I have been using a reliance connection CDMA from past one 8months and my bill are up to date there are no pending bills ,iam always in roaming as my business purpose on 9th of this month around 4pm in the evening i receive a msg saying my bill is generated and amount payable is rs 1057 due date is 25th of this month after that i received another msg saying your usage is high pls pay immd within 5min of the msg they have disconnected my line ,iam a business man and in roaming they just got me paralized my credit limit is Rs 1000 as permited by the company and i have a deposit of Rs 250 and my over usage is just Rs 57 ,repeatedly i called on reliance customer care and every time their reply is high usage ,checking all my previous bill ,every bill is paid ,since i was not getting good reply from then i had to purchase a new gsm handset and a prepaid connection at the place of roaming ,later today i have paid Rs 1000 towards my bill of Rs 1057 but till now they not activated iam trying to call them from other nos through [protected] and every time IVR receives and says follows the steps finally get connected to customer care and the reply comes is sorry sir You are Postpaid Customer and you have been Connected to Prepaid Customer care please recall and follow the steps i have made 10-15 calls and always the same iam fed ,kindly help me,if i had the time or money i would have filed a case and taken them even if i had to take to supreme court of india

Reliance Communications — without permission joke pack activated

I have a reliance sim of Delhi. It is used only at the time of roaming. In last 1 and half month bollywood pack ,joke pack has been activated without my permission. that has cost me deduction of 50 rs. Even my message pack has not been activated. And the customer care no. *333 is never reachable. I am fed up of daily charge cutting and message pack activation.
Please pay attention to my problem.

Reliance Communications — Repeatedly refused to Port my number out of the network

I have been trying to port my number out of Reliance for the past 3-4 months. I have tried porting into Vodafone and now Airtel, but each and every time, Reliance blocks the request and refuses it without providing any reasons.

I've torn my hair out with the new (porting-in) providers, and they can do nothing as Reliance has to allow me, the customer to be released off the network.

My bills have always been paid well in time, and I am currently carrying a credit of almost Rs 1000/- on my reliance account, so there is no way that anyone in Reliance can justify to refuse my porting request.

Reliance Communications — They Deducted money from my account whenever i recharge my mobile no.9313401907

Myself Puran Singh using Relaince Mobile No.[protected] from past 2 years.
From 6 months I am facing one big & tramic problem from the service provider , they deduct balance from my account whenever I recharge my number. After few minutes one or two massege pop up & said your this one service has been activated & your this much amount has been deducted.

This happens without pre-approvel from me to active any service.
Many time I spoke to Relaince Customer care executive, but it come’s nothing.
I AM JUST FEEDUP UP FROM THIS SORT OF THINGS.
If this mail can be read by any senior level officer of RIM, they have to look in this matter very positively and possibly refund the amt they had deducted in past 6 months.

Reliance Communications — charging illegal charges

i have a CDMA postpaid connection of Reliance communication.My No. is [protected].
company is not sending me any bill by mail or electronically means even that i am paying my bill by conformation through another way.company disconnect my connection as per his mood without any intimation & make charges for that period.now my phone is disconnected without any prior notice or information.i am facing many problems due to barred incoming & outgoing facilities i suffered several physical mental social & financial loss.i am also facing highly network problem even with new handset & full signals area whenever my phone is working.
when i try to contact customer care department they rarely pickup my phone but not try to give any solution actually this customer care service is paid so they try to make more charges.i several time complaint to customer care department by E.Mail. but they not taking it seriously.
now please give solution.

with my referance no [protected] , i say i have a plan of reliance monthly rental rs.50/- @ call rate 30paisa /minute local /1.70rs. std i cange my cdma sim to gsm now provider change my tariff 99/-monthly rental &call rate 50paisa/minute so i want stop my this no. further i request 198 for stop my services three times but till this time provider not closed my connection

A value added service has been added on my number [protected] without my permission and deduct Rs.30 plus Rs.10 evry week auto dedction. Now days so many people facing this type of problems, Another my friend also facing same problem on [protected], on this number so many time auto deduction has been made after request for stop all the VAS to customer care, but they are very big cheater and doing the same process continue. I will write to TRAI for this type of cheating and all PUBLIC and friends also.Refund my all deduction with gently. The relince com is the famus company for deduction and number 198 always busy because of so many complaints have regarding Reliance com. I am watching since last 60 days this type of froud. My half day go to for complaint to Reliance customer care.

hi my name is atulya i am using a rim pre paid no +[protected].from last six month .reliance executive call me and say we have better offer for you in rim post paid without changing a mobile no you have just migrate your no in post paid & plan provide by executive is zero rental plan in witch all call rates & sms will charge 50p.

i agree and migrate in post paid ,after some well come call executive say you have rental plan Rs 125. and all call rates will be charge at 50p. i wll not not going to pay any extr amount .

wat the hell is this, why should i pay rental part ?????

Reliance Communications — Unauthorised activation of cricket alert pack

I want to complain about reliance GSM service provider they have activated the cricket alerts pack without any prior information or permission on my mobile no [protected].Activation took place on 20 June 2011 and now I need a quick deactivation and refund.This kind o[censored]nauthorised activation of service packs have happened before and now i'm really dissatisfied with their service.

Yes we are most of people agree with you Reliance Comm. always doing auto subscription of VAS.
CALLER TUNE and others services HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY THE COMPANY THEMSELVES and deduct amount, even if sim card off since last month but deduction have been continued.

Dear Customer care, Still I am waiting for solve my probles

now i am this issue is resolve but every month you are activating new new services and detecting the balance, now i am fade up with this... do i have only this work that every month i call to your care service no and request for the de-activating the service.

This no. i use when go to my home, but this issue no now resolve

and do care about in future no other service gets activated without my knowledge.

Reliance GSM — deducting balance without activating service from my end

i m wants to file a petition against reliance gsm that they are managed thiefs in the company,the employees deduct balance from any customer without activated any service by customers and making excuse that they are actually waiver the amount if any customer complaints in specific norms where there toll free complaint number 198 is not connected from any time in the day time or evening,and i m having ssame problem that they are activated the love access services om my number whether i m not activate any services in the past times also reliance gave a waiver 1nce before that they are actually thinks that i m activated Java Application on my cell but actually i m not having the cell fone which have a facility of java..and once again today i m making a call to company that why this service is actvated on my number if i m not activate that service,they are not mentioning the reason behind that why there is had some issues for the service activation without permossion or wiyhout access..and jusst provide me the request code which is for refunding the amount and deactivate the service on my number[protected],, so let me know why they are doing this and i m wants to know fron relaince top management that actually they are druwning or they have no funds in the company so they are stealing money fron the customer end by acting like this...
