Dear Sirs,
I was having a telephone wireless land line number[protected] Since June 2006.
Since April 2007 the telephone was having serious problem like the battery was unable
to retain charge for more than 5 minutes in spite of my repeated complaints they were not bothered
to rectify the set but with the charger on line the telephone was working and my job was continuing
unless there was a load shedding.
Since September 07 the telephone was not getting switched on in spite of the charger on line and even
after my repeated written complaints they were not rectifying .Subsequently request was given for
discontinuation & termination of service and the same was done by reliance.
After discontinuation of services they have given me a bill of Rs1600/- or so and asked me to pay the amount
immediately failing which dare consequences will be taken against me. I protested and requested them to withdraw
the claim as no services were provided by them but to my utter surprise they have sent some people to forcibly collect the money
immediately I have asked them to stop this type of harassment or the matter will be taken up with police .
They have stopped harassment by sending people but now their recovery agents are continuously giving me calls from mobile numbers [protected] & [protected]
and mentally harassing me .I am having extreme mental agony because of their harassment.
I am enclosing copies of communication given to them through mails for your kind perusal.
Kindly take up the matter with them so that the do not charge forcibly for services which they have not
provided.

I discontinued your services as per service request number 56550927 and if still want to keep it active it up to you .I have already taken up the matter with Noda police and the concerned man ,one Mr. Chauhan who came to collect money told this type of incident will not get repeated .Once again u are requested to correct your record and ensure the telephone is made not active in your record ,as physically it is not active and no services are provided by you and for your records sake I am not supposed to give you my hard earned money .Accordingly correct record and all the illegal deeds like sending people at residence.

since last 15 days one Mr.. Bhupendra and one Mr.. Anil Tiwari contacted us on our other land line[protected] from tele number[protected]/3058623 saying that the will visit us to resolve the problem but till date it could not be rectified .No one visited us even once .
I feel this is too serious a matter we are paying monthly rental for no services,.
In case u are unable to repair the fully paid set the same may be taken back and refund me the money paid by me and you may even disconnect the services right now .
Since more than an year I am your subscriber but services provided by you is extremely bad.
In case the set is not repaired with in 24 hrs .Please discontinue my subscription .

I am using reliance GSM service and facing a problems from Reliance Communication i.e.. of balance being charged from my account without prior information.I availed a DND service few days back and Reliance Communication had activated a callertune on my number.Next day i had called again to customer care to unsubscribe the caller tune but instead of that they have renewed the caller tune and once again my balance was deducted.Again i called to customer care but they were not ready to listen to me .

Reliance Communications — Recorded message

I am a RIM GSM prepaid user..when i call on a particular RIM CDMA number [protected] it plays back a recorded message which says "Call forwarding not successful". i wish to know the reason for the playback of this message. Does this mean the user has activated call forward facility? If yes is it possible to find out as to which number is my call is being forwarded to?
Relaince is a cheater company.
For example
If the communication company has 2 lacs customers usinsg reliance phone and if they will deduct rs 30/ from each number a day then they are earning 60 lacs aday. There are so many thias type of complaints is mentioned.
Agar koi kisi ke ghar mein chori karta hai aur uski complaint hum police mein karte hai toh us chor ko fine aur saza dono milti hai. to is bade chor ko jjo tie aur branded suit pehenke bindaas mobile mein se paise katke chori karte hain unko kya koi punishment nahin hai. Iska jawab dijiye humein. Main sare mobile users se requst karoongi ki hum saare ek hokar inke khilaaf ladenge kyonki hum ek ek karke complaint dete hain to humein pata nahin chalta ki aur bahut saare logon ki same complaint hain. yeh sirf mere saath hi nahin auron ke saath bhi ghta raha hain.

I DONT UNDERSTAND IF THEY WANT TO EARN MONEY EASILY
IS THIS THE WAY TO EARN.

My reliance no is [protected]. From 18 nov 2010 no any one reliance user can connect my no. when they want to contact me they get some message on his mobile. Message are like this- Beep sound, Network not available, Mobile is switched off & Temporarily out off services. I have register compliant at 19 nov 2010.They have not taken any action regarding my problem. Then I have again complaint register on 20 nov 2010. But at this time they are not taken any action. This is very hectic for me. I am using reliance from last 6 years. But at that time i am very frosted because there are no any solution taken by your side. If you not able to solve my problem tell me clearly . I will leave reliance and take another connection.

Reliance Communication — mobile service discontinued because of their fault

Stop my business mobile phone service with out any massage,and still not start after more then 50 costumer care complain calls and more then 25 personal visit at their web stores and head offices.

I am using this mobile from more then three years.before more then 20 days i am summited all my required documents for my cell's ownership change.
After 5 to 6 days web store executive conform my verification positive and name transfer process done...
But then from next day morning my cell phone incoming and outgoing service stop without any massege or any resone.....

Reliance company is the cheater because they activate the new services without my permission and after that their customer executive blame me that the service was activated by me so that is not their fault so they do not get back my balance.

Reliance Communication — REFUND AND HARRASEMENT

Sir, i was reliance broadband connection., but they were having some legal issues therefore internet was not working.i send many emails to them but they always send only auto message.i was having plan of per day, when net was not working than also they were deducting, many times complained to local office., but all in vain. they know they are having very big political support so no one can challenge them.Due to this last month i taken new connection from BSNL., But still my refund and Rs. 500.00 earlier deposited with them they are not giving., due to their problem i change to new subscriber., so why they are not paying my amount and deposit.
I think this is only the company has got no any courtsey, and in my view due to this way they became rich and rich..

I hasham bhai rajani ([protected]) using Reliance postpaid connect from last 9years..it means you care for your valuable customer..but from december -2009 i start facing a bad response from your side..On december 2009 i gave Rs.560/- to Mr. Kush Sharma for changing the name, else he worked in reliance communication fountain agra, he told me that within a month your connection will be switched in your favor name..as i waited for 3-4month i called him many times but he ignore my phone calls..i visited at your reliance office but they are not listening as they told us Mr. Kush Sharma is not working currently with us..and we checked our bank statement that cheque is cleared from my bank..we request you please look into this matter very seriously that Kush Sharma misused my cheque instead of my work.
