gprs speed is very very slow & some times balance are deducted . in hello tune song is not played full as compared to other operator. we want the co. to provide conference & call barring service soon.

Worst Net speed provided by Reliance GSM service. Just making customers FOOL that they are using web, but instead it is consuming time and money both.. Its of no use.

This is Chandra In my point of view Reliance Net speed is very Poor in compare to local nets why those guys are reducing the bandwidth .This is very very bad to see such a big Complaint .

i want to inform you that net connection is very slow. i cant download many things from internet which is very essetial. i think provider should give importance about thant matter

I am using reliance GPRS service . it is Worst Net speed provided by Reliance GSM service. Just making customers FOOL that they are using web, but instead it is consuming time and money both.. Its of no use.
Reliance net has 2 be upgrade . Am using n73 phone but still the speed is fudu

I had already launch a complaint on 4 july 11:22 PM in reliance customer care and he gave me service request number is[protected] and he said that the your problem resolve in next three days, But after three days I recieve a msg from customer care , your sr no.[protected] has been processed but i am facing a same problem and there was no resolution given by him,

    I HAVE PURCHASED PREPAID MOBILE CARD FROM MALKAPUR TALUKA KARAD ON 21.11.2007 BY SUMBITING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS . MY MOBILE NO.IS [protected] ACTIVATED ON 22.11.2007 .BUT AFTER THREE DAYS IT WAS DE-ACTIVATED BY CO.FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOCUMENTS.I WENT TO THE SHOP ASKED ABOUT THE DE- ACTIVATION THEN THE COMPANY ACTIVATED THE PHONE .ON 2.12.2007 FOR CONFORMATION OF ADDRESS THE ENQUIRY ON PHONE MADE BY CO.FROM PUNE.

    I had activated a stv 249(freedom plan) on my mobile number [protected] on dated 20.01.2009 which has a validity of 30 days up to19.02.2009.But it was curtailed yesterday on dated 29.01.2009 without giving me any information regarding this and there is no specific detail given by customer care executive but i had registered a complaint on dated 30.01.2009 having a complaint no.87420439 .I have all the proofs regarding this STV recharge.1-My retailer, 2-Recieved confirmation message on activating this STV.
    I am a loyal customer of reliance communication for last 6 years and due to regular use of this specific STV(freedom plan), I am facing a serious probleum and I hope you will look forward regarding this complaint.

      Respected Sir/Madam
      I would like to bring to your kind notice the irrational billing system of your management.
      I Manoj Shukla using the reliance phone numbered as [protected] is using this phone since March 2003. I would bring to your notice the following billing condition

      My last bill raised was of Rs.46 against which I deposited Rs.50 on 17.11.2007.
      Again a call was received from Customer Care at 10:03 am to deposit Rs.205.09 to enjoy outgoing service. On the other hand a credit limit of Rs.1500 was given. Even then the money was deposited within an hour of the call received.

      Surprisingly, one SMS received at 11:30 am mentioning that “your outgoing call deactivated”.
      Again, just after 15 minutes I got the SMS of Rs.300 being credited.

      With such a third class Customer Care and always trying to cut the pocket of customers by dirty means I request you to kindly deactivate my services permanently and send the final bill to me with as many hidden charges as you can.

      I had requested that my phone number[protected] to be changed a month back request number for the same was 59673969. Many Many followups from my side has been done for the same through your customer care numbers. As my request was made on December 03rd 2007 and till date there is no solution from your side. I again today that is January 05th 2008 spoke to Mohammed Sonu from your call center who again tells me to wait for 2 more days and then the problem will be solved as he says.

      I just want to inform you that your Company is playing with my emotions. There is a personal reason behind changing the present phone number. All the reasons provided from your side makes no sense, that the number i have requested is not available. I would also want to make it clear that I have not provided any number of my preference to your company. I got a call from your department saying that your phone number will be changed to 30529408 and this was on December 15th, 2007.

      So at the most I can say that your company is just playing around with people's sentiments and emotions.
      Fraud / customer cheating!

      On 22 nd of this month I bought one connection for reliance STD free plane, I saw the advertisement in TV channel, Every body knows the in the advertisement they always told reliance to reliance mobile all over STD free, but they did not mention clearly, Now when i call my friends and relative in west Bengal I am not able to call any reliance mobile, I went to reliance R-World and then they told me you can call any reliance mobile it will be Free but in if you call reliance Land line number then it will be charged . Then I call the customer care yesterday and want to explain them the feature, they again told me the same as in the TV channel shows, when I told my problem to one of the executive that time they told me that it only free to reliance CDMA mobile to reliance CDMA mobile and they behave like I am using the mobile first time.
      So as per my concern, this STD free feature is totally fraud they cheating with the customer like any thing.
      What the hell are they doing to us...?

      I had also faced the same problem twice of over billing for the services not used by me. Last time they charged me for the Cricket pack 49 which i never subscribed so they reversed it and the caller tunes they are charging 30 Rs on their own without any subscription and this time they charged me 265 Rs for Games, Music station, Ringtone pk and mytune etc. and telling me that you have used all these and showing me the dates and they themselves are putting the dates and telling me that you have used these services. and when i asked for the senior authority ph number for complaint they refuses to give that also. They are continuously sending the SMS for ringtone packs and music and when i delete those i think they are charging for that also.or they have passed my number to some other person using these services.
      It's better not to use their services anymore.
      They have to seriously think of these issues as this might hit their customer base soon.

      Reliance Mobile — Hidden charges & Baring of Services

      I bought a Postpaid connection from reliance world, sector-31, Gurgoan, Haryana. Within a week of registration, I received a call from reliance stating detail of my connection. The details provided after I provided all verification of myself were as follows
      1. My usage limit is Rs. 1000/=
      my response ---> its OK for time being but incase I require to increase it then what is the procedure?
      Caller's Ans ----> To increase usage limit you have to deposit money in nearest reliance world

      2. I will get detailed bills for the first two months only.
      my response ----> what about other bills?
      Caller's Ans -----> You will receive bill summary. In case you require detailed bills afterward, I have to pay Rs. 25/= per bill
      my response --- > Suppose there is some discrepancy in bill, then how to solve the issue?
      Caller's Ans ----> In that case you have to have detailed bill
      My response ---> for that you charge me Rs. 25/=. This has not been informed to me at the time I was taking this connection.
      Caller's Ans -----> I am sorry for this but that’s a Company’s Policy, I cannot help.


      Last week I received first bill with due date 26th of July 2008. Today at 10 AM, I received a text message from reliance stating that they have barred my STD calling facility.

      I called customer care. They told me that I had exceeded my usage limit. there system shows that my limit is only Rs. 500/= and my usage is Rs. 596. I requested them to restore STD facility and assured them to pay bills by evening (I was away cannot pay immediately) though the due date is 26th July. Everything goes in vain. STD facility is not restored.

      My complaints are

      1. Reliance Mobile, the service provider, has not informed me about charges (Rs. 25 per bill) for detailed bills. Its consumer right to get all information free of cost. I have been using AIRTEL connection, they all provide detailed bill without any extra charges. There could be a possibility that Reliance imposed fraud charges if there is not detailed bill.

      2. The service provider has deiced me by providing me wrong information. I have full day ahead and cannot use STD facility which incur me big loss. The service provider also wants me to deposit money to increase my usage limit. I have already deposited Rs. 250 as security money. Getting more and more security money from customer is may be one of means to pooling money into large sum.

      3. I have received detailed bill in which they have charged my Rs. 0.10 for RWorld. I called customer care for clarification; they said its only 10 paisa. I am thinking about the volume reliance is probably charging its customers. After all little drops makes an ocean.

I don’t want to be with Reliance network any more also I would request if you guys can close my Reliance Data card connection.



      Reliance should be ashamed for making fake commitments to their customer. I would suggest learn something from AIRTEL, VODAFONE.

      Hi,



      Just need clarification when I should expect that the network problem will be solved in Noida Sector 63. As I have complained the same thing a year back and received a reply that we will install a tower in 6 months time.



      A month back again I have complained for Network problem and the reply was that there is some problem in my Handset which was LG 3100 now on Saturday I have purchased a new Handset Motorola W362.



      Again there is drop in calls and pathetic network coverage by Reliance this is sheer exploitation as I cant leave the network due to my number is distributed all over for past 2 years. We have lot o[censored]sers in our office even using Reliance Blackberry and they also face same problem.



      Other mobile users call me in front of me and it says Reliance mobile customer is Busy or not available message which is very funny.



      I think Reliance doesn’t understand what customer satisfaction is. Please look into this at the earliest and close this issue as its high time where I think we all will boycott Reliance connection. I would appreciate if this mail can also be forwarded to the Head.



      Hope to get positive response by today EOD.

      Surprisingly, one SMS received at 02:49 on dt.am mentioning that “pls pay rs.777.85 to continue enjoying outgoing”.

      With such a third class Customer Care and always trying to cut the pocket of customers by dirty means I request you to kindly confirm where is my cheque, how can irresponsible department are there in your Nehru place branch.

      I informed you that I am not able to pay any late bill charges.

      I have already complaint twice about the problem. When I am sending sms, continuously message display on my screen "ERROR SMS SENDING, TRY AGAIN".
      For a single sms minimum 8 to 10 times this message display. When I want to send 50 sms minimum time required to send sms is 2 hours.
      I am facing Network Problem also. Many times Network not available at my residency. For sms problem customer care executive saying that it is handset problem. But I would like to tell you that I have 5 Handset & this problem I am facing in all handset & it is only reliance sim not for ohters.
      I visit to Reliance Web at Kolhapur to change the SIM, But there is no SIM to replace.

      Reliance India Mobile — Exploitation Of Subscribers

      Reliance India Mobile has been harassing its consumers like anything. I use Reliance's 1X modem data card ([protected]) and CDMA phone. I have following issues:-

      - I am rarely able to connect due to network congestion. It keeps throwing various error messages whenever I make any effort to surf internet. Recently, Reliance reached a milestone figure of 100 million subscriber. But they have forgot to upgrade their existing network. Such is the state of their nationwide network now that when I even attempt to reach their customer care, the electronic voice says that Please check the number.

      -They have a strange rule which requires users to recharge their data card at least once in 90 days else they terminate the connection. What kind of rule is this? When I am not happy with your services, don't I have the right to dump you?

      -Coming to their CDMA connection. It takes atl east 45 minutes to get through a call. Usually the electronic voice keeps repeating that network is busy. The towers just vanish and sometimes signal doesn't returns the whole day.

      -The company harasses its customers by repeatedly activating various SMS services without customer's consent. I have lost over 3,000 Rs due to this. Reliance never listens to this. They are just squeezing their customers.

      hello! from some days back, i could not use any applications to connect to internet whereas my phone default browser( which is really useless) is able to connect. when i inserted other simcards and changed phones, i conclude that support for applications (java) like opera mini has been disabled on my particular number while i'm still allowed to browse from my default browser!!! isn't it strange?????

      Your representative told me your monthly rental Rs.50/-, Then after some time reliance call center called me and they sayed to me it is not for your rental b'coz it is only for Reliance Employees plan so Why your representative Mr. Raju give me this type of plan they made me fool and I have complaint that time my complaint number is [protected] and [protected] that time your call center's person saying your complaint solved but till date I have no any response your side.Before 2 months my bill is 1429/- but my every use is 450/- to 550/ why I am charging 800/-or900/- extra.I am not using any service chargeable why it is hi bill amount I pay.One of the your company representative Mr. Chirag told me your payment minus(wave) Rs.300/- and give you 2400/- talk time free for 1year I am saying I don't want to free use your mobile.It is company mistake so how can I pay Rs.800/- or 900/- more.I told him you minus(wave) Rs.800/- or 900/- and then send me my bill amount.I pay my actual bill but they don't have any response.

      On daily basis am facing the problem that handset is showing Resume service.

      Sorry to say but this is very bad services provided from Reliance and when am calling on the customer care while dialing *222 the call automatically connect in to

      pre paid department then i want to know what is the way to contact a postpaid customer care and the prepaid guys are not transferring my call in Postpaid and

      nor providing any solution as well. I had a word with Mr Satish(Floor incharge) he is talking very rudely.

      Am using Vodafone last more than 7 years they are providing very good services.

      Am sorry to say these kind of services providing from a brand Name Company. I think you are loosing your customer as well as your Brand Value.

      So need your urgent support on this and resolve the thing on urgent otherwise you people will face very big problem.

      Hi, this is Mustakim Rahman. I am using your service since Jan, 11. My number is [protected]. Lately I have requested for deactivation of my free sms pack but that has not been done. Every month amounts are being deducted from my account though I am not availing the said service. This is very unethical and frustrating. It shows callous and unprofessional attitude of the Reliance customer care.
      Useless Service. This is called Broad Day Light Robbery.

      After using Reiance Mobile number [protected] with SIM number[protected] for more than 40 days; exclusively for internet access with 3 months validity and more than 2 GB Free net access, the SIM becomes unresponsive and the dealer says the SIM might have been rendered DEAD as there was no response during Tele-verification. The SIM is supposed to be in a dongle! PAN card and photo had been given at the time of receiving the SIM.
      Is this harassing Service is what the Ambanis mean when promised to the Nation saying- “Duniya Karlo Muthi Me”?

        इस संबंध में मैंने रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशन स्थानीय विक्रेता गांधी कम्युनिकेशन, पंडरी रायपुर से संपर्क किया तो उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि यह तो विशेष सॉफ्टवेयर द्वारा भेजा गया है किसने भेजा हमें भी नहीं मालूम और हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं. आप सीधे कंपनी से बात करें. मैंने अपने रिलायंस फोन से कस्टमर केयर नंबर *333 में कई बार बात करने की कोशिश की लेकिन यह दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि इस नंबर पर तो कभी भी बात ही नहीं होती. कस्टमर केयर का रुट हमेशा ही व्यस्तता बताता है.. इस प्रकार से मेरे ही मोबाईल नंबर से मुझे ही एसएमएस संदेश भेजने पर मुझे आपत्ति है. इस प्रकार की प्रवृति से मेरे मोबाईल नंबर का तथा अन्य सभी रिलायंस मोबाईल फोन धारकों को नंबर का दुरुपयोग किया जा सकता है. जिससे अनावश्यक परेशानी हो सकती है.
        अतएव अनुरोध है कि इस प्रकार किसी अन्य के द्वारा मोबाईलधारक को संदेश भेजने के लिए उसके अपने मोबाईल से एसएमएस संदेश भेजा जाना उचित नहीं है. कृपया इसे बंद करवाने का कष्ट करें. ताकि इससे अनावश्यक कोई परेशानी ना हो. साथ ही इस संबंध में मुझे लिखित सूचना देने का कष्ट करें कि इसे बंद कर दिया गया है.

          I have been a Reliance Communications customer for the past over two years and I have been, more or less, satisfied with their services up until a few weeks back. However, presently I am facing a lot of problems. The handset, which was supplied to me by Reliance Communications namely the handset of LG Make and bearing Model No. LS 110, does not get charged. As a result I am unable to carry on any conversation for more than a couple of minutes. Someone at Reliance Communications should hear the "Low Battery" ring in their ears to understand my ordeal. It literally drives one deaf.

          However, I was delighted the other day when the telesales people of Reliance Communications called me up to tell me that I could exchange my existing handset for a brand new handset. I was told by them to go to their nearest Web World and get my handset exchanged. Upon my request, they also gave me the telephone number of their Dombivli Web World (because that is where I reside). I, unfortunately, was unable to get through my call to the Dombivli Web World because the telephone there (no. 3295935) was dead and out of service. Hence, I personally went down to their Dombivli (East) Web World around 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, [protected]. For one, there were no senior personnel present at the Web World at that time. The manager of the said Web World namely one Mr. Prashant Gaikwad was out "in the field" and none of the junior staff members could offer any clue as to when he would return. I waited there for over an hour but Mr. Prashant Gaikwad did not return. Secondly, the junior staff members at the Web World point blank informed me that they absolutely had "no facilities" to exchange my handset and that they were surprised as to why the "" at Reliance Customer Care sent people to the Dombivli Web World to exchange handsets. Not only was my time wasted but I had to put up with a lot of rude behaviour and talk as well.

          I have already registered my complaints with Reliance Customer Care - Complaint Nos.[protected]with one Mr. Krishna) and[protected]with one Mr. Haris Masood) both dated[protected].

          Kindly let me know as to WHEN and WHERE I can get my handset exchanged for another LG HANDSET because I wish to continue patronizing Reliance Communications. Your early action will truly be highly appreciated because I am literally facing a lot of problems due to this handset.

                Hi,
                I have been an user of Reliance Data Card for about 7 months now of which I have not been able to use the data card for the last 3 months. I have logged several complaints, had several guys trying to solve the issue with no success. I even went ahead and paid the monthly charges of Rs. 750/-(minimum as I was not using the card) for 2 months in September and October. I have been made promises by Reliance everytime that they will send over some one personally to rectify the issue but no one has turned up so far. Every month end I get a call from the collection department asking for payment. On top of this, I have tried updating my billing address since July when i switched jobs but the system still reflects my old address and I have not been receiving bills since July. Every time, the service centre executive says that they are taking down my request and changing the address but no progress on the same. I have asked for deactivation of the card but it is never updated in the system. The only result is getting multiple calls in a day asking for the reason of deactivation and then promising the world on phone to avoid the disconnection.
                No care is taken regarding the time of the day when the calls are made to remind me of the pending amount inspite of not using the card.
                Can anyone hlep me get rid of this datacard?

                  All of sudden it stopped working I take it to seller, he told me go to Sangli to Relience office, then I gone there after inspecting at sangli they are saying the circuit is gone and for that you have to pay 750/-.

                  As per your Warrantee card you have prommised to repaire or replace the damaged part free of cost. How come at Sangli Relience Office asking the Rs.750/-

                      Hi this is Dinesh from Hyderabad.I wanted to change my handset with the same old number of RIM.I bought a HCC(Handset Change Card).After following the process I was told that my phone can't be activated.This is happening since last three days that I am trying to activate my new handset.I went to Web World.There I was told that my new handset(Nokia 1255) is not supporting HCC.Then I tried to call customer care of RIM.

                          Say no to Reliance Phone & Broadband. We have found Reliance Communication as a very poor and unmanaged communication service.

                          Since about 1 month we are facing problem with our Reliance Land line phone. There is no person responsible for any kind of complaints except the undependable customer care.

                          Complaints:
                          Last Month: Approximately 12-15 days disturbance in phone and disconnection many times. Complaint not attended promptly and after that they come to know that there is problem with phone line and change it.

                          This month: Total Building about 5-8 connections dead since about 10 days right before Diwali. We all were out of touch full diwali till date. One person in our building down with heart problem and was in hospital and there was no phone to keep family in touch.
                          When we call up baroda complaint center. They do not pick up the phone. When we call or email customer care the standard foolish message turns up saying, your complaint no this is registered and will be solved shortly.
                          Reliance knows that the cable is cut and is not replacing it since 10 days.
                          Let us know what we should do.

We have just called the customer care and complained that STD function has been disconnected, the replay from customer care was it has disconnected due to exess usage, they do not know anthing more than this, where as my query is my due date is 01.09.08 and firstly how can u disconnect the STD without any information, then pl ur customer care must be improved

                          I am using Relaince Network landline number since last two months. But the instrument is such a defective that it get blocks quite frequent. The nature of default is not known, and the customer service is such an inadequate one, they just get you some other number. Like 32051403, but no respons from there too. I requested to change the insturment but there too no response.

                          Reliance Communications — installation of landline

                          I applied for reliance broadband services under the 499 flat fee combo, wherein i was promised broadband connection at 128kbps unlimited download and landline phone with zero rental and free 75rs. talktime every month. the broadband was connected, and 2 bills have been paid already, but the landline has never got installed.

                          i have contacted the company several times over phone and email, each time they have a same answer that the problem of "pending installation of landline" has been escalted to higher authorities, but still no result.

                          there is a huge communication gap between reliance telecom and reliance broadband services.

                          please suggest what can i do?

THEN AGAIN I CALLED THEM ON 1 APRIL AND SPOKE TO ONE OF THEIR SENIORS NAMED GURUNATH WHO ASSURED THE REPAIR WOULD BE DONE WITHIN 24 HRS AND OFFERED ME A WAIVER OF 50 RS FOR NEXT 3 MTHS.AGAIN NO RESPONSE THEN I CALLED THEM ON 6, 9 AND 12 APRIL AGAIN. EVERY I HAD TO GO TO MY RELATIVES HOUSE ND REGISTER THE COMPLAINT.EVERY TIME I WAS GIVEN THE SAME ANSWER AND ASSURANCES BUT THE RESPONSE IS NIL. MY RELINCE COMPLAINT ID IS[protected]. K. Anand with cash payment of registration and installation charge – Rs. 500/- and , received a receipt from him, after many complaint to Mr. A.K. Anand and H.O., Gomti Nagar wiring was installed very late on 7th – August – 2007 and no modem installed yet. So, I am not able to connect to the Internet.

                            I also complaint many times to Mr. Sarad Asthana ([protected]) and Mr. Vishal ([protected]), but they didn’t nothing yet and now I don’t need your connection. And my money is not refunding by Reliance Communication Ltd H.O., Gomti Nagar.

                            So, do something about that because I want my money back in any circumstances before I committed a fraud case and claim on Reliance Communication Ltd for compensation.

                            Hi,
                            I am using Reliance Data Card No. [protected] for the last 5 months.The services are excellent till first 4 months but suddenly my services were barred last month due to negative Address Verification.I had submitted the address verification document thrice to your outlet in Connaught Place.They had assured that the same would be working in 48hrs.Last week it was up and running on friday(27/3/08) but suddenly on 31st it went off and my serviceswere barred.The executive who specifically told me that he had submitted his report for activation of the card and he would visit my residence personally to pick-up the signed address verification document but he never turned up and finally the no. is barred.
                            The response in your outlet is pethitic and the executive rarely bothers to hear anything from the customers.I have a job wherein i need to travel frequently to various locations and due to my faith in RELIANCE i choose your services but i am experiencing challenges.
                            Also apart from this barred services you had generated a bill of Rs. 402/- which i had paid instantly on the same day.Now there are no due also pending towards me.

                            i have applied for reliance data card and paid the money for the same in acer computer center in manipal center..the sales person said that he doesn't have the stock of new card he will give the card after 2 dys .. i too agreed for the same and after 3 days i called up to the concern person .. he submitted the card after a week .. but problem is the card still have not activated please look into the matter and do the needful .. for your kind info i have paid the money for the data card on 9-4-08
                            I would like to state that I had a Reliance connection. My No is[protected].My Monthly Charge is Rs 375 in which Reliance to Reliance is free. This month, my Bill(Bill No[protected] was of Rs 1324.72 (including monthly charges). So I would like to state that my credit limit should not exceed Rs 500(including monthly charge) in which I can make call from Reliance to Reliance and others. If it crosses the limit, I would not be liable to pay the amount in excess of Rs 500, as my condition is not sound now.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is Mr. Lalan D Peter, from Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal. On 15th of this month (May) 2008, I have purchased a Reliance sim card from the shop Mobile Planet, Hamiltonganj, Jalpaiguri. The mobile number is [protected] and Sim number is[protected]. Within ten minutes my sim activated properly. On the same day I submitted all required documents to the shop keeper and signed on the forms.

                            Next day I paid 303 rupees for GPRS. That is also activated within the time. But right after three days my incoming and outgoing calls disconnected. Then I understood that shop keeper didn’t submit the form to your local office. But let me say unfortunately till now my sim is not activated, means form is still with the shop keeper.

                            I had a hard talk with the shop keeper. Then he told that, my duty is selling the cards, Reliance has an office here, so their officials supposed to come and collect the form as soon as possible after activating a new connection. It is not my duty to carry the forms to their offices. The shop keeper called in front of me to your local officer at Jaigaon of Jalpaiguri and asked him why you are not coming and collecting form, then he replied that he don’t have time, he may come next month only.

                            Sir, let me know why you doing such business to disturb the public. We are purchasing connection for our business to grow. You are not doing any free works. We pay as much you ask. I paid full amount, not less than a single penny. But you people need cheat public. Till today I may lost around one lakh rupees because of this disconnection, because I gave advertisement in different place for our business with this number.

                            So please let me know what is your plans towards my connection. I need to talk to your high official as soon as possible, if you are serving the people of India in a good manner. So please call me on my airtel number 0-[protected].

                            Now Reliance guys suddenly barred my outgoing and when curious to know why this happened I realized I cannot even call customer care!! Now am I supposed to leave my office in between and visit the web world and ask?? After doing some search...got Reliance care number 30333333 and called to get surprised that the web world has not forwarded the supporting proof docs to verification department and on top of this now I am held responsible to ask/ request/ plead Web world (Borivili west) guys to forward my docs to what so ever department. Is this logical and makes sense? is this my responsibilty to request them not to sit on my docs rather forward it? does not my job ends ones i submit the correct docs properly? Sir, I can access all mails send from yahoo, rediff, hotmail etc, but I am unable to access incomming mails send from gmail. I recieve the gmail on my inbox, but as I click to read the mail the screen appears blank ie its not supporting gmail what I can understand.
                            Sir, my officials are using gmail for official use which I cannot access on my handset. Sir, can you please help me to overcome this problem.

                            I took a Reliance India Mobile CDMA set on 31st July, 2009 from a retailer (CELL SHOP) in Tharamani, Chennai. I submitted the required ID and address proof at that instant . After seven days the line was deactivated . I talked to the customer care. They said that because of non submission of documents, the services have been barred. Then again I submitted the documents on 20th August, 2009 . Again the same result. Then once more I submitted the required documents on 24th August, 2009. And the net result is that I am still waiting for their services to resume. The behavior of the Reliance Web world near was too rash. They do not know how to talk to customers. I have made my way a thousand times to the retailer's shop .                             This mail is in reference to wrong amonut deduction from the preepaid account balance.I am preepaid mobile holder. my number is [protected] and I say in Gurgaon. I rechared with Rs. 39 STV plan on 8 days back. When I make a call to any STD number or local number my amount deducted from the freedom account balance. As per the Rs. 39 STV plan when we make a call to STD number then first call should be Rs 1.50 and afterthat second call charge should be Rs.0.50 per minute.But when I make a call to STD number or local number my amount charged from the freedom account.Rs 70.00 has been deducted from my preepaid account balance.

                            I called to customer care but they did not give me solid answer. They checked my account balance from their end and they agree that there is any fault from their end but stll they did not give me satisfy answer and I received an email that your service is activated.

                            If I recahrged my mobile on 1 October 2009 and service is activated on 7 Octaber then who is responsible.

                            I m using reliance phone since last 7 yrs. but it is regret to say im also not satisfied like other reliance using customer.

                            there are a lot of problems that are not solved sofar, but main problem is balance goes down automatically . Yesterday I have charged with topup of rs.75 balance shown 65 + 6, that is right, but today morning when i check my balace it was only rs.34. i am sure nobody has used my mobile and only a single call was made by me I have already in scheme of 50 paisa per call life time with 48 STV. it is regret to say that i payed rs.34/- for a minit local call.

                            I had made complaints many time but there is no response.
                            no body - call center and webworld are able to satisfactory reply.

                            I m a subscriber to Reliance mobile Phone No. [protected]. Over the years I am experiencing a great problem, and I made several complaints to ur customer care, but in vain. It is routine from ur side to send messages (rather unwanted msg) that such n such service is activated on ur phone and immediately u deduct the amount unilaterally from the balance without my prior consent. Several time I personally spoke to ur Customer Care Executive, but they always give a routine and tutored reply. Only a day before or so I received a msg that Voice chat services is to b activated on ur phone etc. and in case I wanna to unsubscribe it I should send a message (Unsub 1118) to 155223. I immediately followed the instruction and sent the message to 155223 promptly. The fact can be verified from ur record. Still today I AGAIN RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY VOICE CHAT SUBSCRIPTION IS RENEWED FOR Rs. 30.00 FOR 30 DAYS. This is GROSS MISAPPROPRIATION. I never utilised Voice Chat service neither I m interested in it and I request you to immediately refund my Rs. 30.00 deducted from my balance immediately to avoid any further complication. Otherwise I have no option but to go to Court and also to get the fact published in some leading daily newspaper. This is not the first time and u r in the habit of making a dent in customers' pockets on one pretext or the other. Please immediately refund my amount of Rs. 30.00 which u have no authority to deduct from my balance when I never consented to it. Previously also u unilaterally deducted so many times money from my balance either in the name of ringtones or other. Please avoid such practices ...otherwise Reliance will no more b a trusted name in public.

                              i got lifetime connection of reliance smart 1 year ago.At that time company scheme was that without any terrif or power plus voucher my call rates are ---
                              smart to smart (local) .19 rs per minute
                              smart to other mob .59 Rs per minute
                              S.T .D .99 Rs per minute
                              sms .25 Rs national

                              They have given this scheme for 1 year and now they are closing it.How can they do this ?means automatically change their policy.this is a serius cheating with customers. Needs to be overviewed...

                                I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.

                                The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

                                The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

                                To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

                                Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

                                My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

                                I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 5 days before from Reliance Mobile in R.T.Nagar (PRATHAM COMMUNICATIONS), Bangalore. This is a post paid connection and they said that the net connection speeds up from 40 kbps To 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this useless and junk internet connection.

                                The average connection speed I get is less than 30 kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of Reliance fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the performance by disabling other modems installed, but no use. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

                                How to take action aganist them ?. They are cheating the public.
                                I own a LG 340 Reliance Landline. The connection shows 115 Kbps while talking about the speed it is really pathetic. The signal strength shows full, rather excellent, but the speed that I get is so poor that when I try a site / portal like rediff.com, which is supposed to be fastest, using all various browsers, with no other activities, it takes too long, and then try loging into mail... I have to repeatedly retry the session so that I could see my Inbox, forget checking mails... It is so painful that any task which should not take much time, ends up into me wasting couple of hours with very less productivity or no productivity. The latency on tracing from my PC is unpredictable. I think Reliance should hire some good network guyz around.
                                its just not pathetic in speed, service or call center... they have pathetic business concept too!!!
                                I purchased this huwaei netconnect for my laptop on 25th july 07.. 1. they made false promises to made us purchase this useless usb box for 3000 rs.
                                2. call charges and other charges we were told weare all false.
                                3. I was asked for only three docs thati submitted on counter. but I was forced to submit my docs 3 times in a week.
                                4. within a week my services were disconnected on the base of complain done by the shop from where did i purchase it without presenting a reasont to relianace head office mumbai!!!
                                5. wen i asked mumbai call center they ask me for sorry again n again taking my complain against the shop which was nevr intialised till yet..
                                6. this is postpaid connection and the credit limit is 500 while its monthly rental is RS 650+12.24% +2% itselves. they disconnected the service twice a month for this reason.

""""""""""they will not listen to ur single alphabet and ask u for sorry , sorry for the inconvience and they cant help u at that moment, cant transfer ur call, sorry for the problem, they can understand but cant do anything"""""" sort dialogues which irritates futher more!!!!!
                                8. the usd silver cord provided by them with the instrument is useless after a week.
                                9. every month the bill generate later and ur connectively is lost for next 2 days even after u make payement , u will get it conenct after 72 hrs...
                                10. even i[censored] get this done before hand... n give money to them in advance the credit limit remains ther AT 500.
                                11. usage is more than expected.....more tahnn 1gn per month.. even for normal sites....likes yahoo and google and chat messgnger. so u have to pay 2 rs per mb in additon to that...
                                so monthly u pay around 1200 rs for this dumb box.
                                12. as no other option to get connected, u badly need this poor service... ur outlook doesnt work for months... wen u as k for the reason of low speed which is always MIND ALWAYS FOR TWO MONTH S....., 0 KBPSSSSS O PKBPS AL THE TIME...... which make ur full system closed, noo outlook not even google, and even forget ur messenger.....

                                16. and the rest irritation is done by servixce center.. last 6 day ssearching for the service center dodnt get one..... EVEN ONE TO WHOM WE CAN SHOW THIS USELESS RELIANCE NETCONNECT USB DAT CARD FROM HUWAEI WHICH WOULD GIVEN U 240 KBPS SPEED IN JUST 650 RS WITH UNLIMITED USAGE WITH SRTRONG CONNECTION....

                                NOW TODAY 1ST DEC AND I M SIMPLY HELPLESS WITH E AMOUNT I SPEND ON IT.. IT SEEMS ITS BETTER TO THROW IT AWAY AND CRY FOR 7000 RS THAT WE HAVE SPENT ON IT TILL NOW.... RATHER THAN GETTING FRUSTATED ON THIS.. LISTENING SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE!!!!!

                                I took Unlimited Platinum connection on DEC 1st.... According to the plan I can have unlimitted access to internet...On 15th December they disconnected the connection saying that i have exceeded my credit limit that is 1200. When I called up customer care one group of people say there is no credit limit for unlimited plan...another set of people say there is credit limit...I also called up Technical support and again the story was same...Even the people in the customer care and Technical support have no knowledge about the product...how can they solve the customers problem....

                                Mr. Anil Ambani is a business man...He must have logical reasoning...I would like to ask him the following simple logical question....

                                1. If a person is taking unlimited plan...that means his usage is more...how can u limit for only Rs.1200.

                                2. The connection is a post paid....Then why are u restricting the usage for Rs.1200. Is that a post paid or pre paid....

                                3. One of the customer care fellow told me that if I pay a deposit of 2500 then i can increase my credit limit to 3000... This is the most ridiculous one...because the monthly rentel is 1500...Even if i dont pay the bill it will be a loss of 1500 to the company...then why they are asking me to pay Rs.2500...also it is not documented...Without having sound knowledge about the product how can these fellows advicing its customers....

                                It is a shame to call Anil Ambani a business man if he disagrees to any of my 3 questions....
                                I'm also a victim of these products......Reliance Netconnect is WORST!!! Do not buy this product. The speed depends upon the network availability & varies as per area. Even then you won’t get good speed. Mail gets diconnected all the time.
                                i got a reliance data card number [protected] with the purchase of lenovo laptop on 3rd of november. At that time the company assures that you will have free unlimited internet access for two months but on 21st of nov i got an sms according to which I have 1740 ruppee due... now the company should settle the bill as per commitment

                                This is the worst thing.i Dont have any other words to explain.Please dont buy this and become a fool
                                I acquired lask week ZTE CDMA1X Mg880 Modem. Despite 100% signal strength, the speed is abysmally low, as much as 2 to 3 kbps. The connection disappears every minute and the modem is practically useless even for mail, leave alone downloads. Doubly worse is the technical team of Reliance who do not understand the basics of wireless technology - they claim that signals from various other towers are getting mixed up. This should set the ribs of CDMA Technolody inventors tickling - they will have a good laugh at this contention. Unless you want to experiment or waste money, dont touch the product even with a barge pole!
                                i think Reliance Net Connect is the worst net connection i have ever used.I took it by getting greedy due to the mobility factor.
                                The connection just gets disconnected in between and when i call the customer care people they just keep beating around the bush and it sucks.
                                Is there anything that can be done about it.

                                Reliance Netconnect — Very bad Customer care

                                Hi all,

                                I am experiencing the worst customer care from Reliance Netconnect people. I got frustrated with the connection they are providing with USB Netconnect. I faced connection as low as 2KBPS and net disconnects every few minutes. When I asked for a termination (on 15th Jan 2008), customer care representative gave me a reference number and said that we will call you for the reason of termination and close the reference number, after which I need to fill the termination form at any reliance outlet and get free from the worst network.

                                Till today (29th Jan 2008) I did not recieve any call from Reliance for the termination and every alternate day I keep calling the customer care and recieve an answer - 'We have forwarded your request to the concerned department. Youo will recieve a call ASAP'. Other than forwarding a request to the concerned department I have no idea what the customer care people are doing sitting there.

                                This is worst customer care center I have ever experinced in my life till today. Somebody, please help me to get rid of this connection. BTW, I am getting billed for all these 15 days and the time Reliance gave to attend the call is 7-10 days. I am not sure how many more days I need to pay reliance without using thier great Internet connection. Some one please help me.

                                I am shocked!!!!!!!!!!!! I watsed 3180 bucks in a single day.... I purchased ZTE Data card from Relainace web world two days back.... Only thing I can say it is a wastage of money.... Very frequent disconnection... Page does not loads many time. Need to refresh twice or thrice to get it loaded. Many time it does not even create a connection. Tried to contact customer service but there is no response... There should be some law in India to prevent these type of frauds activities by these big companies.. No wonder why Ambani's are getting richer day by day.

                                I bought this internet connection modem last month.But I m sorry to comment abt it. It is worst deal,waste to money.I can not even browse my account.We talk abt towards development but our renowned companies like Relince making fool of people .

                                HP Pavilion Note B0ok — Cheating

                                I Purchased the HP Pavillion DV2214 Notebook in March 2007 (S.No.2CE7070R9C, Ref.01/116540/14.03.07) at Supreme Computers India Private Limited, Chennai. Last week when I switched on the system after sleep mode 70% of bottom display showed some white lines. When I took the system to the Chennai HP Service Centre they informed me the display unit has a crack hence it has to be replaced. They also informed, to my shocking, it is not covered under warranty. When I enquired further they said it may be due to physical damage. However they are not able to explain me how it could be due to physical damage when there is not even a hairline scratch or any trace of damage in either side of the laptop, which they themselves acknowledged. When I insisted it is only due to manufacturing defects, they refused to speak to me further, they are not even ready to explain me properly. In fact they do not have the expertise to explain the problem; in fact one of the assistant casually remarked that it may be due to battery etc., initially they wrote "Physical Damage" in the “Problem Reported” however they changed it to "Cracks found in LCD". Then came the shock of my life, now they sent me a quote for INR 35772.56, where as the cost for whole unit is around INR 45000/- It is nothing but "cheating" and “Day light robbery" I am not able to talk to them as they are not willing to help or they do not have any intention of helping except for making money by way of cheating. I have been cheated. I am pretty sure that there exists some serious manufacturing defect, which I could see from many of similar complaints in the internet.                                 Reliance Netconnect — Never buy reliance connection

                                My advice is, don’t buy Reliance net communication or prepaid or post paid connection.

                                I had one connection in 2002 (Post Paid) . Due to unknown expenses or charges added on my bill I have converted it to prepaid.

                                The problem again started when automatically these reliance people started sucking my balances...

                                I 'v converted it to life time prepaid so that i can maintain the mobile number... and kept on recharging with min. 100 or 50 Rs. / Month... again its parasite activity started.

                                After charging immediately RIL has started deducting the amount and when asked to customer care they said its due and they cant provide the details... but its due... god knows purchasing the phone from them means be ready to b .......

                                Now trying to get internet connected from that old system but not getting the site to download R connect software for my RD 5340 Mobile.

                                God help these dirty RIL fellows they dont know what they are doing please forgive them...
                                i hv reliance huawei usb modem, and it suckz. speed is pathetic. in peak hours sometimes it even cannot open google homepage. i m trapped in their " lucrative offer" and cannot even disconnect the device, due to the boundations of the plan.after investing 3300 on the device i hv to pay 650 + tax= 730 and hardly get over 11-12 kbps. most of the time its below 5 kbps. i suggest to everyone stay away from reliance netconnect.

                                I get a reliance netconnect with EC325 Data Card of Huawei, 1gb pen drive, and GSK within 4320/- Rs, through reliance employ in reliance word, and they offer me 2 month unlimited access of internet with free of cost. They you can select any plan according to you suit.

                                1) I get a reliance netconnet 5 day before, but i have lot of complaint about speed.
                                when i am download some think then ok it show me 70kbps 90kbps downloading in reliance front end software., but actually it download think very showily, also i am getting very bore while accessing a browser, because of slow speed.

                                also when i get internet connection at that time reliance employ says if you pay 4320/- Rs then you will get unlimited access of internet for 2 months with special offer, also i get reliance netconnect EC325, 1GB pen Drive, up till it's ok. but when i see my bill on http://bill.reliancecommunications.co.in, i surprise to see this think, there is no proper information about bill, also this offer allow me to unlimited access of internet, but there is nothing mention about this offer, but reliance site not forget to show me how many memory i access (in GB in my case). so this information is not give me satiation, and now i am very worried about my bill, according to reliance employ, if you pay 4320/- Rs then you can access 2 month unlimited internet access. but i fill there is cheating with myself i am not sure but there is. i warn you i will not pay you any extra money about unlimited internet access for 2 month.

                                and the last think, whenever i try to call customer care (when internet connection is turn off manually by me by clicking “Disconnect button” ), i am able to call *228 or any mobile/landline no but not *333, there i lot of problem man, i am not able to connect to customer care (*333) and from other mobile by dial 3033 3333 since 3 day. it's enough.

                                I PURCHASED A RELIANCE DATA NET CONNECT CARD FROM RELIANCE WEB WORLD RETAIL OUTLET IN BARODA IN DEC 2007.

                                IT STARTED WORKING, HOWEVER, AFTER FEW DAYS I FOUND THAT IT IS VERY SLOWER LATER ON IT STOPPED TO ACCESS ALL SITE EVEN GOOGLE EXCEPT RELIANCEMONEY.

                                Reliance Broadnet — misinformation

                                I took the Reliance broadnet in the month of aug'08 since day 1 reliance representatives only lied and nothing else..while selling the connection to us they said it would be a 256 kbps speed but it turned out wrong when the technicians from reliance connected the internet and they informed us it wud be a 150 mbps which is not atall possible ans when i called customer service they said as per your plan it has to be a 150kpbs however it is never more than 100kbps so it all started with lie. The other thing about the customer service it they promise you that they would call back to get my problem regarding internet connectivity resolved in an hour however even after waiting for 4 days and making 4 calls i never received a call and on top of it i was amazed when a supervisor said the the toll free number on teh website is wrong ...and he even said that i will be able to download stuff as per my plan which i was never informed and doesn't make any sense. It is just lie and poor customer service. When i asked to get it cancelled they said it will take 15 days and when i said i am not gonna pay for it the person said its fine...

                                i bought a usb modem of reliance in washim, near akola on 22/8/08 buy giving cash 2850/- it took 2 days for activation and installation. after 2 days net was disconnected and at around 5/9/08 it was not activated. so i never used net in those days. i had taken a plan of 400 /- freedom at night which had 0.5 rs/ min in days time and free usage from 10 pm to 6 am. i have not used net in day time.. only
                                i today 18/9/08 got a msg for paying 1863.44 for my usage urgently.

                                Reliance USB modem is worst and like a garbage in my lapy bag, when ever i use it I got irritated and the first thought that i got in my mind is to crush it. It is very slow and its download speed is only around 1 or 2 kb.
                                I hope you guys know that KBps is Kilobytes per sec and kbps is kilobits per sec. If you dont go search online. Reliance Netconnet is similar to dial up connection (may be slightly better since it can go upto 114kbps) but available on the move and nothing more (not broadband). If you have a good/robust reliance cdma network in your area then only opt for this or any wireless cdma/gsm data card. To avoid billing problems take unlimited plans else you are going pay a tidy sum and have billing woes (applies to all service providers). So better use some brains and take a informed decision before taking the plunge & then crib.

                                I brought CDMA DATA MODEM MG880 - CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance authorised dealer in Daman few months ago and the dealer had informed that the modem is running at around full speed as printed on box i.e. about 153.6 kbps as printed on the box of CDAM, they have given two months free than after on billing under plan of 650 Rs. but it shows under notification are “CDMA 1X connected at speed 28.8 kbps”. i have complained few times, customer care given response but never solved my problem.

                                The tower signal shows as three to two but they have sold for good speed, but always failed.

                                Some my friends have advised me to approach CONSUMER FOREM (GRAHAK SURAKSH) as they have not provide service as offer or connection speed written on the packing box.

                                I am lucky I did not go ahead with buying one, but my Customer care experience is worth mentioning. I enquired for details through sms-NC- to 55454. Almost three days later a Sales Person Mr. Pawar called up, talking hi-fi talks about the connection speed, low rates, and that I can give you lesser than the rate which you are getting from the Reliance Showroom. He gave me paper requirements, took my address (Twice), and confirmed a time to come so that he could give me a demo and collect the papers and payment for registration.

                                I waited patiently for 2 days ! Yes 2 Days, no callback, or even a courtesy call from Mr. Pawar. Then after 2 days I got his "Missed Call"..(Possibly they want to save money even on calling their customers}. When I called him back I got no response. Again I called him, no response. Then AT his own whims and fancy he called me, saying he was not in town (As if he has done a favour on me!), and he has now come but since there is load shedding, can I call him when I am free and have Power connection for him to come and give demo? I agreed, and called him as soon as there was a Power restored at our place. No-reply...I waited for 3 hours, but got no reply. Then sent sms conveying my annoyance at his behaviour. Then he calls me saying Why did I not call him when power came?..(As if I am working for him!). When told I had called and could he please check his call records to see if my number is there in missed call, then he changed his troy saying sorry I was in meeting. When asked why he could not check who had called especially when I have been in contact with him for 4 days, he should have recorded my number, he has the cheek to say ---"I get so many calls, how can I keep a check"? ...etc...(Is he doing me a favour by attending to my call, if you are not interested in business then just forget it)

                                I don't understand why the hell does Reliance call us or even give this sms service to enquire if your people dont' the time to attend to your customer service? To top it all, when I told him of my annoyance and his behaviour, and that he could have sent someone else or even given a courtesy call, and if this is the way they are giving service, then I rather take the connection from someone else, he very rudely says "OK. No problem..." . This is the worst level of lethargy and irresponsibility I have experienced from any sales person.

                                Is this the way Reliance expects to get business?

                                This is a big slap on the face of the customer, and worse still detrimental to the business of Reliance.

                                But at least I am happy that I did not go ahead with buying the connection.

                                Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance
                                I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 1 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.2800 for this pathetic internet connection.

                                The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

                                The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

                                To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

                                Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

                                My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

                                The speed depends upon the network availability & varies as per area. Even then you won’t get good speed. Mail gets diconnected all the time.

                                It can be used only during early morning and sometime during noon. All the rest of time it will show connected but we cannot do any thing.

                                Reliance Netconnect — NO ATTENDANCE TO COMPLAINTS

                                we have been complaining for the last 3 months, but no one has attended...please heed to our complint as we have never been defaulters and have been paying the rent
                                I have taken reliance USB modem same model meintioned in above complaints.First they said it will be activated in 24 hrs but nothing happened as the reason was negative verification.Then after activation, when i started using services its was so pathetic that even a dial up internet connection is much better.Then again it got deactivated coz of negative verification.This time the reason was ...the person who came for verification felt my PAN card is fake. I called customer care continiously and got answers like "we cant help it...contact your nearest reliance world".When i go there no seems to be bothered.Mr Amit Harpaal the store manager assured that it will start working in 1 day now is not answering the calls.And the staff there is not cooperative.
                                Its been more than 10 days now i have this useless modem with me of 3000 rs which i paid .Customer care people dont take any initiative. They asked me to change to someother's name.. still i did that, no use. they need even more and more doucments. this process was taken nearly 20days. I asked Customer Care, and i mailed them no response. There was no response.                                 I have asked for roaming facilities for Reliance Netconnect datacard. It was said that its auto roaming but after submitting complain I am still not getting my roaming activated.
                                Reliance Netconnect is horrible. I surrendered the line because of slow speed. Went for an advance rental plan by mistake and till now even after 8 months there is no refund.

                                I am in complete agreement with this. Alas !! I had read post before buying my own Reliance CDMA IX life time prepaid connection on 15.12.2008 from Madhubani - 847211. I was offered one monthh free unlimited download. But my connection was suddenly disactivated without any prior notice to me. When I contacted Reliance customer care at Mumbai, they simply said that my address verification documents was incomplete and I should send that again. Though my documents was complete in every sense, I contacted their dealer from whom I had bought the connection. He said that it was showing on his portal that my Teleconfirmation was negative, though I had not got any call from Reliance. Again I called C.care at Mumbai and said what the dealer had said to me. The c.care person told me that I should do what the dealer was saying because the dealer would be more correct than them. Frustrated I asked him where should I make complaint regarding all those fuss. He said that I could not lodge the complaint. Neither he gave any no. or address for complaint. Having no option, I again submitted the same document and my connection after few days is working on and off.

                                So I am now repenting on my decision to buy Reliance. I have BSNL post paid data card with speed 246 Kbps and it is actually that speed. It is much much better than Reliance in terms o[censored]n-interrupted connectivity, speed and overall performance.

                                Beware !! Reliance is completely unreliable. No transperancy, no information regarding the number etc.. for validity and balance enquiry is being provided by the retailers. Customer care is even worse. They themselves are confused. Of course, Anil Ambani should be made accountable for that. I wish I could get rid of my Reliance data card which I got after wasting approx. 3000 Rs. It is pathetic in every sense.
                                Same is my casehere in Ahmedabad. The place in which i m staying is having a tower of reliance and the same problem i m facing in my post paid connection of CDMA 1X netconnect.Signal full, performance nil. Same is the attitude of customer care dept and technical team. Whenever ther is a holiday or saurday sunday the network collapses as they are upgrading their system, this is the reply you get from customercare and they will not lodge any complain and will argue with you. Surprisingly my unbilled amount is only Rs47/- when they sent me SMS to pay an interim payment of Rs-1969/- otherwise i will be disconnected. Their server will act properly for some models and not for some model, this is the explanation the technical team gives always when you complain.

                                I REQUEST ALL NOT TO USE ANY SUCH PRODUCT AND ADVISE UR NEAR AND DEAR ONE TO ABSTAIN FROM USING THIS PRODUCT.

                                PLease dont buy Reliance net card ( data card ) for your internet purpose. i bought the card in dec207 and it was the my mistake i later regretted for. i invested around 3000 rupees on that. At the time of purchase they promised me to provide 144 kbps speed and download speed of 30-40 kbps. but i never get a download speed more than 12 kbps. after 2 months, the speed came down drastically and the speed was only 0.0000kbps. it used to take 15 minutes to open a simple Google page.

                                The customer service center is worst of all. they never care for your problem. Either they disconnect the call or wont give proper answer at all. Please don't waste your money on RELIANCE.

                                Reliance Netconnect — Complaint about giving wrong internet plan

                                Hi,
                                I bought a USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM and internet connection from Reliance center in Mangalore in October 2008.

                                My reliance number is [protected]. I had asked for Swift 40+ plan which has 400 Rs monthly rental.

                                The customer care representative who gave me the connection told me that if I will take the corporate connection, then it will be free for first 2 months and after that 400 Rs per month, So I agreed for it.

                                But after 2 months the rent was 700. And when I called up and asked from customer care they told me that the plan which was given to me has been shifted to 700 monthly rental plan after completion of 2 months free usage time. This was done without any intimation or any information to me. Then I called up the person from whom I took the data-card and connection and that guy told me that this is done by customer care people. But in all this mess, I am the person who is suffering.
                                And if I talk to the Customer Care they say, the Corporate plan is automatically converted into Rs.700 Plan, the Sales representative gave u a wrong information.
                                Its all confusion going around there, no proper information is conveyed to the customers. No one trying to give proper information or work out on the problem.

                                Its like, people in the same organisation will say different things and i will simply pay the amount.
                                And even many times, the Customer Care people talk very rudely, and behave strangely, as if its not their job to take care of these things.
                                I am fully fully fully fully fully agree with all of you...Reliance is a bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad product...
                                yes i do agree, reliance usb modem device is the worst in the market.Loaded with poor speed, automatic disconnection every now and then, worse customer support than any government agency..Besides, they even don't specify on their website that how many hours have been utilized separately in day and night..so the customer using their time bound plan is always in a confusing state..
                                I have the ZTE CDMA modem 880. It is the worst thing I had ever seen. It can be used only during early morning and sometime during noon. All the rest of time it will show connected but we cannot do any thing. I agree they reliance is not trustworthy.i suggest to everyone stay away from reliance netconnect.
                                The speed as assured to me at the time of purchase of Netconnect Data card is 230 KBPS, but on connecting the device to the PC, it gives the speed of only 28.8 KBPS. I am not at all happy with the device and using it only that the company is not ready to take the device back and I am losing the money spent on the purchase of the device.

                                Reliance Netconnect — untold bill amount

                                i got a reliance data card netconnect whose modem no. is [protected]. while purchasing i was told that the monthly charges for internet would be Rs. 850 and it will provide an unlimited surfing and a 2.5 GB downloading. but within one month the bill has come of rs .3500 .
                                on asking, they are saying that our plan is different and not even able to get in touch with the person who is responsible for the sale .
                                I will come back and leave more disgusting feedback. The owner and the people that work for him are not human. Their service is pathetic. It is time to bring a class action law suite on behalf of all unhappy customers. I am think about 500 core suite would wake the up?
                                Reliance brings much misery to millions a customers on a daily bases.

                                We purchased Reliance Netconnect connection with USB in Rupees 2200 / - On 18th Jan 2009, This Package was valid for 2 months, but Reliance People send me new bill Rs 2100 on the 12 th Day and They cut my Internet Connection.

                                That package was free for 2 months Period, why they break internet services on 12 th.

I have used the same card same plan prev. month N i surf 5 to 7hrs daily but the usage of that month was 658 MB only. in the next month (wn ds happen) I hardly use 1 to 2hr a day n they charged 2210.

                                  have purchased Two RIM prepaid voucher sr. no.                                     I had a reliance mobile with plan of 299 + rim to rim free pack+ freedom at night internet plan, to change my plan to higher plan as no use of rim to rim pack for me as such i made a request at call center that cancel all my earlier plans including rim to rim pack; they made a change to my plan 395 which i requested, when i saw the next bill i was suprised to see my rim to rim was still active, calling at call center they told me to that it needs separate complaint request to cancel rim to rim pack which was not made clear at the time to change to plan, So they told me they cannnot help me.
                                    I immediately told call center guy to cancel my connection as this is cheating with me, he immediately generated cancellation request it shows reliance is not interested in customer service as very old customer is going away.
                                    As a part of settlement I was informed by web world fellow that i have to pay dues and your wrongly charged rim to rim charges will be send back to you.
                                    Two days back i got a call from web world that reliance will not pay me the rim to rim pack reversal unless and untill i make a complaint to call center i.e reliance says there is no complaint on customer part. so web world fellow told me to take a case id from call center.
                                    I was great fan of reliance but today i will not recommend any body to go for relinace mobile or netconnect card.
                                    I have netconnect card that is also a great cheating chapter i am not be able to download as my download speed will be 4 to 5 kbps against reliance claims that of 15 to 30 kbps.there is not network problem at all as i was using with the mobile freedom at night from years.

                                    i have repalced my rim mob classic 632 on sat urday,27 october'07 .it was replaced n i had taken a new classic 732 set .my old no was existed by the delay of 2 days and as soon as the ne cell was switched on it started to show problems.again on 31 october i went to the RIM world from where i had taken the cell.they told me again to go to the srvice centre but they refused to give me the reqiuired documents on that very day .They asked me to collect it on 5 october i.e afetr 6 days .last time when i ehchanged my cell i got that document on that very day from other service centre.they refused to listen anything nand said that they dont have any any company rule book to follow .they run theit service centre according to their own rules.
                                    is it the kind of service you provide tio your customers.is it not your duty to provide service to the customer.i therebby equest u to take action against that service centre.

                                    Reliance Mobile — Worst service centres

                                    I bought a Mobile from Reliance two months back, but within this period the number 7 stopped to work and is dead. I took it to the LG approved service centre at Kodambakam in chennai. They didnt solve my issue, instead they tried to charge for servicing though my mobile is on Warranty. I never exposed my mobile or either my keypad in water, but they put a liquid logging so that if any replacements are charged for me. I never expected such an worst service from Reliance, also the service centre people where not polite either.. instead of servicing my mobile they caused a small damage on my handset and also tried to charge money from me..

                                    About a week before i bought a new handset of LG-RD3600, for my sister on which i got a sim free.the market cate for such ph is 1600/-where as they charged me 3200/-and that also they did not give me the bill.Actually they delivered that handset to mmy office, now when i asked for such price veriation they r saying that the handset which i took comes with some combo pack.To verify such i asked the customer care and was informed that no such pack was going during such period.Now when i asked for my bill they r telling me that due to less manpower we cant provide u with the same at this point of time, it'll take time.there was another recharge done to my new sim which i got free along with the handset, that was a 1yr incoming free, for which i was charged but i did not get that facility.all i need is to get my sim activacted and to get justice done for my handset.

                                    Good day,
                                    This is GVS Swaroop forwarding this complaint on behalf of Subhadra Lenka who is working in Chennai. The complaint goes as follows:

                                    On 14th August, suddenly Subhadra's RIM connection numbered : [protected] was cut. She could not figure out what the problem was as the next two days were holidays and when she tried to lodge a complaint in the customer care they too didnt help her. So, on Monday, she went to Reliance web world in Porud, Ponumalee road, Chennai to enquire what had happened. They initially told her that they will look into the matter and didnt provide any satisfactory answer. they said that her phone will be activated in 48 hours.
                                    But even on wednesday, when it didnt activate she again went and this time was told that the reliance people have misplaced her documents, so they have cut her connection -- simply awkward that they have misplaced her documents which was their fault, but penalised her for that by cutting her connection. She was asked to resubmit all her documents otherwise her phone will not be activated.
                                    Then on friday, she submitted her documents at Porud, Chennai web world and since then has been making rounds of that web world but till date her mobile connection has not been activated. Everytime she goes, they give her another 24 hours. I dont understand how they can take customers for a ride like that. Its been 12 days since her mobile connection has been cut but till now the people out there are showing no inclination in getting the work done and now they are even giving free suggestions to her to go to the headquarters and get the work done by herself !!!. I dont understand then why are these people sitting out there and being paid for no good reason.
                                    This is really ridiculous and shows their apathy towards their customers problems. For the last 12 days we could not connect to her properly because of this. If the reliance people have lost her documents, they should have informed her well before time and taken it and renewed them instead of cutting her connection without informing and informing her only after she made 3 rounds to the web world. This is a very sorry face that reliance is putting up. I am extremely unhappy and angry at this apathetic and lazy behaviour of the people at web world.

                                    1. there is always a congestions prob
                                    2. on 18.02.2011 i got the message from relaince that pls ensure enough bal on ur sms scheme.
                                    3. i talked to customer care that "i have got this message" kya mera bal deduct hoga. he replied "nahin"
                                    4. next day on 21.02.2011 my bal was deducted for message scheme..which was not subscribed.
                                    5. when i talked to customer care "he said technical problem hai" baad mein cal kijiye..
                                    6. when again i called customer care and asked hin about my complaint "he disconnected the phone" without responding
                                    7. when i called customer care de disconnect my call saying "reliance mein sampark karne ke shukriya" without entertaining me..

                                    my bal has gone..it was just rs 19. its not a big issue.. but every month i face one or the other problem..reliance is a worst..its proved..unethical ways of earning money..
                                    Very true. The same happens with me also. No one can cheat as reliance are doing with customer.

                                    Reliance (RIM) — About mobile service

                                    I am using reliance SIM (Prepaid) from last 4 months. From that time I am facing probelem with unwanted services activated by them without my permisson & they deducted amount from my balance. This is happen whenever I recharged my account. I have activated DND services also. But calls & SMS are comming time to time. When I called up to custemer care they used to say "Our system is showing that you have activated this services from you head set ". I always said I don't want to avail this type of service. Please don't activate from your side otherwise I will change the service provider by using Porting service but they are doing what they want to do.
                                    Really I am fadeup with the reliance service & want to stop the service & suggestting everyone don't use this service. They offer lucrative terrif but when they deduct your amount it will be a higher than other service.

Sir jub mera simcard 4 gante me chalu nahi kiya gya to me 20 din baad reliance-communication gya to madum ne kaha ki apki naam per sim nahi hai. isliye aapki na sim chalu hogi na aapka paisa bapus hoga. aur Sir vo hamari bat sunne ke liye bhi tyar nahi hun. Sirji aap hi bataye ki kya ye nayesungut hai. Sir please koi hul dijey taki me apni simcard ka number chalu kra saku. asha hai ki aapka udar hirdey meri prathna ko nisuful na jane dega.                                       I, Suresh Chander Bakshi, resident of House No.1057, Ward No.8, Mehrauli, New Delhi-30 is having a Reliance Mobile (since the year 2003) bearing No.[protected].

                                      Since 05.11.2007, the said telephone number is not functioning and instead, I have been receiving messages and phone calls for telephone no.[protected] on my same telephone instrument. On checking up, I found that my original number is not functioning at all.

                                      On the new number, I have been receiving repeated SMS from Reliance requesting for validation of my account as the same is expiring on 18.11.2007.

                                      It is requested that the matter may please be looked into at once as I am suffering a lot because of non-availability of my original number. Also, I wish to inform the authorities that I had never requested for change in my telephone number and it’s the sole responsibility of Reliance India Mobile only.

                                      I WILL NOT BE USING THIS NUMBER ([protected]) AND THE ORIGINAL NUMBER ([protected]) MAY BE RESTORED AT ONCE, FAILING WHICH I WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION.

                                        Dear Nagaraj,

                                        Very good morning to you. Also thanks for all POSSIBLE SUPPORTS in the past.

                                        As advised by you, I had ben waiing for the email copy of my bill till date to understand how come I have crossd te limits, since last 3 days, making me diconnection from the world:-

                                        · when most of the days in the last month, I had been either barred to use the STD facility or at times the out going itslef.
                                        ·
                                        · as advised, when the corporate communicated the settlement of the wrong billing of "data usagae charges" to my account, after getting your clarification, I remitted Rs.985/- on 10th Oct. 07.
                                        · paid additional security deposit aggainst by bill , Rs.1000/- on 18th Oct.07
                                        · I am also given support by you for extending the bill limit to 1500/.
                                        · Always, I had ben settling the bioll too in time without delaying.
                                        I think all these good points are inspiring the INHUMAN CUSTOMER RELATION CELL OR A DEPARTMENT THAT WORKS WITHOUT ANY GROUND REALITY IN DISTURNING A GOOD CUSTOMER AND ENSURES THAT IT WILL RENDER ONLY AGONY AND PROBLEMS TO HIM.
                                        That too, when the great Mr.Anil Ambadni is dreaming, rather fixing the connection growth to cross 3 million by the end of this year, I think a serious BLINDNESS is happneing at corporate of the cocerned to department to measure the ATTRITION or LOSS OF CUSTOMERS THAT HAPPE TO RELIANCE COMMNUNICATION like me incidence.
                                        I had a post paid connection in my wife's name. That was dicotinued due to continous wrong billing and dissatisfaction.
                                        I am sure that youy are aware you lost a major conectiion of more than 1000 numbers from The New Indian Express Group, manily due to confusions in the billing system, despite the local office has rendered t heir best service.





                                        Since my current number has ben floated withmany, I am not able to surrender , otherwise, I would have happily doe it . This letter is to request you, Syira Banu and lastly Mr.Bala, to help me in :-
                                        Sned my bill details today itself to get the matter addressed or studied.
                                        1. Kindly guide to a the lowest post paid scheme, that would permit to keep THE RELIANCE CONNECTION on for not lossing contacts. I repeat please, the lowest of all.
                                        2. Convert my connection to my personal name.

                                        Reliance Telecommunication — Un use bill is added on my bill

                                        Sir,

                                        I had purchased one data card (Reliance ) for take the internet service .Which cost was 2850/- (offer was - free subscription for two month) .Every thing was going well but when in the month of Jan i came to knen that my connection was withdraw due to non payment of dec month bill. Then i made the payemnt of 690/- and after two hour my connection was ok .But after some hour again my connection was withdraw without my knowledge.Then i called up the customer care and they said that we are sorry for the inconvience and they activate my service.This thing was down for couple of days and always i called up customer card and activate my service .But no one had told me that your bill is 4500/- but when i told the same thing to the customer care then they said that just ignor that amout and you bill is 450 /- and we are now going to activate your accout.This thing continue for couple of days and finally then withdraw my service without my notice and when i went to the shop (authorised shop of reliance) then they said they dont know how this thing happened and take a complain and told me that come after two three days .When i again went to the shop then the shop person said that you have a billed amount of 4500/- which is exceed the credit limit so for that the service is not activate .But my question is that my credit limit was 1500 but how could you make the bill exceed my credit limit and with that you also gave me the service again again.
