I am Harit sharma i'm using Relience CDMA sim & bought it last month. At that time a caller tune was activated on my number for 15 Days as free subscription and subsequently deactivated after 15 days. Then, after 2 days a message was sent to me by Reliance that I have been subscribed to CRBT and Rs.1/2 days will be deducted from my account, i[censored] want to cancel SMS Unsub1003 to155223. Then after 2 min another message came texted that title track has been downloaded at a Charge of Rs.10. Then on the next day early in the morning at aroumd 6 , again a msg was sent stating that Your sudscription has been renewed at a charge of Rs.30 for a period of 20 days.I even loged a complaint but no action was taken, I've the proof for the same & my complaint no. with relieace is[protected]. i want to change my mobile no reliance gsm to reliance cdma or one other idea no into reliance cdma. but as per your customer care inform me or best of my knowledge mnp charges is 21 rs (include S.T). after paying that 21 rs. i will receive a reliance cdma blank sim with same old no or all the befits also l(ike free sms or 1year call rate 1paisa per sec. or 3 month half paisa per sec. call rate)
but your reliance world which is situated in jagadhri (pin 135003) asked me that your mnp charges is 20 rs+ 25 rs. for sim + 58 rs for per sec. billing or no other benefits you will receive after mnp.
Pls take appropriate action on the same.

Reliance Communications — Regards fraud money deduction from my account (9335253204)

when on 01/02/2011
on morning when i check my account i found Rs. 49 has deducted from my account then immediate i have call on 198 to know why the money has deducted from my account
At 11.00 A.m i call on 198 and started my conversation to Mr. Rakesh they told that some combo pack activated in your account for that they charge Rs.49.
but i never request to approve to activate the service
they are making me fraud by deducting balance from my account then mr rakesh transfer the call to Abhinav, then abhinav transfer the call to shabana, same problem again, shabana transfer the call to her Tl to MR. parthav. the problem is a same when i ask to transfer the call the direct manager they say manager will call you back in before 1.30 pm on same dated.
i have wait but i diidnt recived the call partan has given me one number i.e. ([protected])
I again call on 198 at 2.30 Pm on same dated then Mis gudu recived the call, but sittl i didnt get proper response regards my balance.
So. sir please take a look of my problem and resolved it.

dear siryestarday a customer care executive of reliance communication call me and said me that
my no. had been choosen for some services like caller tunes free of cost.
in evening i get recharged my prepaid account my 100/-Rs. but today my balance
is only 20/-Rs. and i have not made enough calls.
i call reliance customer care cell,they told me that i have some value added
services activated on my cell...but i have not made any request to start such
services.
so plz try to resolve the issue...the company has deducted my balance without my

Reliance Communications — reliance staff forgery to cancel my port in request to airtel
Dear SirI am a reliance post paid customer since last 10 years and my number is [protected].
Due to extreme bad signals i had requested to port out from reliance and submitted all the necessary documents along with porting code and reliance bill payment receipt to my new service provider Airtel on 25th Jan 2011.
I even got a sms from Airtel that i will be ported in to Airtel by 31st Jan midnight.
On 01st Feb 2011(i.e today ) i found a Reliance porting request cancellation receipt (scan attached ) thrown at my doorstep which says that i have cancelled my request to port out from Reliance .This request was not filled by me and my signature has been forged on this document.These are not my signature and i have never signed any such form.to cancell my porting request.
It is therefore requested to take strict action on such reliance staff who are forging customers signature and forcing them to stay with reliance against the willo fthe customer.
I therefore want that i should be immediately ported out from reliance so that i can select the network of my choice.It is already 8th day when i submitted all documents to new service provider to port out from reliance and switch on to airtel.

Reliance Communications — Mobile Number Portability not activated for 15 days
Dear Relaince Customer Care TeamI applied for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) from Airtel to Reliance on 21st Jan'11 for my no. [protected]. Till date the service was not activated. Airtel has disconnected my mobile no. from their network on 28th Jan'11. I am missing so many important calls from my Organisation which is quite annoying to my superiors and agonising for me. I explained all this to your local Reliance Outlet where I submitted my request. But they express their inability to solve the issue as they have no idea what so ever about this process. A mail was sent to Customer Care. But they simply replied by saying "Your complaint was addressed and will be resolved soon". After this 5 days passed still no solution to the problem. Even the Nodal Officer had not replied to my complaint.
This is the worst ever customer service I had ever seen. Around 150 customer like me are sufferring with the same problem from the same outlet (Dwakara Nagar, Visakhapatnam) as said by the outlet executive.
My sincere suggestion is pls do not go for MNP with Reliance Mobile

I have never activated PICALERTS service on my mobile, but still Reliance service providers keep on sending me useless picalert messages.I asked for deactivation, but still no change.

I have given request for MNP for my number from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM on 22nd january 2011. The Reliance web world officials here in Kollam told me that the GSM SIM will get activated within 7 days time. On 25th January 2011, i received an SMS that my mobile will be enrolled in reliance network shortly. But nothing has happened still now. So i contacted the Reliance Customer care, 2-3 times. But no one has given a proper response to me. I too contacted the reliance web world here. But no one there cannot properly convey me what the reason is.
My CDMA mobile is facing a problem of call drops from last 5-6 months. Thats why i have decided to change to a GSM Connection of reliance itself. But the result now i am getting is of poor customer service.
If this Query is not solved i have an option either to cancel the connection or to transfer to any other mobile networks. Still now i have not cancelled the connection by hearing the scheme of mobile number portability last year. But now the Reliance is forcing me to quit my connection.( EVEN I REQUEST FOR TRANSFER WITHIN THE RELIANCE NETWORK)
The officials please kindly take necessary steps to solve this problem before 06.02.11 as the port request code is valid only up to 06.02.11.

Reliance Communications — Wireline Internet connection
I am an existing customer of Reliance wireline broadband.I had requested for a new connection, I was contacted by one of the Sales representative named Chandan. He came to my house and collected a cheque for 500 rupees and I filled out the application form for a new connection.
After few days, a guy came to my house for my identity verification. Now it has been three weeks and I have received no connection.
In fact the cheque which I made out to RCIL was cashed two days ago.

I cant understand how they can encash a cheque for a connection that was never delivered. Grossly irresponsible behaviour. I have written them email complaints but no positive response. All they say is they will escalate the matter.

Reliance Communications — CDMA TO GSM RELIANCE
I have given application on 25 Feb -2011 for MNP from Reliance GSM to Reliance CDMA.Than I received SMS on 26 Feb with information that your mnp application received & successfully process than after I called to customer care many times in 198 & 333 & also send email requesting exact date & time of transfer from cdma to gsm.
Before 2 days, I received call from 0141xxxxxx saying that you will be transfer today from CDMA to GSM.
But nothing happened, than today I called again customer care, they reply with a new answer that your MNP application received today & it will be transfer within 7 days. I think now it will be rejected because port will expire on 9 feb. & if waiting for 7 days than result will be null & void or we can say it will be zero.
Reliance network is not ready for MNP. It's my personal & practical experience.
Now I am posting here. Within 24 hours, I will receive call from RELIANCE CARE that your complain received & we are working on that & You will be transfer to GSM with very sort period of time.
Same answer I received before 7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0 days.
One recorded answer by each & every executive.
In Free Helpline number[protected] – 3333 (toll free), no executive there to reply. Only they are taking interested numbers who wish to join RELIANCE network.
Actually no helpline there which will provide you any information
It leads me to believe that it was my mistake to give MNP transfer application from CDMA TO GSM for same network in RELIANCE.
