With due respect i beg to say that my mobile number [protected] has subscribed the subscription service providedby wap.mauj.com and its charges Rs 5 per day .so i am requesting to you to unsubscribe me from this service as soon as possible.
I have called a lot to your customer care but they haven satisfied me...i have also visited ur outlet for same but got same result..
I think u have a worst customer care i have been ever seen... they do not have manners to talk with their customers.. i think your customer care only have one single answer "Sir, our system is down so cant provide u details".. So if possible please take my sincere consideration and give me a feedback as soon as possible..or else i have to terminate my connection...

They are deducting money for Value Added Service which I have not subscribed. They are doing this type of cheating with many people.

I have received bulk of message (75-100) within 30 minutes containing abusive and vulgar words on 1-1-2011 from no 51234 which belongs to Reliance Gsm of which i am subscriber.

Reliance Communications — injustice done to a common man by reliance

This reliance company is doing injustice to a common man. How can a common man bear with this company ? They themselves activate any service (like caller tunes etc.)
and cut our useful money earned by lots of hard work.
Please look into the matter. I would be very obliged if the concerned authorities will look into the matter.

Reliance Communications — Who will stop Illegal balance deduction from account.

My self Rajesh Nakhate . I was purchase the reliance sim 6 months ago from a shop. Which is placed in wardha. City. Then i will used regelary then after some months my balnce is suddenly dudcuted from the account is 34 . Then i will make call to customer care then this call center member told ur balance is refunded and he had given me a reference number: [protected]. and one message is came ur requist is solved in two days. Then i will wait from 12/12/10 to todays date but untill the money is not refunded. And when i made a call after two days then call center boys his name is “ SANEE” told me u have late for this .. so who will give me back the money..

I have Reliance Gsm no [protected]....

on 1-1-2011 i called customer care nd asked for latest pack for reducing local call rate and he said u can activate pack of Rs 21 nd local call rate will be 1 paise per 2 second ...nd i activate the same but call rate as per committed not provided...si i immediately made complaint to Reliance on 1-1-2011 with no[protected] which were closed on[protected] without solution ...when i called the customer care 2-3 times they said the pack was wrongly provided to u as it is not available in ludhiana district...wat was my fault...if it was not available when inform to me....and co not provided service as per said and not even provided rs 21 back in main balance.. so i juct want my Rs 21 back in main balance if pack is not available .....i hv just to say this was disaster experience on 1 day of new year......

Reliance Communications — without permission activate services and deduct charges

Respected Sir,
I am currently using reliance GSM Prepaid service with [protected] number. I don't understand how this service provider activate value added services on its on and deduct the charges and later on continuously renewing it and deducting the charges. I have suffered with same problem when I was using the same services at Chennai with different number.
Firstly, on 27 Dec 10 at 14:25 hrs i received sms from number 51234 stating that CRBT services has been renewed at Rs. 30 for a period of 30 days and to unsubscribe it i should call on a toll free number 155223. i never subscribed for any such service later on when i dialed this toll free number my Rs. 6 was deducted. When i projected this problem to their so called efficient customer care (Javed form reliance) he made me hold line for long time and didn't turned up. When i again called customer care they gave me complaint number SR[protected] and assured me my money will be refunded in 48 hrs. however on 28 Dec 10 at 17:28 hrs i received message that i have not been charged for any VAS pack, which is absolutely false. On 27 Dec 10 only i received another message that Mirchi mobile service has been renewed and i have been charged Rs 10 for 7 days. For this also i never subscribed for. Again today i.e on 03 Jan 11 at 16:15 hrs i again received a sms from 59900210 stating that my Mirchi Mobile service has been renewed charging Rs 10 for another 7 days. sir first of all i neither subscribed for any such service and nor used these service. To my surprise when i saw in complaint forum, i found similar problems were there. I request you to look into the matter so that comman peoples hard earn money is not rob off by these companies. please guide me how can i take the company to consumer court. Kamal

Reliance Communications — Deduction for Unwanted Services without approval

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a reliance GSM user done a recharge of 100 rupees yesterday around 9.00 PM got a main balance of 87.66 rupees, when i checked the the main balance in morning there was a deduction of 19 rupees for 1 paisa per call & my main balance was reduced to 68 rupees then i felt ok as the service must be aumated for deduction & around 2.00 PM when i checked my balance again there was deduction of 29 rupees this time i have not received any message for the deduction then why there is deduction & i even tried to contact the call centre with bearing an expences of .50 paisa for 3 mins for speaking to customers care I spoke to Mr Zahir from mumbai at the call desk & he replied as the server is down you need to call agains after 30 mins to know the details.

I have not activated any value added services so why there is deduction of 29 rupees,request you please check & let me know why my 29 rupees was deducted.

sir, my name is vijay srivastava using reliance gsm services mobile no [protected] they have deducted 30 rupees from my balance by saying that i have subscribed this service by using rworld but i have'nt used rworld and also my handset is not compatible for gprs services same problem was occured in past also but at time they have waived my balance but this time they are not writing my complained.so, please solve my problem and credit the balance in my account. Reliance Prepaid GSM Mobile — they are not closing my caller tune

I am based at Delhi-NCR area in Vaishali and regular customer of Reliance Prepaid GSM from last one year. after several requests the reliance is not deactivating my caller tune service and regularly deducting the amount charges. Please Help.

Reliance — unauthorized balance cutting

My balance is being taken by reliance since i recharged with rs 555 with full talktime of 555.on[protected].
I have'nt talked more that 200 minutes(including roaming) from 15th dec till today[protected] on the maxinmum side which should hv cost me Rs100. But on the contrary when i checked my balance today its 354.49 which is 200 rs less. When I called up in reliance they said its because of 3 services being subscribed to you without your concern.And it costed me 30rs each.Means total of 90 rs. has been deducted without any reason.Reliance customer support is saying that by default these are services which we give to our customers and charge them accrdly.

Now am I bound to loose my balance like dat even when I have not subscribed for any service in my whole life time period.Well atleast thats what I'm being told by the customer support.So with least of hopes I'm expecting some action to be taken against the company and thats why I am trying consumer forum for the first time in my life to know how effective this forum is. Hope,this forum won't let me down with my trust.

Reliance Communications — Non-Responsiveness to Repeated Complaints

Reliance Communications — reliance mobile very bad service please do not get it

I was 4 connections of reliance mobile connection but every month they cut my balance intentionally. I do not activate any services, but they automatically activated that and told me from the customer care "you activated that". every month I was losing my money. Now I am change my reliance mobile connections to others providers.
Do not get trap. please please do not take reliance mobile connection or you will faced the same problem and losing your lot of money.

I want to lodge complaint against Reliance Mobile for charging Rs. 30 each week. Everytime I call customer care for reasons for such deduction, they tell us that I have activated Voice Mail Services, FM Services, Miiti Ke Rang Offer etc. nonsense things. Reliance Communications — harrasment,high billing ,threats

In April 2010, I bought a CDMA Reliance netconnect
[protected] in my husband Mr.Tapan Gupta 's name from Reliance world at Bistupur Jamshedpur. At that time I was
offered one month’s free unlimited usage for a month (for buying the
modem for aboutRs 1700.00). After that I changed my scheme to the 400 plus limited usage.,at Reliance world at Bistupur Jamshedpur. I paid my bills on time which I had to go check out as I never got the bills sent to me.
Later on about July, I asked for the unlimited scheme back as my usage
was high, for which I was offered a scheme of Rs 699. About a fortnight
later I went to check my bill and realized that my connection had not
been updated, which meant a higher bill than my expectation. Once
again I approached the staff of Reliance who assured me that I could
get unlimited service for the Rs.799 pack and the 699 had been a
mistake on their part. I paid my residue bills in july, so that my connection
would continue. At that time, they updated the computer in front of me
and assured me that I would get the unlimited scheme but refused to
give me any written assurance about my scheme even after repeated
appeals. Since then I have approached them at least 5 to 6 times to
check my update only to find that my problem has not been sorted out.
Despite repeated assurances by the staff and also by phone from the
accounts section in Golmuri, I have been sent bills amounting to
Rs.4,000 plus which I have refused to pay until the trouble is sorted
out. This I have done as I had cleared a sum of Rs.1000 on 5th of
August after being assured of a solution but the situation remained
the same. So paying has not solved the problem, on the other hand I am being billed even after the connection has been cut off... Instead every time I
was given some long tale about a bill date,etc.etc…When I asked for a written proof of the scheme that I have been ensured against I did not get in in written only by verbal information..I wanted a settlement to end my connection but was refused. I have been asking repeatedly for a reconciliation which is still pending.
In month of september also the same thing has happened. I wish to have
this problem solved. It is surely not expected that a company like
Reliance should trick its customers by technical jargon so as to run
up large bills.
This keeps happening inspite of having an unlimited scheme. My bill date is11.th of every month. I havent paid any thing since 5.8.2010 when i paid 1000.00. They keep on saying it has been waived but nothing is in written. Sending you the msgs i got. This is an Example

Other than this type of mails no other written document is provided. All dues in accordance with unlimited scheme have been cleared by me. But I should not be asked to pay for the technical faults of the reliance staff. Can a big company like reliance have stooped so low as to cheat its ordinary customers for home use of the net?

Dt.06.01.2011..........Now I am being harassed by telephonic calls from Delhi Patiala court to appear in court and pay fines.A Mr Alok Gupta who has filed the case has treatened me that unless I pay fine I shall be prosecuted. It is not my fault that the company wants bills payed without providing documents of proof which shows my usage. and scheme. I have not used the connection since September 2010 when this dispute arose. This shows that I had no intention of any Fraud while the company has not even tried to send me any written settlements offer :only asked for money over the telephone. Above all I have already paid Rs.1700.00 For the modem which is now useless to me. In a course of 5 months time I have paid all amount of bills for my unlimited usage scheme to a company which is not ready to give commitment to its customers.
