Reliance Communications — deduction of mobile balance

i have deactivated all service except incoming,outgoing and SMS. but my account balance has been deducted several times without my consent. i called to senior representative of your service. he promised that in future balance will not be deducted and no other service will be activated.but in last week again rupees 50 deducted without any SMS or call. i very very unhappy with this behavior of your company. it is forcing to change service provider else. i will be thankful if matter be resolve early and balance recredit to my account.

Reliance Communications — Cheating in Post Paid bill

Dear Concern,

I had by mistake taken a reliance post paid connection on the basis of luring offers/schemes made by their executive at the time of selling post paid sim cards, I took 2 sim cards with CUG connection.
From first month itself I have been receiving wrong bills to my address. After making numerous complaints in their customer cell, service assurance cell etc etc ... my matter has still not been sorted out ..

I don't know how reliance is building up relationships with its customers. They were not been able to sort out a simple bill issue.

I would strongly recommend, never to go for reliance postpaid. They have pathetic network, wrong commitments by their employees and no customer grievance cell.

I am fed up from Reliance PostPaid...

Reliance Communications — Requested for mobile no portability but not done

i had requested for change of service provider from reliance to idea from last 50 days. I am visiting them writing mails to there customer care, nodal officers & even reliance appealing authority but all in vein.

At present reliance is saying that your request has been accepted & idea has confirmed me on mail that your request is again rejected, when i contacted them then reliance says that at our end request is accepted.

I am totally fed up from reliance. Kindly help me as i don't want to change my number otherwise i should have closed this number long time back.

Reliance Communication / Crbt Complaints - — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

I received a message saying that "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS" and Rs30 was deducted from my pre-paid account mobile number: [protected]


It’s really pathetic that a company like "Reliance Communication" which has image of person "Dhirubhai Ambani " is doing such miserable things to deduct charges for a service which consumer never subscribed or, requested.

The amount deducted is secondary thing, its equivalent a theft from one's pre-paid. These acts definitely lose the credibility & reliance may lose its customers too (though it would just one less from million of subscriber data-base but Reliance should not forget that the current count is build with individual joining). Reliance should check for technical error at their end responsible for such incident.

It may be just Rs30/= which many people may think is not worth fighting BUT I strongly feel that it’s a case of virtual theft. I want my money back into prepaid account balance.

I received a SMS from my mobile operator (Reliance communications) as below:-

Dear customer, U are subscribed to Callertunes at Rs 1/2days. To cancel SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(TollFree)Reliance.

Even though i had not subscribed for any PRS services, this Callettune has been activated forcefully without my consent or confirmation.

This forceful subscription should be stopped immediately and suitable actions should be taken against such practices.

Reliance Communications — Reliance Broadband+ netconnect stick warded

I had purchase reliance Broadbank netconnect thru Vriti infocom Pvt ltd. Sector-63 Noida thru Cash receipt no.666 Dated.28.04.2011 thru internet purchase.

I had purchase the connection for my personnel use with the using my office address C-22 /8 , sector57, Noida

My connection ward by the reliance communication on 11th of May-2011 becaseu with the same address in the year 2007-08 some other people Mr. Pawan Sharma using mobile no.[protected] thur Account no.[protected] this is inform by reliance to me and he has deflater with Rs.946.00.

My Co. also using so may reliance broadband stick and reliance lease line with the same address but reliance not approche to the company for defalter .

I am requesting plese don't related Mr. Pawan Sharma defalter amount with my account becase I dont know Mr. Pawan Sharma and reliance my connection .

Reliance Communications — portability change from CDMA to GSM

Hi,

I had applied to change my CDMA to GSM portability,and i had submitted three times document,and i had also complaints there network is not working properly,call droped,incomplete call,in mobile tower off.

But they are everytime promised but it is still not rectify.

Please look this matter ASAP.

I am a regular user of Reliance GSM service from the last one and a half year,and always face balance deduction prob,but from the last 10 days I am suffering from MVDO service give by reliance.it is automatically activated and the amount is being deducted accordingly. Number of times I made calls to customer care, but no use. What they have told to me every time----- “We have deactivate your MVDO service ”. I am listening the same statement from Reliance cst-care centre everytime. Is there anyone in Reliance who can help me out. They have given me a link also to deactivate this service, but the link is out of work.If this service is activated automatically then why It can’t be deactivated automatically??

Now the only thing I am thinking is to change my service provider by next month.
