The subject temporary card was taken out December 2007, and yet the permanent card of the said number has not been received. Two e-mails and even a phone call requested this, but it has not provided any result. My card No.is [protected] and lost card three months back and informed to Customer care MUMBAI over phone three times . They promised to send card within 10 days but no reoly till date. the attitude of the reliance is worst.Hope that they may send card immediately.
