I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan on 24th Nov. and after activation too , my balance was getting deducted. I complained here and later my money was refunded after deactivating the plan.
On 24th dec, i suddenly find that this pack has been reactivated by itself even after deactivation by the customer care itself long ago. I called the customer care instantly and the pack was again deactivated after telling me that money will be refunded within 48 hrs. Since then neither the refund occurred nor the customer care responded satisfactorily. Every time i call customer care,I am just told that due to technical updates, nothing can be told for the moment and I should call a bit later.
Please kindly take an action concerning this.

Reliance GSM — deactivation of whatsapp plan

I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whats app plan of Rs.16,
Now i want to deactivate this whatsapp plan, please help me my no is [protected]
I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan on 24th Nov. and after activation too, my balance was getting deducted. I complained here and later my money was refunded after deactivating the plan.
Since then every month I am tortured by reactivating this pack by itself even after deactivation by the customer care itself long ago. I call the customer care and they usually just tell that due to technical updates, nothing can be told for the moment and I should call a bit later. Then I get my refund after days of struggle every month. Why does that happen ?
Please kindly take an action concerning this.

I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp plan in january and and deactivated after 15 minutes .I got the deactiavtion message as well but the next month till now the plan gets self actiavted again and again and balance gets deducted. I complained here the customer care almost 10-12 times and they say they cant deactivate it .. I have to deactiavte it manually by sending DACT WHATSAPP .. and when i send it responds with request cannot be processed.
Please solve the issue ASAP

        sir i recharged my mobile with 49 rs on dated[protected] but not get full benefit i got only 4 days benefit. i contacted to customer care but they refused it. not care about my complaint.

          my mobile no. is [protected],Bihar.
          today[protected] just 15 minutes before(around 13:05 pm) I got a msg written `` amount charged for vas hungama gsm Rs 49.00. current main balance rs 37.10 `` .
          this deduction and activation is done by reliance itself . I have not activated this plan. My Rs 49.00 has been deducted which was of my use.
          if this money has been deducted without informing me then its a fraud.
          I think Ambani company is stand on ours money
          i need a proper justice regarding this.

            As per above message I have recharged RS 69 and got night packing from 24 Dec for 15 days. But they have expired this pack without any information or communication and deduct my money.

            We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, As per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you that the validity of Bright -Night pack Rs.69.00/- cannot be extended from 7 days because of as per the new update after 16the of December 2012 if customer recharge with this denomination he will get the validity of 7 days instead of 15 days.

I already lodge complain but R com not giving me solution still on 03rd Jan 2013. they are not give me time frame also. I am highly disappoint because I was not able to reply my new year mails just because internet connectivity.

              I am a customer of reliance broadband connection and my subscriber id is[protected].

              I am having a problem of frequent disconnection and the customer care is not responding even after registering a compliant several times.Their customer service is one of the laziest i have ever seen and they aren't responding to the customer compliants at all.

              It has been 12 days since i lost my connection and i have still not got my connection back. Reliance must give a fee waiver for such kinda response as its around half a month.

                Reliance Special Tariff Recharge plan Rs.31 ( All local @10p/min for first 250 mins, 50p/min from 251st min onwards ) fake plan, Reliance are not fulfill his plan commitment, i recharged Special Tariff Recharge plan Rs.31 for my call charge 10paise per second but my all call charges deduct my balance Rs.1/per minute.

                  on 31/1/2012 I recharged with rupee 30 on " [protected]" and giving Email ID :- " [protected]@rediffmail.com " by Paying online through Net banking through a account of Allahabad bank of account number ' [protected] '.
                  But I did not received the amount in my number and I also not received any mail. and my money is not returned to me.
                  And I also mail the same matter to Reliance customer care on email id - '[protected]@relianceada.com ' .

                  So I am expecting that soon my money will be refunded.

                  Please help to get out of this problem.

                  Reliance Communications — Recharge not done and money also not refunded

                  I recharge my mobile no. [protected] of Rs 23 on 04.11.11 from www.freecharge.in but up till now it is not recharged. i complain to www.freecharge.in

                  But they told " As per conformation received from your operator your transaction for the mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 23/- was successfully done. We are just a mediator between you and your service provider. Request you kindly contact to your service provider (Reliance) for the same. Your operator transaction id is [protected]."

                  I called to Relaince CARE, they told your recharge is not done. Please refund my Rs. 23 as early as possible.

                    I have just shifted to Lajpat Nagar and applied for Reliance Thunder plan 1029 on 30th December,2012. The sales said me that the next day the connection will be setup but no one picks up the call neither the sales man and not even the reliance communication store where he is working for. The Sales man name is Jay. At last the call got picked and he told me that it'll take around 2 days for the connection to take place so I waited for today(1st Jan,2013) but today he is not even picking up the as well as Reliance communication, Okhla store is also not picking up the call.

The service provider add internet services and charge me Rs 71.80 /- without any information , I have make lot of calls in customer service but yet the problem is same .They gave me new complain no. every time .                           HI,

                          I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect++ for my online classe.
                          They told me that:-
                          1> it will give speed upto 3.1MBPS, and not less that 1MBPS.
                          2> you can stream youtube videos without buffer.
                          3> you can attend online classes.

                          but none of there claims are true.
                          1> Speed is always below 200kbps.
                          2> Youtube videos are not streaming
                          3> Online class is a dream for me.

                          I am struggling for the same approx for last one month.
                          The person who deliver me the device is not receiving my calls,
                          Even that lady from Reliance who explained me the plan is not receiving my call.
                          Sometimes someone else receive the call and inform me that Boss is not in office and he has diverted his call to my number.
                          They are directly lying to me and cheating me.
                          I dont have much time to run behind them, i have my job and study.

                          I am losing my time, money and classes everything.

                          I request you for a strong action against them.

                            i am tired of complaining about reliance customer reps, who are not cooperative at all. never provide solution when called. reps.do not have product knowledge so are unable to resolve any query.it is very hard to reach customer care.even when reached after a lot of trouble.the reps are very rude including the floor managers.this is just a tip of an iceberg.of the harassment to the subscriber.the company is a step ahead of its reps in CHEATING. they deduct money without felling a need to tell the customers of the reasons..every one is hand in glove in this FRAUD..THIS IS WHAT I THINK IF YOU WHAT ME THINK OTHERWISE..GET BACK TO ME AND CLARIFY.THANKING YOU...mentally disturbed customer...p.s you can get back on [protected].

                                Hi,
                                I am jitendra singh thakur. I am using reliance GSM mobile connection (mobile number [protected]). I am really fed-up with the this connection they regularly charge money for some unknown service and deduct amount from my balance amount. When i call there customer care service they return the money. And if you did not call they will keep deducting money everyday.
                                This happens to me around 15 times and submitting this complaint after that. They say sir you have initiated a service but i do not initiate any service they just deduct money and this happens whenever you recharge with Rs 100 or more.
                                I think Reliance people are looting customer because one of my friend is also facing the same problem. Please do the needful.

                                  i have a prepaid reliance & i am facing the same problem since 5 days ..the reliance web world people keeps on saying that they have forwarded request to higher dept. & the reliance customer care is horrible..they do not even care to give the correct information & then say lies to hide their mistakes..they would keep on postponing ur complaints from one 24-hour to another 24-hour..the worst people are there in reliance

                                  Reliance GSM — Non ability of refilling reliance gsm ONLINE

                                  Hi,
                                  I m Pushpendra K Sharma from vasco-da-gam, Goa. I appreciate net banking service provided by hdfc bank but heartly sorry that even after relince in mentioned in prepaid mobile refill operator list of the bank, yet I m not able to refill my GSM no of reliance. Further there is no refill facility for reliance GSM at Goa. So I m not able to refill my no anyhow. Further we are not able to refill Reliance GSM from hdfc bank ATM too. Request for refill is rejected saying "invalid number"

                                  So I humbally request the bank as well as the reliance to tie up with each other and include relinace GSM too for online refill.

                                  Reliance GSM — my number was barred from company

                                  My cell no. [protected] (Reliance GSM), my number was barred from 12.05.2011, we call the customercare, he told re submit your document, we submit our document in reliance gsm gallery (near chitra theatre). one week later my service was not started then once again i had submit my document to the relaince gallery (near sion station) till now my service is not started. my bussiness is totaly depend on phone calls. plz take a action on them. requesting u

                                    I am suffering this for almost a year,whenever i try to connect to customer care, it speaks of a busy tone .The customer care service is terrible, the service s not reliable anymore.They unnecessary deduct the balance by activating various services and send messages like"to unsubscribe this service dial this number".so, kindly look after this problem and provide a speedy solution to it.

                                      My no. is [protected]. I had recharged with rs. 94 some year back to get sms and call all over India for lifetime at 50 paisa. I also have sms free on my no. So whenever there used to be blackout days(the days were sms are not free) I used to get charged 50 paisa but on 31st dec 2013 I was charged at re. 1 for local sms n rs. 1.5 for std sms. That was not the case earlier as I was charged at 50 paisa on Diwali also. Company has deactivated my 50 paisa scheme though it was valid for lifetime.
                                      Please sir look into the matter seriously or else every company will cheat like Reliance.

                                      the service providers have been cheating on me for 15 days. even after activating the tarrif i am not being able to enjoy the services.

                                      My name is abhishek Purohit.Two weeks ago i used MNP facility to shift from Idea to Reliance.Last Week I was Shifted from Idea Circle to Reliance.When i applied for MNP, i was told that that i will enjoy call tariff of 30 paisa par min.But they charges .72 paisa par minute.They cheated me by giving me wrong information.
                                      Now After i compliant about this to customer care then they blame me about this and their all representative give different different answer to my problem.and this problem was not over that they now make automated system generating call for documents re-submission to me while i have submitted ID Proofs at time for applying. I also mailed them about the problem but their answer was not satisfactory.
                                      Please help me what should I do now......?

                                        Am a regular subscriber of Reliance prepaid 799 plan and recharged the same on December 28 2012.Based on offer conditions(Unlimited reliance to reliance all over India+30 min/day to other numbers) I was enjoying the offer till 30th night.But on 31st morning they started deducting money for the calls I made without prior notifications.If they deduct money for the sms that we can understand.why they are deducting money on voice calls.Please consider this
