Some times when i made a call, the call is automatically disconnected, and the balance is also reduced. For this reason i am getting upset. Please do some thing zbout it.

This is inform to you that I, praveen kumar using the prepaid reliance mobile, I am from delhi.
one day I got a call from reliance communication from rajauri garden, and the person who was talking
with me is Ms.shalini . she told me about the post paid plan of @ 225 . and as per my acceptance, she send his executive as the name of Mr. prem . He came at my home and fill up the form and took allthe required document like. my passport photo copy and my pan card photo copy and one of my photo.
and 500 rupees also.
This is the matter of 30/03/09 at evening around 6.00 pm at my home.
The executive told me that my mobile no. will change into postpaid within 24 hours.
till then I was continiously calling him, but the mobile is switch off.
And I went 2-3 reliance communication centre but no body is taking interest to talk about this subject. So plz its my kindly request to you to give a serious thought on this subject.
My problem is increased when I saw a person who has the same problem when I meet with him
in reliance communication at Krishna nagar delhi.
Here I am sending to you the no. from which Ms. shalini was calling to me . and also the no. of that Executive.
and also the contact no. of that person who is suffering from the same problem.

Reliance Communications — Outgoing Calls Stop fr.26.03.09

Outgoing Calls not going fr.26.03.09 I have complaied but no proper responce after 3 days on 29.03.09 they lodge the same and give No.93277873 that problem slove within 3 days but same passed and contact many times but no proper responce.

Please instruct company to start outgoing calls and give my credit for laspe days as per scheme i.e.Rs.10/-per day

Reliance Communications — Not Solving Problem

Regarding Reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] which is activated on the name of Sunil Kumar,
I have recharged Reliance GSM ofRs. 650(Reliance India Calling Card) on 2 April 09 in this recharge I have received Rs.589approx and all India Reliance to Reliance Free 11 PM to 6 AM for two month but this facility I am not receiving when I make a call it always failed but when I make a call from my main balance account it works properly.
The Main thing is that I have complained four times, (Complaint No. 94013903 Date-6/4/09, 94170696 Date-8 April 09, 93922558 Date-April 09) when I make calls to Customer care center they tell me that all complaints has been resolved but I have not received any confirmation callor message concerning to this problem and the problem is same.
Company is not taking this matter seriously, now I am fed up and I want to take serious action against the Company.
So I need your help and give me solution.
I hope that you will take some serious action in order to overcome this problem, I should be highly grateful to you.

This is PRABU.P.R from RELIANCE dst coimbatore, This is to inform that my salary is not credited on my account, As am met with an accident on 14th morning, am informed to my concern ( CSM Karthikeyan ) He doesnt responded me and told me to come to office but as i cant travel again, am informed him but he not responded me. I’m not very much financially sound and holding my salary and others dues is increasing my day to day problems, A time being he is not giving respect to anyone and flowing the words at my back. What the matter is going on i dont know so, I kindly request you to take response in my case.
