Reliance Communications — Half day or Not providing assistance to vote

Is there a rule by the Government of India or Election Commision, that a working employee like me, who works from 9 to 5, is supposed to get a holiday or least half-day so that we can caste our vote and excercise the electoral rights ???

Because Reliance Communications hasn't given any holiday to us, who are from Raigad constituion to go and vote, at;east a mail saying u r excused for 2 hrs, to caste ur vote.

Reliance Communications — Not able to get access

I am using R Connect card (Netcoonect). I am not able to access internet at my residance hence it is of no use to me when I am at home.
This is a corporate card and provided by my Company. If I am not able to use it at home, its of no use to me.
My uses is extensice and in this scenario, request Reliance to lookinto this and provide access to my location where I stay.

Reliance Communications — wrong information by customer care

Dear sir reliance customer care is very misguiding.They have a scheme of 799 package in which customer is allowed to avail free reliance to reliance std and local calls free for one month.The letter written to reliance below is self explanatory.I had again contacted the reliance customer care and had a talk with supervisor Anjali Shaw who accepted that there has been misinformation in this regard but we are still unable to renew your 799 plan and that now I need to go for 999 plan which in not acceptable to me as i'm been punished for no fault of mine had the customer care told me that i need to recharge my 799 plan on 25th itself i would have done that as i'm an old customer of this unlimited plan and i would not have waited for the next 26th moring.
please help me in retoring my 799 schemeas the reliance is being very biased in this regard.

i'm an exsisting customer of 799.my validity of 799 expired on 25th april.i'd talked to the customer care in *333 and had inquired about it and I was informed that my validity is till 25th april midnight and on asking if i should recharge my 799 by evening of 25th april the customer care person replied to me that since i'm an exsisting customer i can recharge it any day before 30th june and that i can avail 799 service. the customer care never told me that i need to recharge my 799 service on 25th itself as to continue uninterrupted service rather the customer care person specifically told me that since i am an exsisting customer of 799 i can recharge it any day before 30th june. now since my validity ended on 25th april, i sent for recharge on 26th morning but now its not taking it and when i called customer care they are NOW telling me that i should have recharged within 25th april.now since i was misinformed about 799 by the reliance customer care*333 its reliance responsibilty to let me retain my 799 service as its not my fault i would have recharged it on 25th evening but since i was misinformed i sent for recharge on 26th morning.therefore i request you to let me retain my 799 service as soon as possible as its not the customer's fault.

Reliance Communications — misleading information by reliance customer care

Sir I've a complaint against reliance communication customer care as they often give misleading information to their customer regarding the recharge voucher and put the customer and force the customer to recharge at higher values by breaching their contractual obligation to provide service at the contracted rates and not permitting recharge on the previous rates mutually agreed.
pl look in this matter so that its not always the customer is punished for the misleading information by a big company like reliance.
the complaint below is self explanatory.
Mrs Mamta Gupta.I'm an exsisting customer of 799 the unlimited calling from reliance to reliance .after calling to customer care i was informed that my validity for 799 expires on 25th april and i was also informed that exsisting customer of 799 can recharge the 799 voucher any day before 30th june.on asking if I can recharge any day after 25th april when my validity is over I was replied yes by the customer care *333.the customer care who was online was one Mr bhushan roy.now when I went to recharge my 799, they are saying that I cannot avail this as it is delayed by a day.I was assured by the customer care that i would be able to avail this but now I'm denied for no fault of mine.I am a very old and loyal customer of reliance but I am very much upset with the customer service as all the staff are not equally competent to give the correct information to the customers and as such this situation has arised.I there fore request you to let me retain my 799 unlimited calling as soon as possible as i was misinformed by reliance staff regarding the recharge of 799.
your supervisor anjali shaw did accept that there was a fault by the customer care staff but she says she is still unable to let me avail the 799 voucher which i think is very biased by reliance .

I brought this netconnect data card for 3500/- 18 days back but till now its not functioning.
i got this night unlimited plan for national roaming but its not working.
inspite of repeated complaints and making numerous calls, nothing had been done,
