I have deposited my bill of Rs 250 on 22-11-08 receipt no. 244684 but still my outgoing is barred please do the needful.

संदर्भः – मेरा मोबाईल नंबर [protected].
महोदय,
निवेदन है कि मेरे मोबाईल फोन पर गत कुछ समय से मेरे ही मोबाईल नंबर से एसएमएस आ रहा है. आने वाले एसएमएस संदेश पूर्णतया व्यावसायिक प्रकृति के संदेशात्मक विज्ञापन है. 18 अक्टूबर से 15 नंवबर 2008 तक मुझे दस संदेश प्राप्त हुए हैं. यह आश्चर्य का विषय है कि भेजे गए संदेश मेंरे द्वारा नहीं भेजे गए हैं किन्तु संदेश में भेजने वाले में मेरे ही मोबाईल नंबर का उल्लेख है.
इस संबंध में मैंने रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशन स्थानीय विक्रेता गांधी कम्युनिकेशन, पंडरी रायपुर से संपर्क किया तो उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि यह तो विशेष सॉफ्टवेयर द्वारा भेजा गया है किसने भेजा हमें भी नहीं मालूम और हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं. आप सीधे कंपनी से बात करें. मैंने अपने रिलायंस फोन से कस्टमर केयर नंबर *333 में कई बार बात करने की कोशिश की लेकिन यह दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि इस नंबर पर तो कभी भी बात ही नहीं होती. कस्टमर केयर का रुट हमेशा ही व्यस्तता बताता है.. इस प्रकार से मेरे ही मोबाईल नंबर से मुझे ही एसएमएस संदेश भेजने पर मुझे आपत्ति है. इस प्रकार की प्रवृति से मेरे मोबाईल नंबर का तथा अन्य सभी रिलायंस मोबाईल फोन धारकों को नंबर का दुरुपयोग किया जा सकता है. जिससे अनावश्यक परेशानी हो सकती है.
अतएव अनुरोध है कि इस प्रकार किसी अन्य के द्वारा मोबाईलधारक को संदेश भेजने के लिए उसके अपने मोबाईल से एसएमएस संदेश भेजा जाना उचित नहीं है. कृपया इसे बंद करवाने का कष्ट करें. ताकि इससे अनावश्यक कोई परेशानी ना हो. साथ ही इस संबंध में मुझे लिखित सूचना देने का कष्ट करें कि इसे बंद कर दिया गया है.

My Boss's handset has been lost and right now he is out of Indore therefore formality for lodging the complaint to Police department will be made when he will come bact to Indore . my mobile no. [protected], I recharged with Rs. 490/- on 02/02/2009 in which reliance to reliance is free for 1500 mts i.e. 25 hrs . Its validity should be 04/03/2009 i.e. 30 days but sms is showing validity 13/02/2009 which is wrong. I have contacted several times to customer but it is not rectified.
Please get it corrected.

I recently purchased this GSM SIM in Bangalore, My no is [protected] it was activarted and I was using since a month and I recharged it twice and this valididty also exists, but all the calls are barred is the message I am not able to use this SIM, When Enquired at Ur R world they say that ur document has not reached this R world though I gave all this and I was using this sim card and all of a sudden this "CALL BARRED" signal is available with my SIM why is this I donot understand I have a great regard towards this company because of its services but my SIM is blocked. it is worthless to make any complaint to reliance customer care they are deaf ear people.now i can understand how they built such large empire in such a short time.actually entire reliance group is based on fraud.you never know how much amount would be deducted from your balance without making any call.yesterday my balance was -125.63.

I am residing at Gobardanga North 24pgs.I have One reliance Phone. (No is[protected]).I also have services of Vodafone and Airtel.But the problem is that the signal of Reliance is very poor as compared to other dervice providers.The position is same more or less everywhere.So give some importance on increasing signal power also. Otherwise only first time unconcious users will use your service. No advertisement (even Hrittik Rosan) can save you from lossing customers.
