Reliance Communications — Wrong Deduction of Balance from Reliance STD calling card

Respected Sir,
I am enjoying the faciltiy of Reliance STD calling card.I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] (Himachal Pradesh circle) with STD calling card (Rs. 650) on 11/09/2009 which was valid up to 10.11.2009.
But when I called on Reliance to Reliance after 11pm on 28.10.2009 the balance from my calling card account was deducted wrongly. On 30.10.2009, when I contacted cusotmer care they told me that they have forwarded my complaint no.[protected] which will be solved in 3 days and the balance deducted from my account wrongly will be credited and I will be informed about that . On 1.11.2009, when I again enquired about the complaint I was told that my account has been debited rightly but Customer Care executive agreed with me that I was charged wrongly because after 11pm calling from Reliance to Reliance are free under STD calling card and they again forwarded my complaint no.[protected] on the above subject on 01.11.2009. Again when I contacted Customer Care on 03.11.2009 I was told that your complaint is again forwarded no.[protected] and will be solved in 3 days time.
Sir, I have called more than 7 times on customer care and my problem is still not resolved. My complaint is being forwarded whenever I call customer care and now when I have Recharged another STD calling card on 01.11.2009 based on the commitment made by customer care executive that the balance will not be deducted again I am being charged for calling Reliance to Reliance after 11 pm.
Sir, i request your goodself to kindly resolve my complaint and let me enjoy the faciltiy of STd calling card and refund my wrongly deducted charges as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I am a reliance gsm user. and i am facing a problem with that b'cos that company cut unauthorised charges from my balace. without my acceptance they start " masti ke rang" and cut 30 rs. from
my balance on 29 oct 2009.when i asked customer care . they tell me that they can't do anything . Again on 4 nov 2009 they automatically start "CRBT" and another one and cut 30 rs. from my balance. this is very low behaviour from such a reputed company my is no. [protected].

Reliance Communications — Excessive deduction of balance for renewal of CRCT service which I never subscribed for

I have a comlain that I have taken a reliance CDMA connection (no. [protected])on 26 oct. 2009.I never set a caller tune but company dudcted 11 rupees on 02 nov. and activated caller tune.i complained about that to customer care they deactivated the service and assured that your extra deduction will be returned back.the next day they deducted 30 rupees for renewal of CRBT(caller tune).i complained again,and they again assured that all your extra deductions will be returned.the same day they returned 11 rupees but the the 30 rupees which was duducted for CRBT renewal was never returned till 04 pm of 06 nov.When complained about this they told that there has not been any deduction of 30 rupees on 03 nov.But I still have the message notifying me about my balance deduction.This is very bad and I an unable to understand what should I do now.

I had been charged CRBT charges and the services has been activated without my consent. If this is the way the company wants to generate revenue then this is definitely not a long term strategy. This is a shameful act by the DHIRUBHAI company. The company should not only check such unethical acts but should also take action against the technical department handling this particular operation. TRAI should also take action against such fraudelent companies.

Reliance Communications — ballance deduct automatically

from last four days my ballance was deducted automatically @ 1.00 per day.

why it was happed please check it carefully to avoid any misunderstanding with this service.

Reliance Communications — Bought a handset from this company now they are not ready to provide any sevice to that handset

I have bought a handset from reliance Communication model No. "Classic--731" now they have stop selling this product, i got a problem in that handset, reached to their service centers but they are not ready to give service to my handset as well as not ready to replace this with other handset at replacement cost.

Iam being a regular user of Reliance mobile and Iam using it for the past several years (> 5) and in also in Postpaid connection in a single number and not at all changed.

Ten days back I just viewed SMS from reliance communication for changing existing plan to Simple99 plan.

I just called customer service and checked out Advantages & Disadvantages and send a SMS and changed my plan to Simple99 and the plan is explained as Rs.99/- monthly rental with no talktime & Rs.99/- of SMS free and the calls all over India is 50 Paise for any Landline or Mobile connection.

In a few days I just noticed SMS in a Prepaid mobile that a Rs.48/- Card is elible for calls at 50 Paise all over India & the connection is also upto Lifetime.

After that I called Customer Service Executive in *333 and asked about that and they told to change my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid and to have that advantage.

I was NOT SATISFIED in such a thing. Kindly reply me as soon as possible in any manner.
