Reliance DATA CARD IS CHEATING PEOPLE it seems. the old datacard CDMA 1x was launched last year. And it was very slow bbut now it has become the worst speed in india; the reliance people have done this as they have introduced the new one with hi speed so they ARE FORCING PEOPLE TO BUY THE NEW CONNECTION BY INTENTIONALY DELAYING THE SPEED OF THE CURRENT DATACARD THAT IS WHAT EVRYONE BELIEVES; it is strange that just after the launching of hi speed that all of a sudden th data card speed becoming so slow...it was never good but it has become Worst now...

please suggest what to do

Reliance Communications — Not getting d balance n gprs settings.

I not yet got Rs.100 talktime n gprs settings since i've bought the reliance gsm sim card as defined by the scheme.

Reliance Communication GSM SIM — cheating with customer

i hv a complian regarding gsm no. [protected]. I hv received a msg on 13/4/09 at 6:08 pm from [protected]. This msg contains " FREE STD night calling to any Reliance phone & 50p to other mobiles for 2 months!!Rechg with NCC650 & get Full talktime of Rs793.T&C Apply."

After receiving this msg i recharged my no. [protected] with NCC650 at 10.30pm on 13/4/09.
After hearing my balance of 579.3-0 i was fully shocked because i had got msg of receiving 793 talk time. When I called to 30333333 then executive were not believing regarding my msg which i hv already mentioned u prior and all of them were telling me liar. And situation made panic when one o[censored]r executive once me told that [protected] is not a no. of reliance so there is no relation ith this msg. I again called to *333 and he accepted that it was no. of Reliance. But this guy also behave me very rudly and tell me that u r doing only "PASSTIME" which is abuse for me. How any ur executive tell me that i m doing pastime?

I hv to also say one thing that none of executives have registered a complain. I request to all of them but nobody do this.

I hv so many qsn, please see below.

1. First tell me regarding this no. Is this no. belongs to Reliance services or not?

2. Why there are contradictions in ur executive reply.

3. Why ur executive said me liar, when i hv received msg then why i m told that i m saying wrong?

4. Why all o[censored]r executives didn’t register a complain?

5. Why they all were consuming my time?

After that tyey blocked my sim and till now i m facing this prob but no rectification ha been done till now.

I am 100% agree with this problem. I am also facing such problem this time and no one in Reliance Communication is come front to solve this problem.


I am also seeking for legal action to this company.

Reliance Mobile — unwanted services activated

here we inform u that i am the user of reliance mobile of start of when company started that's d'sont matter so there providing lots of services like caller tune mobile radio pedieordic song bhajan cricket score phone on friend and etc. so i compleing from last one year i dont want any services i just want incoming & outgoing but every month one or two pack aitveted in our mobile i call to customer i am not activated any pack they said we are also not activated that pack this debate every month i faced they said dont't worry it will be deacitvated from our side and they also not deduct charges of pack from my bill. but after one month other pack has been activated in our mobile so what can i do they are not taking any action on that and they are call on our number 20 times in day to take this pack and to actvate press */5/6 u will be charged i reject some call from them but they will try different number how i can do reject all calls so when i am in roming incming call charged on my bill so pl deactivate all pack from our mobiles pl refund my all the charges are charged in my bill from last one year i we have using 13 mobile conection so pl do the needfull asap i have give all the number we have 1) [protected] 2)[protected] 3)[protected] 4)[protected] 5)[protected] 6)[protected] 7)[protected] 8)[protected] 9)[protected] 10)[protected] 11) [protected] 12) [protected] 13)[protected] all this number is use by my company staff in the name jainam switchgear so any requirement so pl call me on [protected] and [protected] or just mail me on [protected]@yahoo.com so pl do and take some hard action on that

Reliance Communications — unwanted and harrasing calls

i bought 5 connections and registered for DND but we keep getting calls throughout the day while working driving and causing great risk as it can lead to accidents moreover every week there are stupid caller tunes get activated on my number without my consent and the songs are so cheap which tarnish my image in my business circle .
