very well that no one has touched my Mobile during that period. Can somebody help me where to take this matter to for complaint and claim for the charges.

        So i want my balence details because i want to know that when SIM was not working which is stappled from u then how i loose my balence.

        I am very disappointed for that becoz this is not for first time so please kindly look into the matter and give me explanation.

        Reliance GSM — Forced Activation of their own services and charging us for nothing.

        My day was going well until Reliance tried to screw it up. It happened like this:
        At 4:19 pm, I got a call, from some unknown number, usually I don't pick up calls from unknown number([protected]) but I don't know why I did. It turned out to be one more of the advertising numbers reliance is using(i have already blacklisted 8 to 9 numbers, thanks that my cellphone supports this thing)...
        As soon as they started saying "Reliance pesh karte hai......" I disconnected the call(lasting for less than 4 seconds) and added this number too to the blacklist.....
        Usually the matter ends up here, but this was nothing usual. At around 7:22 pm, I got an sms saying that my account balance was Rs 3 and I should recharge my account so as to continue using reliance....
        I got shocked, as I have a habit to see the balance after every call I make and every sms I send, and last time I saw it, it was Rs 33. something(usually it takes months before I need to recharge even if my balance is about Rs 10 to 20 but Rs 30 flew without my knowledge)......
        So from that moment I started calling Reliance Customer Care(which took about 39 redials and 7:30 minute listening to the so called Reliance tone to get connected to the Customer Care(even though as soon as you get connected to the call, they say, customer care guy will attend you within 5:00 minutes))....
        The guy picked up the phone and as I asked him why I m being charged for, he replied that I have activated a service named "AstroIndial Pack" which costs Rs 30 / 30 days(ha ha ha, me activating such service, a guy who sits in front of his computer 24x7 on the internet with full access will activate this service to know his daily horoscope who don't even believe in god or any such thing??? ha ha ha ha).

        I told him to write this complaint and give me the complaint number, but he refused saying that I activated this service so he cannot make this complaint(the call was just of 4 sec, I picked it up, took it to my ears, listened to what they said, thought for a while that I need this service or not, then activated it in just 4 seconds, probably they think I am a superhuman with super speed of listening and responding but let me tell you I am not, as soon as I heard its from reliance, my reflex action triggers the end key of the mobile since they call after every two hour just to let you know that how you can spoil your money)....

        The thing is, he refused; he refused to log this complaint, and started talking to me rudely (someone named Balwant), so we spend our precious time to tell what wrong the company has done to us and they just say they will neither file any complaint nor will they increase the balance which they took from us forcefully and they say you "Jo karna hai kar lena, kuch nahi hoga, go to hell" and disconnect the call(these are his exact wordings, I wish I had turned on the recording so as atleast I can get him fired, since no-one has ever talked to me like that)...

        Then I called the customer care again to file two complaints, one for forceful deduction of my balance and one for the ill-behavior of Mr Balwant, and by luck or whatever my call got connected to the customer care in just 8 tries, but this time fate has decided something else for me, the waiting tone for connecting to the customer care guy keep on ringing on my cellphone for about 15 minutes, and he too refused to log any such complaint and talked to me the same way(but atleast this time he started the conversation like this "welcome to reliance customer care mera naam ****** hai mein kis prakar se aap ki sahayta kar sakta hu" and I thought he must be good)....
        after about one minute of talk, he transfered the call to his senior officer which took about 15 more minutes to connect and the guy on the other side also refused to log my complaint, even though I explained him I am not any super human and I just put my finger on the disconnect key(may be they would have set the disconnect key as the key to activate the service but the fact is I didn't even heard what advertising call said coz I disconnected it in 3:** seconds so this too don't apply) and he gave me a number starting from 0141 for further correspondance....

        One thing I forgot to tell you is that I put my phone number in the DND list the next day after I get my sim (its almost 30 days now still I get around 5 to 10 calls a day from reliance and about 8 to 9 sms a day saying to activate so and so(sometimes they come when I am free, sometimes when I am driving(another cause for road accidents), sometimes while I am attending lectures(i am a college student), sometimes at tuition, sometimes when I am bathing, sometimes when I am sleeping(my sleeping times are quite different than others), sometimes while I am talking to someone else(why the hell I turned on call waiting on it) and many other occasions, but the thing is, they still come no respect for privacy and Do Not Disturb registration(since 45 days is the time they can still annoy you and not just they can, but they will and even more coz they know they have now got just 45 days on this number)))

        so with this incident, around 5 hours of my busy schedule were wasted, and still more to be wasted and some money too(since the new number they gave is not toll free)(not telling about the mental stress that I beared during the calls even after that) just for getting my Rs 30 back, I don't think so, its not about the amount of money, its about customer relationship, and no matter how big giant you may be, but reliance should also understand that they cant treat their customers like that.....

        I am a engineering in Computer Science field so its worthless to say to me that the updation of DND registration takes 45 days since it takes time for updating database(I know how fast it goes and even a days time would have been more than enough, still they gave 45 days time which companies like Reliance are abusing like hell)....

        I hope such things will stop occuring to me after 45 days but till then who's to blame??

        Now I need my money back, and an apology letter from Mr. Balwant right now on this forum, tell me what should I do to get these things without making compromise in my busy schedule since I am a very busy person who has got so many projects to work upon in computer and a lot of pressure from the college too.
        I am very upset n angry towards smart gsm service, Since last 20 days i am requesting for GPRS activation, and keep talking with CCE but there is no reply, Every time they r repeating same sentece that we have sent setting u'll get within 5 minute but... and the other thing is that your cce dont know how to talk with customer, last time I had discussion to ur cce when i told him my problem he replied " JUST CHANGE YOUR SERVICE AND TAKE OTHER MOBILE SERVICE." This is not good, kindly take this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
        my complaint is about the balance that was deducted by the company by saying that I have subscribe the service(government job pack) on 28oct2009 and deduces an amount of Rs 20/- even i don't know when I have subscribe. After my lots of effort they were not ready to listen my complaint finally i quite and said to remove the service on 30 oct 2009. Now what happen they deduces another Rs.10/- on 27th nov 2009 morning saying that your government job pack has been renewed. I again call them regarding this. This time they wrote a complain (no.[protected] and on the same say 27th nov they call and said that your balance can't be returned.

        The point is not the money but who is right if this happens to continue and there is no one to listen then what is the use of law and order.

        I have a reliance mobile connection ([protected]) and during last 3 months the company deducts money from the account balance as soon as i recharge my mobile account balance on the name of reliance mobile services..I have complained to the reliance customer care several times but there is no response from them.They always assure me that this will not happen again.

With this pack the company provides daily 500 free sms, but on 15 april 2010, the company deducted my balance for sending sms, and i found that i cannot make nay calls and sms. i complained to the customer care,but they said that its a fault in their server and it will be restored after 2 days.

        I am Prepaid Customer of Reliance and using from last 10 months.
        On[protected] I saw that a amount of Rs. 30 is deducted from my account. When i call the customer care number *333 they said that i had activate Love Tips service on my number. I request them to give back my balance then the executives said that they will forward a request.
        Now on[protected] when i call customer care again to know about the refund then they said that we cant refund this service was activated by yourself.
        Now just after ending the call i check my bal. then a sum of Rs.30 again deducted from my account. Again when i call the customer care they said that two services are there on your no. i.e. Nazrana Pack and Love Tips.I wonder that how is it possible that i m conversing with the cusmoter care and one more service is activated and the executives said that this is also being activated by you and we will not refund the amount.

        I am proud owner of Reliance India Moble no [protected] since last three month ago.
        But unfortunatly almost valu added service is activated by mobile service provider without my permission and approx Rs.400/- is deducted from my account and when I raise a complaint to customer care excutive MIss Rupa then he accept the same and assure to refund all deducted balance to my account till dated 12/07/2010,but till now no any balance is refund to me.

        Kindly take the hard action against the service provide otherwise I will decide to go legal.

        My Mobile no. is +91 [protected]. The service provider has deduducted by balance by Rs. 20 as on 29.10.2010 without giving any information about the deduction details. When i asked the reason from call centre of Reliance, the executive told me that the deduction was done as renewal of a value added service "masti ke rang". But i have never activated the same and neither used this service anymore. I even not know what type of service is this.

        Some days ago My balance was deducted for reason then lodged a complaint at this website. as a result i got my balance back.


        Pls see the matter. I very worried about this matter. I think, the provider has no care for its customer.

        Reliance Communication — Refund of Balance

        I deactivated my SMS39 pack on[protected].
        It got reactivated on[protected].
        I filed a complaint with reliance on[protected] No#[protected].
        They said I was correctly charged that amount.
        I filed a consumer complaint after that on this website.
        The Reliance people from Mumbai then called me and assured me I would be credited to that balance in 48hrs.
        After lapse of that time period I filed another complaint with reliance #[protected] on[protected].
        Then I got a confirmation of processing of that complaint in 12hrs but still no refund.

This is bring your notice that Rs.17/- were deducted from my balance on 10th December, 2010 without assigning me any reason. I spoke with customer care and he too was not able to give me any reason for the deductions. Again the entire amount has been deducted from my balance n now its rs.-2.34. Can you give me the reason for the deductions.

        two or three days before,i submitted the complain o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction from my reliance gsm no.and today again my balance is deduced without any reason.infact there is no service taken by me for which company is deducing the amount.
        Reliance communication is deducting money in the name of auto renewal when no one is asking for auto renewal. Last night I activated SMS pack of Rs 56 for daily free 500 sms on my own with the service code *777*6# which is provided by Reliance GSM on their website. Today they deducted Rs 9 from my balance in the name of auto renewal for 5 days of service for the same service for which I paid Rs.56 for full of January and got activated last night.When I called their customer representative he told me they can't refund my money nor they going to change the service b'coz it is my fault that I have recharged my cell with the SMS pack when it is on auto renewal feature. I never asked for auto renewal it is their policy which they are forcing on us,after all it is customer's prerogative to choose a service rather than being forced by company for the same......
        I activated a daily GPRS pack on 9 th jan,2011 and reliance has deducted from my main balance...
        So my main balance has been reduced to 0 from Rs.66 in the afternoon of 9th jan 2011..
        They blindly refused to acknowledge the fact that they have activated the pack and having send me a request successful message which i have saved on my phone.

        1. I have recharged my number with Rs 1616 on 14 jan 11 (as per your Offer I received through SMS) after which I got 90 days R-R local/national calls free unlimited and 30mins/day in other N/W.But I could able to make calls only on 14 jan11.
        2. On 15th Jan onwards I couldn’t able to make any calls as I received sms saying I have Rs -6 in my a/c. After speaking to your customer care, he said some kollywood pack has been activated (which I never did .Being a North Indian I would never be interested in Kollywood or Tollywood packages)So also requested to deactivate all value added services.
        3 After that I recharged my ph with Rs35 on 15 jan 11 to have some positive balance in my main a/c.After which I have received a msg that PL recharge soon as your balance is Rs 14.Five mins after that I again received SMS saying pl recharge as my balance is Rs 3.I fail to understand for which services/calls are these money has been deducted from my phone. On enquiring about the same on 15 jan itself from your inefficient customer care almost for 10-12 times, they fail to answer my query. Even your senior supervisor Mr Sayeed, who attented my call after almost in 12th call after 15 mins of waiting, fail to answer my query. Its highly surprising to know that even in esteemed organization like RELIANCE, have such inefficient employees which instead of answering simple query will harass you by making you listen that stupid waiting tone.
        May I request you to please use your good office and do the need full and take appropriate action duly informed me about the same.Your action in this regard will be highly solicited.

        Myself Manoj Purohit is using reliance Sim(N0-[protected]).but the main problem here is that they activated Packs(hungama Pack) without prior to my knowledge and deducing my balance time to time.I talked with a large number of Customer care executive(on *333) and every time they say they will close this service within 24 hr some says 48 hours.I just simply requested to do not deduce my hard earn money due to this kind of packs. they assured next time it will not happen.but every time the story is same. I want to let you know also that one of the customer care executive(Mr.Birbal singh) he after taking did't responded in a proper way as wel as he cut the phone irrespective i am paying( 50 paise/3 min) even to call to customer care peoples.
        Finally due to all these i have to make this decision to register a complain in consumer forum and expecting the guilt peoples learn a lesson from this not to harrash common peoples by this fake promises.

        Please sir expecting a positive step from consumer forum in this regard.

When I checked my balance on 17th JAN. morning, it wasONLY Rs 87.00 , instead of the fact that I had called only around 40 std+local calls. how they can cut around 300 for only 40 calls.when I talked to the customer care (*333) , they asked me to lodge complain on 198 but after cotinuous calls upto 10days they frequently replied me that their system is not showing any of my account details and not lodged my complain regarding this.Afterall i called nodal officer (maharashtra) and he get my complain with no[protected] which was resolved on28 jan & 14707147 resolved on 19th feb both resolution stated that ( Dear Reliance Customer as per the SR[protected] there was no wrong deduction found from your acc on the given date.Thanks.) PLEASE TELL WHAT TO DO

        My name is Anand.It is very true that reliance is fraud company.
        This is second time when they have activated value added service without my permission and deducted money from my a/c twice.
        When i called customer care they said" do whatever you want".
        I just want to know what action can i take against this.
        I am not alone.Some of other colleagues of mine are also facing same problem.

        my mobile no [protected],i hav recharged it for 100rs. and got bal of 87 rs. and got deductd to 0 rs. in 2 days without any information and reason,i hav called them so many times,but i never get propper reply,always system was down,and again i recharged for 100 rs. and got the same balance of 87. and again the bal was deducted by charging 50 paisa per sms, when i hav already recharged sms pack on 11th feb(i hav registered for auto renewel pack,so automatically bal of 39 rs. is reduced from my balance. so after i hav registered for this pack under the scheme of 500 sms free per day for 30 days. so why should they cut my balance,and they hav no trained customer care center,every person is giving seperate reply, one told the scheme has stopped from this month ,u can do only 100 sms per day, 2. as it is your renewl pack u can do it for the same scheme. 3. now the scheme is changed to 1 paisa per sms. 4. now u can do it sms for 1 paisa ,50 ps wil not b cut, but again i tried,and 50 paisa deducted. Today is 14th march 2011, i called customer care to confirm that is there any service activated or not at my no. the representative assured me that there is no any service activate and there will be no money deduct when i recharge.
        i recharge my no. in afternoon with RS.200/-. i found that in the evening there was RS.30/-deduct from my balance. i call at customer care now & he said a news service activate on my no. i requested him to deactivate this service and refund my money but his response was very bad.
        I hope with compailnt i will get positve response.

        My name is Virat Prashar and my cel no. is [protected]. I am using reliance GSM service from last one year but i am not satisfied at all. Sometimes they automatically activates some servises on your cell and deduct your balance. 2 days ago they automatically deducted my Rs20 and activates some caller tune servise on my cell. I called to 198 and launch my complaint, after this I got my balance of Rs10 back but when i told about other rs10, they told me you have downloaded some song for caller tune itself which i didn't do. Now today its 16March and there's deduction of Rs20 from my balance again which i don't know for what purpose. Does reliance thinks his customers are free to call them for complaints and aLL?__whenever i recharge my account my balance is automatically deducted within couple of days without using any servise. please solve my problem otherwise i have to complaint further.

        Reliance Communication — No Refund of Online debited money after Failed Transaction

        I made an online recharge using myservices.relainceada.com
        there was "Connection-Failure" and money was debited from my account. I tried again and same thing happened. I lost a total of Rs 598.00

I told them to please deactivate all the plans and log a complain so that i cant suffer in the future. On the next day same thing happened with me again I again called them and from last 3 days they are telling that due to some tech error i am unable to check your details in my system.
        I want that some serious action should be taken for these companies so that people should not suffer in the future.

        I have been using Reliance prepaid mobile. On 8th May morning, suddenly my balance went to 0.66rupees from approx 37 rupees. Upon calling to the customer care, I was told that I activated some "cricket updates pack" which I never did. They said it is reflected in their system and that means it has been activated.

        I requested them to register my complaint as no such kind of pack has been activated by me, they were very reluctant and told to speak to senior manager who will be available at 7am. I called at 7 am, requested the call centre representative to connect to senior manager, he just acted falsely and said that senior manager is listening. But there was no senior manager responding to my query. This call centre person lied to me that senior manager is on line.

        I requested him for refund, but no way that rude person could forward my plea.

        This is mainly due to the negligence of the customer care unit and they were talking very rude when i was explaining them my problem ..im feeling very bad for using this type of network..every month facing the same problem..
        I finally request you to retain my balance of Rs.20/- and deactive my message offer which got renewed..mainly i need my balance of Rs.20/- credited in my balance if not it would become a serious issue.........!!!!!!!!

        So i just want that this type of cheating should not be done with me or any other person.

            I am facing issues while using reliance netconnect internet.
            I have been talking to reliance customer care for the issues. I have not been provided with any help for that matter.
            I was suggested to raise a complaint by writing mail to [protected]@relianceada.com
            But i have not even received an acknowledgement of my complaint/response to my complaint.
            Its almost a month now that all my complaints are unattended and i am not able to use the internet service.

            I am forwarding you the mail listing detailed issues which i had sent to reliance.(check the mail below)

            Hi,

            This is to bring it to your kind notice that i have been facing issues while availing reliance netconnect plus services.

            I had received new device on 8th Nov with postpaid plan activated on it. The postpaid plan activated was for 500Rs monthly. (having 8GB day and 15 GB night data download free) .

            I am not able to use the device since 28 th Nov. When contacted to customer care, i was told that my connection is changed to prepaid connection.
            Though i have not sent any request to change to prepaid connection, i am surprised why my postpaid connection is stopped and changed to prepaid connection.

            Currently i have not been able to use the device and internet services since last few days ; still i have been sent monthly bill of 500Rs.
            Though my billing started on 8th Nov and services continued just for 20 days, i have been charged for complete month.

            I expect to get my postpaid connection working back ASAP.
            I would not like to pay for the services which i never used.

            Apart from this, for the days when i was using the net services, i was facing very low speed and abrupt connectivity.
            When the sales person had sold this device to us he had assured many things which never worked so.

            1. Assurance of 256 kbps speed, but we could not experience speed connection more than 15 kbps.
            2. None of the large downloads were complete because of network connectivity error ( as they were claimed)
            3. I was not able to make a single video call , where faster video calling with voice and picture synchronization was guaranteed.
            4. Device return with 1199 Rs back , i[censored]nsatisfied with the service scheme ( customer care person did not help on the device return and money back policy)

            Also, i could not reach on the number which sales person had shared with us.

            WE AS A CUSTOMER , TRUST WHAT A SALES PERSON SAYS WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCT.
            PLEASE ADVICE YOUR SALES PEOPLE NOT TO GIVE FALSE COMMITMENTS TO THE CUSTOMER.

            Sharing the wrong contact nos and the wrong information with customers gives a feeling of being cheated.

            Overall, i am extremely unhappy with my experience with reliance.

            Kindly look into the issues ;either get my connection back with better services or guide me on the device return , money back policy.

            Looking forward for your kind and faster response.

              initially I got combo connection (landline + internet)
              I requested to change to only internet and terminate only landline.
              I kept for request about more than 2 times.[protected] and[protected] etc). while taking the connection, it is mentioned that if I want to use landline I have to bring the phone device myself.
              But after terminating the landline - they chagred "one time charges" - which is for device
              Without proving the device how could you charge 1000 for it?
              I kept a request again that I didnt take device (request#[protected], so the amount would be adjusted in coming months
              I will not be reachable on my mobile for a month. Payment last date for the same is by Jan7th around.
              Could you look into this issue?
              Until you resolve this issue, I wont be paying the amount.
              I never satisfied with any of the reliance services, you can check some of the follow ups I made about my reliance net connect+

              I tried contacting customer care, they responded me to visit webworld. When I argued why should I visit (because to take the connection I didnt go webworld, to change the plan didnt go webworld but for money settlements why should I visit webworld?). Do you think the webworld people are having helping nature? I dont believe, I already had a bad experience when using reliance sim card and finally after visiting webworld for 2 to 3 times, I was able to close the connection successfully (Thank god!).

Again he connected to Mr. Harshal he was also giving such kind of reply also both of customer care executive are not ready to take my official complaint according to them this is not a complaint.

                      My reliance phone number is [protected]. I got this sim from a cousin Mr. Sharma, in whose name this sim had been purchased. He had not been using this sim for a while and so he gave it to me.

                      I use internet on my phone and purchase a 3G internet pack worth Rs 97 from RCom website. Around 28 or 29 November, when my monthly internet pack was about to expire, reliance sent me a message regarding the same and asked me to recharge. I ignored this since I was not going to need internet pack on my phone for the next month. On 29 November I recharged my phone with amount 222 for talktime and not internet. The next day, I saw that Rs 97 had been deducted from my account to activate my monthly internet pack. This was done after 1 a.m. in the night when anybody would be asleep. I called RCom customer service on the morning of the 30 of November and asked them to cancel the pack and return my money. they said that they could not reverse it which is absurd. The fact is that the specific internet pack is not self recharged at the end of each month. RCom claimed that my pack was recharged as part of self service. I never opted for this self service in the first place. I feel that reliance has been completely unfair in deducting the money. I asked the customer care how any of this was my fault. I had not asked for self service nor the recharge itself. The customer service representative had no answer. I would like reliance to refund my money and give customers the chance to choose whether they want to buy the pack or not

                            On 22nd Dec 2012 when I woke up I was surprised to see that I am not able to do any outgoing/msging as I had insufficient balance. But the previous day I had around Rs.67. I called up Reliance @198, agent name -> Ravindra Kumar and the agent gave me the list of deductions till Rs.67 on 21st Dec 2012 and confirmed me that there is a technical glitch and hence Rs.67 was deducted wrongly and this will be reversed to my account within 48hours and gave me the compliant number[protected]. After 2days I got message stating that the[protected] has been resolved but I dint get the refund to my account. Again I called up @198 and then I spoke to an agent and told him clearly about this also gave[protected] for reference. He told me that I am charged because my 2G Data was over and hence Rs.67 was deducted for data usage. I told him that I have more than 920mb in my account then he told me sorry and told me that it will be reversed and gave me the complaint number[protected] on 25th Dec 2012. But now again I got msg from 59111 stating that this[protected] is also resolved but no refund yet. I am fed up with this Reliance customer care. I have escalated to all levels but these guys keep doing the same.

                              I Ashish Bhargava was using prepaid sim no [protected] for calling with activated plan of 1p/2s. From you mansarover office I got call of Ms. Bharti regarding special plan of 99 in which provided facilities were as told:
                              1. Rs.99/- monthly rental with tax 118 approx.
                              2. 12000 R-R sec /month
                              3. 200 local + national sms
                              4. 1p/1s other
                              Since at that time I was using my another bsnl sim for messaging, so for sake o[censored]sing same rel sim for calling and messaging I invited you agent at my residence.
                              On 8-nov-12 Mr. Abhinav Sharma & Manoj came with plan and shown plan as above and promised
                              1. No problem in sim activation and if not ok then u can come on prepaid whenever u wish.
                              2. After login ur postpaid sim will start with full facility in 2-3 days.
                              3. U have to pay only approx Rs.120/- per month i[censored] talk within limit.
                              The he collected following documents
                              1. Voter id copy
                              2. Rent agreement copy
                              3. Alter. Contact no.
                              4. Email id
                              5. Rs.100/- (processing fee)
                              Outgoing of prepaid was stopped on 25.11.12 then on 28.11.12 I called Manoj to activate the sim, at 12 pm sim started. I thought sim is working as per Mr. Sharma’s promiss, as I didn’t got the message like earlier in prepaid. On 1.12.12 I got verification call Mr. ravindra Mumbai rel CC. when he confirmed me the my plan and contact details I come to know that my plan is as follow
                              Name :Ashish Bhargava
                              Add: IG-133, sanjiv nagar, Bhopal-----wrong add
                              Mail id- ashish.[protected]@gmail.com -- wrong id
                              Plan – simple 99 plan
                              All calls- 50p/min
                              Sms- 50p/min
                              Now I was shocked that what kind of sales person Reliance appoints ‘illiterate???’
                              After having all document how could he…….. ???
                              Then on my objection Mr. Ravindra suggested me to visit R-World for better clarification and problem solving.
                              On 4.12.12 I visited R-World hamidia road Bhopal, at 7.30 pm Mr. sunil told me after listening the issue
                              “since the plan has not been sold form rworld outlet so we can’t do any thing, you have to catch the sale person only he can solve. More better to surrender this and back to prepaid as I hv very loss usage” again pay rs.100/- for processing fee and I’ll place ur complaint for prepaid.
                              I was shocked what a kind of joke it is.
                              Then he said to his colleague “yar pta ni ye sale wale bagair dekhe samjhe itne kam wlao ko kyu pkd late he”. Sounds insulting isn’t it.
                              On 6.12.12 after 2-3 time calling he picked the call and assured to solve the issue in coming 2 days. On 8.12.12 I called 198 and found same plan is running , I called again and forced him to do it now or else I will goto police or rel. high officials. He said by morning 12o’clock u’ll get call. And don’t worry 198 is Mumbai cc and we are in Bhopal so all is done from here.
                              Do rel run separate offices for each city?
                              As I think a sim & plan info for a particular customer is constant regardless the location.
                              INow as I’m registered on rcom so I view my bill rs.245/- which was another shock.
                              I called to Mr. sharma’s no & Mr Arshd picked the phone and told that Mr. Sharma has left Bhopal and went Jabalpur, now I’ll deal the case. On the issue he said I will arrange a waver of 89 for you go and pay rs.160/- cash on rworld. By wed 25.12.12 ur problem will be solved but nothing happned and I got sms and call from rel regarding the bill.
                              customer care says new plan can only be applied after 14 jan this means i hv to pay again the random amount they generate or stop using my sim
                              Now plz plz plz help me to get rid of this fraud and the wrong charged bill
                              or else finally I’m compelled to knock consumer court’s door

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I have got a reliance broadband datacard on 11th of December and paid 2330/- for a three month rental advance. The sales person came to my home and collected the money and didn't provide any receipt. The data card was not activated till 13th and the person was not picking up my call.

                                The customer care asked me to go nearest reliance store and they would help me. But the Reliance store asked me to pay another 1124/- to activate the connection. I went to the Reliance head office in Haddows road and raised a complaint. They helped in activating the datacard and finally the activation is done on 13th of December.

                                Ever since the internet is very slow and I could not even open my emails sometimes. The speed which I got was 17kbps and it was completely
                                unacceptable as I was promised 3.1Mbps speed.I contacted the head office again and they asked me to come and meet them directly with my laptop. I went with my laptop and all they could find out is there is an issue with the USB device and it has to sent for service.

                                The new USB datacard went for service and I got it on 25th of December. But still the speed is very slow. I raised a complaint again and no response from the customer support now.

                                All I need is to terminate the connection and get my money refunded.

                                Can anyone please help??!!

                                  Dear Registrar,

                                  I am just fed up with the reliance netconnect+ broadband services. They commit 3.1 Mbps maximum, but what I get is just 30-40 Kbps. This is just below than the average speed of GPRS, which gives around 90-100 Kbps. Some basic websites like gmail is not getting opened.

                                  As a government people, they must ban the such kind of fake advertisements/product/company. I hope many more people are facing such problems with reliance netconnect+.

                                  I urge to stop such products into the market or force them to provide better services. Implement some quality control.

                                    This is the second time i am raising a complaint regarding reliance telecommunications. I have received a phone call from reliance related to my previous complaint on you site. They asked me for the receipt of the recharge. For your kind information PREPAID customers don't get any receipt of recharge in any of the reliance stores. So there fore Reliance has not yet Resolved my Issue and also not refunded my money.
                                    They must be having records in which they can check and tally that what i am saying is correct.
                                    Please do something about it.

                                        I am facing a lot of problems with my internet as well as phone connection from the very first day. There is a slow net speed problem. I have registered 9 complaints regarding the same within 1 month but nobody has responded to my complaints till now.Every time i register a complaint they are closing my requests, without taking my feedback.                                         my name is Rajbir Sen
                                        I'm using reliance thunder plan 699/- 2mbps and I specifically switched from BSNL and took this plan just to play online games and run voip applications like streaming and Skype. But although reliance has impressed me with the download speed I am really not happy with the Ping. BSNL I had 512kbps UL and I used to get 60-100ms ping and in Reliance I am getting 1.7 - 2mpbs download speed but my ping shows 400ms sometimes 600ms and never it is stable. I am really getting frustrated with this and its only been couple of months that I have switched to reliance. Seems like I have to get back to BSNL if no one can fix my ping.
