Respected sir,
I MOHIT JHUNJHUNWALA from hyderabad.
On 21jan monday one of your executive ,who came to collect bill amount has not talked respectedly he just came and asked 450rs without tellin us brefly.He came to using velguarical language,i even asked his name he refused to tell his name also.
So my request is to take action aganist him he is collection executive of HYDERABAD,NEW SASTRY NAGAR,MOTI...

I'd terminated two of Reliance cell numbers in Oct 2007. At that time I was asked to make entire payment and I was told that if there is any refund I shall receive the same.

The very next month I received statements for both the numbers which had refund amount given. Until today I haven't yet received any refund.

Today, I went to Reliance Web World (Kondhwa, Pune) and the representatives at this location...

I was using a reliance prepaid broadnet and landline . But i am not getting the prepaid reliance broadnet vouchers from the local cable operator at mulund(west) . I had called to the reliance customer care (*377) or [protected] . But the customer care says that you have to contact the local cable operator we cannot do anything ....

I have ordered reliance data card in one year advance scheme 13 days
back (My receipt number is [protected] cheque no 491966 icici bank ). Money have been deducted from my account 10 days back but still no services has been provided to me. Two executive from Reliance

I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. The same was reported to the vendor who sold me the Data Card. I had a mobile connection ([protected]) of Reliance india mobile in Patna.Due to my transfer I surrendered number in Reliance web world on 27-11-07.Till date the no. has not been terminated inspite of a no. of remiders to their call centre as well as email reminder by their webworld office in Lucknow ....

Dear Sirs,
I was having a telephone wireless land line number[protected] Since June 2006.
Since April 2007 the telephone was having serious problem like the battery was unable
to retain charge for more than 5 minutes in spite of my repeated complaints they were not bothered
to rectify the set but with the charger on line the telephone was working and my job was continuing
unless there was a load...

General public is being offered this share at a premium of around 450 whereas Ambani bandhus have bought the same share in this company at par at Rs.10 only... Ambani bandhus have bought around 200 crore shares of reliance power some 18 months back for only around Rs. 2000 crores, and now they are offering only 28 crores to small investors in the market at heavy 45X premium at Rs. 450 to collect more than 11,000 crores ???

This is to bring to your notice that i have been using reliance mobile since last 2years and now mr manpreet of you customer care department speeks to me in such a rude manner and an attitude as if he is doing a favour on me . the matter was that i have not applied for any caller tune and i am under the cug plan which i took for my employes and my self so i just asked him why did RIL put a caller tune of RIL power...

Dialer tone on every phone without any permission by subscriber....
The Dialer Tone "Reliance Power Promo" set on all reliance phone..the will make problesm while calling someone....we can't assume, either he is busy or not......

i have bought your net data card on 28th december 2007,and from the first day of purchased i am deeply suffered from the compliant of poor speed.many times i informed to the customer care center and reliance office in karnal but still on 9/1/2008 no remedy has been sought out by reliance .your employees,before the purchasing of this data card your stff member has assured me that i will enjoy the fastesst speed of net,but now im reliasing...

I Have recelntly Applied for Reliance BroadBand Connection on 28th Dec 2007, with Application Refrence No [protected].

I was Informed well in advance that the Installation will be compleated within 7 Working Days.

Today was the 6th Day I was yet to hear any word from Reliance, So i decided to call up and conform the status of the Installation Setup.br...

I have connection [protected], I am recieving poetic messeges from 53030, and i am charged for that. I tried for customer care at *369 but could not connect for a week. On 03/01/08, I only surfed R-World to check for some alternate number for complian. I just surfed for 3-4 minutes. On 04/01/08 I fortunately got connected to customercare help line. There i requested to check about the charges. They told me I was charged Rs 20 for R-World...

Reliance Mobile , the worst service provider in the mobile sector.
But it's still operating , and expanding with the high profile promoter back up only .
During my last 18 months travel experiance with reliance mobile I came accross approx. 21 locations in Maharastra , Andhra Pradesh , Uttaranchal , Orissa , 1lac plus population and having no reliance network .
Company management got the fund to run TV/Radio/ Press...

On 3rd january 2008 around 2.30pm, I deposited Rs. 1320/- at reliance web world ,krishna nagar branch, delhi for account of post paid bill for the month of december'07and remaning Rs. for conversion of my mobile no. [protected] from post paid to pree paid plan.
The representative told me that i would receive Rs. 50/- talk value with seven days validity immediately for out going calls.
Since then,i am continiously chessing...
