Dear sir this is complaint with respect to handset change card.
i had change my handset from subhiksha Mobiles Vashi navi Mumbai sector- 17.
and i asked for reliance handset change card to load my same number on new handset.the MRP of card is Rs. 25/- and subhiksha stores asked me to pay Rs. 50/- for the same without giving me bill for the same.
with long discussion and arguments they refund my Rs.25/- but still i feel its harrasment for customer.
please do something so it should not happen with other costomer.

Reliance Communications is liable to do anything for some quick money.
Ethics come last in their list of priority.

I had activated the roaming plan of Rs. 5 on my mobile No. [protected] at 12:50 am on 27 September 2013. The plan assures free incoming calls and a call rate of 1.5 paise per second. However, my outgoing calls were being charged at Rs. 1.50 for STD calls and Rs. 1.00 for Local calls. I reported this to the customer care of Reliance CDMA. The customer care executive agreed that the deduction was wrong and lodged my complaint ensuring my money would be refunded within 48 hours. The complaint number was[protected]. However, after 48 hours when the amount was not credited, I contacted the customer care cell again only to be told that the disputed amount of Rs. 12 shall not be refunded. I have been communicating ever since through mail only to be replied that they will hold back my Rs.12. I am feeling cheated. TRAI is sleeping, for reasons best known to them. Where do I put up my grieviance.

      This is very sad to say that reliance sales people and customer care people are giving bad service.
      I need a broadband connection in Laxmi nagar area in delhi. Regarding for the same I approached the reliance on [protected] three –four times and every time I got the answer that our sales person will contact you soon, but no one has contacted me yet its already 15 days . I called you form my reliance no[protected].
      There is another no. [protected] which is provided to me by reliance people. This no most of time gets busy and when it become free no one picks this phone.
      I think reliance is making so much of money and don’t want new customer to be added in reliance, even when customer is approaching itself. You people are spoiling the name of reliance

      Reliance Broadband — Negligency in handling customer complaints

      Negligency in handling customer complaints... customer service is careless and incompetative...poor cummunication skills.
      I wonder what has happend to Reliance's quality standards!!!!

      IT IS PATHETIC!!!
      the service of reliance broadband is very poor.i have complaining for last 15 days but there is no action on complain till date.i am totally unsatisfied by this type of service.this type of service will effect the goodwill of reliance.
      I completely agree.. even after this pathetic service they call themselves India's Best ISP, what the [censored] ?

      Reliance Broadband — Negligence towards customer

      This is venkatesh from Bangalore,after experiencing lot of troubles, frustration, and irritation with the Reliance Broadband services,i was fed up and feel writing the complaints.

      *I was told that there is Broadband connectivity through wire line cable in my locality i.e., Doddenekkundi (Marathalli,Bangalore-560 037) by Reliance Sales Executive and assured that within 7 working days you will be able to access internet and thus paid installation fee of Rs 500/-
      *But the Service i was expected and the service which is not yet delivered yet made up with a mess, almost 4 weeks passed, but there is no response either from the sales executive nor from the Customer Care.
      * i want sue a case on Reliance broadband on this issue, the issue was not just about the amount Rs 500/- i paid but for my time,effort, afforded to get it and more they have over promised and under delivered.

      Broadband — Negligence

      Respected Sir,
      This is inform that I am using MTNL Broadband from the last month and I had always faced connection problems . It was in the last month, the internet service worked only for 10 days.Despite several complaints to the MTNL authorities nothing was done, even if started it only lasted for 30 mons and the line went dead.
      I was charged niternet fees for the full month,when I requested for adjustments ,it was not done and also due to the connection issues ,I faced heavey loss in my business which I run through internet.The speed as promised, is very slow .
      I would request you to do the needful and take action against the concerned staff responsible for service.

      Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
      I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
      Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

        They are cheaters to the core landed up with a 20,000 Rs bill for a month rather tahn a normal 600 with bill details stating that "n" number of Gb's had been constantly downlaoded in speed that is impossible in the connection they provided

        i have closed my reliance connection but they still send me a bill along with service charges. This is pathetic from reliance. Reliance is the worst in the world.
        Same here bro...i got the a bill amount of Rs 16000...i think we need to drag them in consumer court...
        Always I am paying RIL broadband bill through net banking Still every month customer care will call me and asking payment details at least 10 times per month. Also giving rash answers if i ask them why should I give payment details? etc., like that

        Pathetic billing system of Reliance, i got a bill of Rs. 1, 39, 000 after my connection was deactivated a month ago.

        And still they say that i have used and i have to pay it, any consumer protection for this?
        I have disconnected my Reliance account 6 months back and on 17th Feb, 09, they have sent me a Legal notice to Pay 2404..
        And when I call Customer care they say that they have closed my account on 15th Jan, 09
        Can somebody help me out wid this?

          sir,
          i have purchase reliance classic 231 mobile from yadav mobile,gayatri nagar,linepar,moradabad,up on 3.09.2007. and from next day the mobile was not connected as i have given my id on same day 3.09.2007. but the call did not come and not going anywhere, i asked shopkeeper, he told me that network problem and send me to reliance service centre and when i got my mobile back on 17.09.07, there is other problem as battery problem with n/w problem, and the sercice centre told me that the set is dead, give us for service for one week, till that i have not receive my mobile,
          i had done great mistake to purchase reliance mobile, i have to purchase nokia set,

          Reliance Smart Mobile (Pre-paid) sent an offer that If we feed Rs.550/- rcv with life time of Rs.222/-, relianceto relinace free upto 2015for recharge for 75/- in 60 days. but it is a cheat .from my point of view every 550 and 880 is going to kick off reliance.           i am the existing customer of reliance mobile since 4 yrs my problem is in my office premises road no 12 banjara hills. reliance network has no coverage. even airtel and idea networks are covering full fledge.

          I had bought a Blackberry of Reliance on 31st of March 08. The display went blank from 23rd. we have reported the incident to the Reliance representative Mr. Debasish Kar [protected] who delivered the handset at our office.

          Reliance Mobile — Fraud / customer cheating!

          On 22 nd of this month I bought one connection for reliance STD free plane, I saw the advertisement in TV channel, Every body knows the in the advertisement they always told reliance to reliance mobile all over STD free, but they did not mention clearly, Now when i call my friends and relative in west Bengal I am not able to call any reliance mobile, I went to reliance R-World and then they told me you can call any reliance mobile it will be Free but in if you call reliance Land line number then it will be charged . Then I call the customer care yesterday and want to explain them the feature, they again told me the same as in the TV channel shows, when I told my problem to one of the executive that time they told me that it only free to reliance CDMA mobile to reliance CDMA mobile and they behave like I am using the mobile first time.
          So as per my concern, this STD free feature is totally fraud they cheating with the customer like any thing.
          What the hell are they doing to us...?

          I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

          The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

          In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

          I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

          We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

          Reliance Mobile — Fraud and Cheating with me

          Respected Sir,

          I am a Postpaid fixed land line phone holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is[protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2003.

          my plan is Rs. 551 Per Month and 450 calls free in it, I regularly paid my bills since 2003, but On 11/08/2008 they send me bill of 1083 Rs., they add internet charges but I did not use internet, after this in the next month they again sent me bill of
          Rs. 2049 also with 332 Rs. internet charges and Discontinued the phone. when I did not pay bill called me and asked for bill but I Denie, and after some arguments they agreed for full and final sattlement with terminate the connection in 1000 Rs. I was also agree with this term.
          finaly they send thair executive with termination form and I paid 1000 Rs. and filled the termination form. But after satlement thair recovery agents are threating me to pay rest of amount
          they also sent a court notice to me

          they did false comitment they are doing fraud
          they cheat me

            he said with in two days you will get your connection and I come back after onw week there
            is response then again call to your office and collect the manager Number from security, and conduct the manager Mr.Venkatish he collect all the details with in 24 hours
            you will get connection, today Oct 16 there is no response from your side.

            I NEVER EXPECT SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM RELIANCE AND I DON;T KNOW

              I m sumit kumar,and i m a lifeline plan user (99 paise Std) from one year. From two months,after recharges the coupon of 200 and 300,My validity not exceed. and customer care gives me unsatisfactory answer.Mr Amit kr from cust care,told me, the life Time plan ended from october 07.Then It seems that that the company cheat us.
              so plz solve my problem and intimate me the factual position. If No Response given by u, then the Matter will be forwarded to Sri Nripendra Mishra- Chairman of TRAI.

                Dear sir,
                I purchased a Reliance phone (classic"761"model),from
                Reliance WebWorld(M/S Ram Krishna Saha),Ultadanga
                Kolkata,on 28th September,2007.
                After a couple of days,when I complained them that my account was not updated, I was told that it was due to some network problem and will soon be OK.
                Then , I found that my phone usually happened to hang.On this complaint, they asked my phone to send to the service centre,which they changed after ten days.
                Till then my phone account was not updated.
                Then they again asked me to submit a local address proof, which I submitted on 1-11-07.
                Even then my phone account is still not updated.
                My phone was completely dead...for ten days...
                suddenly incoming calls have started to come..since 29th october evening....but my account is still not updated...
                The workers at the Reliance centre are not co-operating properly, and due to this I have to suffer a lot of inconvenience regarding my connection.
                I will be highly obliged, if you kindly let my phone activated properly.

                Greetings from KG information Systems Private Limited- Coimbatore. Tamilnadu.

                We are one of the leading IT & Infrastructures in India. We are doing business activities more than 4000 crores in a year.

                We have been using your network for communication purpose. But Now we have decided to change the network in voice/ Data due to your poor support on any related issues .

                For addressing issues more than 30 days is not acceptable.

                MY complaint:

                we have been requesting to check, but none of your persons not yet addressed still now.

                Note: we have paid all the usage charges .

                Unsatisfied customer and not expecting your very lazy poor support .

                    from 02-11-07 early morning i continuesly got some bad calls from some restricted no..
                    i also try to complaint in relience customer care but no one is intrested in this complaint and cut off the phone.

                    Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

                      last months, i recharged wth 222 lifetime plan and 880 recharge vcher by listening the offer of 1 india plan for life time... but now the company wthdrawn the offer and my call charges increased to Rs 2.99 per std call.....
                      so kindly registered my complain and suggest me.....

                      my name is nitin agarwal i recharged my reliance(smart) no.[protected] with rs.450 plan in which i get reliance (smart to smart) free but i was charged re.1 per minute after repeated complaints they are not takin my complain seriously now i m bound to file a complain againts them .

                        I have taken this broadband for no use its not working since last two weeks and whenever i complain in customer service they take a complain and give some complain number firsst week no one came after my repeated calling a guy came and told me the wire is broken and it cant be fixed and when i call customer service they say thy cant garuntee that out problem will be fixed. i dnt knw wht to do

                        Reliance broadband and land line — Local agent terrible

                        This is to inform those concerned that I have applied for Reliance boradband and landline connection during early January 2008. The agent also collected a cheque from me for RCIL. Till now, he has not turned up to connect the line. Numerous calls to him went waste and now, he has also blocked my mobile number so I can only reach him through a public phone. This guy's name is Vinay, circulates the Reliance internet pamplets and his mobile number is [protected]. This is in Vikaspuri area, New Delhi. They actually convinced me to get my Airtel connection disconnected and because of these irresponsible Reliance people, now I am net-less in home. Never believe these people. I hope not many people fell in trap of this rascal.
                        Same problem here too. I called up the customer care they will say they will send their filed representative , who never turns up.
                        Some email id given by the fellow who sold me the connection bounce back.

                        Finally I am cancelling the connection. no other go, what is the use in having a service provider who is not at all concerned at the customer service.
                        I requested for reliance broadband connection after sending mail to disconnect airtel., mid of Jan 2008, after three weeks, they refused to give after very much struggling, I received this reply.
                        Then I totally fed up and again I applied to Airtel for renewal and I got this after very much struggling after two weeks.
                        HEre, What I want to say is.,
                        I have given Rs.500/- cheque for reliance broadband connection, that has been debted from my account without giving connection. and lodged request to get back that cheque on feb first week.But till now I am not received, for that also, I am struggling...
                        The Reliance frauds are Honble. Prabhu [protected], Honble Alex [protected]. and Honble Manikandan and Honble Manager Mr.Sukumar of of Reliance cheque section 30351014.
                        my brodband and phone is not working since last fifteen days despite several complaints.very very bad service. and i have calling the manger trupti who is not attending the call.
                        More than 100 people, I found today, having the same problem. I too had a bad experience with Reliance Internet Services. They took the money & I am still waiting for a connection. Now I have complaint to the Consumer Forum and some local authorities regarding the issue. You guys also do the same. Lets say NO to reliance to make this a beautiful world.
                        I have relience internet connected. every month 11the is my billing date and next month 2nd is my last due date..
                        Last month 11th May my bill got generated and 2nd JUne was my last due date. I paid on 2nd JUne
                        On 14th JUne I have seen my internet is not working. I callled them up 7 times. on 5th time I GOT A VERY INTERSETING information from customer care. They are saying then cant find my user id...
                        on 7th time again I got the information and now they are saying due irregularity of my payment they disconnected the internet..

                        Now 11th May was my first bill (as I was new customer) and I paid on 2nd JUne.. Now again they 11th June bill got generated and youy have to pay and get the connection back..

                        I GOT SURPRISED... Bill yet not come to my address. stil there 15 days time to come my last due date.. But they disconnected


                        I AM ALSO LOOKING for Different connection and. hoep flully AIrtel might have the better customer service than relience.

                        I really surprised teh service level from Relience ...
                        I have anothe incidents from Relicne mutual fund...

                        I decided not to buy anything which is comes under Relicne...:(:(
                        I have taken a new connection, thats the combo pack . I m not getting the proper speeed, i can only get around 10 to 15 kbps but according to your norms i should get 75kbps, so plz try to figure out my problem.
                        I have complaint but no response.
                        The poorest customer service experience I have ever come accross with. RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE people are of no use, just sitting in their desks like useless people, can't even speak in a proper way, forget they can ever solve the customer's query. I have got reliance broadband connection which is not working for around a month now. Called these useless people "n" number of times, but only was given a complaint number, than a proper solutions. They just say that it's been forwarded to our technical team so they can assist you. Every time when I called after waiting the phone call from their technical team, it's been told to me that the request has been closed as the issue has been resolved. Now I wonder how come the request has been closed, and whom they had spoken with. No Idea!!. Every time I have been given a new complaint number and it goes on till today. Don't known when it will get resolved. A proper authority of RELIANCE SHOULD LOOK AT THIS, so that their customer's don't run away from them. CUSTOMER SERVICE.
                        PROBLEMS WITH RELIANCE CONNECTION:

                        1)Poor Broadband Connection ( Always offline )-Not Reliable
                        2)Landline doesn’t work (Always dead)
                        3)Worst Customer Care Service I have ever seen in my life and they are only meant for recording complaints and giving complaint numbers to customers.
                        4)You have to be ready for Spending more on mobile bills just to contact your CCare (It even cross your regular bill )
                        5) No proper firewall filters/Anti virus software supplied from reliance and due to this system gets damaged every month. I have formatted my system for more than 3 times from the day this Reliance is connected to my system. Let me remind you I have used Sify Internet for more than one and half year and formatted only once. This shows how worst this network is ?.

                        I advice you all not to go with this connection and get yourself into trouble. Think twice...

He went in DLS and check there and Change my Pair too and calling me right is problem is ok. after one hour i got a same problem. My net Connectivity is running on 1-2 hours ok after 1-2 hours dead line for 10-20 mints. after running on.. this problem face maybe Three weeks... when i face a problem that time i can't get on my pc ID ADDRESS & Getway...
                        I hope U can understood my problem and give me good soluation...

                        I am getting very bad experience from reliance team; I was trying to get a broadband connection in egmore – Chennai, for that I have called u r executive in[protected], they said one of your representative will call me back. One guy called me on the same day he said he will be coming next day to collect the details and gives the connection with in two days, I believed your company and cancel Airtel connection but . “UNFORTUNATELY NO BODY TURN UP’

                        Again I called to[protected] explained my experience they gave two number[protected] and 29 – sujatha sales head) but both the number are keep in ringing no body is picking up the call “I think its some fake numbers’


                        I called[protected] again explained my experience, they said I will get the call from reliance sales executive. After two hours one guy called me ([protected]) and said they cant provide wired broadband they can only provide wireless in my area. I said ok fine I will go for some other service provider, then I called airtel for wired connection and confirmed, . After some times Mr Sathish from reliance called ([protected]) and said he can provide the connection with in two days. I believe his words again and cancelled airtel connection again. Sathish called me again I gave his mobile number ([protected]) and promised me he will be coming today morning 8, but he is not turned up by 8. Then I called him he said he will be coming to my office and get the details, but again he is not turned up. I called his mobie but he is not picking up the call.

                        Please suggest me what I need to do in this situation.
                        I would strongly advice people to not even turn their heads when they hear the name Reliance. They swindle money and just provide appalling service in almost all of their products. I am victim of their broadband connection which does not work from day one from which it is installed.

                        There was gross misselling by its agent in Bangalore called Lohith-[protected]

                        Any of you guys in Bangalore who would want to thrash up both the technical and sales people of Reliance, please reply to this post and we can combine to teach them a lesson.

                        Agency through which connection was applied Realnet, Pimpri.

                        I applied for a connection in November and i was told that the connection is not feasible after trying 2 days for signal (though i could see some antennas from my building and my building is highest in sorrounding area).

                        But still form was forwarded by the sales team (Realnet agency) and a fake account got created for me.


                        I am still receiving bills for this account for which i didnt get any connection, nor did I get the initial deposit back from Reliance.

                        I made lot of complaints through the customer care cell but till date i havent got any satisfactory response from them.


                        It is hard to believe such negligence from a big company like Reliance and inconvience caused by same to the customer who are believing in them.

                        My broadband no is 30229750, i have made a call to the customer care on 10/04/09 to disconnect both my broadband as well as the telephone line. By telephone got disconnected from 23/04/09, but my broadband service is still not disconnected. But i will be in a position to pay the bills for even after my call. When i ask the customer care they are saying that i will be getting a confirmation call and then only line will be disconnected. Please do the needful to disconnect my broadband line. i do not have a system at present with me.
                        I live in Pune Viman Nagar, I had made inquires about Reliance Wimax over the phone, I was contacted on by their call center a few days later, they offered me wireless broadband claiming it was a better option, I fell for their sales talk. Next day one of their representatives Prabhakar showed me an amazing Demo with a sleek white USB modem, I immediately placed an order. Mr. Nitin came and delivered a black dull looking USB modem claiming if it did not work as well as the white one he would return my money, my modem is downloading 16kbps and uploading 0.15 kbps since the time it was installed, their call center says my phone number does not exist, numerous phone calls and SMS to Mr Nitin and Prabhakar have proved futile, IS THE COMPANY CHEATING US OR IS SOMEONE RUNNING AN RACKET TO LOOT UNSUSPECTING COSTOMERS

                        Connectivity is low, sometimes it is not there for 2-3 days and Calling R-Care is again a big task...
                        Different call executives will tell u different plans...different methods...n fnally u end up with no solution...
                        A very very pathetic service...
                        N moreover the biggest comedy comes when u want to disconnect the services and these people do not register it...they will tell u 15days to dissconnect ur net connection when it only takes 2 mins to disable ur port number...
                        this is only the way to generate bills...even when u have requested for disconnection...

                        Reliance broadband not at all recommended...

                        I hav n RELIANCE BROADBAND connection. While giving the connection the SALESMAN said me tat he wil deal wit al my BILLING related queries and i trusted him and used to pay him cash regularly. N i did tat for 4 months. But last month my connection got DISCONNECTED and asusual i called the SALESMAN. He said me tat he wil clear the issue. But its been more than one month and still he is clearing the issue. My BILL AMOUNT is been piled up and now they are sayin me 2 pay 1350 bugs. On speaking 2 d CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE they say tat v don know about d SALESMAN. U hav 2 pay d AMOUNT. Now m in trouble cos i don hav any proof of the PAYMENTS made. Tat SALESMAN has not deposited my AMOUNT n so my bill is been piled up. Anybody who can help me out wit a SOLUTION 2 d problem.This is how tis guys cheat there CUSTOMERS. I am fed up now.

                        With due respect, which unfortunately I don’t want to pay to you, I want to state that I am an aggrieved customer of Reliance Communication. I had taken landline and broadband connection from Reliance in May 2008.Every alternate month I am facing difficulties in landline being dead or linkage problem for Broadband.

                        Recently, I had given complaint for my landline being dead and no broadband linkage on 29/07/2009. Complaint number for your reference Landline (Dead) complaint No-[protected] & Broadband (No Link[protected]. I have been following up for last 16 days; I have called up 7-8 times separately to your landline and broadband departments, I am unable to get resolution to my complaint. What I came to know that there is some rent related issue in some neighboring society where in Reliance had put in their devices for linkage. For that reason my connection has been disabled. My question is How I am concerned with the issue and why should I suffer for mismanagement from Reliance Communication? I am an end user and I am not at all concerned by issues faced by Reliance.

                        I got a call from Mr. Praful Prajapati from query resolution team on 9th day (Very Fast) of my complaint and he assured that it will be solved in one week. The week has completed, there is no sign of rein station of my connection. Moreover your tele calling customer service team is not giving any better reply. Supervisors are also not well equipped with information, Mr.Sandeep and Mr. Pankaj had confirmed that I will receive call from query resolution team within 4 hours, 4 days have passed, and nobody had called me till date.

                        I am unable to make or get important calls and surf net. If you can’t give service to customer, for which customer is paying, then how can you boast of customer service excellence. I want urgent and permanent resolution for my complaints.

Your Sales Rep Jagdev Rajput took 2150 Rs. cheques for 1 landline and 1 combo pack on 21st August promising installation in 3 days. 1 Landline was installed but the other line and broadband connection did not get installed. All my house renovation work has been stalled as I wanted this to be in our concealed wiring and I was given false promises.

                        Ever since then I have tried to follow up but he has not picked up the phone. I left him SMS messages and even threatened to lodge FIR for cheating but still he did not respond.

                        I then followed up on Customer Care numbers and attached Audio recordings also show the escalation path I have taken including telling them to refund my money if they can't meet their promises.

                        I have spent nearly 6 hours of my time on this for your [protected]@#king not meeting your commitments and in chasing you. I demand $125/hr x 6 hours as compensation besides refund of my money.

                        You mother [censored]ers should not have taken money and wasted my time if you s**tholes can't even do a basic installation and you [censored]ing advertise all around as being a large company. Stop fooling around people.

                        You sh**tholes if you have balls, reply only via email because I am taking you a**holes to the court for taking my money, not delivering service, wasting my time and incidental expenses because of stalled renovation in my house. For legal reasons, I want to be clear here that all responses be in writing via email. Also before you reply, I assume you would have listened to these audio recordings of my conversations with your customer service.

                        I have taken Reliance Broadband connection on 13th October 2009 through a sales person (Name- SAGAYA RAJU, Contact No- [protected], [protected]). He has taken my Rs500 and Rs20 extra for Draft charges. He told that he will make the draft and all & within 3-4 days I'll get the connection and first 2-3 months he'll come to my home for collecting bill. But after 6-7 days, he is not receiving my calls at all. Most of the times his mobile is switch off.

                        After 10 days he received my call (in between I was daily calling to Customer Care) and said we don't have sufficient MODEM, if you want you can talk to my Executive (MANJTNATH, Contact no- [protected]). 1st Manjunath talked and assure me that I'll surely get connection within 2 days.

                        After 2 days I called him and again he said the same thing. After 3 days he was stop receiving my call at all. Then again I called Customer Care regarding this, they registered the request and assured me that they have sent this request to the concerned department with high priority. 8-10 times I have registered the complain. One day I asked them for the Nodal Officer no. of Karnataka Circle.

                        Then I called to Nodal Officer (Lakshmi, Contact no. 30332676,[protected]. She confirmed me that within 2 days your problem will be solved. But after 1 week situation is still the same. Now what should I do? Previously I have Airtel Broadband Connection and its customer service was excellent.

                        The worst service I have ever seen in my life. Please do not go for Reliance Broadband Connection. Otherwise you will face the problem as I am facing.

                        Till now I am waiting for my connection and still when I am calling to the Customer Care, they are registering a Complain and forwarding it to the concern department and assure me that within 1-2 days I'll get the connection.

                        I had opted for reliance broadband connection this March and agreed to go for "Quarterly Plan". As per the instructions I made the payment and things were fine.

                        However after three months i.e on 20th of June I received a mail from [protected]@relianceada.com [you can find the same at the end of this mail] saying that my plan would be migrated to a monthly billing and even I was not objecting for the same. But on 1st of July I received a quarterly bill [attached with this mail ].

                        I contacted the customer care [ toll free number ] and they were of no help and insisted that I should pay the three months bill to avoid temporary disconnection. I was not ready to pay three months bill in advance since the email I received clearly mentioned that my quarterly plan will be migrated to monthly one.

                        A few later I got a call from a local reliance agent asking me to pay the bill. Even I explained the same to the lady whoever made the call. She stated that the bill has already been generated and they cannot regenerate it and also suggested me to pay one month bill of Rs 1120/- to avoid disconnection and they will generate a monthly bill from next month onwards.

                        She sent a representative [ Ananth] to whom I paid in cash on 13th July and he even gave me receipt for the same. However my broadband connection was disconnected on 14th july and till date am running around people explaining the same issue again and again, yet with no solution :(

                        I contacted the telephone number [[protected]] and spoke to Yashodhara regarding the same. He asked me to forward the email [ you can see his reply below] which I got from reliance so that he can assist me. I forwarded the same and he gave his direct number [[protected] ] for further contact and later he was not at all available even on phone or email. His line was either busy or there is no answer [ I do not have complain against this ]

                        Another person gangadhar who received the call asked me to once again forward the mail for clarification, I forwarded the same to him also.
                        Today when I contacted him his is claiming that whatever migration mail I have received is not from reliance and seeking an explanation from me as to how I got that mail. He is commenting as if I have created that mail and sent it to him. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AN INSULT.

                        Even after paying the bill my broadband connection is down and on top of that I do not have a proper solution nor customer service.

                        I completely agree with the statement that "Reliance Broadband Internet services", the customer care field service is very very poor. I took the 75kbps unlimited plan two moths agao and i am facing a speed problem since then. The speed always vary from 1.1kbps to 86kbps continuously.

                        i complains several times and somany field technicians visited my premises to resolve the problem. At last their ultimate superviser/officer Mr. Niraj told me He can not help me in this matter, I may do whatever i want

                        What a great answer from a responcible person in reliance Technical department?

                        so I advise people not go for Reliance Broadband Internet Connection. I would go for BSNL or Tata or You tele for internet connection rather than Reliance.

                        Reason ...Reliance has given a contract to take care of technical complains for Broadbadn Internet problems. and The technical staff is of a low quality. preferably ITI (IT-3MONTHS COURSE) qualification people are working with the syatem.

                        I (Himabindu Bhadra) residing at 46h, Sreedhar Roy Road, Kolkata - 700039, West Bengal, has been using reliance wi-max since it came into existence in Kolkata some 4 years back. Previously I was using reliance dial-up Platinum plan to access internet from home. I am a Home based Medical Transcriptionist and require uninterrupted internet service for almost 16 hours a day.

                        Last year, I noticed water dripping from the internet cable and noticed occasional sparks in the modem which is next to my PC desk. Immediately I called up the customer care to avail preventative measure. After repeated plea, the customer service people approached my home and changed the faulty wire and modem. Again after few days, during heavy rain, I noticed heavy water sipping which receeded soon after the rain stopped. Again I called up the service center to come and check the wires again. But they did not turn up even after several calls.

                        This year, same thing happened following excessive rain last week. Immediately called up customer care to file a complaint on Firday (17/06/11).

                        On Sunday (19/06/11), a service personnel called me (from this number [protected] )in the morning and sent a novice guy to check the problem at my home. Though I repeatedly asked them to bring enough wire and a modem to replace the old and non-working ones, this guy came up with nothing. He just came, cut the wire and fixed a new clip. All these while my internet was running without any disruption, except the water dripping from the wire. Soon as he changed the clip and cut the wire, net connection lost totally and there was no signal at all in the modem. He promised me that he will come home next day and change everything that is necessary the first thing in the morning. He did not turn up as usual and I called them several times almost begging them to come and repair my internet. Now whenever I try to call them, they just dont answer my call. I used a different number to contact them and when they received the call, they immediately said that they have sent a guy for repairing. I have been trying to contact them or avail any help from morning, but without vain. Its been over 48 hours without anyone attending my problem.

                        If this continues, I will discontinue Reliance wi-max internet for ever and opt for TATA VSNL 1MBPS wi-max connection instead.

                        Since I require internet for my work, which is no work no pay basis, I think I am loosing on too many things now depending on your callous approach.

                        I will not even return the wi-max equipments and make no further payment towards the usage. I will destroy every single equipment and see what you people can do.

                              recently i ve recharged my reliance smart sim with their RCV costing Rs.880 along with a lifetime Rs222 plan, saying that this will provide lifetime facility of getting std calls @ .99/min, local mobile calls @ .59/min and to reliance local @ .19/min.But after such an investment my sim has been blocked from such call rates,on complaining they said that they have stopped this plan.This is totally unfair,i m in loss now, please help.This Reliance Smart operates in NORTH-EAST INDIA.
