Reliance Communications — Fraud took away money and did not process it

Dear Sir,

the complaint is regarding reliance communication infrastructure limited. they took rs. 1600 from my against my full nd final payment towards a broadband connection which they have not submitted into the account and it has been more then 12 days today.

on calling their number the lady who talked to me is missing and they are not doing anything about it. my broadband connection is still not operational and whenever i call them they say that i will receive a call which i havent received till today. i have the payment receipt and the customer account settlement form with me.

the details about the connection is

Reliance Communications — Not closing the connection and Harassing on phone

Hi,

I have taken a reliance connection#[protected] a year back. Due to untilization and poor service from reliance of this mobile phone I went to reliance web world to close this connection on 27/11/2010. I have paid the entire billed amount and told them to close the account. They told me that I will recieve a cal within the next 48Hrs to confirm your closing. Case ID registered is[protected]. When after a long gap I haven't recieved any call from reliance I called up there custome care and let them know about all the process of closing which I went through. They told me that there is still some pending amount of 250Rs showing on my account which I need to pay. But this amount has been waived off through a coupon I got whenI have taken this connection by the reliance web world. When I have let them know about this they told me that I will get a call from reliance web world within 24hrs. My communication ID is [protected].
Now for the past 30 days me and my old father is getting threatning call from Reliance not even on my reliance number but also on my Airtel number as well. Due to this I am not able to concentrate on my work and getting tensed as well whenever I talk to the lady on the otherside. On my last communication I have even told them that I will pay the amount for which I have utilized it but I am not going to pay the rental from the time my last bill has been generated after putting my closing request. But in spite of that they keep on using absurd words.
I do not want to bow my head against this descripancy. So please take some stringe action against all these wrong doing.

I, Shekh Asif an reliance customer. My mobile no. [protected]. I have recharged my cell by Rs. 50 & on the very next day they have cut my balance of 30 & also told that They told i registered your complaint and i will return your money with in two days. After two days I called then they reply we will not give your money back and said you have activated MVDO from R-World facility to own. But in fact we have not even activated this facility and they deducted my money in every month and every month I complaint to reliance communication. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND THEY RETURN MY DEDUCTED MONEY.
Sir I was complaint against Reliance Communication so far.
They are not ready to do anything. when i asked to talk...

I HAVE TOTALLY FEED UP TO RELIANCE COMMUNICATION
Reliance is the worst service which i have ever seen. They deduct without the customer knowledge and say the customer has activated the service. Dont ever take reliance connection.

Dear Sir,

I was a subscriber to your Reliance Communications bearing Mobile No.[protected]. Since getting mobile connection from your Company, I am residing at 179 Bn CRPF, Town Hall, Sopore, Baramulla (J&K). As per your No. REL-B-2, date 08/12/2010 and 04/01/2011, a sum of Rs. 212.54 is being shown pending against me. Before making payment of same, I wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts

i) A sum of Rs. 250/- have been deposited as Security Money vide Receipt No. 08-09/SNR[protected] dated 2/11/09.
ii) Monthly Telephone bills have been cleared by me from time to time and last payment for Rs.500/- was made during the month of June/2010 through easy recharge.
iii) No telecommunication services were provided after 27/06/2010 in the area of Sopore, Distt : Baramulla (J&K) by your Company.
iv) Though Telecommunication services have been provided from August/2010 but my Mobile No. [protected] has been barred for which I could not utilize your services.
v) Moreover, I never received any telephone bill/communication from your Company since June, 2010.

In view of above, please provide me call details for the month of June (i.e. upto 27/6/2010) for further necessary action .my mail ID – [protected]@gmail.com.
It should not be done in part of company where no services provided by the company not charge should be recovered from consumer.

I am using reliance GSM since last 7 months, last 10 days(from 5 Jan 2011) my balance is deducting in every 2 days and reaches some negative figure..I used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me they have disactive my all service..some days later again my balance deduct. again I tried to complain but every time all routes are busy of the reliance gsm complaint number i.e.198. thus they have continues to deduct my balance. without any clue.. I am now totally helpless and now I am complaining agaist this and will soon file a case against this as well.. even i will not use this no in future..any one can help me out

Reliance Communications — For Wrong Deduction of money from Reliance Communication

Dear Sir / Mam

I am using reliance GSM prepaid connection (+91-[protected]). For last two months I was using GPRS pack of Rs. 51. The problem is that they renew my pack after 15 days without my permission while I dont want to activate and deduct money from my account. Today I again completed the duration of my GPRS pack. Yesterday I had already called to the customer care and I spoke to the NARESH and put a request to unsubscribe my GPRS pack and he told me that your GPRS pack is successfully unsubscribed. I also put an SMS to unsubscribe my GPRS pack at yesterday night and got the confirmation sms from their side. But today They again renewed my GPRS pack and deduct Rs. 51 from my account. Today I again spoke to the customer care with Dinesh, Krishna and some another person and they told me that I had put a request for activation today at 10:00 am, but this is wrong. I asked them to refund my amount but they told me that they will not refund the money to me.

So this a humble request to you to please kindly do something for me.

Id no: [protected] we had notified to Reliance broadband about the genuine problem that we were facing with respect to account being misused, which was overlooked by them and the bill of hyped amount was sent to us.I still kept paying thinking that the problem might be resolved and they will refund the money after recovering the problem, but the excess bill continued, i have been fighting about the same and being an old customer had expected that they will bring a solution but instead they have made a call saying that we are the advocate and kindly deposit the amount which is 3 times the hyped amount that they were charging to me. What to do and where to go for this matter

my internet was not working so i complaint against it on 19th november, they didn't send any vendor although i complaint for atleast 25 times or more then finally i contacted the person mr. manish from reliance he told me the pole of janki nagar has been removed because of some government issue and we will send d vendor soon at ur home, after some days they called me for bill clearance i told them i paid the bill on 16th only n my net is not working from 19th so first send the vendor or else u already have 550 bucks in advance so else return me so they told me no mam v'll check it soon nw today they called me again n saying to clear the bills due although i have nt used net infact its not in wrkng condition so y i should pay any bill. now they are forcing me to pay or harassing me saying it will be problematic for me if it will go legal

Reliance Prepaid Wireless Phone — Debit of VAS Charges without My Authorisation

As a holder of Reliance pre-paid wireless phone no [protected], I have been renewing my monthly payments of Rs 100-200 under various schemes for the last about 4 months based on sms alerts received to the effect that my account balance has become negative. As I have not made much phone calls to warrant the above negative balance, on becoming suspicious, I took up the matter with Reliance customer care on phone and they gave evasive replies to the effect that the supervisor concerned who alone can reply to my query was out of the office and can be contacted later. On contacting later, I have never been able to get to the official on phone. Hence I was obliged to send my complaint by email to the Reliance customer care email id.

In the correspondence with them, Reliance is totally denying the fact that they have been debiting me charges for VAS packs for which I have never given my authorisation or consent. Even this denial is after I confronted them by asking when my consent alone is required which was not given what relevance has Reliance's authorisation in the matter when they earlier irrelevantly mentioned that the consent for such debit was not given by them.

As this is a clear case of fraud on the part of Reliance to overcharge me and get away with the past debited charges of nearly Rs 500-600, I request TDSAT to examine my complaint to/dispute with Reliance and order Reliance to show all their records to establish on whose authority or consent they have debited me the charges and if this is not with my consent as I do confirm, order refund of the entire charges wrongly debited to me, for which I will ever be grateful.

Reliance Communications — AUTO ACTIVATION OF PACK

MY NO IS [protected], THIS SECOND COMPLAINT ON THE SAME TYPE OF ISSUE WITHIN IN 5 DAYS. LAST IS NOT RESOLVED, ONCE MORE THEY REPEATED THE SAME.

TODAY "JOBSOnPHONE " SERVICE ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER WITH OUT MY CONSENT. LUCKILY TODAY 28/01/11 I CHECKED MY BALANCE AT 19:47 I COME TO KNOW THAT Rs30 DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. IMMEDIATELY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, HE TOLD THAT THE PLAN WAS ACTIVATED THROUGH TELE CALLER AT 05:23 PM. I STOPPED SERVICE ASKED FOR THE WAIVER. THEY WAVED IMMEDIATELY.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE CALLS I RECEIVED ON 28/01/11 OTHER THAN MY PERSONAL CALLS

NOW I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE PLANS ARE ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY ON MY NUMBER EVEN AFTER A COMPLAINT. IF I DONT CHECK MY BALANCE IN TIME, THEY DONT WAIVE MY MONEY.

WHO IS CULPRIT HERE?
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ?
WHEN IT WILL BE STOPPED?
SO MANY IN THE COUNTRY ARE SUFFERERS LIKE ME?
IS THE WAY U ADOP[TED TO GET PROFIT?

Reliance prepaid GSM service provider — cheating by directly activating caller tune from gsm prepaid without activating and directly cutting money Rs.60/-

Dear Sir,

This regards to the Reliance prepaid service provider would like to make an compliant for unnecessary, automatically activating caller tune in my mobile No. [protected], (GSM, Prepaid card) for around Rs.60/- (i.e. 19TH January’ 11 & 23 rd January’ 11) even though i have not activated for the caller tune and then after I had an talk with one of your Customer care executive for the reason why it was deducted from my account i.e. on 19/12/2009 , 8.15am and also requested him that in future I don’t want any such caller tune to be activated from your side and also I will never activate caller tune from my mobile but once again in the month of January 23 ,2010 it was deducted from my mobile saying that I had activated the caller tune which I had not activated from my side.

So I request you to kindly reimbursed the amount of Rs 60 against caller tune which was deducted from my mobile .

Reliance Communications — Blocking of Mobile Number portability.

Dear sirs
I am a subscriber with a mobile number: [protected].
I had applied for MNP on the 21 jan with a unique porting code number: REDZN26E. and had applied for transfer to Airtel.
About 7 days later on the 29th Jan i got a message from 1901: Request Rejected by Donor due to: There are subsistingcontractual obligations from the subscriber Agreement." and the request for transfer is rejected.

I am shocked as to how casually the total MNP is written off the the entire process of transfer is cancelled.
This is the truth of the MNP at the ground level and i would request you to kindly take some proper action so that this facility is not made a dirty joke.

Pls take appropriate action on the same.
