I am Mohammed Thanveerul Aklam and i purchased a reliance netconnect plus on feb 1st in coimbatore.... I was told to pay 799 for the first recharge so that i could get an offer of 5gb per month for 3 months........... i paid that amount and used the 5gb data for the first month (febraury). After that i didnt get any data for the march month ..... i complained it to my retailer and they adviced me to call the customer care....... Due to their advice i called the customer care and registered a complaint saying within 3days my issue will be solved..... after 3 days i called the cc and they said your complaint has been registered wrongly so we will take another complaint and resolve your problem so i registered another complaint........... after two days i called the cc and didnt get any favorable result......... am registering complaints from march 6th but still i didnt get any solution for the problem Its been 15 days........... am very much frustrated for taking your broadband service...... being one of the great companies in india i dont know why u people are not helping your customers and resoving their problems............. am expecting a solution for my complaint......

I am having a reliance broadband service since July'09. As per my plan I will have 2 GB o[censored]sage free for Rs.750 rental and for each additional MB o[censored]sage I will be charged Rs.0.50. However in all my bills I am being charged at Rs.2 per MB and very frequently my connection is being disconnected for usage limit exceeding. I have also got a waiver from my bill but again this month this has happened. When I try to contact customer care, there is no resolution at all and no one seems to know anything. I never expected a well known brand like Reliance to have such a pathetic third grade service. I am unnecessarily being harrassed due to this. Please do not go for any Reliance product without verifying their service from others in the future.

From last 3 weeks every other day I am visiting Reliance Web world and calling customer care. I wanted to convert my Reliance netconnect card from postpaid to prepaid. The web world guys says talk to customer care and customer care people say you have to go to web world. after 2 weeks they took my application and after that I am calling Web world Manager
"Vishal Bansode, Reliance Web World, Shop-12/13, Amar Arcade, Hadapsar, Pune."
and he talks very rudely and says I can't do anything else, and customer care people say go to web world and check with them. One says there is no outstanding and other one says please clear your outstanding and doesn't know how much is that.
on top of that, before sometime i raised several complaints that internet speed is very very slow, but still no resolution. and that was the reason i want to change it to prepaid.

Please help me here.

    I had request to purchsed Reliance Netconnenct.I had make the payment on 19 march 2013.But till 20 march they are not giving me any receipt about my payment.

    Looking after the services i suggest to cancelled my order and giving refund of my payment.When i call to customer care perople Name (Sandeep)at Delhi office he transfer call to his senior when i asking for the refund that guy talk very roodly and said that we will not refund the payment DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.

    Team Plz help me to get my payment back.

    Please help other wise i will have to file legal complaint of fraud.

          hey all,

          Reliance deducted my money too for Home zone. When i spoke to customer care they told that i will get 300 Local minutes and 100 local sms free. Different peoples (While speaking to customer care) give different solutions some says that local minutes will be valid for all Maharashtra (including Mumbai) some says that its only valid for home zone no.'s some says Mumbai will not be a part of that local minutes n some peoples didn't even know the scheme. Lets forget this issue they are charging me for each call whether Maharashtra or Mumbai . Only sms are free that means i wasted 99 rs. for 100 sms (that too only local) which i can easily get in 20 rs. also. Reliance is doing fraud with me. They even deducted 100 rs. from my balance last month (said that it's deducted bcoz of gprs n i was having net plan in ma cell, some said tht due to roaming n i was in ma town only). I think i should better change the network. I have recharged that on 10 march , complaint on 14th march (complaint no.[protected] n still unsolved. Whats dis ??????????????????

            I am using ZTE AC2737 modem for Reliance prepaid connection, Waste Waste Waste of money and time. Even the reliance customer support is worst about this modems. I was really frustrated with this device. This device is having very very very bad drivers. When I call the Reliance customer care service they say my machine is having problems. My machine is working with any other modems e.g Airtel-Huwaii modem. The customer service representatives are semi educated. Even they are not ale to understand my problem how they fix :) :). Always I get the "Can not access serial port. Permission denied". I am really requesting not to go for Reliance net connect broadband connection.

            ZTE — bad service

            I had buied a zte blade handset from idea office whose chargr got burnt on next day of purchase when icomplaint about the incident to zte service center noorani chowk raja talab raipur they refuse my complait and talked to me in a rude way and the mobile is also not working properly

            Hi RCOMcare,

            I know your company is very big, but remember customers are valuable assets for any company. I lost lot of money because of your connection. I was not able to work well for clients due to connection loss and driver issues. Already I have changed to Airtel, which is very good and using without any problems. Any way thanks your reply.

                I have raised one request on 22nd Feb 2013 for the migration from Postpaid to Prepaid,Its almost a month the process is still going on.
                There isnt any fault from my side,Outstanding amount has been paid,Document has been submitted in Velachery R Web-World.and believe me i called not less that 14 times for the status and got the same reply each time that "THIS TIME SURELY WITHIN 24 HRS YOUR CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED".I am not able to contact anyone neither anyone else.I felt no less than HELL while talking to those customer care persons.
                I have raised not less than 7-8 Complaints(compliant nos":[protected],[protected],etc.....) thru Customer Care service but the result is same."THIS TIME SURELY WITHIN 24 HRS YOUR CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED".

                    from the past 6-7 year i am using mobile number. and i don not wish to lose the same number. my past mobile network IDEA call rate was very high. they are offered me up-to 6 month local call rate is 0.30 paise. but after 3 month call rate changed to 60 paise. so i plan to change network. recently i was walking on footpath near warrior bakery in rajajinagar. one person was sitting with reliance sim card. he said if you port your mobile number to reliance you will get 600 minute call free for 3 month and 400 sms free (local and national). this is 199 plan after 3 month you will will get month 600 minute call free and 400 sms (local and national )free if you cross more then 600 minute you will get call rate 1/2 paise per second. so i was happy with tariff and i gave my prof and i took sim card but recently welcome call came and he said you are 249 plan. there is no free call but 400 sms free for month.

                    so i plan to put a complaint. but where and to whom and what are the document needed i don not know please any one help me.

                    Reliance Communication — changed my tariff plan without informing

                    My tarif plan was onnet 440 in which all rim to rim calls was free (unlimited) but company had changed the plan to unknown plan without informing me.so now bill had generated very high.

                      my 100 rupees have been deducted from my reliance number in some VAS service (which i dont know what it stands for) and after zero balance sometimes message comes insufficient balance for vas facility.

                          My reliance 3G data used in NetConnect dongle had been getting a good speed. But after I recharged it with Rs.1500 data pack, the net speed has gone done abruptly. It is so slow that sometimes it cannot open a webpage.The download speed at IDM is around 4-5 kbps with 14 kbps at the max. I have talked with Reliance customer care many times. Some of them suggested to clear cookies, delete history and so on and I did the same but in vain. They said they made a complaint with respect to my issue and sent me a complaint number.But this complaint number didn't make them solve my issue.I am fed up of calling to customer care. Please help resolve my issue.

                            I used reliance data card for past 12 months till December 2012([protected]). Due to poor network and very worse customer care I terminate my service in December 2012. but still they generating bill for me. very first month of January2013 they reversed, but net connect bill for February and march they get compliment but they haven't done any action. due to this my postpaid mobile with reliance GSM also get disconnected([protected]). I am ashamed to have the Reliance GSM I ported my services from Vodafone to Reliance because its Indian company. I suffered more due to this I hate Reliance Customer care very worse service

                            Reliance Postpaid — reliance are cheaters

                            Reliance people in Bangalore are real cheators. Even after the settlement of the final bill, they rasied one outstanding amount of 5000rs.... We had paid a security deposit of Rs.1200 and they are saying that it was not present in theor records. Please do not go for reliance as they are disgusting.

                              Dear sir,I already complain for this before a week but problem is not resolved so 2nd times i inform you that I faced two big problems for long 15 days. which are- 1. Auto disconnect my internet again and again (5 times per 30 minutes) & 2. Network problem and server is very slow. Serving, Downloading & Uploading speed is very slow. Please resolve this immediate.

                                I am Mohammad Arif form Thane.

                                I have recharged my GSM number [protected] with a GPRS pack as an trail, but it very unfortunate that from same day your GPRS is not working. I have called your customer care to make a complain about the issue.Your customer care person is so rude that he even not bother to listen the complain.

                                My follow up with your call center is continued from last 10 days almost, but there is always a single reply came that the problem will be resolved in next 24 hrs.

                                When in called them regularly then they stopped my outgoing.After that they have deducted certain funds without any reason from my balance.When I Have ask for the reason behind deduction they said they wont have details.

                                Yesterday asa trail i have recharged my account with Rs 10. but after some time the balance is deducted without any reason.I am so fed-up with your service that I have applied for portability.I have decided to avoid any service of reliance in future.

                                Is this the way reliance communication make money, and no one is bothered to resolve the problem.

                                You people simply cheating your consumers.

                                  With due respect and humble submission I Ravindra Rathod would like to draw your attention towards the Poor Sevice & Illegal balance deduction i had to face in the hands of this big telecommunication giant Reliance india limited.
                                  Since march i have started using the new services of RCOM whatsapp& facebook plan @ 16 RS as my gprs usuage is confined to these two applications i started facing this issue of deducting my main balance sometimes it is 20 rs , 40 , 60 rs too.. I continously register my with customer care (as much as 7 times till now). There is no resolution till date. Complaint no[protected].

                                      Sir, mera name azim shaikh hai.maine Reliace web world (6&7, Meghdhanush Comlex Gotri Road Vadodara)se Date 6/4/09 Receipt no:[protected] new sim purchse kiya. but sim activate nahi ho raha hai. waite karne ko kahe kar 1, 2 hour bitha kar rakhte hai. 4, 5 baar R.World mein gaya! phir bhi sim activate nahi huwa.
                                      sir aap hi bataye kya karna chayye.mai bahot pareshan ho gaya hoon.aap hi kuch advice dijiye.

                                      Reliance GSM — Sim Not Blocked

                                      My self Ranjit Nayak I lost my mobile in a bus on 12.05.10 mobile number [protected] immediately i informed to customer care and request them to block my Sim Card, they assure me that the Sim will blocked within 3 hrs but till now when i call to the number its giving response the number switch off instead of the number does not exist.

                                      Reliance MNP — MNP not activated

                                      I applied for MNP on 22.01.2011 for porting my number from reliance CDMA to reliance GSM. My mobile number is [protected]. Since then it is not yet completed. They have stopped incoming calls and incoming sms to my mobile for the last 3 days. Still when u contact them they say there is some technical issue and they need another 2-3 days to complete it.

                                      I hope they do not have the infrastructure to provide MNP. The are telling that MNp will be done in 7 days but in my case it is already 22 days completed but i am still waiting for MNP to be activated.

                                      Exactly same issue with myslef also, It took 20 days for porting to GSM and i am not able to recive any incoming calls and outgoing SMS and upon calling Relaince they say Technical issue hai "jald say jald solve ho jayeghi" today feb 15th is the fourth day eiothout icoming i m facing severe loss becuse of no incoming facility to me.

                                        I compalained on 11th march 2013.Subjecting :- Balance Deduction due to GPRS although Whatsapp & Facebook plan is activated

                                        I received my balance back. Thanks for your support.

                                        But in this RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. This Whatsapp & Facebook plan is not woking.

                                        BEACAUSE STILL MY BALNCE IS DEDUCTING !!!! IN LAST TWO DAYS MY RS 4 BALANCE IS DEDUCTED.

                                        PLEASE TELL RELIANCE THAT PLEASE LOOK INTO THEIR PLAN PROPERLY !!!

                                        I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#
                                        and after activation too when i still use whatsapp, my balance is deducted

                                        I have already called customer care but earlier unsatisfactory responses were given for about 6-7 times (for eg system is updating, call later etc) and now they have also blocked my calls to cust. care..so now i am also unable to call them and my balance is still deducting..

                                        So please help in this and kindly solve my problem..they already deducted the balance for plan and still deducting balance for using services..

                                        Please kindly take an action concerning this.
