Dear sir You have Been Deducting My Balance from the phone my activiting Value Added service on to my mobile phone with asking the permission from me this is happning from last 2 to 3 months.
pleases look into this matter seriously. i dont want any kind of message or call on my phone no. What ever the amount you have deducted i want it refunded. when i go and contact the customer care they are unable to solve my problem. The people working in the call center does not accept the complaint because the balance on my mobile is in minus, because of the service you have activated.

NO communication at all has been made by the company to me regarding revoking the plan

IN any case, the Company can not, by any stretch of imagination, revoke the plan.. having accepted the money fpor LIFE TIME

Its a committment and they are bound to honour it... until and unless Reliance groups are legally entitled to defraud the public at will

the way money is being debited from my pre-paid accounts-- it seems the scheme does happen to have been revoked . If so, it is outright cheating and i will have to perforce migrate from reliance to another service provided

very bad services and they are giving any respect to customers if we ask them to change the line they are even responding to us and i got a connection 100kbps and i m getting the download speed of 8 and 9 i lodgged a complaint services men came and telling us tht its not our fault its company problem even they are also saying that reliance net connection is worst bettar cancel it

Reliance Communications — Undue balance cut

I am using reiance CDMA phone(no.[protected]) from march 2007. In the morning of 03 november 2009, i got a message from reliance customer care stating that my voice chat subscription has been renewed for 20 days @ Rs.20. Instantly, I called the customer care, complained for my balance cut & told that I have not actitated any such type of service. The customer care executive, after checking, replied that I myself had activated the voice chat service on the same day & didn't helped me in anyway. Anyway, I have deactivated the voice chat service. Now, I have lost faith in this network service provider & even haven't topped up my number fearing any such type of fraudulent balance cut. Please take action to prevent this.
