sir,
My mobile no is [protected] of reliance GSM. I have two complaints.
1. the reliance comm. has introduced astrology service in my mobile without my consent. this is the second time that this has happened.
2. the connection is so poor that i cannot even communicate to the customer care. when ever i try to call it says network busy.

I had lost Rs 30 last time, i don't want to lose any more. please help.
oh no... i lost my Rs 30... these guys charged me for nothing again...

Reliance Communications — Recharge amount not received

I have purchaed Reliance GSM connection from Reliance world,Naupada Thane and on their advise i opted for re charge option of 61 against talktime of 51 rs. the same was not received after the activation of connection.They promised me that the amount will be credited within 48 hours. I waited for a week. still there was no credit of the recharge amount. after enquiry , they told me that , they will immediatly do the needfull, and today even after completion of one month, the amount is not credited. so painful to see the brands like reliance looting people and cheating .im forced to write after following up for one month for 51 rs of currecny...same on reliance world thane staff , so irresponsible..and horrible service..

Hello.
This is Tamoghna Mishra. My mobile no. is [protected]. I had been charged Rs 30 for astrology service, which i did not activate. when i called the customer care executive (after many trial i got through), the executive told me that I had activated the service and that i am responsible for this mess. More over i have many more services activated in my no, which currently i am unaware of. when i asked what are those and to stop these, i was replied that " aap information lene ke bahane time pass kar rahe ho"
is this the way the customer is treated in reliance?
to mention to the reliance executives the customer lodges a complaint only when he faces a problem, secondly we don't have the time to waste behind your executives.
so train your executives to talk to the customers properly. and if you can not handle this then rather stop your telecom services.

what the hell do you think your customers are?
it is because o[censored]s that your telecom service is surviving and is this the attitude that you show to your customers.
I want all these services that you activate on your whims and fancies to be stopped right now. and i want a penalty on these type of responses that we get to hear.

I'm Hareram singh.I have a relince GSM sim([protected]).Balance was deducted with 10 Rs On 22nd dec 2010 without any information.when i recharge with 20 rs,company replied that "YOUR INTIANL BALANCE IN NEGATIVE" that's why balance is deducted.when i contacted customer care,they talk with very rudely.After some time i again contacted customer care over phone,one of the respondent said that "this is our mistake" within 3 hours you get back your balance & within 48 hours you will get deactivation notice by company.He gave me request number i.e.[protected].but still i haven't get my balance.Today(23rd dec 2010) i again to customer care then he said that you will not get the balance. It is not the money part (Rs.10) but the attitude and sensitivity towards the customer from the staff. It is only in interest of public awareness i am sharing my experience with big telecom company like this. Please be aware next time when your subscriber cut unauthorized charges.

and after asking about the reson behind that they misguide me and tell that you have started a service due to which your balance is reduced.

Reliance Communications — Harassment by collection officers

One of the Reliance sales executives had come to sell a connection to my father.My father had applied for the same in GSM on my grandfather's name and had even paid Rs.250 for activation.A month later the gentleman comes with the alloted number in CDMA and not GSM because of which I refused to accept the card and asked him to deactivate the same or replace it for me..The sales officer did not either of the things I told him too instead started using the connection himself with the bill coming to me.When I refused to pay up I kept getting calls from the collection officers..after which I spoke to one of the head's at the BKC office who put that particular sales officer on conference and warned him to pay up assuring me that everything would be taken care off and that it isnt my fault and i shouldnt worry..these words remained words but without substance..I get another bill the next month with the number still being active and constant harassment calls by the collection officers..one of them even dropped over at home and insisted on us paying up else warned us of dire consequences at the consumer court and made my father speak to another head at bkc who was of the same view..when my father tried telling discussing the situation they refused to accept the fault of their company and insisted that since it was on our name we have to pay for the usage... irrespective of whoever is using it and claimed that it isnt the companies fault..what i don't understand is that when sumone comes to our door we do not entertain them for who they are but because they are representatives of so and so company..then how can the company refuse to take responsibility of the action of their staff.also they said the connection will only get cancelled once we give it in written and that the two fifty rupees we paid will be used to issue us a gsm...it just shows Mr.Anil's ( the first officer who i spoke to) words held no value in the eyes of the other officer at their bkc office..who apparently were at the same position...their constant insistence forced me to get involved and give the collection officer good...and ask him to do whatever he wants..upon getting an arrogant person to deal with he finally accepted the companies fault and showed wonderment at the attitude of the company towards the situation and complete empathy towards us...and went away...Am writing this complaint so that the senior most people learn to become more responsible and take responsibility of the action of their staff and STOP HARRASING INNOCENT CONSUMERS...
This complaint has been written by me Shweta on behalf of my father Mr.Harish..since I was writing it on his behal[censored]sed I at many places but realized that the complain will go to the company on my name since my email id has been provided..The person who was in touch with the officers and who spoke to Mr.Anil and was duped by the sales executive was my father.I got involved in the very in the entire drama at the very end...so everywhere in this article the "I" refers to my father except for in the end..."the arrogant person" refers to myself..thank u...felt the need to clear this so that when the complaint is looked into the concerned people will be able recall my father's name..

i have recived message 2 days back that my" MCA is going to renewed if you want to unsbcribe than unscubcribe it " although i have no knowledge that MCA SERVICE is activated on my no . i unscribed the MCA SERVICE . BUT comany renwed the service & charged me . on contacting the custmor care their representative Mr VIKAS told me that your money can not be refunded . i said give me the reference no of the call which i have made . He says to me that you can take at your own he will not give it to me & do whatever i want . my no is [protected] .

Reliance Communications — Deduction of Balance Unreasonably

My no. is [protected]. I am using this number for last 4 years. Just 1 month back i complained and registered strong protest against wrongfully deducting Rs. 50. They confirmed and assured me by calling. But after 15 days nothing happened and again i complained at CONSUMER FORUM and their CUSTOMER CARE E-MAIL. Nothing changed.

To my amazement today also this happened again. I am helpless against this hopeless people. They wrongfully subscribe the crap material and even do not have a management to solve such complaints. I think RELIANCE is competing for Worst service provider in the circle. Its name stands for loyalty and see what these people are offering and performing.

Please offer assistance in this case.
