Reliance India Mobile — unwanted activation of additional services

i m a having a relience india mobile whose no is [protected].i m living in punjab.earlier it was a prepaid no and i recieved many msgs which were of love tips which was a service by relience mobile.i didn't activated any such service and no of rupees were deducted from my prepaid account against this service.i went to relience web world and called coustomer care many times but even after doing many deactivation processes, this servies didn't got deactivate.Then i converted my prepaid number to postpaid number to get rid off this service, now when my number is postpaid 2 services namd as national news and music tunes got automatically activated and i have been charged for these services.i daily recieve messages about national news.i never gave any request to activate any pack.i contected coustomer care and web world many times but still not getting and satisfaction as still these msg came and charges are made in my bill.i will soon go to counsumer court for this harrashment by relience india mobile.

Reliance Communications — Bill raised above the Credit Limit Alloted without intimation

Dear Sir
I purchased a data card from Reliance Communication Ltd. At that time I got 2 months unlimited access as per their plan. after completion of 2 months 1st month bill( near about 12 days in billing cycle) was OK & I deposited the Bill in time. But after that month I started facing problem, the network is pathetic after several complain in the Customer care the situation exist. At last I took the discision to surrender the Card, request regarding that I submitted & my connection of Data Card Blocked.
But after the completion the month when i received the Bill which was very high. Reliance raised the bill in the name of me of Rs 3300/-.( But as per the Planmaximum Credit limit Alloted to me was Rs 1500/-)

Can anybody raised the Bill excess of Credit limit without intimate of the Customer.

Please Help

Reliance Communications — Non Refund of Cautionary Deposit of Landline

I surrendered my Landline No[protected] alongwith thehandset and all other accessories to the Reliance communication Franchisee, M/s Reach Communications, Ayyapppaswamy Temple road, Jalahalli Cross, Peenya, Bangalore-560058 on 20 Jun 08 vide Service Termination Request Form Book 603378 and Handset Return Form Sl No 60033780 dt 20 Jun 08. Whilre returning the connection the Franchisee had promised that the Balnce amount of Rs 854/=, would be refunded by Reliance Communication throuh a cheque. However evenafter 11 months the amount has not been refunded.
I have witten to the Rel Com office at Reliance House, Hesaraghatta Cross, Tumkur Road, B'lore requesting for the refund wiyhout any success.

Will the company respond at least now?

Reliance Communications — Pathetic costumer service.

I was out of town, when I came back my broadband was not working. When I lodged a complaint with Reliance communication they told me it will be resolved within 24 hours.

But when it was not done till late in the evening, I was told that the issue has been resolved without even visiting the sit. The status is till date its not working and I am thinking of filing a case again reliance for harasment.

Reliance Infocom is full of thieves.
