device not working properly

I have recharged my device with ₹1500 with validity of 3 months but it is not getting connected on the broadband mode . I am getting this problem for 1 month and my validity is getting wasted. when I complained in customer care they gave me answer that my device will be working properly within few hours but It doesn't. I want them now to either extend my validity or give me my money back....

Speed & some sites are not working

I have got new broadband connection from Reliance of plan 1mbps unlimited and still i am not even getting speed of 512kbps. + some sites like twitter.com is also not working customer care are also not replying properly. they are lying that every thing will be work properly within 3hrs and still nothing is getting solved....

it is very very slow for 2 months

my reliance net connect plus no:[protected] is very slow for last 2 months when i called and asked them they says update is going on or ur limits exceeds when i brought they said unlimitted and monthly RS:750 we pay monthly 843 with tax but connection is dead slow...

Incorrect deduction of charges

Unwanted Deduction and bad customer care services

I had deactivated rs 16 plan in march by filing complaint against company through this website and and they also refunded my balance but today i received message from company that Amount charged for VAS Whatsapp Rs. 16. And when I talked to Mr. Gaganpreet which is company's customer care executive he didn't solve my problem and he talked to me in very bad language.

Fraud Bills

AUTO DEDUCTION OF Rs 14 for SMS pack

New wireline broadband connection

I requested for new broadband connection on 23/03/13. There call center representative said a sales executive will meet within 48 hours in person. This continued for every day with the assurance a sales executive, coming within 48 hrs. They finally said my complain has been registered on 26/03/13

Data usage details not showing on website

Data usage in last month bill was inflated by at least 500MB.
So , I started to check data usage details on website. But website is not showing this page.
website : http://myservices.relianceada.com does not showing My data usage details.
Please check into the issue.
This problem is highly non tolerable as it gives sense of being cheated.
It seems they deactivate the page for users till days reaches...
