my name is Sanjay sharma using reliance gsm services mobile no [protected] they have deducted 30 rupees from my balance by saying that i have subscribed this service by any pack but at time they have waived my balance but this time they are not writing my complained.so, please solve my problem and credit the balance in my account.

Dear Concern,

Yesterday i had received a call from your end that my balance reached to minimum level, so i had recharged my account with Rs. 111. And i got confirmation for the same from your end after recharge. Now today i am checking my balance, it showing zero balance. i called at your customer care for enquiring the same. Mr. Vikas at gurgaon office attended the call.
as per him the amount has been deducted because i have used certain value added services. But i am very sure that i haven't user any such services. when i asked about the detail, he failed to provide me any detail.

So its my humble request to you, kindly provide me either the credit back or the call log detail as and when i have confirmed you for the value added services.

Kindly take this on priority basis and revert me soon with details.

Reliance Communications — Deducted amount from my mobile number automatically

I am a user of reliance smart GSM since long time.My Phone no is [protected]. I have not applied for any services and also activated DND.
I have not applied for any services but they reducing amount on each day without activating anything from my side . I have been contacting the people of customer care from 15 days, but they are not taking any action against it, not solving my problem and said to me that they cannot do anything.
I know many of my friends have also same problems. Kindly register my complain, and i hope you would take a serious action against the Reliance smart GSM .
Really i m very much disappointed on this service. Kindly waiver the deducted amount ASAP.

My Number is [protected], and i am having the same problem as Gautam Said in the above Complaint. within every 10 or 12 days i am being charged Rs. 30 to 40 for the various packs. Sometimes you activate a Jobs on Pack, Callertunes, Games Pack which are totally unusual for me. Sir i am using Nokia 1600 for this Reliance Sim, and tell me where did i downloaded the games in my phone, it doesnt support games, R World and all.

Sir, Please dont make more problems for me, otherwise i have only a single way that is porting to another company, i got irritated from RELIANCE Service.

Reliance Communications — Incorrect Bill Amount

I took the connection under my companies agreed plan, but the reliance people sent me the bill with higher amount. On complaining they said they will refund it and provided me escalation ID [protected]
and took my details and confirmed me that from next month you will get the bill as per your company plant. But again next month i got the bill with higher amont. Now the people concerend is also not responding to the mails.

Reliance Communications — Activation of CRBT service without request

Hi All,

This is to add to the long list of complaints regards to Reliance Communications. A couple of months ago i received a message stating that CRBT service has been activated and Rs30 have been deducted from my account. I am pretty sure that i didn't accept or send any such request..
However I did send a message for de-activation of the service though, just to recieve a reply that i would be updated about my request soon. And there was no update thereafter.....
Thereon i made sure not have enough balance in my cell for Reliance to deduct the amount...
...However as i yesterday recharged my account....I again got the same message telling me about deduction of the amount. Tried calling up the "Customer Services" but for no good as they are always too busy...
I am finally resolving my issue by discontinuing the connection...
Hope Mr. Ambani is educated enough to read the blog and check what the [censored] is happening with his firm.....

Reliance Communications — Charged for activation of unwanted Services

Unwanted services are getting activated fo my reliance gsm prepay connection.

Have registered cimplain many times, but no response. Every time the service is deactivated but no money is refunded. I have lost more then Rs. 150 in last 1weeks time.

I am using reliance communications for mobile phone services. I want to unsubscribe form Mobile Tv services of Reliance. There is no option provided for the same. I contacted customer care several times but they did provide any solution. Instead they wrongly told that it has been unsubscribed. But again money was deducted for the Mobile Tv services. Everytime customer care person will tell different thing when contacted.

I feel strongly about it. Its like cheating the customers. I want to unsubscribe from MobileTV services and Rs. 80 to be refunded back.

my mobile [protected] is and they started unlimited music without my request on 25/5/2011 deducting Rs.3/- .again on 28/5/2011 Rs.30/- is deducted as monthly charges .on calling call centre they denied to take the complaint and refund the amount.i would like to ask the company to refund the same and stop all such practice of deducting money and showing big profit of their company by exploiting the consumers and making full of them and to boast of a very good company.

sir i have reliance gsm number [protected],i am using this number since last 5 years...for the last 1 month i am facing a severe problem in my number..error in network appeared when ever i make new call...and all message sending failed appeared in screen.

Concern to your legal notice (Ref. No. 1575, Rashmeet_NCR1) dated 23 May 2011 regarding the outstanding bill of INR 629.95 Against mobile No. [protected].

I would like to inform you that this number is ported out from RCOM to Airtel in the month of Jan 2011. And after activation of my MSISDN with Airtel i had made payment of all outstanding bills till date. Now i am continuously using the service of Airtel and paying bill for same.

It is very strange that after date of the MNP activation /ported out date how RCOM can raise the bill against this MSISDN. Kindly look into this matter at your end and fill the gap in the process of MNP.

Reliance Communications — Unwanted subscription of service packs

I have been using Reliance (GSM no. [protected] & CDMA no. [protected]) since November 2010, but my experience with Reliance is very horrible. They know very well how to deduct balance by activating some sort of service every now and then without the consent of the customer. It is very surprising that such a reputed company can do such a cheap act. So many times it has happened that my balance is reduced automatically. First two, three times i ignored but later on it became as a habit for them to activate some kind of service in my both, the above mentioned, nos. Their customer care executive says that by mistake some key would have been pressed on my mobile,How it is possible because i use touch screen mobile, moreover my CDMA no. is always at home, which i rarely use, who will press the button then, and why does it happen every month? Do i intentionally press some button at the end of the month to subscribe the same stupid service again? Poor fellows don't know how to do the business and keep the cutomers happy.
