Now when i call custmer care center regarding this than they told me that you are not submitt your documents. but in this recards i allready submitt my PAN No. copy alongwith Photograph.

    Reliance GSM Mobile — unwanted calls& poor network at evening

      | This is to ventilate you that we are using Reliance GSM Prepaid mobile connection
      |in the since few years.
      |It is to my great surprise that being associated the your company with
      |such a long period how can the co. and its employees mislead to such a n extent.

      I have recharged my account to avail the benefits of Whatsup Application under the current scheme where one needs a balance of Rs. 16 to avail the services for one complete months as per the co. plan. As per the instruction of the customer care executive i proceeded and they wrongly deducted Rs 22.50 from my balance and didnot even provided me with the services which i Opted for.

      Being a customer i lodge my complain to the Customer Complain no 198 and the operator admitted their wrong deduction and assured me that its the co's fault and your balance would be reverted within 24 hrs and gave me S.R no[protected] as my complain no. I crossed verified with the operator and he assured me again that no wrong deduction would be entertained and i would receive back my balance.

      On 07.01.2013 i received a sms from no.59111 the SR No. 195569 has been processed.I checked my balance but there was no effect to the same. I again called the no. 198 & now the story was completely different where the operator said that the amount is correctly deducted and no balance would be reverted and the reliance keep on sending me the same sms three more times conforming the same and i was in between my work and getting disturbed by such kiddish behavior of sending the same sms four times.

      The story did not end here the co. again send me a sms on 08.01.2013 conforming that the complain was resolved on their part Stating my wrong decrement has been verified and the amount is deducted for GPRS usage on 07.01.13 now stars the different story of reliance as till 07.01.2012 at 8.59 am my phone was not GPRS enabled and the Co. send me the configration of gprs on 07.01.2013 at 8.59.46 am than how can a person use GPRS in the Midnight on 07.01.2012 at about 01.00 am as thje phone was gprs enabled only after configuring the same at about 9.00 am on 07.01.13 and why they deducted such an amount incorrectly.


      Every co. wants growth in revenue but such a misleading service and growing in this manner is a shameful act.

      Reliance GSM — Harrasment

      I talked to a customer executive at 198 on 3:40PM(8 june 2011). He treated me very very badly. I again called on same num and told about this to a Senior name NavJyot(Female)...when I asked her about this, she told me that she can't register a complain without knowing name of that executive who treated me very badly. Now I am feeling very harassed. Do take some strict action or I am going to take some legal action.

        I am experiencing slow speed in reliance gprs. I am getting 2-5 kb/s download speed where other service providers giving 20-30 kb/sec
        Kindly please remove the speed cap.. If you are capping why providing plans like 20gb ?? Who can consume that much ?????????

            I had worked with reliance communication from 1st of jan 2008 to 3rd of nov 2008 as a senior manager, my emp code was 20028597, but sorry to say even after four years and regular follow up on mails, i have not got my pending claims as well full and final settlement.
            My pending claims are as under...
            1. medical pending bills rs rs 90411.00 for my father's treatment before 31st march 2008.
            2. my expense claim rs 19469.00 punched in portal on 14th oct 2008.
            3. my full and final settlement with PF amount.

              I was informed that Refund DD has been generated and sent through courier. But I have not received it yet.

              Even i was given DD number and promised to deliver the same within 10 days, but after almost 1 month I am yet to receive the same.

              4 months ago, I have ported my post paid mobile no. [protected].
              They have not refunded my deposit of rs. 2000.
              Please HELP
              My name is ARVIND KR PATHAK, I have port my Post paid mobile no. [protected] in 2017 to JIO Mobile, due to Reliance Mobile unfortunately stop there service in ASSAM Circle without any prior information. I paid Rs. 2000/- as security amount against my Reliance No. also I had paid all dues from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit of Rs.2000/- is to be refunded at the time of closing the account. I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. Till date there is no any communication from Reliance co. side. Finally I try to communicate from here. Please help to refund my security amount which was recorded in their account properly.

                I bought reliance netconect+ modem on 16th nov. 2012 from a vendor inside infosys chennai. I opted for an advance rental plan for 3 months in rs 2325/- With the promise of speed upto 3.1 mbps. From that time, it has been 2 months, but I could use my internet for hardly 20 days due to various issues.

                1) 18th nov I got it activated. But I had to go my home town (tonk, rajasthan - 304024)for 15 days. I tried using my net there, bur was not able to connect. According to customer care, no network coverage was there. Well, I can understand that. But 2)I told them to deactivate my connection and start my billing after 15 days (when I will be back in network area and can start using it), but they refused. So I paid for those unused 15 days too.

                3) I came back on 2 dec 2012 in coverage area, but still it was not working. Customer care wrote a complaint regarding network problem, resolved in 2-3 days.

                4) still it was not working. They guided me to do some setting and it started working. But still it was working in hybrid mode only, not in hsd mode. And the problem was, they forgot to activate my hsd mode service. Great! they wrote complaints. Resolved in 2-3 days.

                So from 17 nov to till 7 dec, I didn't use internet, but I paid for it.

                5) from 8th dec it was working. Although speed was not as good as promised. It was max 200 kbps instead of 3.1 mbps. And after 5 gb consumption, it was very miserable avg 10 kbps instead of 144 kbps. Still I was ok with that. At least it was working.

                6) on 28th dec 2012, my service was again deactivated and the reason was due to some payment failure, which I had done in advance 40 days before. After so many calls to vendor and customer care, problem resolved after 8 days on 4 jan 2013. And I have to pay for this deactivation period also. Well I have already paid for 3 months, I can't do anything.

                7) I couldn't use it even a full day and on 5th january, it is not working on my system. I called several times to customer care and they give different problems and solution, but none is working. One told, it is not supported on windows 8!! 1st of all, this application runs in windows 8 in compatibility mode to windows 7 and it was running from past 1 month. If it doesn't support, it shouldn't have run earlier also, and in that case I would have deactivate or return it back earlier.

                8) other told, roaming was not activated, so it was not working. But after activating roaming also, it is not working.

                9) I have uninstalled and re-installed many times. Tried in all ports. Called many times to customer care, but no resolution yet.

                I am seriously fed-up with this kind of service. More than about money, it is about peace of mind and my valuable time, which got wasted.

                    In advance rental plan broadband was purchased. after completion of tenure during year 2012; services automatically got disconnected as it was advance rental plan. Somehow, Reliance communication kept on sending us invoices & reminders for payment - payment for the services never offered & not even used.

                    Somehow, the connection was registered on my fathers' name & unfortunately he is no more. As he was ill & on complete bed rest ; Reliance's connection was not used for almost 4 months. even after 4 months of advance rental plan (not used) ; company still asking for 900 + as a fine & delayed payment charges.

                    Please advice what to do.?

                      I was using BSNL network for last 4years... Since the students plan was closed in that network, i switched over to Reliance by MNP. At first i hav called the customer care to know the offers. they have told to recharge rs 17as FRC and u wil get the benefit of THALA PLAN for the duration of three months. but i had got the benefit of call costs only
                      i didnt get the benefit of full talkvalue.. when i hav called and complained them, no response was taken
                      and now i am trying to switch over to another network by MNP. for that if i send msg as PORT 9xxxxxxxxx to 1900 those RELIANCE BEGGARS are charging me rs1 for that msg.. it is to be noted that sending porting sms is tollfree as per the tamilnadu govt.
                      they are the bloody beggars... they can sit in public and beg instead of doing like this fake offers

                        I recharged my mobile with 196 re/- card having offer, however this is only applicable for the first time rechargers only. after that we need to recharge with 201 only to avail the offer. As I don't know this earlier, I recharged it. My mobile got message saying recharge successful. However i didn't got any balance or offer facility. when I called to customer care, they told I need to recharge again and they won't give the money back or recharge the mobile with normal tariff. That's means i[censored]nknowing customer done any mistake then the company will encash the customer's innocence and have that money in their pocket without giving any benefits to the customer.
                        The joke here is the Customer care won't take a complaint also to track these kind of incidents/instances.
                        So I am using this forum to file my complaint.

                          I purchased net connect + ([protected]) from my office retailer (Accenture Office, White field) on 12th Nov 12 with 3 months advance rental plan.

                          The services got activated on 14th Nov at 2:30 PM , but since then , I can only get high speed, not net connect + speed.

                          So, on 14th Nov , I contacted customer care and spoke to Mr. Hemraj , he said that for some reason , NetConnect has not been activated on this number , he is doing that right away, and it would be active within 24 hours.

                          After waiting for another day , I tried to access internet again on 15th Nov around 9:30 PM, still I could only get High speed network. So, I contacted customer care again. This time , I spoke to Mr. Srinivasan , who said that the issue is not only with this number ,but with all the new customers who took data card ,and he has registered a complaint for that.[protected].

                          He said that his colleague had given me wrong information on 14th and that I will have to wait for another 4 days to get this issue resolved. He also said that he can only feel sorry and there is nothing else which can be done at the moment.

                          I would also like to mentinon that he was very very very rude , and made me feel as if he is doing some kind of favor by registering my complaint , which I suppose should not have been needed in the first place if this was a common issue for all new connections.

                          Very frustrated , I disconnected the call to get rid of this ARROGANT, RUDE and MISBEHAVING customer care representative and called back in 10 minutes.

                          This time , my call was taken by Mr. Dhanaraj , who after consulting "technical team" informed me that Net Connect was not PROVISIONED for my number , and now he is taking down a complaint to get it fixed. Apart from this, the information given by Mr. Srinivasan was also correct and that the new users have been facing issues as well.

                          At this point , I was very confused with this series of not connected information. So, I asked to speak to the floor manager.

                          The floor manager , Mr. Vinod Kumar ,after consulting technical team again came back with information , which concurred with what Mr.Hemraj had told me on 14th Nov and later by Mr. Dhanaraj on 15th Nov.

                          He promised that my account would have NetConnect+ in next 30 minutes or by early morning of 16th latest. He also told me that I will get a bill adjustment for the time when I could not use services.

                          On 16th Nov, I escalted this issue and sent email to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, who apologised on behalf of their customer care and informed me that the issue would be resolved that day. I did get several calls from customer care after this and every time they gave me silly suggestions like re install data card, use a different laptop, change your location.

                          Since I had already wasted a week , and I was not able to access internet , I decided to contact the retailer from whom I had purchased the card. He gave his boss Mr. Murali's mobile#. Mr. Murali suggested that I raise a request with Reliance for data card termination, which would take 7 days and he would refund the data card cost of Rs. 1200 after that and also promised that he would help in getting remaining money as well.

                          I raised request##[protected] for data card termination on 7th Dec. Mr. Murali asked me to send the request# on reliancecsa.[protected]@gmail.com, which I did on 10th dec.

                          I waitied for a week, and sent a reminder email on 14th dec. and got a reply to send my request to EWGCustomer.[protected]@relianceada.com, which I did immediately.

                          I got a reply back on 17th Dec that "MDN number is cancelled for post paid data base also no dues for the same."

                          So, I called up customer care again to check the status and was told that my post paid connection was converted to prepaid and there is no balance in my account now.

                          I contacted Mr. Murali again , and he said , there is one last step needed, to forward the same email to umesh.[protected]@relianceada.com , which I did on 20th Dec.

                          Since then , Mr. Murali has stopped picking up my calls and everytime he replies by a message saying that he is in a training or in traffic. I even sent an SMS saying that I would take up the matter in consumer court, but he responded simply saying that he will help me and will call me back.

                          At this moment I am certain that I am being cheated and have no faith left whether I would get my money back , so I am raising this request in grahak seva kendra.

                          Kindly help me or guide me on who can help me to get this issue resolved.

                          Reliance Data Card — reliance did not return my data card

                          i had purchased a reliance datacard from siddi vinayak tele communication at hardoi UP. I had purchased it on 2.01.2008. after using it for some days it did not work . so i submitted the data card to siddi outlet in the month of august 2008 and the shopkeeper promised me to get it repaired and return it within 15 days. but till now i did not get the data card . my present address is

                          I have applied for a reliance PREPAID data card in NOV 2009, But while delivering it was POSTPAID so i refuse to took the device. But by that time online payment of 3500/- was done through my credit card. Reliance representative told me that the amount will be refund to me.

                          Till Now there is no information about my refund given by reliance. I have sent several mails to them and personally went to their customer support office in NOIDA twice. Every time i have been told that amount will come into my card. Its been more than a year and now i am planning to submit my complaint in consumer court.

                              Hi Sir/Madam,

                              This is Tojo Thomas from Bangalore. I have requested for Internet Broadband connection on July 2012 from Reliance Communication. The representative collected Cheque and Other verification documents from me. Next day, the technical person (Mr. Amit, I believe that his name, not sure.) after testing, he confirmed that; they can't provide connection due to non-feasibility. I have contacted the representative and ask for return the cheque and other documents. He said it will take few days for that and they won't put the cheque for collection. Again after few days, I have contacted the reliance office for the cheque, They confirm me that I can withdraw the amount from the account as they can't provide the connection. Then only I have withdrawn the amount. The second day, after withdrawing the amount, they have put the cheque for collection. It cause a insufficient pay and a penalty of 300 RS/- to me. Later on I have instruct the bank to cancel the issued cheque with this reason.

                              I haven't received any broadband connection from Reliance due to non-feasibility (lack of net work coverage). Technical people (person who did feasibility test) as well as reliance people confirm that they can't provide service. Why should I pay a consideration for something, which I haven't benefits or received?

                              From that day, I'm frequently contacting reliance office and customer care to solve this issue. Every time they say will send the details to clear this issue and never get back to me. Now the company has sent me a notice (Ref No: UM/DEC/OSC/2821, Date 11.12.2012 from an advocate to pay Rs.2247 + notice fees (Rs. 500), threatening to take civil and criminal proceedings against me for the service that I never get and used.
                              I have received the legal notice on 26th December and tried to contact the advocate and reliance office. On 2nd January 2013, I have visited the reliance office personally and met Mr. Uday Yadav, Account Manager, Enterprise Business, Reliance Communications. He said will be sending the confirmation mail to solve this issue. But only response that I received is some procedure chat between the employees. I also send mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" which is provided by customer care people. On 29th December 2012, one Mr. Amol Gonbare, Officer - Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited, replied; asking Scanned copy of Legal notice in PDF format and I send it on the same day itself. After that, I haven't received any response from them till today. I also tried to follow up on the same mail.

                              Legal Notice says these;-

                              "You have availed the said services from our client" and "The Said services were provided by our client"- I haven't receive any connection or service of Reliance Broadband. Why should I pay a consideration for something, which I haven't benefits or received?

                              "You have failed to pay the said dues in spite of repeated requests and reminders from our client" - From July 2012, I'm receiving calls to pay the bill and I'm contacting frequently reliance office and customer care to solve this issue (unprovided service). Here who is acting irresponsible?

                              I also tried to reach the Advocate (who sent notice): R S Umesh[protected] /[protected][protected]@gmail.com). But haven't receiving any response.

                              I request the forum to help me in solving this issue.

                                Sir,

                                This is with reference to my reliance data card number [protected]. I requested migrate this card from postpaid to prepaid to Reliance world (sinhagad road pune office) by submitting document as well as outstanding amount and also calling customer care, I was asked to pay the bill before due date and I paid on the 5-nov-12 advance rental bill amount as they said. I want to be migrate the card because of service issue. He was told me migration was done, but immediately next month, new bill was generated.
                                I having proof of advance bill payment and also phone call recording with reliance customer care related same issue.
                                I registered a compliant with the customer care, but they didn’t gave me proper answer. Now after 2 months, they are asking me pay some amount stating that I have used data card. I again registered a complaint, but instead of addressing my problem, i am getting annoying calls and sms everyday to pay the bills. They are asking me to pay amount for their negligence.

                                I am really tired of this and I want to end this.

                                    I have a reliance gsm mobile phone connection while trying to recharge it i went to their IVR system which said that if i recharge with Rs299/- i would get unlimited reliance to reliance free for 30days as well as 300mins free talktime for other operators however when i recharged the Rs299/- package i recieved a msg from the company stating that i will be getting 3000mins free talktime reliance to reliance for 28days and 1GB 3G data for 28days.When i tried communicating with customer care to verify the matter they said the plan no longer existed and no matter what the Ivr said they cannot help me,the executives spoke rudely,they disconnected the line,the denied giving their name or employee Id nor did they let me speak to their manager or senior.Other then this problem reliance also deduct money from my main balance without my consent or without my activating any of their services.
                                    My main concern is the way the customer care executives speak to customers who have problems and also how can a company like reliance falsely advertise to cheat consumers.I have recorded the Ivr Msg of the company for future reference.
