Reliance Communication — dead landline phone and internet

Dear sir
why you are not sanding any man to repair my dead landline telephone and inernet?if you can't do this than remove my connection.i am facing problems because my landline is not working my internet is not on.why should i do and how much i should wait for it?if you people can't help me than remove my connection immediately.

Reliance Communication CDMA Services — VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES

Reliance communication CDMA customer sevice is very bad. 1- they cut the call without solving problem. 2- pick the call not before 30 minuts. 3-they cut call on holding time. 4- beviour of customer care excutive is very low class and cut the call on hold
5- they are activate unecessary services without permission.

Reliance Communications — Incomming has also suspanded

Dear all,

This is Ramesh N, Working as a part-time Advisor service at reliance life insurance. And my number [protected]. From 15th of oct 09 my outgoing calls are not going due to the address verification problem. This connection i started using from July 2008. So far i have not faced this type of problem.
And the grate thing is that this is not my side mistake. Recently this month 15th @ 1pm one message has come form service providers stating that your outgoing call facility has been barred and contact customer care.

When i consult the customer Care, they inform me that the Address proof and ID proof is required to re connect the facility.

The next movement when i went to Hyderabad chaitanyapure junction web world they told me that you have to submit the proofs where you have the nearest web world based on your address proof.

On 22nd onwards i am not receiving the incoming calls also. when i consult the call center they again told me that you need to submit the proofs.

on that day for submitting the proofs i went to Eluru from Hyderabad near about 326kms over the day journey. When i went there and submitting, they are telling you have to submit at vijayawada, we do not have such facility to take your proofs.

And again when i consult the call center people they told me that you need not to submit the proof in the same place you can also submit the proof at the nearest web world also.

By the next movement when i reach to hyderabad, went to submit at my nearest web world at chaitanyapure, they are telling no ware related to accept the proofs for XL50 Plan. we do not provide the facility for the plan people and you have to submit at abids only they told me. And they told me that Mr. Nandhan Babu has guided that for reliance life insurance agents the web world people need not take the requirements. They are conveying the same message by two instants.


Please note this points.

1) When i had the Other BSNL number before having this connection my CDA has forced to take this connection because you are working as agent. If any customer my rise the question that why your are not using reliance connection.

2) From July 2008 to till date it may delay to pay bill after few days of bill due date. But regularly i have paid the bills.

3) As a life insurance agent my work in hyderabad from October to December every year. Tax savings customer my call me and give the business for tax savings. My native place is Eluru, W.G.Dt. AP.

4) You may have the right to stop the calls at any movement as per your change of rules and regulations. But at the same time you should give me the proper intimation or give a reasonable time to solve the problem.
And fist itself there is no mistake from my side. Form July 2008 to till date your people have not verified the same? they are not worked earlier?
And hear i am trying to submit the proof from the day one when i got the message to my mobile. But your people is not accepting or not giving proper information to me. This is absolutely mistake form your employee side. Even i am facing the problems.

5)I have made calls to customer care from starting this problem. And they telling the same or visit the nearest web World. That there is the standard wording they are using. Insist by me i have got 2 compliant numbers that[protected] / 22.10.[protected] / 26.10.09. So far i have not solved the problem. Even i have paid the bill amount on due period during this time. Your people have to understand the problem/requirement.


Even after also if you are taken steps from your side and if you are not manage the reliance web world at chaitanyapuri you just transfer to the other people. By your laziness the brand image has getting spoiled.

Why i am giving this suggestion is that your particular web world people are not working from past few years. Just now my CDA has also told me that he has given written compliant on 23.11.08 submitted at your agency Code No. [protected] Malakpet outlet that he is not able to pay bills in proper time due to your employee/ Bill collection executive is not available. Or some times the server is down/not working. And my CDA said that the issue is happing regularly and quite common.

Reliance Communications — no activation of New Mobile No.

Sir,
I applied for a new mobile no. on 15.10.2009. I received the SIM card on 21.10.09 at my home address. But till date when i call on phone it replies,"to resume service contact customer care." I call at customer care on morning of 28.10.09, the officer told me that you did not recharged the card so that this type of problem occured. Then I recharge for Rs. 50/- But after the recharge same massage will be replied.
Then I call at cusomer care again at today evening. The officer told that submit the ID proof, Addresess proof and Photograph at reliance outlet. I asked the nearest outlet. He told me that nearest outlet at Jammu is secundrabad and gunta kul. I asked him that this station is situated in South India and tell me at Jammu. He again told me that nearest outlet of Jammu is at Pathankot(Punjab).
Sir, How I went to punjab to activate my service. Your agent gave me sim card at my home address so why they necessary for submitting the proof. I am already submitting all the proof when I applied for new Sim Card.
I am suffring very much. Please see the matter as earlier as possible.

Reliance Hr, C / O Reliance Communications — Waiting for Provident Funds Since 1 Year Now

I worked for Reliance Communication for 2 1/2 Years, On Reliance HR Payroll. I resigned on Sept-2008, Since then i m Stuggling for Claiming My Provident Fund. I doubt Did Reliance Even Invested in PF or Not, as No proper Communication from Them.

I m Struggling, as everyone is giving me some other no.s to Contact, NO one has any Info. about the same. Its a Cheating, Which cant be beleived from a Reputed Company, Reliance. I m calling BKC Mumbai, DAKC Navi Mumbai , Churchgate Mumbai and also Pune some Concern Person, as told he would be looking into the matter.

Reliance Communications — Deduction of charges even after unsubscribing

Firstly Reliance communication activated caller Tune on my no.[protected] without my acceptance.I called to customer care and told him to remove this facility and received message o[censored]nsubscribing caller tune service on 28/10/2009. On 29/10/2009 i received message that your subsription for caller tune has been renewed and Rs. 30 is deducted.

Reliance Communications — Needless deductions from Balance

I am from Jamshedpur. The SMS facility provided by Reliance GSM service is not up to the mark. They are deducting my balance even if the message sending fails. As soon as i press the send option they are deducting the balance not taking into account whether the message sending is a success or not. So kindly put an end to their unscrupulous means o[censored]sing money.

i rajendra my mobile no:[protected] have register in do not call register on 27/nov/2008 . after registration commercial calling are going on present times commercial calling is continuing but i can not want any call and massage any more.
