Dear Sir ,

This is to bring to your notice that i have been using reliance mobile since last 2years and now mr manpreet of you customer care department speeks to me in such a rude manner and an attitude as if he is doing a favour on me . the matter was that i have not applied for any caller tune and i am under the cug plan which i took for my employes and my self so i just asked him why did RIL put a caller tune of RIL power without asking me and this man Mr manpreet startyed haveing such a casual manner of talking and when i asked for the supervisor or manager he just disconnects the phone and puts me on a long hold without even asking me and comes back after few minutes and tells me that there is no senior there call after an hour.... his attitude and his words may be sounding not offenceive but the way he used the words and his tone was defenately offensive and thus i regret to say that i would like to stop your services immediately...

I using reliance mobile, Number is [protected], plan is life time prepaid, having balance of Rs. 50 but when i am trying to call i listen message that you have not balance for outgoing call. I am trying to call customer care but it is always busy also i tryed on Internet but relience website unaccesible. please registed my complaint and forward to reliance for urgent action

i bought a gsm sim card from kh road reliance outlet on 07/02/09 and still not active. i try to call the numbers [protected] this number some time busy and its not answerable on my alternate nnumber.
2.[protected] on this number they say diffrent stories finally mr ayaz said this no not belong to kh road office.
3.[protected] this is karnataka nodel officer no they promise me that my no will be active yesterday (thats 09/02/09)again they promise it will be active today morning. from morning iam trying this no even this complaint deparment is playing they answers the phone and disconnect, finally want to say that i bought sim for 93rs and spent nearly 190rs for activation and still its not active.

please take a step i dont know how many of them or facing this kind of problems

      i have bought your net data card on 28th december 2007,and from the first day of purchased i am deeply suffered from the compliant of poor speed.many times i informed to the customer care center and reliance office in karnal but still on 9/1/2008 no remedy has been sought out by reliance .your employees,before the purchasing of this data card your stff member has assured me that i will enjoy the fastesst speed of net,but now im reliasing that i have been cheated by reliance communication.should i go to theconsumer court? because now im totally fedup with this bad expierence.

        THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO RELIANCE on JAN 3rd 2008
        I Have recelntly Applied for Reliance BroadBand Connection on 28th Dec 2007, with Application Refrence No [protected].

        I was Informed well in advance that the Installation will be compleated within 7 Working Days.

        Today was the 6th Day I was yet to hear any word from Reliance, So i decided to call up and conform the status of the Installation Setup.

        I was shocked to be informed that My cheque was Dishonoured. But the truth is that I never gave any cheque. I gave CASH with Rs 20 Extra as DD Charges.

        When I tried to contact Reliance People since Morning I am Disappointed with the Level of Service Reliance Provides.

        None of the Relienace Officers I spoke with was Polite. They were assuming them selves to be a part of some Govt. Organisation and were very rude.

        Is this the type of service a Customer can Expect from Well established Reliance.

        I will never recomend any of my friend to take Reliance and one who is a Reliance user in my network I will make sure they disconnect from Reliance services ASAP.

        The Pathetic service Which I recieved as Welcome Gift from Reliance is the Best New Year Alarm for the Indian Community.

        There are many Competitor who are willing to provide me BroadBand connection within 3 Business Days.

        Reliance takes more than 2 Weeks and I was Misinformed by the TeleCallers that It will be done within 7 Business days.

        Now when i asked for the Reliance to Refund my money as I was not Intrusted in the Reliance Connection they say it will take more than 3 Weeks for them to refund the Money.

        Now it is upto Reliance to decide, should I go to Consumer Court and Inform Media About the Evil Customer Service of Relinace or it will be sorted out with me one on one.

        Heights of Customer Dissatisfaction, no one from reliance called back to ask for the issue.

        THEY CALLED ME BACK TODAY STSTING THAT THEY RECIEVED APPLICATION TODAY AND WILL TAKE 14 WORKING DAYS TO PROVIDE CONNECTION.

          I have connection [protected], I am recieving poetic messeges from 53030, and i am charged for that. I tried for customer care at *369 but could not connect for a week. On 03/01/08, I only surfed R-World to check for some alternate number for complian. I just surfed for 3-4 minutes. On 04/01/08 I fortunately got connected to customercare help line. There i requested to check about the charges. They told me I was charged Rs 20 for R-World access, not for the so called messages. I asked them how much data i downloaded, the refused to tell me and told that it was private information and they can not tell me.
          Reliance is charging me sometihng and they are not able to tell me why they are charging..
          Reliance is a pure cheat.

          Reliance Communication — cheating on charges

          i have purchased a mobile 16 group numbers .the service provider executive told me that the charges on circle will not charges beyond the circle .but in the bill its charging.earlier we have dicuss with the concern person of the web world were we purchase this numbers he told that it won't happen again & the months charges we have taken will be adjust in the new bill.after one month the same thing repated the charges beyond the circle .

          Reliance Communication — How Reliance communication cheating its customers

          I have one reliance number for last 6 years [protected] , but I have shifted to a new city (from Mumbai to Delhi), and still want to keep this number. So rather discontinuing it - I requested reliance people to change my plan from 995 rental to 99 rental.

          My billing cycle is 23 to 22 each month. I requested them to change my plan on 19th Feb 2011 but they said their system is not working – so I should call them on 20th Feb. I called them again, and they gave the same idiotic reason that “ the system is not working so Please send a sms to 53739 for your request of change in plan”.

          I sent the massage immediately, and with very good luck - got the confirmation massage also that my plan will be active within 48 hours.

          I waited till 23rd morning - but I did not get any plan change massages or confirmation then I contacted their customer care.

          They gave me shocking reply saying - my plan would only be changed from 23rd of March!!

          I asked - why? They said - your plan would have been changed if I had made the request 3 days prior to the end of billing cycle i.e. 19th Feb.

          Ooopsss!! then I realised - that is why their system was not working 19th ( 3 days prior 22nd - the bill generation date).

          Now - since they are not processing my request of changing plan - I requested them to discontinue my number.

          They are saying, fine, "we will do so but you have to pay outstanding balances of previous month as well as the advance rental of this month".

          you know - why they are reluctant to change my plan because my current one is Rs 995 rental and the new one is Rs 99.

          Ohhh god!! -- "kaha funs gaya main"------ why such innovative ideas comes with reliance people only - why other companies are not that innovative.

          In short - they force people to default.

          Seriously - I don’t want to pay them any penny - but it will make my credit history bad. Not sure how to overcome this issue..

          Can anyone help me with this?

          "ANIL AMBANI" if you ever come across this massage - please tell your people to maintain relationships with your customers, especially to those who have been with you for more than 6 years..


          Any ways – why should work according to their choice – I am paying money, so I should be able to make changes in my plan “ the way I want”

          i am bangaru babu from bangalore with mobile no bearing [protected] would like to bring a complaint to your notice regarding cheating and fraud

          respected sir am using the services of reliance communications reliance(GSM)from past five months am very unsatisfied with the service and now they have cheated me .yesterday(1/5/2011)have recharged with 150rs have got a talk time of 135 and have spoken to few of my friend for 2 to 3 friend that is very short time that is for 4 or 5 rs and today morning(2/5/11) have made a call to one number and got to know that company have reduced an amount of 60 to 70 rs with out my permission and intimation.
          today have contacted to rcare and asked them for what purpose did you reduced the money
          they are saying that they have activated a package from their side and one more package i have activated more over there are no features in my mobile which am using .so please accept my complaint
          and do favour in this

          Sir with great sad that these operators are cheating people of country and more over they are not leaving country as well.please register and bring them to court

            Reliance Mobile , the worst service provider in the mobile sector.
            But it's still operating , and expanding with the high profile promoter back up only .
            During my last 18 months travel experiance with reliance mobile I came accross approx. 21 locations in Maharastra , Andhra Pradesh , Uttaranchal , Orissa , 1lac plus population and having no reliance network .
            Company management got the fund to run TV/Radio/ Press advtg. , but no fund to expand the covage .

            The worst experience is , when you contact the service assurance of Reliance Mobile regarding this ..they reply :

            With reference to your complaint, we request you to provide us with the following details:Alternate contact number, if any.Best time to contact you at the alternate number.Exact nature of the issue.Number of network bars displayed on the handset.Exact location like inside premises or outside, where the coverage issue is experienced.Whether the issue is experienced at all places.Complete address with landmark.Since when are you experiencing this issue?The details furnished by you would enable us to assist you better.
            The gist of the company policy is very simple , we have to recharge , buy talktime from the Reliance Mobile to furnish them feedbacks

            Reliance India Mobile — network

            Dear all/any ears of reliance india mobile customer care,

            This is regarding the complaint for no network for a certain area.The biggest issue is this that whole of the area named urjanagar in Godda in the state of jharkhand has been facing the issue of no network for every 2 days in a week.Latest one is from 06/07/08 till date i.e. 09/07/08.Even after complaining for the same matter since March '08 there are no records in customer care.But they do have the record for one thing i.e. BILL .Apart from none of the customer care people are ready to help.Can you people look into the matter.
            Hi There,

            I am Rafik. In last week of May I have taken a life-time prepaid connection of reliance smart (Number-[protected]). The retailer activated my SIM immediately. But on 9th June 2009 my connection has been suspended. Now neither I am able to make any outgoing calls nor do I receive incoming calls. Even I can't make calls to the reliance customer care.

            Then onwards i tried my best to contact reliance customer care service but i was
            surprise last 24hrs there is nobody in customer care to provide service.

            If Reliance value for a customer can anyone answer the following few questions for me?

            I can't understand regardless of whatever might be the case why I shouldn't be allowed to make calls to the customer care under such circumstances?

            I have submitted the documents in time and contacted the retailer. He told me he too submitted the documents. Still I am deprived of the service for last couple of hours. Why should I be penalized in this scenario?

            If the documents are so important then why do you activate a connection before getting the documents on the very first place?

            I would like to know how that is my mistake. I have submitted all the supporting documents to the retailer. Does that not make it your responsibility?

            Why should the end customer is being advised to do such stupid follow ups? It’s a problem between you and your retailer. Why do recruit such irresponsible person? Why should I spend my valuable time on all these?

            Reliance Mobile — Misguiding the all people in India

            Dear Sir,

            I had recharged my prepaid mobile [protected] for Rs. 200 & a sms pack of Rs. 25 on 18.01.2010 after watching the advertising hoardings about the sms package & the printout of my boss's bill (Copy Attached). There on the bill it is clearly mentioned that in Rs. 25 pack the free sms will be 500 per day & after that 1p/sms. But they are charging .50 paise per sms after 500 sms's. Please look into the matter urgently. This company is making fool of everybody. Please find the attachment where it is printed clearly.

            Please take the necessary legal action against this.

            I also want my refund back.

            The connection was withdrawn from your side stating that documents was not submitted accordingly.Though i have given the documents still this has happened.Nobody informed me that you have not received the document.
            This actually happened after fifteen days o[censored]sing the connection, then again I have submitted connection got active after that again you people are saying we have not received the document, now you peple want those documents again.

            I don't understand what the hell you people are doing sitting over their???????
            U people commit mistake and blame ur customers that they have not produced the document.This is quite ridiculous and horrible...

            Its my fault that I had taken your connection .I am also working in service industry for the past five years but the services u people are providing its unexpected...

            Because of this kinds of activities people say u people are fake, Airtel is far better...

            Reliance — Mobile network

            My balance was reduced by Rs. 30 for 'one 97harbhan15' service provided by Reliance . i immediately unsubscribed the service, yet my balance has not been restored. i want my balance to be restored as i discontinued the service and haven't used it or subscribed for it..... above facility automatically loaded by reliance without my information.

            Reliance India Mobile — NO NETWORK

            I am a Dr. by Profession & have been using Reliance Mobile since last 6 years.
            Also we are having 4 Reliance CDMA connections in the family. Now the problem is that these people
            have become careless in terms of Network coverage. I & my family members are facing no network
            problem since 4 days. Also we are not able to contact the Reliance customer care dept.
            Pls. do something. Or else provide us with the contact no of some authorities of Reliance mobile so we

            Reliance Mobile — service

            i have been using rliance mobile (prepaid) mobile from last few years but unforsunatly from last few month the service provider has deducted Rs. 30/- to 40/- each time whenever i recharge my mobile in the name of CRBT service without any subscription.Similarly as an when i tried to unsubscribe the the CRBT service I got an reply "your request cannot be processed at this time kindly retry".

            Sir This is ASHUTOSH TRIPATHI having cell no -[protected] reliance will automatically deduct balance and activated services by his own without any information to the client more then 20 times they will deducted and i disabled service all the time his agent says it will not deduct balance amount next time but it will not happen it will deducted from my cell if you want you can trace recorded how many times i called them but all the time technical problem we cant check your issue I want back my all balance which they deducted reliance is really BAD service provider as in customer care
            Lost Sim Card…


            This is Mr. Jitendra Bhateley holding reliance GSM No.[protected] from the past one year. I have lost the sim card on 27th June 2011 and the complaint was made to reliance customer care and the out going of number was barred. (Thanks for at least reliance could help me out with this)



            Now the problem starts here…I visited the web world at borivali (w) Mumbai on 5th July, for the new sim card for the same number. Now to my horror and surprise am I being denied the replacement for the simcard, because the address in the reliance data base don’t match my actual address. They directed me towards the nodal office. Were I spoke to Ms.Sweety who in return tried to call the manager of the web world ( Ms.Priti). Now Ms priti is not answering her calls.



            I called nodal office again on 6th July and spoke to Sweety again, she was not able to help me out again because she could not get in touch with priti again. Then I called up nodal office again on 8th July and spoke to imran as Sweety was on leave. Again I told the whole story to imran, he guided me towards his senior Mr. Mahesh ranade and gave me his number which is[protected].i tried this number at least 100 times but its constantly busy.



            Then I called up nodal office again, I don’t remember the name of the person whom I spoke to, but I had to narrate the whole thing again to her. And again she was not able to help me out on this. She asked me to visit the web world again from where I was directed to nodal office. (I feel like being a victim of passing the parcel game).



            Now I m not able to understand what am I suppose to do to get my number back.



            I really don’t understand whose mistake is it in the address mismatch for which I made to suffer. Had reliance verified the address then there would have been no problem. But they never did.



            I am being using the number from the past one year, making the recharges regularly. I can provide each and every detail to justify that the number was being used by me. I have also filed a police complaint for the loss of sim card and have the FIR copy with me. I can also give the details of the number being called from the said number. Had I not lost the sim card then would have never known that there is a wrong address in reliance database..



            I need my number back as soon as possible…kindly help.

              On 3rd january 2008 around 2.30pm, I deposited Rs. 1320/- at reliance web world ,krishna nagar branch, delhi for account of post paid bill for the month of december'07and remaning Rs. for conversion of my mobile no. [protected] from post paid to pree paid plan.
              The representative told me that i would receive Rs. 50/- talk value with seven days validity immediately for out going calls.
              Since then,i am continiously chessing to the various levels of customer care representatives, They assured me that , it should be transfered to me, but till today at 12.05 pm i have not received any amount,not out going started but incoming also stopped.

                A new Scheme is launched by Reliance that if you recharge ur landline by Rs999,STD as well as Local to all Reliance phones will be free for 30 days.i Called up customer care twice to clarify whether there is any talktime and validity given or not.Both the times the Cust.Care Exes said that there is no talktime but there is a validity of 30days.I recharged my phone and then found out that i got validity for just "1" day.I called up customer care and launched a complaint and i was promised by the executive that i will get my 30days validity......it was due to some technical prob that it was showing 1 day.....i waited and nothing happened.I called again to find out that theres no validity given.When i wanted to speak to the supervisor,the executive told me that he didnt know about the recent update and that i will get a call or sms from reliance within the next 24hrs alonwith my validity!!i got a second complaint no.....again i waited.....nothing happened.so i called up again to find out that there was actually no validity and the complains were wrongly taken!!!So in other words i lost Rs999(which is quiet a large amt to me)in just few hours gaining nothing at all coz i have to recharge my phone tomorrow for validity and as soon as i do that,the scheme for Rs999 will go to the dustbin.....and ya,offcourse i got a third complaint no.!!!

                Dear Sir,

                I am a regular customer of reliance from last 5 years. My mobile No. is [protected].

                I am facing some problems from last two weeks. On Thursday 27th June my balance got deducted of Rs.54.73/- in wrong charge of GPRS.

                I have logged the complaint sr no.[protected] on Thursday 27th June and Customer care representative told me that your complaint got resolved in next two days.
                My complaint no.[protected] has been closed by team on 30th June by updating the status that balance is refunded to me but I have not received any balance.

                Again I have called to customer care on 1 July and they again logged the complaint sr no.[protected]. They told me sorry your balance is not transferred and it will be transferred in next two days.
                Today I have received a message that SR[protected] as disputed date is more than 3 days hence your balance can not be transferred.

                In these days I had words with so many senior level executives but they didn’t help me and this is the second time when I have lost my balance. I am facing this problem from last 2 weeks and No one help me on the same.
                Dear all:- if your are unable to help me, so please let me know I will change my service provider. I am waiting for your reply.

                  My name is Payal Jain and i have a reliance connection.My number is [protected].My complaint is that this company unnecessarily puts up a caller tune on my number even if i have not asked and then deducts the money from my account. this has happened with me twice and whenevr i call up the customer care they only give me a complaint number n nothing else..those people are of no help except for giving another complaint number..i just want a so;ution to this as i have complained many times there also but they are not removing the caller tune and regularly deducting the money from my account..

                  Hi,

                  I have just purchased Reliance Data Card Model EC 325 on Sunday, 25th May, 2008. Along with the purchase of datacard I was informed that it will be activeted as soon as my address verification process is completed, further more I was assured that it will not take more than 2 working days in activation of my data card. Address verification is completed yesterday noon before 12:00P.M.

                  It's already 3rd working day, my father has visited the Reliance Web World at Bhavnagar, Gujarat where he did not get any positive response. One of my friend has purchased 2 Reliance phones last week but one of them is still not activated.

                  This all incidents are pointing to a very poor service to of Reliance Communication at Bhavnagar Center Reliance Web World and hense resulting in poor customer satisfaction.

                  Both this number are not activated and no good reason is issued for the delay.

                  We had choosen Reliance for it's good quality, good customer services and quick responses. Now seems like scenario with so many customers for Reliance Communication has changed and seems like Reliance Communication is not able to provide good customer satisfaction.

                    I too have a reliance netconnect - usb modem.
                    The speed promised was abt 144kbps.But never does this happen.Most of the times i get connected only for about 28kbps(laptop).Once i tried connecting in my PC where in i got 115kbps(both my system and laptop are placed on the same table in the same room).When i tried to enquire abt the speed variation, i was told that the speed is same in all places, only the displayed numeral varies.They say that the spped is not the same as displayed in our screen.

                    I am Rajeev, I have bought USB Modem connection on 24th May for life time subscription, since then I have been facing SIGNAL and POOR SPEED problem. The signals I am getting is 1 to 3 and speed is between 1 Kbps to 15 kbps at all.

                    Below is the call log for complaining for the above said issue :

                    29/05 - 69358539 — This complain has been closed without solving the problem and representative asked me to lodge another complain and waiting for 120 Hrs.
                    07/06 - 69823230 — This complain again has been closed without solving the problem and representative advised me to lodge third complain and waiting for next 120 Hrs.
                    13/06 - 70224171 — I hope this would also be closed in the same way and I would be asked to lodge fourth complain and wait for next 120 Hrs. (Resolution Time)

                    I hope above said detail is BIG ENOUGH to describe how PAINFULL I am to took the decision to be the part of Reliance Communication family.

                    I am really very sorry to say that this is the PATHETIC service I ever get in my life.

                      I have my mobile connection by reliance smart GSM Shgarervice since last 7 years.My mobile number is [protected] . I am residing in KORBA, Chattishgarh.This reliance GSM is providing auto roaming service around the INDIA.I left Korba and moved around New Delhi, Mumbai And Tatanagar and in fact my mobile was in auto roaming. From Tatanagar I moved to Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 28th December 2007. I was not getting roaming service here . Immediately I called customer care on Number [protected] and registered my complain there. They told me there should not be such type of problem because smart service is in muzaffarpur , Bihar. Any way problem will be solved within 24 hours. Today 5 days has gone but that 24 hours did not came. Since then i called this customer care number ( [protected] )at least 20 times 4 to 5 times daily and spent at least 200 Rs. with this STD call with a long waiting. Today also a girl named Sandhya promised me that your roaming will be activated within 10 minutes.Every time i got connected to a new Lady or boy named Sandhya, Gaurav etc.with a new story I have been given a complain no also: [protected].I do not know for what this company has employed so many people in the name of customer care , If these people can not solve a simple problem.i also tried to contact Local Number of customer care in bihar 58200 but these people declined to here my problem and told me to contact your customer care in Chattishgarh. But I have already written this chattishgarh customer care story. Now have frustrated with all this and activated another number which was lying Idle with me. Actually i was behind this Reliance number [protected] because this number was with me since last seven years and all of my friends have this number.

                      I am sending this message here because i an feeling helpless and don't know what to do to solve this problem.I am really surprised with the service of such a big and reputed company and planning to go to consumer forum for the loss and inconvenience caused because of my number not working.

                        They messegged me recharge with 200 rupees ans get 1 year validity after recharging i had not benifited. i contacted costomer care they taken my complent and gave me a comlent id and said it will be resolved withing 60 hours, but then i got a massege you are not selected for sms campain, again i contacted CC they become very rude and told me do what you want we dont care

                        this means absutlatly cheating coz there is no condition in sms..

                            This connection says “Stay connected for as long as you wish and download as much as you can at a fixed charge.”

                            I really was expecting good service from you people but got very bad experience:
                            Day 1 experience (15th December 2007)
                            I got reliance wimax connection on 15th December 2007. One of you executive came and installed the broadband instrument one roof of my building. He configured my computer and went back.
                            On same day when I switched on computer again, I was not able to connect to internet again. I called customer care for any help. I got this reply from them” sir, it takes 72 hours to update our data and we may not able to help you regarding this.”

                            I totally got upset about this type of service that I was getting, so I decided to terminate the connection. In starting of the service I’m getting this type of connectivity then what will happen in future.

                            Day 12 experience: (26th December 2007)
                            I got call from your executive, asking me about the problem I’m having. Now you are calling me when I already terminated my service.


                            Sir as you can see, almost each and ever day I faced poor connectivity problem/low speed many occasions and nobody from your side turned up to resolve my problem.

                            Please terminate this service and take the instrument from my house.
                            I also have a request, please refund my money.

                            Here are few service request IDs which i have got 61296372 ,61154372 ,60916244,60916618 ...(for the endless number of calls which I have made ) and the list goes on. This connection and the service SUCKS big time .
                            First of all , Your data base would not work , Second of all , Your connection does not work , Third of all , Everbody who work for reliance dont work . The ONLY person works here is the person comes to collect the money , and by god he is punctual . So that he can collect the money in time , he keeps calling to make sure we are available . OH CRAP , HOLLY . It is the most horryfying experience i hav ever got . Do you atleast understand what CUST SERVICE is . The whole thing is so pathetic, One more thing to add onto it , None of the tech (if it exists) or the service tech(if they know anything) and the cust care peopele DONT KNOW WHAT ENGLISH is. TOTAL CRAP . I want the me money reimburrsed ASAP .
                            One more DISGUSTING thing which I forgot to mention , the service technicians visited my place and they realised it after almost 15 days that THERE IS A TREE infront of my house which is causing this problem , I have not used the internet even for 4-5 hours totally , And i have already got 2 bills , For 2 consecutive months where i have not used the internet . CRAP CRAP CRAP.

                            This is really a service from Reliance AGAG. This is all fraud with the consumers. The super download speed which nevergoes beyond 5010Kbps, and the connection speed I hv ever seen in my life. They are cheating their consumers.                             Problem: Hi all I had faced this problem and tried all solutions like reinstallling modem as well as netbooster several times but none helped. I also had installed several antivirus softwares thiking it might solve the problem. Made several settings in control panel and all in vain. But now I got a solution.( Partial Solution)

                            Solution: Please uninstall only the Netbooster and restart the system and you can use the internet.

                            For new computer users here is the way to unistall the Netbooster
                            Please click on Control Panel-->Click on Add/Remove Programs-->click on the Netbooster and click on Chage/Remove. This will uninstall teh netbooster an you have to restart teh system in order to make the new changes to take effect.
                            You can access the internet now however you may not get the very optimum speed. But though your problem is partially solved.

                              I think Reliance Customer Service needs proper training, at least if they cannot help.. should not misguide the customer. they are not ready to explain anything, other than giving illogical excuses. I have Submitted the Address / Identity verification Documents on 8th Feb, as I got SMS on 12th Feb. The 1st thing, if you are sending any such kind of sms to customer, you can also write in sms, what documents you need. Customer is not free to make rounds of Customer Care. I called reliance web world customer care from landline and they said it will take 5 working days to get activated as they have already sent docs on 21st Feb. Now whenever i'm calling they are giving different reasons and asking to contact a different number.. Now i foudn out that those numbers are all of the same office but of different people's !!! in WebWorld. This is the worst service I'm getting.

                              i have tried many a times to register online for donot disturb but no use.
                              tried to call customercare but they donot pick up.
                              Dont know who you are but it will help you to go through the procedure for DND registration.
                              It can only be done through a call / mail to reliance and not through this website. You can check the status online at the NDNC website too.

                              Listing your name and mobile number on a public website is a sure shot way of attacting more calls of the kind you are trying to avoid.

                              Calls and SMS may continue after registration because most companies I have ever called to complain, have no clue what the DND registration means or that they are supposed to vet their call list with the NDNC.

                              Good luck and avoid revealing your name email phone number address or date of birth on a public website

                                The RELIANCE DATA CARD is completly useless if any one is going to take for 12 months subscribtion..waste of money..the reliance is giving the advertize as it gives 144 kbps of speed but its false..the speed will never cross more than 40 kbps..the speed is very low and i strongly suggest everyone not to take reliance data card at any cost...

                                I Anand Kumar s/o Sham Lal have bought reliance data card a few months ago.I have got an message from [protected] that my a/c 503291 has been credited with INR 300000 om 16 October.TRFR from NEW VENTURE. I dont understand what to do.I have asked from reliance dealers but they do not respond .I have tried to contact the above number also but coult not contact.Plz tell me what to do. If I need to go to consumer court.

                                  We are Purchase one no. Data card USB For my note book on[protected] , phone calls are start in same time but net service not Start still now .
                                  we are Contact so many Reliance Technical persons But problam is stand still till now.
                                  in the mean time we call so many time so he is diconnect my connection due to negative address proff.

                                    I purchased a Netconnect USB Huawei modem with a prepaid connection from Reliance a few months back. After some time I decided to migrate it to a postpaid plan, which was a huge mistake. They never migrated it, and after 10 days of no connection at all, they suddenly decided that I could still have a prepaid connection, so I went with it, assuming that it would be better than nothing. However, it is not better than nothing. The connection is so slow that I get "can't open the page" error messages more often than downloaded pages. It often takes 5 minutes for a page to open. My system doesn't give the speed, but I would guess that the 15k which others complain of is about maximum, at least in Delhi. No reason to stay with Reliance, except that I am now out quite a lot of money. It's sad that Ambani doesn't understand that they could be number one very easily by simply providing what they say they are offering and giving real customer service. Their customer service representatives, like Tata's, are no more than parrots who spout useless and irrelevant comments according to some script. If you try to get them out of the script, they either switch to another irrelevant text or flounder completely. Very sad. I like them marginally better than Tata, however, which has the worst customer service of any company I have ever encountered.

                                    Reliance Netconnect — Very Very Bad service

                                    Reliance netconnect device is a very bad launch from reliance side.
                                    They promise excellent speed when u take it but when u use it u come to kno that reliance only makes fool of customers. It gives horrible speed. An each time u call customer care they just give u a complain number and nothing is done in this regard..
                                    Due to very poor performance of rel net conn I have taken some other netconnect and applied for conversion of my postpaid rel net conn to prepaid on 28th april to customer care but was asked to go to a web world. Since that time i have gone 4 times to rel web world and raised almost 8 complains but daily I am being told that jst wait for somee more hours . It will be done. And its not done till dat. MY billing cycle is 10th of each month.. These people are so clever . They didnt convert my postpaid pln to prepaid plan in 12 days (28april to 10 may) so that they can generate a bill fro the next cycle although i had cleared all te bill till 5th Of May. When I applied I got a confirmation that it will be done in three working days but no action taken so far...

                                    Anyone interesten in a datacard take any datacard but never RELIANCE.. They are big big thieves... jst troubling customers and filling their pockets

                                      I am an owner of a Data Card for wireless Internet which I purchased about 5 to 6 months ago. It worked for a couple of months with no issues. Then I started having trouble with the card where I could login but cannot open any web sites. I brought this to the attention of customer support. Customer Support never calls back. Every time I call, they try to solve the issue over the phone without any headway. I have also been asked to run around to suport centers and web world for checking the data card and they were of no help either. They even promise to send a technicial home to look but no one turns up.
                                      Frustated, I decided to terminate the service this December (after 3 months of trying) and I was promised that the service would be terminated in the next 10 days.
                                      This has not happened. I spoke to escalation who could not help in termination. I even called the Nodal Center who says some one will call back but no body calls. The cycle goes on.
                                      Just to note, I haven't received a single call in the last 3 months on this issue.
                                      I have thus far spent over 6000 Rs (3600 for Card + 500 monthly rent) without using the service. I feel I'm running some kind of donation service here.
                                      I have tried writing to an e-mail address I found "[protected]@dhirubhai.com" but that e-mail returned saying their mailbox is full!!.

                                      I've decided to stop paying the montly rental so atleast that way they would deactivate the connection.

                                        On Nov 9, I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com this letter:

                                        "I've two RIM phones (xxxxx & xxxxx) and I've been trying in
                                        vain to get the call histories of these numbers for the month of
                                        October '07.

                                        I've made numerous visits to the Webworld at your Chennai headquarters
                                        on Haddows Road and made several requests, both oral and written, and
                                        left my mail ids and other contact details with them, but I'm yet to
                                        hear from them.

                                        A lady at the counter once told me that one "Sharmaji" is against
                                        providing call histories to customers! When reminded that it's every
                                        customer's right to get their call history on payment of the
                                        prescribed fee, she told me that this particular "Sharmaji" is a very
                                        powerful and mighty person and he knows better!

                                        Please look into it and provide me the call histories of the above
                                        numbers for the month of October immediately to avoid unpleasant
                                        situations."

                                        I received no reply. Two weeks later, I sent this stinker to them:

                                        "Though almost two weeks have passed since I sent you the following
                                        mail, you've not even shown the basic courtesy of acknowledging its
                                        receipt. No wonder the very name 'reliance' evokes nausea among some
                                        customers! It stinks, man!

                                        In the meantime, you've blocked outgoing calls from one of my phones.
                                        No sweats, man! I'm prepared to dump both your handsets and get new
                                        connections from a more respectable operator.

                                        Do tell your high and mighty "Sharmaji" that for every customer you
                                        lose in this fashion, you're bound to lose at least a hundred
                                        prospective customers in the bargain. It's not as if we customers are
                                        powerless. We may not have the time for long-drawn court battles but
                                        there's this little technology called Internet, which is accessible to
                                        everyone..."

                                        That evoked a quick response and they wrote to me the very next day
                                        asking me to provide details of my phone numbers etc. which I did
                                        promptly.

                                        Two days later, someone rang me up and said the call histories had
                                        been dispatched to my mailing address. I got an e-mail too stating the
                                        same. My pleas to e-mail them to me went unheeded.

                                        Since then I've written to them thrice saying that I did not receive
                                        the call histories, and every time they repeat the same lie that they
                                        have been sent to my billing address. The bills, however, arrive dot
                                        on time.

                                        Please let me know what I should do now.
