have 3 month netconnect unlimited plan which expire on 07/01/2013
From 15/12/12 there is no full connectivity and for only certain
time connectivity is available, contacted customer care and other
related officials for this but no satisfactory reply/resolution provided.
Inspite of unlimited plan not getting service accordingly.

today ( 28/12/2012) morning at 9.03 am. I had selected Unlimited Packs plan 299. Where I am suppose to get Per day Free 30 Local Min to other network. Which I had not get yet. As i applied for no. Portability from tata indicom to reliance cdma services. On 19-12-12
On 25-12-12 i got message from tata that my request for no. Portability is accepted and on 27-12-12 between 11:47pm to 1:47am my no. Will switch off then after my no. Will transfer in reliance but after my no. Transfer to reliance my services are not start yet.

I am just fed up with the reliance netconnect+ broadband services. They commit 3.1 Mbps maximum, but what I get is just 30-40 Kbps. This is just below than the average speed of GPRS, which gives around 90-100 Kbps. Some basic websites like gmail is not getting opened.

As a government people, they must ban the such kind of fake advertisements/product/company. I hope many more people are facing...

They asked me for the receipt of the recharge. For your kind information PREPAID customers don't get any receipt of recharge in any of the reliance stores. A problem is returning again and again.

I use internet through my landline. As per my requirement i recharge my account with vouchers of various denomination.

Some times i recharge it with Rs. 200/- voucher.
