Reliance Communications — Very Bad Signal Reception

Hi,
I am an old customer of Reliance CDMA but recently I also got another GSM simcard.
The reception has become very bad near my area of stay.
I have been experiencing this problem for the past 6-8 months.I have already lodged a complaint with the telephone operators but to no use.
I stay at AOC centre,West Maredpally in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The reception is very bad while there are plenty users of reliance here.
My family has 4 reliance users.
I wish this complaint is taken seriously and dealt with as soon as possible.
We wish to stay loyal to Reliance and hence I hope there is immediate action.

I have also similar grievance, but complaining also totally no use, -.Relaiance communication company is cheating its own costomers, which shows its days are numbered.It is my advise to dont recharge and opt for BSNL.It will atleast save u from bakwas messages faltu calls, that causes headache.The charges of Rs30/-those deducted from from our recharge account as astroindial /caller tune packs may be treated as alms to this company.we should register our complaint to Telephone Regulatory Authority/state consumer forum, to save poor/uneducated costomers who are the real victims of this fraud, as they cannot know what to do, and they are easy prey.

Reliance Communications — unrequired caller tune subscription

R.COM has subscribed me caller tune even i send the SMS o[censored]nsubscription which is saved in my mobile. when i asked to consumer care they said that they didn't receive any kind of SMS.
Sir i am a student from middle class family & i can't afford these kind of deduction repeatadly. The same case happened to me when i was using AIRTEL.But at that time i thought that it was my mistake.This time the mistake done by the company & i want my MONEY BACK.MY MOB. NO. is [protected].

Reliance Communications — Money being Cut from my Account

With great regret I would like to inform you that your softwere credited my account balance without informing me anythong in the name of caller tune. I have not done anything and I have never accept anything for caller tune, inspite of that my balance has been credited from my account. I have inform customercare but they cann't gave me any reason, only they told me that some upgredation is going on so all the server down so we cann't check your balance. and they assured me that if something going wrong they will transfer my balance but they did not do anything and finally they told me that I cann't get my balance back. My M. No [protected]. I have not enjoyed anything though they deducted my balance. Please do something.

Reliance Communications — oly Rs. 10.01 talk time given on Recharge of Rs 61/-

Dear Sir,

I Had Rechagre My Mobile No. on 08.11.2009 at 06.52 pm by Rs. 61/- and company rechage for Rs. 10.01 only on payment of Rs. 61/-.

No proper reply in this regard given by the customer service or delar that why this short amount of talk time given to me.

Reliance Communications — CRBT renewal without subscription

I am using reliance prepaid cell ([protected]) for the last 6 years. On 8/11/09 I got a message from 52345 that ur CRBT sub renewal will be on 10.11.09. To cancel SMS Unsub 1003 to 121(Toll free). Despite the fact that I dont have any such service activated on my phone, I tried to sms on the above number many times,but everytime, it failed. Earlier last month also, I got another sms from 51234 that ur subscription to CRBT service has been renewed with Rs. 30 for 30 days.While calling in customer care, they informed that it has already been activated and nothing can be done. Can I know what is all this. Is Reliance FREE to activate any service to anyones cell and to deduct what they like. Please help me in this case. Hoping for a favourable reply & action.

Sir I received sms from service center, {( FM Indai l Pack is activated at Rs.30/30 days renewal. Call[protected]tollfree) to enjoy the service. To Unsub send UNSUB 1125 to 155223(tollfree)} on[protected]:49 so I call to customer care *333 their response is not satisfactory, they are not ready to refund deducted Rs.20 amount .they are giving me No.[protected] this is chargeable No. I asked for toll free no. they denied me . My mobile No. [protected]

I think reliance GSM service provider making public fool and looting their customer

Reliance Communications — Everytime a/c balance is deducted though I don't want the bakwa service

This is for your kind information that I never wanted bakwas service/any type of such service/messages from reliance but surprisingly everytime I don't understand how my Bakwas service is renewed...I launched the complain earlier(complain id:[protected]..before that also I talked to reliance customer care executives but getting no positive result (they are saying they are deactivating that service but after few days again it comes).
Plz. look into the matter and do some fruitful regarding the matter.

Today agains Rs.10 is deducted from my a/c balance suddenly and when I enquired from Reliance customer care executive, she said it is again due to bakwas but again today I haven't done anything,I was in meeting but still it is activated....it really embarrassing me a lot.
Also note that,I want no such service from Reliance end apart from my existing service.

Reliance Communications — they are just wasting our money without your information

reliance people are just wasting our money without our knowledge they only activate some caller tunes and some stupid plans without our information they deduct money from our account then they will tell you should have informed 2days before then they will give a complaint number which of no use and take no action.... like this only they have eaten up more than 300 rupees of our recharge...

Sir, I had purchased data card modem from reliance but it was not working till i purched this modem
i made so many complaints with mr naresh but no action was taken hence I terminated the service and requested them to refund the money of the modem but they refused and told me to get checked it with the huwei dealer.i am not satisfied with service of reliance communication.pls help
