Reliance Communications — One Year Has Passed, My Land Phone is Yet To Be Activated

On 19-12-09 I booked one pre-paid Broadnet connection along with a pre-paid land phone connection. I deposited RS 1000 to the local Reliance Franchisee, TARA MAA COMMUNICATION, 3/1 N N Mukherji Road, Ranaghat, Nadia, WB, 741201. I was given the Net connexion in the Second week of January 2010. But the phone line was installed in the 2nd week of June, 2010. Since the phone installation day to till date the phone service was never activated. I wrote/phoned a good number of times to the Relaiance customer care but without any desired results. I visited number of times to the local franchisee office but the result is nil.
Please do something as my phone becomes working one (I am recharging it regularly). My net connection is OK

I lost my Account balance amount Rs.40 ,due to the technical fault of Reliance Mobile Service providers.
I called their customer care executives and one of them told me that,the balance is shown as 0(Zero) because of their technical fault and told me that the amount will be credited within 24 hours.
But nothing happened.

Reliance Communications — Not activating GPRS VAS

I am just regreting transfering my Mobile number under portability from airtel to reliance.

They are highely unprofessional. i have almost called 4 times for activation of GPRS Rs. 99 plan(where i get 2.5 GB data free) everytime they said like we have activated service from here but actually they didn't. and due to that i had to pay Rs112 on first bill.

they given me nuber to call and sms to do for plan activisation but neither of that works. although i confirmed twice on call center weater my GPRS plan started or not? they replied Its started.

while now they are telling me your services stopeed due to higher usage... their customer care executives are pathetic, rude and unprofessional. talking with me like i am their enemy. when i asked to give call to your senior they put me on Hold for 45 Minutes twice....

earlier they charged me wrong plan with higher charges and bill came Rs. 682.(which is wrongly cherged) though i paid it just because reliance sales executive convincing me that In next bill your waiver will come.

It's all rubbish. i think i should go to Airtel again.

Please do something urgent about this matter.
This is a very serious issue, for the last 3 months i have been facing it.

I have Tata Docomo service.Very month after i recharge there was a deduction of INR 10/- from my account as a sms said i had download from B town rock star. I do not use a gprs phone nor do i answer to any unknown sms or pick up any call which i do not know. how can the service get activated on my phone. after repeatedly complaining to the customer care, I decided to to port my no.i received a frantic call immediately saying the b town rockstar service would be discontinued and deducted money would be refunded and they did the same,
Now again i refilled my account with INR 50/- and the next morning i got a sms from 543211 that i have download ishq ke naam and there is a deduction of INR 10/- but the account was deducted of INR 40/-.
I do not not use my non gprs basic phone to download anything, only use it to make and receive calls.
either your services has been hacked or you are fooling and duping the people by sending false messages of downloading and deduction thier account balance. please take immediate action, Tata service was supposed to be a trusted service.
they have informed me it is a CRBT decuction too, for which i have not sdubscribed.

They are duping people.change to vodafone, atleast they are honest.unlike tata and reliance.

Reliance communication, mumbai — Refund of deposits

I am kiran chaudhari. This is my second complaint about the refund of my deposites.
I lost my handeset (no. [protected]) in march, n immediately i have terminated my reliance connection n asked for my depostie back. I have been told to receive it within 45 days of disconnection. but despite of several communication (by mail or telephonic) i am not getting it. Now its more than 2.5 months.after my first complaint i am informed that i will get it within 10 days (resolution has came on 10th may, so i should get it before 24th may. but stil not received.)
kindly take strict action against them. (i have purchased handset from Dombiovali west reliance outlet near station)

Is there any justice for me... as a customer I had became a victim for mis-selling performed by one of reliance sales executive...

Reliance Communications — Regarding service chance without information.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am from Gurgaon. I am user Relience GSM with mobile no.- [protected] for last two years. I noticed last time, Rs.-26 has been deducted from my balance for SMS pack. whenever I have used Rs.--11 SMS pack. Its auto renewal. How can they change my SMS pack in new plan without inform me? I contact to Relience GSM by mail. So they are not giving suitable reply. In auto renewal plan not changed in new plan without given information. Plz do the needful.

Reliance Communications — Activated service without my knowledge

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using a GSM no [protected] in hyderabad... once they have activated a service plan "Mitti ke Rang" without my knowledge. After launching the complaint over here they have deactivated that service.

But again they have activated this service "Mitte ke Rang" this month without my knowledge.

I am fade up up with this. Every month I have to call them or launch a complaint here then they will deactivate this service.

Please do something for this so that once they deactivate this service they must not activate any service without my knowledge.

Reliance Communications — Pre recharge very costly

Dear All,
I recharged my cell by the night pack of 59rs, i thought i should recharge my cell before the night pack over.I did that, but both validity were over which I was recharged before 1 month and also which I was recharged 2days ago.how is it possible?? I am using this pack since 7 months...it is happen 1st time. I called customer care they answered that this is the rule if you recharge before your pack over you will not be able to use the extra plan.

Reliance Netconnect Bb+ — Hopeless Support from Reliance Employees

I have taken reliance BB+ connection in Mid of May 2011 but till yet I am unable to operate the Internet as connection is temparory disabled by Reliance Team due to some verification problem.
I called many times either in customer care n the sales person regarding this but not get the solution regarding this.

Nothing is happening at all I am totally frustrated with the support from the Reliance Employees.

Reliance Communications — terminating of my services without any notification.

I am using reliance landline phone my no. is[protected] . My no. is not working with bsnl network neither incoming nor outgoing with mobile and landline. then i call on customer care they said this due to technical problem then i contacted reliance web world in Kishanpole bazar Jaipur to change my scheme from postpaid to prepaid because i am paying rent for the month and not able to use my full services. The reliance web world employee told me lie that there is no scheme to change from postpaid to prepaid you can terminate your services. Then i contacted to your customer care they said yes there is a scheme you can change your scheme to prepaid , then i contacted your main branch at sahakar marg jaipur. They given me a form to filll and said you deposite your dues. And said your billing date till 8th of the month so you can use the phone upto 7th of the month so i did not deposited the form and my dues but they terminated my services on 31st of the may without any request and notice then unnecessary rent for seven days. now i call upon the customer care and they are not replying satisfactory answer to me i said i want to talk to your head he is also not comming on line.

Now I think I have to take some serious Legal actions against them and complaint in TRI for unnecessary harrasement made by them.

I had lodged this complain on 29th of May. I was assured from Reliance Customer Care that my issue would be resolved in 24 hours. The issue still remains.

Today Reliance has again deducted Rs 40 from my account in the name of auto subscription of mobile TV. In the meanwhile I contacted customer care at least 15 times. Each time I was assured that my subscription has been removed and I would be receiving an SMS for the same. But it never happened.

The reliance company has started cheating its customers. Its customer care services are useless and false assurances are given by the customer care.

Why it has not deactivated the mobile tv services in my mobile even after assurance from alse its customer care. I need a compensation of Rs. 25000 for its false surances. It has become a fraud company.

Reliance Communications — Reliance Netconnect is very very very very slow

Absolute nonsense service, i brought a card 10 days back, it claimed to have a 2.1mbps speed but i never ever have got speed above 10kb/s, most of the time the speed is less than 3-4kbps. There engineer visited my home, but couldn't do a thing. He just take some screenshots and left. After that no response at all

HORRIBLE SERVICE BY RELIANCE..
I repetedly wrote to customer care asking for status of what the problem is and how they are fixing it. I am missing out on my late night official meetings as the net connection is very slow. I want my money back and want to close my service.

Let me know what other details needs to be provided here.
