    1.) i have activated whatsapp plan however my main amount is being deducted and when talked to their customer executive, they said its been deducted for GPRS use..

    however i have not used any GPRS apart from whatsapp...

    when i was arguing with customer care executive they say we cant help it from here. u recharge it again and deactivate GPRS plan.. my question is when i have not activated GPRS plan how can i deactivate plan..

    2.) My main balance shows 9.506 Rs validity[protected]. however i cant make any call or message or in fact even if paying for whatsapp i cant access it as they ask me to recharge..

    3.) My amount was debited twice likewise..

    Request you to please look in to the matter or else i wont have any option other than to choose some other provider..

    of course i don't have any proof for this, but its but obvious that i wont waste my time writing down complaint if i m not been harassed.

      I bought the Reliance data card ([protected]) with post paid Rs:750 plan. I sent a request to change that in to prepaid account. But they did not respond that and generate the next month bill with Rs:1788. And they compelling me to pay the bill amount, even I didn't use the data card last 4 months.

      Reliance Data Card — Overbilling..

      I am reliance Customer using Internet data card.My number is [protected].I uses the Night Free Plan.According to the bill i have used the internet 10 hrs 25 minutes in day time but i commit how it can possible because in the day time i always in my Office.So please check the uses again and take a right action.

      Reliance/Data card — billing

      Dear All,

      This is to bring to your notice the poor service provided by your customer care.

      I have a relaince data card which i have been using since the last 3 years and now i wanted to terminate and deactivate the card. On my calling them they first asked me not to deactivate and were forcing me to retain it, on giving them valid reasons they agreed and told me that i would have to pay full and final an X amount , and i also asked them to deactvate the card to which they confirmed.

      I went to the gallery and paid them full and final amount and confirmed from them regarding deactivating the data card.

      To my surprise the next month in the month of December09 i get a bill to pay the minimum due..

      I want to know WHY AM I SUPPOSE TO PAY AND FOR WHAT WHEN I HAD REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THE CARD.

      Also i find your call center services pathetic.. you never seem to get a representative online after calling for more than half an hour., i have tried atleast for 5 times and have waited for 30 mins each time and without getting to talk to your guy. its absolutely disguting. I hope you understand that a customer cant be treated like .

      Dear sir,
      I have recieved a call between 5 march to 8 march from releince R world regarding to bill payment after disscused madam told me to change a plane which is (3 GB DAY & 10 GB NIGHT) plane in Rs. 600 /month. Then i said to change my plane then after she said to me you can use this plane from 18 MARCH and i use this plane from 19 of MARCH to 21 of MARCH . when i call to customer care then he said to me that you use 10 GB night plane at present. Compony charge me according to my previous plane.
      So please help me

      This is regarding a bill payment for the account which is already closed. I had taken a postpaid connection with netconnect data card No.[protected] in 2011 ending..I was a regular payer and paid all bills on time with full amount. However there was disputed bill for Feb or March 2013, where I was charged wrongly..I had checked the usage on the My services portal and it was showing that I was still having the allowance reaming on the last day of the billing cycle date. However when the bill was generated, it showed that I had used more then allowance and was charged around Rs 1000 more.

      I called customer service and informed the details, there was no resolution provided. I said that I am ready to pay the normal bill amount, they did not agree and I said that they can cancel the connection, or I can pay the normal charge.

      As there was no resolution provided I din pay the bill, and they kept charging after that, I contacted 4 to 5 times for the same issue, no response.

      Now they are sending me a bill of Rs. 2281/- with a letter given below:


      "Dear Customer,

      DIPESH JAGATIA,

      This is inform you that your payment of Rs. 2281/- Is due of your Reliance DATA_HSD No.[protected] having Account No/CAF No[protected]

      Kindly clear the dues on before 18 July 12, 2013 to avoid the legal action.

      Online payment is not possible.

      You can make the payment by Cash/DD/Cheque by visiting any one of Reliance Store/World.

      For Assistance, Payment pick up and NOC you may contact Ragini-[protected] & Rajesh-[protected]

        I am Anupama Singh. I had a Reliance GSM postpaid number [protected] which I requested to migrate to prepaid on 27th February, 2013 through Howrah Maidan Reliance outlet and made the necessary payment regarding that. I got a confirmation on my mobile that my request would be processed within 15 days. The people at the respective Reliance outlet told me that my incoming would continue but my outgoing would be discontinued for some days. On 12th March, 2013, I got a message from RCom that my request has been processed but my SIM was actually not converted to prepaid. I contact the respective Reliance Outlet where they told me that it will take another 3 to 4 days to migrate my SIM to prepaid connection. But, to my utter shock, on 31st March, 2013, I noticed that my network signals were blocked and my connection was terminated. I again contacted the respective Reliance outlet, so they told me that my request was to convert my SIM from postpaid to prepaid only but it's technical team's default that my SIM is terminated. So, they told me to go to the Head Office of Reliance at Kolkata. I went there but they told that my SIM is terminated and I cannot get back that number in anyway. They are just not helping me without any fault of mine. It's very much disturbing me because this is my official number and I have been using it for quite a long time.
        Please.............. I request you to please help me out in getting back my SIM as I am having a lot of problem because of my terminated SIM. I want a solution as soon as possible. I can be contacted on the number given below.

        Now what do you people want to address my issue. Now it's more than one could bear. If one has to get a postpaid connection, no time is required. Representatives even come to door to get the confirmation document signed. But why no one is there to address the issue if a customer is in problem and that also due to company's fault. After giving alternative number also, I did'nt got any call. Is a customer's problem so small an issue? I have been using that number for almost two years and now it suddenly stopped because of you people's fault and now I have to suffer. Is it so small a matter to be ignored? I just want my address to be addressed and solved because I am not going to suffer without any fault.

          Sir/Madam,
          Yesterday i.e. 7th April at 9pm I saw my balance 130/-. After that I only did some sms & facebook from my mobile. In my number sms pack of 39/- & facebook application pack of 16/- is subscribed. But after that at 10pm I saw my balance deducted to 120/-. That time I called the customer care but they told that there system upgradation is going on so to call later. After that again I accessed facebook from my phone. Again at 11pm I called the customer care & that time they told me that my balance is 115/-. Means again 5/- deducted without my knowledge but they could not assist me coz their system upgradation was still going on. After that again I accessed facebook application from my phone. After that I checked my balance but it was still 115/-. After that again I called at nearly 11:30pm & the customer care executive for not being able to assist me transferred my call to his senior. Then I talked & told my problem to the senior. After keeping me on hold for nearly 10-12 mins he told that my balance was deducted due to use of facebook & gave me a website www.m.facebook.com for accessing facebook in future. I told him that my balance never got deducted before for accessing fb but he told that that was beneficial for me. I questioned him that after my balance reached 115/- I again accessed fb but still my balance is 115/-. That means there system has a problem for which I am losing my money after being subscribed to packs.Than I told to refund my 15/- but he told that he will not refund my 15/-. I told that I will complain to the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum but he told to complain.
          Please look into this matter & give me justice.

            Hi, My name is Neeraj sharma. I have received a payment reminder email from reliance for Rs.1006 and i have already terminated the broadband connection in Nov, 2011. My subscriber id is[protected]. I have spoken to the customer care rep in 2011 and returned the broadband equipment (modem) and i have cleared my last bill. It is so annoying now because they have billed me for Rs.1006 for GOD knows what. Help me. Call me [protected].

              I was purchased Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Lite Mobile on December,2012 and I saw that Reliance providing free internet so I purchased new Reliance Prepaid GSM sim from Reliance Gallery and I made first recharge of Rs.111 and I got 3 month internet with this recharge but not get 6 month internet which free with mobile(handset) so that time i contact to customer care and told them about it but they told that your 6 month internet will activate after this 3 month internet(which provided by Rs.111 recharge). After 3 Month of internet as told by customer care 6 month internet(which provide by reliance with handset) is not activate so I contact to customer care again on 31st March, 2013 and they told internet will activate tomorrow and after that day I got message from reliance that "Dear Reliance Customer, we have registered your request. Your data services will be activated shortly." but after this internet not activate so again i contact to customer care on 1st April,2013 and they registered my complaint and told that i will get complaint number but not get, now i m writing this complaint because customer care is not answering properly and i want proper answer with reason and when my internet plan will activate.

              So please reply me that when you will activate my data(internet) plan, otherwise I need to contact to Consumer Court for this.

                I have recharged my device with ₹1500 with validity of 3 months but it is not getting connected on the broadband mode . I am getting this problem for 1 month and my validity is getting wasted. when I complained in customer care they gave me answer that my device will be working properly within few hours but It doesn't. I want them now to either extend my validity or give me my money back.

                  I have got new broadband connection from Reliance of plan 1mbps unlimited and still i am not even getting speed of 512kbps. + some sites like twitter.com is also not working customer care are also not replying properly. they are lying that every thing will be work properly within 3hrs and still nothing is getting solved.
                  Dude I am facing the same problem...I have also raised the complaint ..now lets see what these peoples do

                      my reliance net connect plus no:[protected] is very slow for last 2 months when i called and asked them they says update is going on or ur limits exceeds when i brought they said unlimitted and monthly RS:750 we pay monthly 843 with tax but connection is dead slow

                      WE HV PURCHASED THE RELIANCE NET- CONNECT DATA CARD 3 NO FOR THE OFFICIAL USE IN THE MONTH OF FEB2011, FIRST MONTH THE SPEED WAS GOOD, BUT FROM SECOND MONTH IT IS VERY VERY SLOW. AND EVEN WE ARE NOT GETTING THE 5GB DOWNLODE ON 3.1MBPS AS PER PLAN

                        I have not got the refund yet. To add the story repeated again and I have lost more money. I have all the SMS details from Reliance to prove that my money is deducted multiple times however the Customer Care Agent whom I spoke to "Chandrakala" again she is reluctant to take the complaint and her system does not have details no floor manager to escalate and handle the problem and the same story continues..... I am the only one being treated by Reliance like this. And this time I promise would not continue to use this connection for longer... to stop being robbed of my money!!!!

                        To capture my details further... as it is recorded on my phone.....
                        Issue First Occurrence:

                        I am a reliance CDMA customer from Bangalore . From past 2 days, I have been deducted 19 Rs thrice for the SMS pack. I called up the customer care 3 times and they are not taking a complaint. The agents I spoke to were Farah, Chandrakala and Arshiya. All the 3 has no patience to understand what I was telling them. They were reluctant to take a complaint and never took one even after continued request. They seem to be in a wrong job and not really understand customer problems. I am not sure for how many more days I am going to stay with Reliance. And by the way this is the third time in the past 6 months I am having this problem. Last time I managed to get back my money since I could raise a complaint. Reliance is a ROBBER a big ROBBER. Even after wasting my time and money I still do not have a complaint number, irony isn't it? :( Will somebody hear my problem!!! IF NOT I SHOULD MOVE ON - LAW OF TWO FEET!!!!!!

                        Issue Second Occurrence

                        When my phone balance was Rs 149.62 on April 4th 2013 at 4:30 AM I got a notification that my SMS pack is activated by auto renewal and my current balance is Rs 130.62. As I wanted the pack i was fine with it.

                        And the next day April 5th again exactly @ 4:30 AM I am deducted of Rs 19 again for the same pack and my balance was deducted. Got that message twice and once the message of refund as well. I am unclear how many times Reliance deducts money for the same package within a gap of one single day.

                        To add to my woes on calling up customer care I am told the first renewal that happened on April 4th is also not currently active and I am being charged from past 2 days for all the SMS which is additional money robbery from me. Who will hear to my problem? Will I get any response here?

                        I will wait diligently for another 2 days. Else I will publicize this incident to the maximum extent I can on all the social networking sites and once I feel I have done enough on this I will move on to a different provider hoping that they don't ROB customers like RELIANCE DO!!!!

                            I had lodged a complaint against the same matter few days ago. The matter was resolved but the next day onwards the same problem started. I am thankful for that.
                            But, before I could start using the my number peacefully again, the same problem popped up. The issue is that I have been charged every day for GPRS usage. But I havent used GPRS at all. I have already deleted all internet settings on my handset a long time back. So, there isnt any scope of internet usage from my handset. And the customer care representatives too arent ready to help sort out this issue at all. I am extremely unsatisfied with the services. I have been using this same Reliance GSM Prepaid sim ([protected]) since many years satisfactorily. But since past two months I have sufferred a lot of inconvinience. I want this matter to be resolved at the earliest.
                            Another issue being that the email to the reliance customer care also isnt getting delivered.
                            I expect a more responsible and sensible approach from Reliance comm. Cell phones are used to ease communication and so that people can be contacted at any time when needed. But since 2 months, I had to rush to the recharge centre each time I had to make a call or send an sms to somebody. Because every other day ahen I dialled any number, I heard a message that my prepaid account balance is zero. It really is too frustrating and sheer lack of responsibility on the part of the service provider. The worst part being that I had to forcefully get a new sim card issued by another service provider. But I want this dispute to be sorted out and want all the balance to be refunded at the earliest.
                            Looking forward for a solution at the earliest with strict actions taken this time.

                            Reliance — Incorrect charges

                            Dear Friends,

                            I just want to tell you that these Reliance customer care is worst i have ever seen in any industry.

                            I moved from Delhi to Mumbai on 14th March and get my account charged with 1100 Rs india plan where call charges to other reliance phone is 40 paise per minute. On 16th March I have applied for change in my delhi reliance number mumbai local number. This was done the same day and i got the mumbai number (my delhi number was deleted) activated with account balance of 786 (i get 728 from re-charge of Rs 1100 and rest was the lod balance) However, i get deducted for Rs 2.65 for every call i made after 16th March. On complaining to the customer care i got 3 different and very strange response:

                            Customer Care Executive # 1 - Sir this is not the mumbai number...yours is a delhi number thats why you have call charges like this. I told him that even if you dial it from your local mumbai phone without affixing zero "0" you can connect to me...but all my statments and facts were of no meaning to him. He said this is delhi number...Any one can check yaar i have Reliance prepaid number -[protected] which is a mumbai number.
                            I was frustrated so i called back again and find another executive:
                            Customer Care Executive # 2 - Sir, you have recharged the wrong plan...so this is correctly deducted. How come i have re-charged the wrong plan - i have receipt of the reliance web world for the amount of card recharged together with the balance i got..further i have the automatic message from reliance stating that your card is recharged with 1100 Rs and you gt a balance of 728. But this does not mean anything to him- he was reluctant to understand thing.
                            Customer Care Executive # 3 Put me on hold for 20 minutes - i had no option other than to hang up.
                            Customer Care Executive # 3 - Sir, Because you have converted your delhi number to mumbai number after rechanrging the account thats why this problem exist. I refered him to the website where there is statement that in such case the balance will be transfered to new number and you can use it as per your new plan.

                            Strange...pathetic !!! IF anyone from Reliance is hearing ????
                            Pls get some good people with common sense on customer care - its your business...if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys...even monkeys have some common sense but relaince customer care executive have none !

                            I won't leave them easily this time...unfortunately for them I am a lawyer and would n't miss this opportunity to claim damages !

                            Reliance Telecom — Regarding charges

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have given a wriiten request at reliance web world to convert my postpaid no. to prepaid no. for this they told me it will take maximum days but for two months they have not converted and finally after two months they have converted the no. sir, they have charged me for two months rental where as i have not used my phone nither my phone was also deactivated for 45 days but they have charged for that 45 days also. After giving complain for this atlaeast 15 times in written to their customercare but there is no action from there side. this is also a month back story that they are not reversing the charges which they have charged me in excess.

                              I had deactivated rs 16 plan in march by filing complaint against company through this website and and they also refunded my balance but today i received message from company that Amount charged for VAS Whatsapp Rs. 16. And when I talked to Mr. Gaganpreet which is company's customer care executive he didn't solve my problem and he talked to me in very bad language.

                                  In september 2012, I purchased an reliance Data card.
                                  Fron an reliance for which the reliance agent came to my residence an collected 3000 INR for 3 month advance plan for which i was not supposed to get bills for 3 month.
                                  He told you will get an 3G connection with this data card.
                                  But I did not receive the card. within 15 days I received bills for the data card.
                                  I complained in local police station, we called that agent Nilesh fron churchgate office many times informing the bills of 3G and data card, but he never came and told this issue will be solved.

                                  Now I have received a notice to come to lok nayalaya in 6 April. I wrote sveral mails to reliance appellate office but no response.

                                  Reliance Netconnect — fraud in bill receiving

                                  i m deepak gautam purchased reliance netconnect broadband+ from sales man named Abrar Khan on the date of 13 dec. 2010 the bill has genrated after using of one month and the bill was collected by realiance employee from my home and given receipt to us on the date of 28 jan 2011 but after 2 days the services of my data card was rejected by the company due to bill payment they are saying that i have paid bill to froud man but the point is that how my information is leaked it is fault of company not customers. i went to all branches of reliance in bhopal but they are doing nothing on this case and asking repay bill to me.

                                      I have been using a Reliance 3g sim to access internet for the past 7 months through a micromax data card/dongle (mmx 310g), during the first 3 months I enjoyed a superb service with a speed of 40 kbps...recently I made a 4gb 3g recharge ,but now it delivers a very bad speed of avg 6 kbps.. I tried using it in different computers, 3g phones, but It gives the same pathetic speed, I complained in the customer care but no help was received.. I am very upset with reliance 3g's service.. at first I used to recommend my friends to use it for its incredible speed, but now it's letting me down only..                                       Very bad service provider, Always try to cheat a coustmer, Now they are cheating with 3g plan in Rs123. Actually name is 3g but speed is less than 2g. I recharged 3g plan today on my no.[protected]. And its slow.
                                      Hate this Network and there worthless plans.
                                      Initially the 3g services provided by reliance GSM were good but they became worst over the period of time..i contacted the customer care number but nothing fruitful comes out.Now i stopped using the 3g services of the reliance...my contact number is [protected]...they promise to pay the lowest for the 3g service but in real they are charging that money for nothing...please avoid the 3g services of reliance ON gsm..Thanks
                                      I am having a bb connecton.though I went for a Reliance 3g. for a stsndby connectivity. Inever got a 3g speed the connection manager shows 2g connection. I feel it is just foolish to contact to the customer care----reasons are 1.itis very difficult to reach to the customer executive.the ivr just keeps u moving round and round.2 there is no one availabe to solve the problem. it just a function of making fool and making money.

                                      i have been using reliance 3g sim since 1 month as a friend of mine recommended it to me for its data services i recharged it with a special voucher rs 777 which provided with unlimited data access for 28 days, it was supposed to be a 3g services but the browsing and downloading speeds are horrible and streaming is worse the downloading speed is some were between 2 kb to 15 kb max, this is not the3g speed you said you were supposed to provide even though the network coverage is full.and for your information your customer service is the worst, i cant even reach them most of the time.plz help me, this was the last thing i could do to reach you.

                                        I requested for new broadband connection on 23/03/13. There call center representative said a sales executive will meet within 48 hours in person. This continued for every day with the assurance a sales executive, coming within 48 hrs. They finally said my complain has been registered on 26/03/13

                                        The problem is I had my BSNL connection, and every time I called, I was assured they provide broadband in my pincode area. And If your sales executive is coming - I can disconnect my current Broadband connection. To this there answer every time was - 'Aap befikar ho kar apna connection katwa de, by evening our sales executive will come.'

                                        Well now its over 2 weeks, and my current beloved BSNL disconnected, and I m still waiting for the mistry man of my dreams to provide a reliance broadband connection, but all I get is this - 'Our sales executive will call you within 48 hrs'. My god my head will explode if I hear this line again.
