Hi,

I had this connection for my home use, initially i had the limeited 4GB download coonection. I wanted to change it to one unlimited one which they did change it at all despite so many reminders and whenever i called them they promised that they will do it with immediate action and i like a fool taking their words seriously, thinking that the connection has changed i started downloading without limits and one fine day i receive a bill of 10, 000. Now they are calling for the biil, no one cared to call to tell me that the request is still on hold but they are more worried about money. Please help me find a solution. I want to take legal action aginst them. You know these people hire goons as collection agents and they are calling me and harrassing me.

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Manpreet Singh Ahluwalia and I also took a reliance data card in June 2007 number: [protected], this card was working fine till 18th Sept 2007 when I left for US. I came back on 18th Dec 2007 and tried to use the card again till that date allmy payments were made on time irrespective of not using the card for these 3 months. When I tried to se the card to connect it was not working again I had to go out of Delhi for 5 days so was not able to go to the service center to get it worked on.

    In Jan 2008 I went to reliance web world from where I got this card and they took 8 days to tell me that the card is no more in working condition and I will have to submit the card in the service center.One of the employe of the webworld who had provided me with this card ( Pravin, Cell No: [protected]) Guided me to go to Krishna Park Near Janak puri to your service center. On 12th Jan 2008 I provided this service center with the Data card and they told me to come after 1 week to collect it back.

    I kept on visiting them for 5 months and they always use to say that Reliance has stopped making these kind of cards so its taking tie to get replaced in the men time I got numerous calls from your collections department and I always use to tell them about this issue and at the end they use to wave off the old dues plus give me assurance that they will get this issue resolved.

    In Sept I got the last call when I had a brief discussion with the representative and told him to terminate the servoces as its of no use that I keep on calling you guys and you guys calling me to try to resolve this issue and asked them to clear all the pending due which were not there since the card was never used after 18th Sep 2007.

    Today 8th Dec 2008 I get a call at my home landline where in I am asked to call on [protected] when I call this number they ask me to come to the court due to non payment of my bills when I tried to talk to them regarding the issue they say that the bill is 5-6 months old and that I have to pay the bills.I disagreed with them and have mentioned that I will no come to the court cause first of all they never sent me any Notice and on second hand when I have already asked for the termination of services why they are calling me.More over I have already filed a complaint in Consumer court regarding this issue ( complaint number 161325 )and as per my statements above I still have the Job card recipt with me which states that the card is with them since 12th Jan 2008 I always ask your agents to provide me with the fax number where in I can fax you guys this recipt as it is very hard to read what all is writen on the job card due to the printing font but never got that.

    Today also I called on there customer care number and the person assiting the call clearly mentioned these words" You have submited the card at our service center but since you gave that card to an indivisual who was there so that is your issue as we (Reliance) will not take the responsibilty of that even if that person is using this card the docit number of this conversation is [protected] you guys can very well listen to the recording which is done of each and every cll your agents get on daily basis.

    I have also writen a mail to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on 8th Dec 2008 and have asked them to provide me with an NOC and also to ask these people to stop calling my place and Harassing my family I would like to finish this topic here only as I also dont have time to keep on moving from to there just cause of that Rs4000 card which at the end was a complete loss for me and also a pain for me.

    Please help me so that I can come out of this issue and these kind of calls from Reliance.

      Hi everyone. Am from Trivandrum, Kerala. Now Reliance GSM is launched in Kerala. I[censored]r looking for a faster mobile internet connection. Go for Reliance GSM. For connecting ur mobile to ur PC and using internet, this is best. with 70% guaranty. i was using lot of gsm internet connections. like airtel, aircel, idea. but this all network will give you only less than 30kbps. Am using Reliance GSM first time. and when i check the speed of the connection. In the evening time am getting 205 KBPS. This is amazing. its costly also its fine. downloading file tranfer speed is 25.6kb/s. and uploading speed is 93kbps. SO thing about after 10pm. it will be more than 205 kbps. This network is EDGE supported so this 4X faster then other networks. but the charges are not that much good. 60ps for 1min. after 10pm. it will be 30ps for 1min. I hope there in no unlimeted plans in kerala till now for Reliance GSM. But in other States its 1050/mnt... 1 year we can enjoy with this service. with in 1year 3G will be launch by all private company.

      I am using mobile no.[protected].I received my Mobile bill for the period of[protected] to[protected] is 389 Rs.
      In that VAS service charges are 216.90 Rs. Why this charge are very much ??
      because last bill that will be only 4.89 Rs.And I did't subscribe any VAS service.It's directly activated on my card.
      Also Taxes are also charged doubled. In last bill it's only14.83 Rs. & this bill it is 36.45 Rs.
      Why this huge difference in VAS, Taxes & monthly rental ???
      Also in same above bill i get monthly rental will charged 75 rs. but as per my plan is 50 Rs. rental plan only.
      Also you have charged 60 Rs rental in last month also.
      Means you are fooling your customer's by increasing monthly rental month by month.

      Also today i have got message that my account usage is 728.43 Rs.
      How it possible ????. Please do the needful on urgent basis otherwise I have to launch complaint in consumer forum.

        Dear Sir,
        Pls note I have following reliance mobile nos on my name
        a) [protected]----account no..[protected]
        b)[protected]...account no..[protected]
        c)[protected]...account no..[protected]
        Request for CUG was placed on these three nos.
        Ever since these phones were operational, 4(four) CUG charges were billed on each connection.Several visits to your centres have been made. Now I see that still 2(two) CUG are being billed on each connections. No one has bothered to correct this error.
        I am being cheated/robbed of my money due to no fault of mine.
        These phones are with my staff.
        I strongly object and request that the same be corrected and amount overchared be refunded/adjusted with immediate effect.
        If this is not done in the next bill, I reserve the right to approach legal authorities for appropriate action and sue the service provider.
        We are a multinational company having at least 30 connections.I will be forced to withdraw the connection.
        Will some one wake up do the need full.

          I had invested INR 5000 /Month through SIP+Insurance in Reliance Mutual Fund (Reliance Growth Fund). On Oct 08 they had deducted 5000INR 2 times. I lodged a complain (complain no.[protected] on 15th October 2008. In spite of several phone calls and follow up they have again deducted INR 5000 two times in Novemebr 2008. I have sent them bank statement desired by them, but they are not refunding me the money. I have called up their Customer Care for 12-15 times in last 2 months. The only assurance I recieved from the Customer Care is that they are accelerating the issue. Every tme their supervisor refuse to talk with me and Customer Care Executive assures me that he will call back. Till date no one has called me back.

          Reliance — intimation of bounced cheque after 15 month

          I came to know from cm. care that payment of Rs.493.83 was bounced on mobile number [protected] hence i have received demand message to pay urgently and outgoing service deactivated. surprisingly i have always paid bills through credit card in the last more than one year so there is no reason of bounced payment.
          upon inquiry from customer care that such payment was bounced in march 2010 and reliance had informed in May 2011.
          this is the height of poor service and management of Reliance ADAG

            Sir,
            i m a user of reliance communications netconnect card since past 3 months. I m on their prepaid unlimited usage tariff. Every now and then my service is disabled. When i call the customer care they constantly keep misleading every person has something different to say and some of them even say i dont have balance in my account even though my account shows the balance. I constantly keep on calling the customer care but my problems dont get solved until i have called then minimum 10 times.
            Kindly do the needs on my grievence.

              I have taken reliance postpaid connection 5 months back.After three months I raised a request for soft copy for itemised bill to my mail id.Customercare people activated this request and as well as activated hardcopy bill and cut 25 Rs(Service charges for itemised bill) extra in my OCT 2008 bill also, as I didnt raise request for this.I have again raised request for deactivate this hard copy bill, they have taken this request but for next month bill ie NOV 2008 also they cut this 25 Rs again. I have spoke to customercare people but those people way of talking is not good.

                dear sir/madam
                when i did a STD call on any LANDLINE phone in india, the phone got disconnected in every 20 seconds.
                i m facing this problem since last 7 months, i alredy made a complaint to ur customer care no-[protected] but they did not take any action.i m so much in trouble.

                Reliance Smart — deactivation of astro pack

                Due to some mistake astro pack has been activated and after my regular follow-ups we are not getting the said services deactivated and Rs. 30/- per month is being charged per month.

                Even the customer care is not taking the matter, in my opinion the said optoin is only to cheat the customer.
                i completely agree. reliance is the worst service. they are completely fraud. most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problems would be solved, but even after months of complaints and e-mails, the result is zero. i am completely fed up of the service my no-[protected]

                Reliance Smart — Poor signal strength

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have using reliance Smart GSM service, (My number is [protected])since 2yrs and till now, my problem have not been resolved. I live in Kalamb, Himachal Pradesh, Distt. Sirmour. I have made Several complaints to the customer care regarding the signal, but none of them have solved it. The signal strength has been very poor. I have changed several cell phones, but the problem is in your signal. The phone sometimes catches the tower Kalamb-A or Kalamb - B or Kalamb -C and in none of them the signal is clear. I had made the recharge for Rs. 399 which makes the call free from reliance smart to any reliance smart number, but I am highly disappointed with your poor service dur to which I have bought a new sim of the other company. If this is the situation going on, I would like to convey that your customers will reduce at a rapid pace. I am very very unhappy with this kind of service you are providing, as if you are providing it for your own sake and for not the comfort of your customer. I hope you look into your problem as soon as possible else the option for me would be break my sim and get my Rs.399 which I have spend on your Smart into flush.

                Reliance Smart — Complaint about Distributor

                I am a mobile shopkeeper in pithampur Dist-Dhar.M.P. And I have a complaint that Our distributor is Just a Fool..The Whole Town is fed up of the distributor..He doesn't Cooperate with any of the shopkeepers..And that is why almost 80 Percent Of shopkeepers here do not keep the sim card and recharge of Reliance Smart..
                Yes, reliance signal is very poor, even in prime locations in Delhi. I live in Central Delhi and many of my friends also had reliance but due to very weak signal i was forced to change my number and service.

                if changes are not made in your services then you are all set to loose many customers.

                In Railway stations the network is so busy that the we cannot make any calls, while its not same with other network providers. I would say really a bad service.

                Reliance Smart — Caller Tune unwanted service

                I am a customer of Reliance Smart with my number being [protected]. I have been facing problems with the callertune service which i don't require but is automatically activated by system. Even if i deactivate it, within a few days it is automatically activated by the system. So i have been charged many a times like this.
                I have complained in this regard with customer care but without any solution.

                Also i have registered with Do not call registry. But i am still disturbed by offers from reliance for callertune and other packs!

                Please help me in this regard.

                    I purchased a new GSM connetion on 15Feb., 2009(approx.). But after 10 days it stop to do work. I called custmer care about 15 to 20 times but no responce i got till. BUT reliance office employees did not submitted it further and when i ask the reason of it then they misbehave with me and give my ID to back me and refuse to submit it.                     I have taken a new connection at Angul Orissa, I had completed al the formalities regarding the duly filling of form correctly and the submission of all the documents as per your requirements. the sim was activated and the services to the sim only lasted for 2-3 days, when I contacted the concern dealer I was told that the sim has been deactivated in requirement of non mentioned of sim no. at the form, which was immediately submitted by me to the company through the dealer.
                    Since, Its been 10 days and the services to my sim has not been restored, as per the information passed on to me, I have resubmitted the required documents 4-5 times, but the services has not been restored, I have brought this matter in attention of your ASM Mr. Dev Kumar, but he also didn’t do anything, today when I contacted him from the restoration of services, then I was told by him that your form is incomplete and because of it only this was not being restored.
                    I want to bring to your notice that, if the problem was with my form, why wasn’t I told so earlier and why was I told to resubmit the documents, and he could have asked me to complete my form earlier, why the actual problem was never revealed to me earlier and it was told to me after 10 days of suspension of my sim services (my alternative no. is their on the connection form)and this was also done only when I rigorously started follow up on restoration of services.
                    I would also like to tell you that suspension of services to sim has made me suffer a lot mentally, physically, financially and socially.
                    I seek an apology by the concerned authority and along with restoration of services to my sim.

                    I have purchased Reliance GSM SIM one month back with number [protected], But my services are barred even thought after submitting all my documents and are verified & validated from there end and everything is ok with my documents according to their Database at the Reliance office in Vashi near Blue Diamond Hotel. But still services are not at active, but the executives in the Reliance office (Address Mentioned Above) are saying from last one week that my services will be activated within 12 hours whenever I approach them, but till now nothing happen, still the same problem exists...System at their end is showing that my services are active but still my services are not resumed and I am still hearing the same message as " To Resume the services, Please Contact Reliance Customer Care"...When I call customer care the fellows are useless, they can’t even speak English, Can’t read & can’t even understand the customer queries this is another big issue with them. I don’t understand how to overcome with this issue and more over I have recharged amount in it. All Technical staff in the Reliance Office is really useless, primarily they can’t even identify where the problem exists and Rectification is such from them that they can’t even think about it. So, I suggest & request all the other friends please, do not dare to avail Reliance Services in your lifes.

                        As I have been the customer of Reliance Communication since last one and half month and I have already cleared my bill payment before I received my copy of bill.

                        Earlier back there was a call from customer care for address varification and all such query related this connection.Even they have given the commitment also tht Reliance will provide the Copy of Bill at home for 2 months with complete calls detail also send the bill by email as on given email id bt yet i have not received any one frm this both commitment.

                        I have talked to customer care for the same bt no result has come out.so Kindly stay with ur commitment and try to do customer satisfaction.

                          Sirs, I own your Reliance datacard No. [protected] and CIOU Code TNR/10146C.
                          This is a Huawei Datacard with PCMCIA connector to my laptop.
                          I purchased this card for Rs. 10800 an year ago.
                          As I have changed my Laptop, which does have only USB Port, I am unable to use your product .
                          I shall be grateful, if you can arrange to replace this card with your latest Reliance datacard with USB port.
                          My latest bill is Ref. No. E7016363-C002429 DATED 11/09/2008.

                            Hi,
                            I hold a Relaince Data card [protected] EC325 USB type. I am facing it hardware problem from 2nd Nov 2008. Since I was outside Bangalore so On 15th I went to reliance Webworld JP nagar branch they said to go to authorised centre in Infantry road(Redington India) since Data card was not giving any signal. Redngton person on the frontdesk told me that they will not repair the Datacard and they can only replace it if it is under warranty. I went back to JP nagar office the same day and now they told me to purchase new one wqith new no.AMAZING.My card is not under warranty. then I visited rel webworld Padmanabhanagr office he has forwarded my request to Customer care and told me that some person will visit my place to fix the problem that doesnt happen. 21st I requested customer care again. they told after 120 hrs they wil give me a call. nothing happened and when I contacted them after that they told visit the nearest webworld. I am in loop now. 28t agin I placded same request. and they told only auth centre can do this and if they are not doing then its my problem then. Now summariazing this.
                            1. Reliance customer care had never give a reply.
                            2. I am not able to see the request anywhere. always I HAVE TO CALL THEM.
                            3. Relaince is incapable of solving requests. I have to pay all the amount for which i have actually not availed the facility.
                            4. If I purchase new connection of the data card then they will not transfer my existing no. and scheme to that datacard. Really hopeless people and one of the worst customer care I have ever seen. really amazing...
                            5. last option I have to GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

                            Reliance Data Card — Giving problem since Purchase

                            The reliance Datacard is not working properly since purchase in April 2008.Calling hundreds os times to Reliance office & franchise, nobody responding or rectifying problem.
                            Relance data card are not working since purchase date about 6 month.

                            What a response I’ll submitted a request on Saturday 27 august 2011, I have communicate and got confirmation from reliance customer care for converting my data card from postpaid to prepaid.


                            On 27 August –
                            Customer care said its take 5 minutes and then confirmed already done and don’t believe on web world.
                            Gzb RDC web world manager (Piyus Ranjan )saying its take 2 days don’t believe on customer care.given visiting card also mobile no mention aways switch off.
                            GZB RDC web world executive is saying it takes 5 days don’t believe on manager.

                            On 31 August-

                            You replying take next 5 day.


                            In 1 Sep- mail regarding same

                            On 5 Sep-
                            They respond saying speaking from head office its get migrated today evening definately.

                            On 9 Sep-
                            when call customer care saying they don't have any request when provided, then accept yes its present, but don't know why its not happening . wait for another 2 days.


                            Want to know the reason for so much delay and no response.

                              Respected Sir,

                              I Mukesh Dharewa Using Reliance Mobile Phone from last 6 years with the same number [protected], had requested for miss call alot to the service provider and service was alotted to me with in 3 days. after the service was alloted i had given them a complain several times that i only get the miss call alot form the reliance number but not from the other net work if i am called when my cell is switch off for this when ever i call to call center *333 they normally give us a complain number and send us a massege but the problem is not sloved call center people give us answer that we have problem in our net work or our server is down. kindlly take action in our request.

                                I had bought a reliance netconnect ZTE cdma 1x card which within 1 month of purchase become faulty...i returned it the webworld from where i purchased it...but they even don't know where it gets serviced...at last i searched for long and found the place about 100 kms away ...got it corrrected ...but when i returned re enter my postpaid connection it...they said can't be done at last after 3 months got everything corrected for which i had to pay the rent simply...and i called cust care for confirming my plan to freedom at night...got it confirmed ... and used it for 1 month for which in the next month i was shocked to see the bill...they have billed according to the normal usage plan... whom should i blamee...MYSELF... I shouldn't have believed RELIANCE

                                  This Reliance Net connect USB CDMA 1X modem was purchased on 19-09-08. After the free time period i was 1st activated my account with Rs.1099 which is unlimited for one month on 4th of Nov, '08 But my connection is terminated by the provider on & from 27th of Nov, '08.
                                  Upon calling Customer care for many times. they are telling me that you have a huge pending balance. Some says to recharge with Rs. 450/- when called another time costomer care told me to deposit Rs. 600/- then Rs.650/- and now telling to recharge with Rs. 901/- by the supervisor of the customer care team. and then only you can use the service
                                  How they can charge me if the condition is the "alloted time period" for using the service. I will not be able to connect after the stipulated time but not before.
                                  They have not followed the condition for 1 month unlimited which should be active upto 3rd of Dec 08.
                                  They have charged me for surfing & free content downloading during this period.
                                  They are also denying to provide the details for which i have been charged.
                                  IS pending balance is possible for a prepaid user, who 1st pays then uses the service?
