Dear Sirs,
I am a holder of above cell no. I have never opted for the Health and Beauty services on demand. My account debited trice for this services. I had tried to send the SMS to the unsubscribe no, which return to my ubdelivered.
When I have not opted for such demand services, why I am being charged for that services?
I am fade up with such type of attitude by a company like Reliance Communications! This is clearly a cheating with your valued customer.
I once again request you to uinsuvscribe the said services, or I will have to contact a consumer court for the same at your cost and risk.

Reliance Communications — Undue deduction of money from prepaid account

On 23 October, 30 Rs was deducted from my reliance number [protected] (bihar jharkhand circle). when i called customer care they said me that on 22nd october i have subscribed for some music station so they deducted that money but i haven't subscribed it nor i got any call from them regarding this. then they unsubscribed that pack from my account but refused to give back money in my account. May be realiance company is not earning much profit but it doen't mean that they will start stealing from customer prepaid account un-neccesarily.

Reliance Communications — misleading and mishandling of customers

Respected Sir/Madam,
I ,Dr. Debasis Mukherjee, residing at Bangalore, have been using a reliance prepaid cdma connection(+91 [protected]) since last one year.I had taken this connection for being in touch with my local contacts and so i had opted for a Rs 249 per month voucher plan which provides me with unlimited talk time with local reliance cdma numbers.
Recently reliance communications introduced a Rs 48 voucher plan which provides call to any phone number in India for 50 paise.
I visited the reliance webworld,the authorised reliance outlet in Koramangala first block, Bangalore to enquire about the new offer.i wanted to know whether i could avail the new plan along with my old plan i.e whether i could get the 50 paise to ant number in India offer along with my present plan o[censored]nlimited calls to local reliance numbers together.
i was informed there that if i activate the new plan i would be availing both the plans together.Based on their affirmation I activated the new plan and soon found out that my old plan had been cancelled which was totally against of what i had intended for.
I re visited the reliance webworld Koramangala 1st block branch where i was ignored and later was verbally abused. Then i called up the reliance customer care where again i was not entertained.Finally after many calls they promised me to re establish my old plan and re fund the Rs 48 recharge i had done within 24 hours. Since then three days have spent and they have not taken any measures.
Sir/Madam i hereby request you to please look into the matter and do the necessary.

I strongly agree with aarti as i had earlier realiance connection and faced such kind of incidence on regular basis. On averagly every moth they will subscribe you to any unwanted service and deduct the money. when you will compalin they will not refund the money just unsubscribe you from that service. finally you will be a stupid person who have paid money for a service you haven't even used for a single moment but paid for full month and most interstingly it happens on mothly basis.
please send me the code of song sajni from jal album wanted to set as reliance callertune.

Reliance Communication — For Refunding balance

Dear Sir/mem

I would like to request you that i m Reliance customer since last five years. now from Rim side i facing problem so i request you to solve it i will tell you in details. At date of 2nd octomber'2009 from Rim side in my mobile account company downloded five caller tunes and deducted my fifty rupees (50 Rs.); than after i immediately contact your customer care excucative and she forward my call in specific department and i request him that please give me refund of fifty rupees He just give me satisfactory answer that you refund it in 24hours but do not solve my problem satisfactory than nothing going progress in that matter, after that date i contact and talking with Customer care excucative named RIMA , KELVIN, SHRIKANT and many more;i contact at customer care at least more than five times for resolving this matter but They all are just told me that it will refunded in 24hours but still after one month i do not get my refund. so what will i do in that matter at next time,
What they doing there they all are for resolving problems or creating problem? From Rim side this problem arrise and i am suffering from there still last one month.
And second They all excucative do not write my complain in this matter i request them so many time for writen my complain in this matter but not; and just shown me graps but no one take care of customer
so sir i request you that please mind well my complain and solve it as early as possible. I hope and waiting for favourable responce

Reliance Communications — fraud by reliance communication

i recharged my mobile no. [protected] with STV of Rs999 on 18th october 2009. In this STV we got free reliance to reliance all over india for 30days.
On 20th october 2009, i recharged my mobile with STV of Rs 48 ,in which we got call rate of 50 paisa per minute on any mobile all over india but when they activated STV of Rs 48 they lapsed my Rs999 scheme. which they nowhere mentioned in there advertisement.
so i lost my Rs 999.

Reliance Communications — inefficiency and misguidance of authorised communication centres and misbehaviour of their staffs

Sir,
I reside in Bhubaneswar and I have been using reliance cdma phone since last 1 and half year. Yesterday,i.e on 23rd i received a sms about a recharge voucher of Rs.249. So in order to know more I visited the nearest Reliance Communication Centre at Bapuji Nagar on the same day. There I asked to explain the features of this voucher. Before explaining the person present their as their customer care executive informed me that there is another voucher of Rs.299 which gives Rs 125 talktime,unlimited free calls to reliance CDMA as well as Smart local numbers for one month and calls to rest all numbers including STD at 50 paise only.This was supposed to be valid for one month. I even asked them thrice to confirm this to me. Thus on their suggestion I recharged for Rs.299 instead of Rs.249. on the very day when i made calls,I noticed that as a result of my recharge all I have got is only Rs.125 talktime.But STD calls are costing Rs.1.50 instead of 50 paisa and calls to local Smart numbers are costing me Re.1 instead of being free as i was told.On 24th morning I called customer care on *333 and they informed me that in Rs.299 voucher STD calls are Rs.1.50 and it gives free call to only Reliance CDMA number and Smart numbers. Thereafter i visited the same communication centre and informed the person in charge there about the problem. He said me that the scheme is all right.There must be some mistake and because of the slow systems they were unable to look into the matter.He asked me to call again after 15 minutes.I called after 15 minutes and got the same answer and was asked to call again after 15 minutes.this continued for good 2 hours.Then some person from their office called me and said that the scheme gives free calls to only relience CDMA numbers and STD call rates are Rs.1.50 only.When I reminded him that the day before only he had explained me about free calls and call rate being 50 paisa,he said that schemes have changed and he has never said about the call rates being 50 paisa.Then he talked rudely and said how I am lying,how I should be talking,about my bad manners and finally informed me that nothing can be done.

Now i want to know what is my fault as a customer?I believed what I was told in the authorised reliance communication centre by the staffs of reliance communication and acted accordingly.I lost my balance just by trusting them and on enquiry I lost my whole day in making calls every 15 minutes.Finally what i get is their lecture about my way of talking and denial about the information given by themselves just one day before. I would like to know what remedy Reliance Communication will provide me as a solution to this matter and what steps Reliance Communication will take to stop the misbehaviour of their staffs towards customers.
