Hi,I have recharged my mobile ([protected]) of rupees 85/- dated on 10/january/2011 time- at about 13:15 Hrs. (near about time) but could not receive the amount yet.
But when i contacted to customer care then these people told me that we don't have any recharge facility of 85/- rupees then, i told them to considerd this amount into 50+30 rupees on the place of 85/- rupees. Then these people declined for this.
Now I am in trouble because of these people on this.

I am using reliance postpaid GSM . Few days I was keep getting News SMS and Health related SMS.When I had inquired customer care and told them to deactivate the Packages. The concern person said we have put the request and you will confirmation message in 3 hours. I havent received any message nor the packs deactivated. There portal is not working properly. Sent email to customer care but they said pack was activated by me and we cant wavier the charges. What the hell is this if I havent activated the packs who else? Reliance thinks common man is biggest Fool. I request please do not Purchase any Reliance Mobile or Cards.

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.
When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.
Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

DEAR SIR, MADAM
MY TEL NO IS[protected]. I AM A PREPAID (RECENTLY MIGRATED FROM POST PAID TO PREPAID) CUSTOMER SINCE THE LAUNCH OF YOUR SERVICE.
DURING LAST 2 MONTHS, SEVERAL SERVICES HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED BY YOU ON MY NO. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION, LIKE RELIANCE VAS, CAUSING FAST DEPLETION OF MY ACCOUNT BALANCE. THIS WAS KNOWN TO ME ONLY AFTER I ENQUIRED AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO 198 TODAY i.e. 6.1.11, THE REASON FOR MY FAST DEPLETING ACCOUNT BALANCE.
ONLY SERVICE I HAVE ACTIVATED FEW DAYS BACK IS SMS 1 PAISE PACK. LAST RECORDS OF SEVERAL YEARS WILL TELLYOU THAT NO ADDED SERVICES HAVE EVER BEEN ACTIVATED ON THIS NO.
WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE AT 198 TODAY (6.1.11), THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES MR BEANT, MRNEERAJ, ETC SHOWED THERE INABILITY TO LODGE MY COMPLAINT AND REVERSE THE CHARGES DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS . THEY HOWEVER DEACTIVATED THE SERVICES AND ASKED ME TO MAKE FRESH COMPLAINT AFTER SOME TIME. WHEN I APPROACHED THE HELPLINE AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME, AFTER DEACTIVATION OF SERVICES , THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER TOLD ME THAT NO FURTHER COMPLAINT CAN BE LODGED AS SERVICES HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND HARRASMENT.
KINDLY TAKE URGENT ACTION, REVERSE THE CHARGES AND INFORM ME ON MY MOBILE. DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY CHARGEABLE SERVICES IN FUTURE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT.

You have given a very irresponsible, illogical and indifferent response to my email regarding my complaint. Neither you have investigated my case nor you given assurance for the same. You have failed to provide even bare minimum relief to me by reversing the charges towards activation of several paid services on my phone without my request and permission. Kindly urgently provide me the details regarding the following.
1. Which paid services were activated on my number, since when, and at what price?
2. What procedure did you follow to activate paid services on my phone?
3. Give me the proof of my permission and request to activate the paid services on my phone. (Except sms pack requested by me).
4. Why the customer care failed to provide me detailed information on the above matter on pretext of their system not working?
5. Why the customer care failed to provide me even with a complaint number even if system was not working.
6. Why no waiver will be provided since the dispute is beyond 3 days as per your reply statement through e mail when fault is entirely yours:
a. You have committed first mistake by siphoning off the hard earned customer money by activating the services not asked for,
b.Second mistake by not registering the complaint on customer care,
c.third mistake by not investigating the matter and
d.fourth mistake by taking one sided, irresponsible, illogical decision at your end.
7. Why several personal information are being sought which is already submitted to you reliance web world office at Saket. That shows that your company is unprofessional in maintaining customer records.
8.Why several information pertaining to my account recharge and balance are being sought when this information was requested by me from you.
9.Why there is a need for alternate no to talk to me when my reliance phone and your own reliance network is functional. You can talk to me any time as per your convenience.
My other complaints are:
• When I gave request for migration from post paid to prepaid few months back, I was harassed time and again by customer care officials on phone trying to persuade me to remain a post paid customer for obvious financial reasons. My migration was delayed by several days.
• Once I have migrated to prepaid, now I am facing malpractices in form of inappropriate activation of paid services. I also get recorded calls often, asking me to recharge immediately by at least Rs 200 to continue services avoid disconnection, when already I have recharged my account by Rs 200 and Rs 500 approximately since I have migrated to prepaid.
Train of events
My account balance was 477.33 on 8.12.10 at 9.47 AM as per information from 55333.
My account balance was 269.83 on 2.1.11 at 10.25 AM as per information from 3600
SMS 1P was activated on my phone on 2.1.11 o my request as per information from 52811.
My account balance was 209.38 on 4.1.11 at 6.14 PM as per information from 55333.
• I enquired repeatedly from customer care on 6.1.11, about the reason for fast depleting account balance not consistent with my usage. The customer care representatives Mr. Beant, Mr. Neeraj, etc gave me no satisfactory answers on the pretext of malfunctioning of their system.
• Ultimately after repeated request to look into the matter Mr. Neeraj told me that 4-5 paid services have been activated on my number.
• He failed to give any more details regarding the date of activation, and on whose request and permission they were activated.
• He also showed his inability to register my complaint regarding inappropriate activation of paid services on my phone number without my permission, and my request for reversal of charges due to malfunction of their system. He also did not provide me with any complaint no. for reference and follow up
• He however offered me to deactivate all the paid services on my phone except sms pack (which was activated on my request) and further asked me to contact after some time when he will be in a better position to register my complaint for enquiry into the case and reversal of charges.
• The services reliance VAS pack unsubscribed on 6.1.11 at 9.50 AM as per information from 51234101.
• The jobs on phone services and Mera caller tune unsubscribed on 6.1.11 at 5.40 PM as per information from 56694111.
What I want
1 Urgent deactivation of all paid services on my phone except sms pack.
2.Providing details on all the matter asked above.
3.Immediate reversal of charges.
4.Transparent enquiry in to my case and information on actions taken by you.

Kindly note again I have not given a request for activation of any service other than sms pack. Even after my request as per information provided by you, the AltJobs service is still active for no reason. Kindly deactivate it immediately.
I am unable to understand why you are unable to process my request for the proof of activation and date and time of activation.
Even if as claimed by you the services were activated by TELE - Telecalling / IVR - Interactive Voice Response / OBD - Outbound Dialler , why no sms regarding the activation of the services were sent to me for my information.
Kindly provide me with the recorded conversation as a proof for my consent for activation of services by - Telecalling / IVR - Interactive Voice Response / OBD - Outbound Dialler .
Kindly maintain transparency in dealing with your customers and providing full information askted from you. You are as much legally bound to provide information to your customers as we are .
Expedite the process and give me justice.
I will appreciate if you take up my particular case as a basis of improving your services, maintaining transparency, and guidelines for training of customer care personnel.
Enrolling customers for services not asked for, amounts to cheating, and is illegal. It may attract heavy penalty against the telecom provider. In this era of stiff competition earning revenue through unfair means will be counter productive and will result in loss of customer base in long run.

I request all the customers not to go for Reliance GSM/CDMA service. They are fraud.As I have taken a connection of reliance pre paid conection by submiting the ration card as a identity nd residence proof to direct reliance web world where i have also taken the original ration card for varification(which is not mandatory). Then they have me sim card with the number [protected].Later after 10 days all of a sudden they have barred all my service when I spoke to the reliance customer care representative they said that due to non submission of documents they have barred my services when we had a argument with the CSR they are directly balming me .So I wanted to say that the person who is working in Reliance web world are blind or what they are...If I had not submited the document or problem with the ration card then how did they provided me the sim card.And this thing happend with me thrice.When ever I go for a new sim card many times I have broked the sim and thrown the sim in reliance web word..Here its dosent end many times they deduct the amount twice a month from the main balance for sms pack or in any other value added services.And while sending and receiving a msg there is big headache never I receive a msgs on time and never I can send msg at first attempt..Many times I have given a complaint to CSE but no action has been taken to my mobile number [protected]. And for the post paid connection I am facing the same problem as there wish they send me the ussage bill; many time I have warn them if its continues the same I will not going to pay the bill and they continued the same. Dear Sir,Its almost been 6 months i am the customer of reliance telecommunication. When ever i recharge my mobile with balance more than Rs.30 they start deducting my account and when i call the custmer care for an answer they always have a patent dialouge that our system is not working call after 6 hours. Yesterday i recharged for Mobile net service they deducted my account with Rs. 51 and today in the morning i got the other message that Rs. 51 has been deducted for the same service. When i called up the customer care for the reason they are back with there patent dialouge system are down call after 6 hours.
MY EXPECTATION IS:-
1) Refund all the money they have deducted from my account.
2) For my mental distubance they have compensate me with Rs.100000
3) They should stop this auto renewal system and only acctivate the service when there is written approval from the customer
4) They should have some good system so that there customer care is updated.

Reliance Communications — Fake promises resulting to monetary loss and harrasment
Hi Sir,I purchased a reliance data card (m.d.n. [protected]) from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd on 11.11.2010.
I was attended by their representative Mr Rohit who promised me the following plan:
1. I need to pay Rs 450/ per month as my rental (postpaid) plan with 1st month free that is I am not required to pay any amount for the 1st month. Bill will be raised only from the 2nd month. I had double checked this scheme with him by saying that no such scheme is reflected in the reliance website. To this he told me that this scheme was only declared after mid night (11.11.10) and hence website is not yet updated.

3. Free stay for 2 nights and 3 days in Goa with 1 year validity. Details of same would be mailed to me as soon as my card gets activated.
I confirmed this plan with reliance customer care executive Mr Ashish who told that

2. downloading would be limited to 20GB.
I let go the issue as my usage would not exceed 20B. But at the same time lodged a complaint against Vriti for cheating by offering wrong plans. But as expected nothing happened. No action was taken.
Despite this bill has been raised in my name for the 1st month.
I placed a complaint in this regard with the customer care but in vain. Each time I call customer care to follow up my care I am attended by a new person. I need to repeat the entire story to him. He promise to get back to me with a solution but till date the issue has not been resolved.
I can site name of number of executives I have talked to telling me all different stories and wasted hours.
I also called the nodal office multiple times but in vain.
To add to this my line was disconnected as I did not pay my 1st month’s bill as a result of which I was not able to use the card. But despite that 2nd months bill has also been raised in my name.
I have asked to surrender my connection for they are asking me to clear my dues which I will not.
Why should I pay when I was promised not to pay?
Please help me with this.
It is really a matter of concern how we customers are being cheated by service providers.

I have reliance GSM connection and number is [protected].I recharged my this number with 100 rs and I got a call from the reliance customer care. They insisted me to activate me the various schemes but I told them I dont want any scheme but despite this they activated the super saver scheme and deduct my whole balance. When I called in customer care they talked me very rudely that we could help you out and now u cant get your balance back. I am not getting the satisfactory answer as well as my balance so I am complaining here. kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
