i have cdma net conection from relinece,and useing with window XP,the problem is i wanna instal this r connect dialer to window vista,but vista reject it.is there any other way to instal this R connect dialer to vista?

I have my mobile connection by reliance smart GSM Shgarervice since last 7 years.My mobile number is [protected] . I am residing in KORBA, Chattishgarh.This reliance GSM is providing auto roaming service around the INDIA.I left Korba and moved around New Delhi, Mumbai And Tatanagar and in fact my mobile was in auto roaming. They messegged me recharge with 200 rupees ans get 1 year validity after recharging i had not benifited. i contacted costomer care they taken my complent and gave me a comlent id and said it will be resolved withing 60 hours, but then i got a massege you are not selected for sms campain, again i contacted CC they become very rude and told me do what you want we dont care

this means absutlatly cheating coz there is no condition in sms..

    Reliance Data Card — use less data card

    The RELIANCE DATA CARD is completly useless if any one is going to take for 12 months subscribtion..waste of money..the reliance is giving the advertize as it gives 144 kbps of speed but its false..the speed will never cross more than 40 kbps..the speed is very low and i strongly suggest everyone not to take reliance data card at any cost......

    We are Purchase one no. Data card USB For my note book on[protected] , phone calls are start in same time but net service not Start still now .
    we are Contact so many Reliance Technical persons But problam is stand still till now.
    in the mean time we call so many time so he is diconnect my connection due to negative address proff.
    than we fight for same so verify same address .
    Today again start phone but not...

    Reliance Netconnect — very slow, bad service

    I purchased a Netconnect USB Huawei modem with a prepaid connection from Reliance a few months back. After some time I decided to migrate it to a postpaid plan, which was a huge mistake. They never migrated it, and after 10 days of no connection at all, they suddenly decided that I could still have a prepaid connection, so I went with it, assuming that it would be better than nothing.     I am an owner of a Data Card for wireless Internet which I purchased about 5 to 6 months ago. It worked for a couple of months with no issues. Then I started having trouble with the card where I could login but cannot open any web sites. I brought this to the attention of customer support. Customer Support never calls back. Every time I call, they try to solve the issue over the phone without any headway. I have also been asked to run around to suport centers and web world for checking the data card and they were of no help either. They even promise to send a technicial home to look but no one turns up.
    Frustated, I decided to terminate the service this December (after 3 months of trying) and I was promised that the service would be terminated in the next 10 days.
    This has not happened. I spoke to escalation who could not help in termination. I even called the Nodal Center who says some one will call back but no body calls. The cycle goes on.
    Just to note, I haven't received a single call in the last 3 months on this issue.
    I have thus far spent over 6000 Rs (3600 for Card + 500 monthly rent) without using the service. I feel I'm running some kind of donation service here.
    I have tried writing to an e-mail address I found "[protected]@dhirubhai.com" but that e-mail returned saying their mailbox is full!!.

    I've decided to stop paying the montly rental so atleast that way they would deactivate the connection.

      On Nov 9, I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com this letter:

      "I've two RIM phones (xxxxx & xxxxx) and I've been trying in
      vain to get the call histories of these numbers for the month of
      October '07.

      I've made numerous visits to the Webworld at your Chennai headquarters
      on Haddows Road and made several requests, both oral and written, and
      left my mail ids and other contact details with them, but I'm yet to
      hear from them.

      A lady at the counter once told me that one "Sharmaji" is against
      providing call histories to customers! When reminded that it's every
      customer's right to get their call history on payment of the
      prescribed fee, she told me that this particular "Sharmaji" is a very
      powerful and mighty person and he knows better!

      Please look into it and provide me the call histories of the above
      numbers for the month of October immediately to avoid unpleasant
      situations."

      I received no reply. Two weeks later, I sent this stinker to them:

      "Though almost two weeks have passed since I sent you the following
      mail, you've not even shown the basic courtesy of acknowledging its
      receipt. No wonder the very name 'reliance' evokes nausea among some
      customers! It stinks, man!

      In the meantime, you've blocked outgoing calls from one of my phones.
      No sweats, man! I'm prepared to dump both your handsets and get new
      connections from a more respectable operator.

      Do tell your high and mighty "Sharmaji" that for every customer you
      lose in this fashion, you're bound to lose at least a hundred
      prospective customers in the bargain. It's not as if we customers are
      powerless. We may not have the time for long-drawn court battles but
      there's this little technology called Internet, which is accessible to
      everyone..."

      That evoked a quick response and they wrote to me the very next day
      asking me to provide details of my phone numbers etc. which I did
      promptly.

      Two days later, someone rang me up and said the call histories had
      been dispatched to my mailing address. I got an e-mail too stating the
      same. My pleas to e-mail them to me went unheeded.

      Since then I've written to them thrice saying that I did not receive
      the call histories, and every time they repeat the same lie that they
      have been sent to my billing address. The bills, however, arrive dot
      on time.

      Please let me know what I should do now.

        gprs speed is very very slow & some times balance are deducted . in hello tune song is not played full as compared to other operator. we want the co. to provide conference & call barring service soon.

        I had already launch a complaint on 4 july 11:22 PM in reliance customer care and he gave me service request number is[protected] and he said that the your problem resolve in next three days, But after three days I recieve a msg from customer care , your sr no.[protected] has been processed but i am facing a same problem and there was no resolution given by him,

          I had activated a stv 249(freedom plan) on my mobile number [protected] on dated 20.01.2009 which has a validity of 30 days up to19.02.2009.But it was curtailed yesterday on dated 29.01.2009 without giving me any information regarding this and there is no specific detail given by customer care executive but i had registered a complaint on dated 30.01.2009 having a complaint no.87420439 .I have all the proofs regarding this STV recharge.1-My retailer, 2-Recieved confirmation message on activating this STV.
          I am a loyal customer of reliance communication for last 6 years and due to regular use of this specific STV(freedom plan), I am facing a serious probleum and I hope you will look forward regarding this complaint.

            I have been a Reliance Communications customer for the past over two years and I have been, more or less, satisfied with their services up until a few weeks back. However, presently I am facing a lot of problems. The handset, which was supplied to me by Reliance Communications namely the handset of LG Make and bearing Model No. LS 110, does not get charged. As a result I am unable to carry on any conversation for more than a couple of minutes. Someone at Reliance Communications should hear the "Low Battery" ring in their ears to understand my ordeal. It literally drives one deaf.

            However, I was delighted the other day when the telesales people of Reliance Communications called me up to tell me that I could exchange my existing handset for a brand new handset. I was told by them to go to their nearest Web World and get my handset exchanged. Upon my request, they also gave me the telephone number of their Dombivli Web World (because that is where I reside). I, unfortunately, was unable to get through my call to the Dombivli Web World because the telephone there (no. 3295935) was dead and out of service. Hence, I personally went down to their Dombivli (East) Web World around 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, [protected]. For one, there were no senior personnel present at the Web World at that time. The manager of the said Web World namely one Mr. Prashant Gaikwad was out "in the field" and none of the junior staff members could offer any clue as to when he would return. I waited there for over an hour but Mr. Prashant Gaikwad did not return. Secondly, the junior staff members at the Web World point blank informed me that they absolutely had "no facilities" to exchange my handset and that they were surprised as to why the "" at Reliance Customer Care sent people to the Dombivli Web World to exchange handsets. Not only was my time wasted but I had to put up with a lot of rude behaviour and talk as well.

            I have already registered my complaints with Reliance Customer Care - Complaint Nos.[protected]with one Mr. Krishna) and[protected]with one Mr. Haris Masood) both dated[protected].

            Kindly let me know as to WHEN and WHERE I can get my handset exchanged for another LG HANDSET because I wish to continue patronizing Reliance Communications. Your early action will truly be highly appreciated because I am literally facing a lot of problems due to this handset.

              I am using this phone from 2years but suddenly company has changed my plan from 299 to 349 & they have never asked from me and activeted that plan.Since i am paying the bill and i have complained to coustomer care also but from 6 mounth i am bearing the charges .                   Hi,
                  I have been an user of Reliance Data Card for about 7 months now of which I have not been able to use the data card for the last 3 months. I have logged several complaints, had several guys trying to solve the issue with no success. I even went ahead and paid the monthly charges of Rs. 750/-(minimum as I was not using the card) for 2 months in September and October. I have been made promises by Reliance everytime that they will send over some one personally to rectify the issue but no one has turned up so far. Every month end I get a call from the collection department asking for payment. On top of this, I have tried updating my billing address since July when i switched jobs but the system still reflects my old address and I have not been receiving bills since July. Every time, the service centre executive says that they are taking down my request and changing the address but no progress on the same. I have asked for deactivation of the card but it is never updated in the system. The only result is getting multiple calls in a day asking for the reason of deactivation and then promising the world on phone to avoid the disconnection.
                  No care is taken regarding the time of the day when the calls are made to remind me of the pending amount inspite of not using the card.
                  Can anyone hlep me get rid of this datacard?

                    I have problem with my mobile no.[protected].I have recharged by life time scheme one year back & recharged by top-up since then.My call charges was 99 paise for STD,59 paise for other network in local & 19 paise for Reliance to Reliance network.But suddenly Rs.2.59 for STD calls,Rs.1.99 for local calls on other network is being deducted from my balance.What should I do.Reliance customer care number is not working.

                    Reliance Mobile — Mobile circuit Damage

                    In the month of February 2008 I purchased Relience Mobile No.[protected] for Rs. 1200/- which worked nicely upto[protected].

                    All of sudden it stopped working I take it to seller, he told me go to Sangli to Relience office, then I gone there after inspecting at sangli they are saying the circuit is gone and for that you have to pay 750/-.

                    As per your Warrantee card you have prommised to repaire or replace the damaged part free of cost. How come at Sangli Relience Office asking the Rs.750/-

                    Sir I am from poor family by saving Rs.100/- per month I purchased the mobilie. Please intruct your Sangli Office to repair the mobile free of cost otherwise I will complain in Consumers Court.

                    Applied for new Relience mobile connection in January 2008 & approved mobile no [protected]. Instead of that they sent other number which i m not using it. After complaning several times to to their representative, Mr. Jeevan to disactivate the number .Mr. Jeevan ([protected] & [protected]);said the approved number will be given in days time. Now they have send a bill for a number which i m not using. Why should i pay for a number which i m not approved.
