Reliance Communications — Deactivation of my Number

i brought one connection no-[protected] from faridabad., i submitted my DL copy., my connection start from 22 feb 2010., on 6 March my father expaired so i goes in my home town in West Up. after 7 night my incoming & outgoing disconnect Why?, Your West Up Customer care (& Faridabad web world) said that u submited your id then your connection will start. again 10 march i submitted my Rashan Card Copy, but till now my connection not start. pls check error your end if i am wrong person why bsnl allot me land line, i have postpaid connection also.,

I am using Reliance high speed data card since past 6 months. My colleague uses high speed data card of tata called photon plus since past 6 months.

Reliance is the worst data card in the world and the most irresponsible product from one of the most irresponsible company of India with respect to communication and technology. Even if they offer for free, please do not touch it with a bargepole. Even if you have to pay double for Tata please use tata as it is 100 times better as a product.

Reliance high speed broad band data cards experience frequent disconnections, slow speed, the modem hangs very frequently and technical helpline staff is the biggest joke in the world. All they know is to sing nursery rhymes and count up to 10. If their knowledge and intelligence is anything above that, I will give away my laptop.

The management of reliance are crooks and their employees and technical people a bunch of jokers who together are running a circus.

A strict no to all even thinking of reliance high speed data card. Don’t ever ever even try it.

Also, I have seen my laptop getting infected with numerous virus with reliance data card while no such thing happens with tata photon plus.

So if anyone does not want to get blood pressure by being angry every day while use internet through data card, please do not even think of reliance even if Shri Anil comes personally to your home to deliver it for free.

Reliance Communication / Reliance Modem 880+ — Modem not working

Dear Madam/Sir

I purchased a Reliance wireless modem 880+ on 10th feb 2010 but from the first day it is not working. I registered a complaint in customare care . i got several calls from customer care regarding my complaint related to Reliance Data Card number [protected] (reliance wireless modem 880+). Every time they are asking the problem and transfering the call to Sr Technical person at reliance customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. Each time they are allowing the same solution. One of the guy at customer care told me that it does'nt work with Windows Vista.
Becoz it works very slow in windows vista. If it does'nt work with windows vista then why reliance is making fool of the customers. Here at local center they are saying to change the operating system to windows xp. Why i will switch to windows xp. Will reliance will provide me licenced version of windows xp.

IT engineer at relicance center gorakhpur is unable to solve the problem...

Its not working in his PC also..

I am facing lot of problem and my work is also affected. I can't waste my time only contacting reliance official.

I have send a mail on 6th march to withdraw my connection and refund the amount but neither they are replacing the modem nor the are refunding my money.

Reliance Communications — frequently disconnecting the phone

Respected Sir,
I, Praveen Kumar Bansal, has a Reliance Dot Phone having the phone no.[protected]. I convert it into prepaid on 04/03/2010 after clearing all my dues which was Rs.290/- vide reciept no UP/AGRA/09-10/337094. They told me that a recharge of Rs. 700/- (Rs. 100/- for lifetime and Rs. 600/- for talktime) will be made in order to convert it into prepaid from postpaid. I was not in need of that talktime recharge of Rs.600/- but I made it in order to convert it into prepaid and that talktime will be valid for 3 months. They informed me that my number will be disactivated for 48 days i.e., till 06/03/2010 but the same was activated on 09/03/2010 i.e., after a delay of 3 more days.
After its activation I asked the customer care of Reliance Communication Ltd., they informed me that the talktime of Rs.600/- will be vaild till 17/03/2010 i.e., only for 8 days. This is completely cheating from the side of the Company.
Another thing my phone gets disconnected on 18/03/2010 i.e., today morning. The webworld informed me that it would take 48 hours to again re activate.
This is completely cheating from the side of the company. They are disconnecting my Dot Phone again and again resulting in the loss of Business.
Please look into this matter and please take a strict action against the Company
