Reliance Netconnect + — Cheating - Worst Service

Reliance data card issue , any one can help on this issue? pls contact my mail : [protected]@gmail.com, I sent below mail to customer care at reliance but i did nt get any reply.

Its Samsudeen.K, I bought Reliance data card on november 1st 2012 with 3 month rental option at Reliance webworld No 50 NSR road saibaba colony Coimbatore, that executive Ms.Banu said it will be activated with in 1 hours, but more than 2 days its not activated, I had called to that guy but all the people saying some reason ok I accepted , after a week its not activated so many times i called to reliance webworld ( [protected]) but not responsible, then I planned to get my money from reliance then i went directly , but she said " Sorry na it will be active with in today evening else you can get your payment, after long firing we got activate on nov 12 th evening ( I have mobile billed proof for how many times i spoke ( 37 times) with reliance to get activation ) , Even activation Data card is working with 10 Kpbs speed but she said in Pollachi area you will get 2 mbps speed, after consulting with consumer toll free number they said still your id proof is not verified so netconnect + mode is not activated , then i went to reliance digital and ask with same guy and told sorry na it will be activate with in 1 day ....................................after long fighting its activated feb 24th evening.

I disturbed with this data card so many issues ....

i spoke with customer care guys more then 25 times in past 3 months....

after getting so much issues I went to termination my datacard to reliance web world. but they said no need to terminate you can switch from post paid to prepaid before that i consulted with toll free customer care they said before your end date of rental plan you need not to pay anything , if you submitted your documents after your end dates you might be pay for 7 days for pro data base,
ok then i submitted my documents ( Passport copy with photo) at feb 8th eve, she said no need to pay anything it will be activated with in 7 days like old stories,

after some days i got a call from reliance that conversation below

me: hallo
Reliance : calling from reliance why do you want to migrate from post paid to prepaid
me : for my convenience applied to migrate from post paid to prepaid
Reliance : ok sir, sure you would like to move from prepaid to postpaid
me : not pre to post , going to be migrate post to prepaid
Reliance : Ok sir thank you
me : when it will be migrate
Reliance : with in 7 days

after that i informed to ms.Banu then she said ok na it will be activated 3 to 4 days.

after that no one picking my calls to reliance webworld

I went feb 20 to reliance web world , one girl sitting and she did not answer me, and one guy came and asking what do you want i said detail but he simply said she is in leave you come after two days

what is my question """" Employee leave is your problem why people saying employee leave come after some days???? is it silly business? is reliance having any...........punctuality or people manner?

after 10 days ( march 5 th) got that Reliance web world manager number his name : girish / Sabarish ([protected])
I have escalated all the details and he said ok i will talk with her and let you know shortly.

after 2 days called to that guy he said " Sir your problem solved " didnt get call from Banu? I said no then he said ok sir sure call me tomorrow i let you know

like this so much torture getting from reliance , after long dialog with Sabarish one day he spoke with Ms banu directly through conference , that time ( 21 th March) Banu said you have to pay 352 Rs then only i can able to activate your number strictly said.

What is my question ?

three months advanced rental valid from nov 12 to feb 12, I submitted on feb 8 th , why didnt they disconnected my reliance datacard after 7 days?

Why didnt Ms.Banu say whether I have to pay 352 Rs. yet or while i spoke with customer care guys still date?

why she said no problem no need pay anything ?

Why i have to pay Rs 352 because i submitted my document before the endof the days?

If really i have to pay this type of amount why the people is not saying while purchasing the data card ( Reliance Ms Banu & Customer care guys)?

Why she is not giving any bills and proofs to submitting my documents?

Why she said this long time process?

Why still my connection is active after 2 months requests or issues?

Is reliance having any Policy like this?

Why torturing peoples like this?

any one can reply this mail?


I have planned to meet consumer court soon after getting your reply.

Requested : kindly solve this problem ASAP.

Note: Money 352 is not my problem i can pay, but why these peoples torturing , I got hurt due to this data card issue. I have lost my Money and time , I have all the proofs including airtel bills too .

Reliance Data Card — reliance data card number one cheater

Dear friends,
i[censored] r going or thinking for a internet data card, please please dont ever think or go for reliance data card. i have already lost around 5000/- rupee for reliance data card and got only zero service. world's most slowest n worst service provider is reliance data card in my view. so beaware of reliance data card.

Reliance Netconnect + — Internet Speed Issue

Hi,
I have purchased one Reliance NetConnect+ Data Card from ConnectIndia. I have been told that I'll get 3.1 Mbps speed. Later after purchasing, I come to know that its the maximum connectivity speed but i should get at least 500 kbps.
But i am getting only around 60-100 kbps. Sometimes it fall down from 60 as well.

Reliance Netconnect + — Data Card Activation

I have purchased Reliance Netconnect + broadband USB modem. I paid online in advance, handed over required documents hand to hand at my own residential address where it has been delivered.

BUT AFTER 5 DAYS OF PURCHASING AND MORE THAN 20 FOLLOW UP NO POSITIVE RESPONSE IS THERE.

I am forced to keep it because I had paid in advance.

This is the worst service I have faced.

Reliance Netconnect + — Slow Net Connection

I bought a new relience netconnect + before a month and currently i am used same.
Now i feel very much for bought this. I think i wasted my money and also wasting money for using the relience net connect plus.

I never worked such a slow connection, even in internet center also i didn't worked such slow connection.

I rised this problem to my dealer at many times but they didn't take any single action against the slow connection and i also register a complient in relience customer care through toll free number. They also didn't care about it.

How can i reslove my problem.. Please reply..

Reliance — Worst/No services after paying money

Hi ,

I am using reliance broadband +, user id is [protected].

My broadband services for above mentioned number are partially working sometimes and some times not working at all.

Worst : 10 /12 kbps
Not Working : Download speed 100 bits.

I am using 3.1 mbps device , called couple of times to customer care saying maintenance is going on in your area Chinchwad ,Pune ,MH.

If maintenance is going on and I am not getting desired speed ,please refund my all money which I paid to reliance right from the beginning.

Once or twice in month got the speed of 300-400 kbps after call to customer care,after that same problem happens,

If you can't provide the speed tell me right away so can go with other alternatives.

Kindly treat this as urgent.

I am having very worst experience with this service.

Reliance Netconnect + — NOT EVEN 10%OF THE PROMISED SPEED

RELIANCE NETCONNECT +MODE HAS PROVIDED ME AWFUL SPEED EVEN 2G IS BETTER THEY DO NOT PROVIDE EVEN 10% OF THE PROMISED SPEED THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS THEN THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING & THIS IS THE MAXIMUM SPEED

Reliance Netconnect + — Speed not per the plan

Hi I am Reliance Netconnect+ user no. being [protected] I got the recharge of Rs 1000 which promised me a netconnect+ speed for 10 gb and that 1x speed. I got the recharge on 28th but I an getting only 1x speed since then. After repeated complaints to customer care the matter is not solved yet. Please look into it.
