I have submitted address proof for new mobile connection: Rental Agreement Copy, Driving License copy, Pan Card Copy, Light Bill Copy 2 times from Orbit Computer & Consultancy(Franchise of Reliance Communication : Dahanukar Circle, Kothrud, Pune). Reliance Communications — delay of activation my std pack

I have recently taken a reliance smart sim card and after activation I have recharged it with Rs34 for validity and Rs 496 for std pack on 1st April'09 but my std pack is still not activated .i have complaint the same in reliance customer care but they are not heeding my problem.

reliance gsm sim service — not getting balance

Hi, i purchase new sim of reliance gsm of no.[protected].from the mobile shop close to the khar road railway ticket counter.in this sim, their is scheme of first recharge of Rs50 and get double talktime and local call is 50ps/min for 6 month. i take that on 1st april and sim activate on 3rd april, but not get any balance in my sim. when i went to that shop for asking reason for the same.they just told that "network ka problem hai, balance aa jayega" everytime. my complaint is against that shopkeeper who not provide a good service after i was pay for same.
I hope you will take action on them, thank you.
