I am facing issues while using reliance netconnect internet.
I have been talking to reliance customer care for the issues. I have not been provided with any help for that matter.
I was suggested to raise a complaint by writing mail to [protected]@relianceada.com
But i have not even received an acknowledgement of my complaint/response to my complaint.
Its almost a month now that all my complaints are unattended and i am not able to use the internet service.

This is to bring it to your kind notice that i have been facing issues while availing reliance netconnect plus services.
I had received new device on 8th Nov with postpaid plan activated on it. The postpaid plan activated was for 500Rs monthly. (having 8GB day and 15 GB night data download free) .
I am not able to use the device since 28 th Nov. When contacted to customer care, i was told that my connection is changed to prepaid connection.
Though i have not sent any request to change to prepaid connection, i am surprised why my postpaid connection is stopped and changed to prepaid connection.
Currently i have not been able to use the device and internet services since last few days ; still i have been sent monthly bill of 500Rs.
Though my billing started on 8th Nov and services continued just for 20 days, i have been charged for complete month.
I expect to get my postpaid connection working back ASAP.
I would not like to pay for the services which i never used.
Apart from this, for the days when i was using the net services, i was facing very low speed and abrupt connectivity.
When the sales person had sold this device to us he had assured many things which never worked so.
1. Assurance of 256 kbps speed, but we could not experience speed connection more than 15 kbps.
2. None of the large downloads were complete because of network connectivity error ( as they were claimed)
3. I was not able to make a single video call , where faster video calling with voice and picture synchronization was guaranteed.
4. Device return with 1199 Rs back , i[censored]nsatisfied with the service scheme ( customer care person did not help on the device return and money back policy)
Also, i could not reach on the number which sales person had shared with us.
WE AS A CUSTOMER , TRUST WHAT A SALES PERSON SAYS WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCT.
PLEASE ADVICE YOUR SALES PEOPLE NOT TO GIVE FALSE COMMITMENTS TO THE CUSTOMER.
Sharing the wrong contact nos and the wrong information with customers gives a feeling of being cheated.
Overall, i am extremely unhappy with my experience with reliance.
Kindly look into the issues ;either get my connection back with better services or guide me on the device return , money back policy.
