Reliance Communications — auto activation of promotional services

Dear sir

in referencet to above the value added service (vice cheat ) automatically activated by the company on my mobile no. [protected] on april -2009, today the yesterday the amount was deducted by the company, due to low balance i recoginsed that the some amount debited on my account. when i complained 10 times the just simply insured please call after some time you will be get the full information, i dot know when the pack is subscribed & i never use thefacility (because i have no idia about it) please do the needfull

i have activated a callertune on 29.05.09 but my caller tunes has not been activated.
So, I would say that plz do as possible.

Reliance Communications — illegally deducted 15 rupees from my account balance

Dear Sir


I myself Subash Chandra Acharya having prepaid mobile no [protected], residence of state bank campus, jagatsighpur, orissa. whlile switching on my mobile on 26/05/2009 for dialing, found call not able to completed by checking available balance, 66 paisa left behind .So I contacted customer-care & complain has been logged on with complain no[protected]

Dear sir the available balance has been deducted as the reliance communication has activated Khel subscription without any consent from me. Even I think they wouldn’t bother to steal amount from any body account cleverly.

On 29/05/05 at 8.36 PM, I revert back the same amount Rs 30/-.

But another history again they have repeated with Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my account once again after some minuets, by contacting customer care on 30/05/ 2009 0n 12.30AM, they informed that from Rs 15/-, five rupees has been spent for Area verification and rest amount has no accountability. The same amount also cannot revert back to customer at any condition as it was remarked from costumer care .


Dear sir who has given permission to these spectrum concerns to activate on deactivate any subscription without costumer’s authentic signature on paper and how dare they are to play with public property ?

The point should be noted that why a customer will pay for illegal activation & deactivation for any subscription and misuse of public property.


So who will be responsible for those loses ?
Who will be responsible for my mental tension?

Now Sir you can better understand how the RIM customer care torturer
the public as the name of better service?

Mr Anil Ambani claims to provide better service but in return he
is just cheating Indian public…

I request you to send a copy of this mail to this guy too, let him how
his company looting and cheating public in the name of better service

Reliance Communications — Receipt of bills for my dis connected net connection from November.2008

I got net connection and mobile from July.2008. I paid monthly rental and usages charges without delay. but my net connection and mobile were automatically dis conneected by reliance communication ltd, without giving any notice to me.but now I have received biils for
disconnected net &mobile .How it is possible to pay?
