[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

i have reliance mobile no. [protected] under prepaid services. since last 3-4 months Five times my account got debited by 10 or 30 rs without using or subscribing for any services. i have many a times complained on 198 they told me we had call from our company & then after you have activated that service but; real fact is I don't take company's calls so, how can I subscribed that service or scheme. whenevr, I did call to customer care they put hold my call 10 to 15 minutes!

i just want justice i know it will take little time, you just solve the problem.

Reliance Communications — Major Network Problem

Dear sir,
sir iam customer of Reliance CDMA from last 2 years but iam not satisfied with reliance Network iam so much afraid with the same. I complaint to Reliance customer care several times but sorry to say there is no response from there side My main problem is Network every day the network is fail , my important call does not complete due to this.. sir pls help us and kindly do the necessary action .

Reliance Communications — unwanted deduction of money from account

Sir,
i would like to inform you that, me Mr. Bijoy Ghosh, student of MBA using a tele connection called reliance communication(smart) in Bangalore territory and my number is [protected]. today i suddenly noticed that they have deducted Rs.19 from my account which i was not aware, when i called reliance customer care to knew that what is the reason they have deducted Rs.19 from my account, they r telling i have activated a News Pack but practically i did't do anything by my self. i request them to take an complain on behalf of me but they refuse to take and finally i did't get any solution from their end. i really don't knew what to do.

Hope i can draw your kind attention on the above mention matter and definitely get some reasonable solution.

Reliance Communications — Deduction of amount by activating the plans without permission from last 3 months -total 300 + 20 + 20

My pune reliance GSM no. is [protected] from last 3 months Continuously my prepaid balce is deducted with out informing me or without my permission .my call charges around 300- 450 were deducted from my balance. And again the same thing happened on 12 /03/2011 20 rs were deducted from my balance. and again on 14/04/2011 On contacting the customer service about the sudden decrease in balance. i myself don’t know that I have took any plan for my mobile service. If any plan is activated on my mobile number please deactivate it. And refund my deducted balance because i hadn't even heard of the pack before. I didn't even receive a confirmation message on my cell regarding the activation of that pack.
It seems this has become a new harassment scheme to fleece out money from the customers through blatant and shamefully corrupt practices or through sheer incompetence and faulty bug-ridden systems.

last week some called me and said that 40 rs will be refunded from that amount the next 40 rupees added to my balance .after one days the balance went to -8 ruppes .now what should i do and where should i go for complaning about this.Is this the service these people providing .I felt reliance is a loyal company .this is not expected from them.what kind of corruption this is ?

I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.

ye same problem muje, meri mammy k cell pe, mere sabhi neighbour ko even meri puri society ko same problem hai... or kabhi b benchod customer care phone karte hoon tou unke executive bhi thik koi jawaab nahi dete or hameshaa yeh kehte hai ki hamara system update ho raha hai... lode reliance wale 1 no k madarchod or lutere hai vo sirf customer ki maa chodna jante hai jab b muje milenge mai uski maa ben ek kar dungi...

Reliance Communications — Balance deducted without any confirmation

Sir,

An amount of Rs 51 is deducted from my reliance GSM prepaid number [protected] for 'MBBP51' without subscribing for anything. The amount is deducted on 15th April, 2011. Reliance keep on deducting money like this and is doing cheating with its customers.

I got my lost balance back, refunded in my main balance. It happened only through https://www.consumercomplaints.in as my complaint was absolutely avoided by the call center.

have applied for a reliance prepaid data card in SEP 2009. At the time of delivery reliance agent brought Postpaid data card so that i refuse to accept the device. By that time an online payment of 3500/- was made to reliance. they told me that the amount will be refund to me within 1 week. after that i have waited 6 months and i have complaint to several reliance offices personally but nothing happen. finally before 3 months (Feb 2011) i register an online complaint. Due to that reliance people woke up and at the end my refund cheque was prepared. They told me it will be dispatch to bangalore reliance office as the transaction was made from bangalore. And from there it will be delivered to me. they also gave me courier tracking no[protected]Trackon Courier). according to that the cheque is already been delivered to reliance office on 31st march. After that there is no information abt refund cheque. i also went to nearest reliance web world but they don't have any information abt it. Now i am planning to file a case in consumer court regarding this.

i wish to bring to your notice that you have automatically activated caller tunes from your end on my mobile number [protected] and deducted 30 rupees from my
mobile phone ..then i recharged my account wid 50 rupees again you deducted 30 for the tone service which i never requested for...
i called the customer care and requested for the service to be terminated immediately..i got an assurance from the so called representative
again on 27/12 when i recharged my account wid 50 rupees my account got deducted by 30 rupees...
pls look into the issue n stop all this cheating to poor customers

I henceforth wish to convey the same to the senior men to stop looting the poor indian public who can just raise alarms against ppl like you who rob us of our hard earned money...

Reliance Communications — Reliance Communication - AMOUNT DEDUCTED AND UNWANTED SERVICES ACTIVATED

Hello sir,

I am a user of Reliance GSM service and using reliance GSM no. [protected]. On my number without informing me, I have many Charge making services (Cricket alert, Help services, music station etc) are activated which cost me around 40-50 Rs per day. I had complained many time to deactivated these services but still they are not deactivating my charge making unwanted services.

Once I had complained this then anyone (Mr. Pradeep) give me some number (*123*1075#) to dial to deactivate any service, but without deactivated the current service, it activated 1-more extra charge making service and show me message that Cricket Day Pass has been received and activate shortly.

Now, I am complaining to you. Sir Please take proper action against Reliance Communication so that we can get proper solution.

Thanx for the reply. My no. is [protected]. Well my Rel. no is there on the complain ([protected]).
Last month, Rs.90 was deducted from my a/c. and this month Rs30 got deducted. Both times, I didnt received any msg for activation of the services. 1st instance, there was some health tips, some internet, i dont know what all services were added without my concent. Rs.49 was refunded after talking to several supervisors. But the rest, they said..as the services were activated from my mobile, i will not receive any refund. This time again, they are saying that i activated the services. Thats amazing. I use reliance [protected] only for STD calls to my parents. With a e top of Rs.77, i am getting 20 paise/min.
That's all i need from Reliance, for the rest i use my vodafone no.
Because of this unwanted charges and the rude behaviour of cust care, i decided to stop ur services. Please stop all this nonsence, already reliance lost so many customers because of MNP. And u lost one more customer.

Reliance Communications — Irrelevant services and their charges

Hi,
I have reliance CDMA prepaid no.
In last few months i has been irritates from special services and there charges.
These services are automatically applied and some money of amount automatically deducted from my balance. Sometimes it goes to negative. and i became effortless to call someone else with negative balance.
Services are like that...
Cricket score, Movie masala, ringtone alert etc.
I have complaints so many time but no result.
This time a pack of Rs. 16 and other pack of Rs 10 has been activated.
Now tell me what i have to do.
My mobile no is [protected].
This is not for only this no its also happen with my other Ril GSM no [protected](Dehradoon).

If these thing will go similar than i have to stop all my ril no.

I am waiting for your kind support.
