Reliance Communications — Goondagardi of Recovery agent of reliance communication.

Dear Sirs,
I was having a telephone wireless land line number[protected] Since June 2006.
Since April 2007 the telephone was having serious problem like the battery was unable
to retain charge for more than 5 minutes in spite of my repeated complaints they were not bothered
to rectify the set but with the charger on line the telephone was working and my job was continuing
unless there was a load shedding.
Since September 07 the telephone was not getting switched on in spite of the charger on line and even
after my repeated written complaints they were not rectifying .Subsequently request was given for
discontinuation & termination of service and the same was done by reliance.
After discontinuation of services they have given me a bill of Rs1600/- or so and asked me to pay the amount
immediately failing which dare consequences will be taken against me. I protested and requested them to withdraw
the claim as no services were provided by them but to my utter surprise they have sent some people to forcibly collect the money
immediately I have asked them to stop this type of harassment or the matter will be taken up with police .
They have stopped harassment by sending people but now their recovery agents are continuously giving me calls from mobile numbers [protected] & [protected]
and mentally harassing me .I am having extreme mental agony because of their harassment.
I am enclosing copies of communication given to them through mails for your kind perusal.
Kindly take up the matter with them so that the do not charge forcibly for services which they have not
provided.

I discontinued your services as per service request number 56550927 and if still want to keep it active it up to you .I have already taken up the matter with Noda police and the concerned man ,one Mr. Chauhan who came to collect money told this type of incident will not get repeated .Once again u are requested to correct your record and ensure the telephone is made not active in your record ,as physically it is not active and no services are provided by you and for your records sake I am not supposed to give you my hard earned money .Accordingly correct record and all the illegal deeds like sending people at residence.

It was not working properly for last 6 months a number of complains were lodged in vain .
Under this circumstances I will not pay any amount and already I have taken up the matter with consumer grievance cell and like to take up the matter with consumer court. I understand you have sent some one to our residence to forcibly collect the amount although our security did not allow him to enter,the matter is illegal and a punishable offence .Kindly restraint from repeating such type of incidence in future.In case such incidence repeats in future the matter will be reported to police and a case will be filed under relevant section of CPC.

As of since last one month The set remains powered off and do not start.
since last 15 days one Mr.. Bhupendra and one Mr.. Anil Tiwari contacted us on our other land line[protected] from tele number[protected]/3058623 saying that the will visit us to resolve the problem but till date it could not be rectified .No one visited us even once .
I feel this is too serious a matter we are paying monthly rental for no services,.
In case u are unable to repair the fully paid set the same may be taken back and refund me the money paid by me and you may even disconnect the services right now .
Since more than an year I am your subscriber but services provided by you is extremely bad.
In case the set is not repaired with in 24 hrs .Please discontinue my subscription .

I RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 399 IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER GETS RELIANCE MOBILE TO RELIANCE MOBILE TOTALLY FREE CALLS IN HIS/HER HOME NETWORK AND OTHER MOBILE NETWORK CALLS ARE CHARGED AT 49 PAISE AND CALLS AT LANDLINE 99 PAISE.

BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE ABOVE BENEFIT AT ALL. I AM NOT GETTING RELIANCE TO RELIANCE FREE CALLS AND ALL MY CALLS ARE CHARGED AT 99 PAISE. BECAUSE OF THIS, I HAVE TO GET MY ACCOUNT RECHARGED WITH EXTRA AMOUNT.

I RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON 14 MARCH 2008. RGEADING THIS ISSUE, I AM LODGING MY COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BY MAILS AND CALLS FROM 15 MARCH. TILL NOW RS. 270(APPR.) HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BY THE COMPANY WRONGLY.

BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS WRITTEN SOMETHING ELSE IN THEIR COMPLAINT FORM AND I AM GETTING REGULAR MESSAGES ON MY PHONE THAT MY QUERY OF VALIDITY HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHEREAS THERE WAS NO SUCH ISSUE OF VALIDITY.

MOREOVER, TODAY TWO OF THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES BLAMED ME THAT I HAVE TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT OF VALIDITY.

I AM A STUDENT AND MY EXAMS ARE APPROACHING VERY FAST. THE COMPANY IS HARASSING ME MENTALLY AND I HAVE TO WASTE SUCH TIME ON SENDING MAILS AND CALLING CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.

NOBODY IS GIVING PROPER RESPONSE TO ME NEITHER THE NODAL OFFICER, APPELATE AUTHORITY NOR THE SERVICE ASSURANCE CELL.

THEY ARE GIVING THE POOR SERVICES THAN ANY OTHER NETWORK. THE PUNJAB CIRCLE OFFICERS TELL THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE FROM MUMBAI, NOTHING CAN BE DONE FROM OUR END. AND, THE PROCEDURE TAKE 24-72 HOURS.
BUT, NOW AFTER PAASING 72 HOURS, THEY ARE TELLING YOUR COMPLAINT FOR VALIDITY HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHICH I DID NOT LODGE.

HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND TELL THE COMPANY TO PAY FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT.

I am prashant walia & i have connection of reliance hello (landline) no.[protected]. The connection outstanding was 1736.52, which is very high.In every old bills my maximum bill was between 800-900. My last bill outstanding was Rs.590.I don't think so that our calling was that much of high like this.When i go to your reliance centre for detail they said that in 2-3 days you will get the details of everything.It was the date of 28 or 29 feb. but till now i did'nt recieve any data of my calls.Everyday i recieved a call from your centres & i had complaint so many times of your customer care but there is no result found & they say only one thing that pls pay the bill, they don't have any interest regarding the problem.My connection is disconnected from few days & i suffer a lot pls connect my connection & issue me a details of the calls.

My name is Deepak Mishra and I'm a Reliance user since last one year. I have 2 nos. in my name, which are [protected] and [protected] and these nos. are enrolled for CUG. I took these connections last year. During activation, the mobile nos. was different as I got the nos. changed. So a no. [protected] was activated on[protected] and another no. [protected] was activated on[protected] under Chit and Play plan. The CUG was activated on both the nos. on[protected]. In the month of June, 2007, the no. [protected] was changed to [protected] and the no. [protected] was changed to [protected] respectively.



Till this time, there was once happened a confusion as due to some mistake at your end, my CUG calls were charged however a big thanks to Mr. Dharmendra from DSM Enterprises, Aashiana, who helped me a great deal and the problem was solved. Till this time every thing was going smooth and no hassle what so ever happened. Even if anything happened, Mr. Dharmendra was always there to help me out. Now in the month of September, 2007, I was suggested to switch to another plan NJ199SOHO as in this plan, I was told that the CUG charges will not be applied in this plan as this includes the CUG and also free calls worth Rs 150/- a month would be discounted. So, I switched to this plan and right from the same month, all calls were charged on the nos. as the CUG was deactivated from the plan due to some error at your end. Again Dharmendra got me the waiver for the same but after the CUG was activated and the waiver was settled, since then, a charge of Rs 50/- a month was charged on both the nos. despite the fact that the nos. are enrolled under NJ199SOHO.



Since then, every month a waiver request was raised from DSM Enterprises for me and I kept paying the bills in good faith that the waiver would level off all the extra money I was paying each month. Since then no record has been sent to me as how much money I am paying and how many waivers have been issued to me.



Now since the last month, I don't know who played with my account as without any request or authorization from my end, the CUG was deactivated and again all the calls were charged and as I saw the bill amount, I rushed to the DSM and asked them to get me the CDR for that month. The CDRs are attached herewith for your reference. As I checked the CDRs, I saw that all the CUG calls have been charged and the calls made to other nos. were costing less than Rs 150/- on both the nos. I informed the same to the people at the DSM and they suggested me that you pay the bill and we will get you the waiver for the charges. I did the same and now this month again I am charged for all the calls.



Last month I paid the bill in full and got a waiver for Rs 279/- for the same I don't understand as to by what calculations. I think that either I or you have missed somewhere while calculating the amounts in the bills. Well now again your bunch of fools at the DSM are calling me every second hour for the collection of the bill amount and as I asked them about the waivers, all they have to say is that we cannot do anything for you. All that was required has already been done and the waiver that has been granted to you is right and you have to pay the bill.



I am a service class man and can not afford to keep paying you whatever you ask on the basis of your errors and in the hope that the waivers would settle the matter. I too have other priorities and concerns to take care of. Now I am not going to pay any amount further till the time this issue gets resolved.



I have been a loyal customer and have paid my bills all the way on time and never have defaulted in any regards. I believe that Reliance being such a big brand will not cheat me. Hope that you will take time to look into this matter and help me out in solving this fuss. I tried to reach you over the phone no. provided to me by your customer service but it was engaged.



You may call me on the nos. mentioned below for any clarification as I have each bill and each payment receipt with me from the day one. I have high hopes that you will for sure help me and get me the required settlements.



Please look into the matter and resolve this confusion.

I am really unsatisfied with the reliance prepaid connections as the call charges are highly ambiguous.

Whenever I call up the STD number the call cost has been above 2.75 Rs, which is I suppose pretty high and it just really not acceptable.

To add on it the reliance R Com site is not responding due some ineffable reasons.

Our agreement with Reliance regarding phone connection is since May 2008.But still now we are getting only the false and vague statements from reliance communication side specially from the person Mr Kapil.He is always telling us -I am in meeting and i am contacting you soon and solving urs problem.He has taken the contract of ours here .Already we have expended more than 3 thousand rupees upon calling reliance off and staffs but result is nill.Due to lack of our landline phone we are lossing a huge amount of our business.Our day to day activity is hampering without phone.So, we are sending you this msg regarding this and waiting yours quick and positive response .The contact no of Mr Kapil is-[protected]. Reliance Communications — Signals not clear of Reliance landline

Dear Sir,
I am the customer of Reliance ph. no.[protected] since last around 4 years and since than i am facing the signal problem i.e many times it is coming 'no servce area', 'not reachable' etc.
From a top company like reliance this problem should not occur. Also reliance people said that they will be installing Patch Anteena for the same but till date nothing has happened in this regard.

Can any help to me, I have Reliance tower in my compound for the 6 months and I have all the agreement doc, in agreement doc they had written 3 thousands Rs. rent per month, but still i didn't receive any amount to Reliance, the tower services has been stopped for the last month, and people are facing signal problem but so far reliance doesn't bother about this., because for last month to till date no communication has been happen between me & Lucknow authority.

Please i would request to Reliance take appropriate action.

I am a pre-paid customer of reliance Land phone(classic), my land phone number is[protected].my land phone’s fault :Basic handset is working properly, but when we made a call to concern land number[protected]we got a message from customer care that” your land phone is switched off”.even though my land phone is working, I was made complained reliance web world, vazhacadu, trivandrum, kerala, india.I made first complaint on middle of this month, then again i was raise a complaint on 20th, 22nd, 25th, 26thand today also.I was forcefully to made this complaint because of your customer service Executive, when i call your reliance mobile web world, vazhacadu, trivandrum, india, kerala.one Mr.rajesh was attending my questions, but after some time Mr.rajesh was hand over the phone to Mr.Pratheesh.I am very sad to tell about your Executive, It was a horrible experience in my entaire life, He is very hopeless employee in your entaire showroom, He does n’t know how to deal a customer properly.He was insulted me very much through phone, He was abused me and my friend also.He was not taking care of my complaint in a politely way.please take necessary action against your Executive, How to deal a customer in a positive way.I feel sorry about service in vazhacadu, I was visited so many customer service centers but this is my first experience ever i met.

Relaince Communication Landline Phones — Landline phones dead since 17-5-2008

I had applied for internet connection with Reliance in Surat paying Rs 500. I was provided one landline phone & when i enquired about net connection I was asked to pay another 500 Rs which I did. I got net connection & another landline phone. after a week of my net connection[protected] my both landline phones[protected] &[protected] stopped working. till today both my landline phones are dead & even net connection is not working since[protected].
I had registered complaint many times at customer care & online & through emails & visiting personally to Reliance office in Surat. No one is attending my complaint & they regularly bill me for the services which I have not availed at all.

reliance mobile - Reliance communications — illegal charges from my account

once reliance deduct 15 Rs from my account. when i asked they said it is for "miss call alert". while i have not get this service. so
i request for activate this service on my account . they solve my problem and deduct 15 Rs once again from my account.
biside it they deduct 37 Rs from my account on 6 oct. when i ask they said it is charge for use of call forwarding service above 30 minute. while there is no use of this service so long as above 30 minutes.
i want to get my money with compensation .

I am currently staying in Hyderabad, India. I have taken a Reliance broadband WiMax Connection few months back.I had recieved a single bill from them which I have paid. Then I haven't recieved any bill from that side and also my connection got disconnected one month after paying the bill. Now they have send me an advocate's notice to pay a huge bill and a threat is there to take legal actions against me. Also I am getting threatening calls from reliance office(Mb: 91-[protected]), which is giving me mental pain. Please help me and do if there is something that can be done from your side.

is this the service you people are providing, i am very sorry to tell you its very bad service and irresponsible.

I lost my patience, if i not get the response with receipt of this letter i will proceed legally with the following receipt no..

reliance fixed wireless connection — i ' m submitting the bill regularly for last five years still getting calls from them that i have not submit the bill

This is rajesh kanwar here, i m using reliance fixed wireless phone for last five years and i m submitting the bill continuosly till now but the reason is to send this mail that they are saying that i have to go to the office and have to submit the bill . but at the time of submitting the bill there is no one else who can go to the office and can submit it there. my mother who is so older and unable to reach the office even after they(relaince commucation's persons) are having the persons who goes door to door and collect the bill then why dont they send to person our house so that they can collect it himself . all the bills till today have been submitted month by month still they have problem that somebody has to go to the office and submit the bill.
and after all these i have not recieved the last month bill then how can i submit it. please consider it.
