hi i am using reliance net connect usb modem. i spent yester 700 rs for e recharge.my no is [protected]. i called customer care
10 times. but they not responding well and i am not able to connect to internet . usb modem has validity and 10 hours net hours also.
please solve this problem asap....

I wanted to draw your attention towards my pain full experience with a Mobile re-charge .

well, i have been continuing Rs- 496 ( Jadu plan ) since 8 months.
i was happy with that plan . and some one intentionally re-charged Rs-33 / on my number .. so that previous plan was replaced with new plan . so i couldn't get my previous plan tariff .. and then 10 days continuously...

I requested for a broadband connection on the 17th of November 2008 for which I duly issued a cheque which was charged by you on the 24th Nov. However I have not yet received my connection even after a month of my payment. My repeated complaints have not yielded any response from the company, as they keep passing the buck between the local agency and the head office.

In the meantime I am forced to retain my current Internet...

It has a very poor network in the city..and I am complaining from 2 weeks for not sending me the gprs settings...i am very much frustrated...please help me out...

I have submitted a termination request form at "Prabha Communications Reliance World" in Karvenagar Pune, on 30th August' 08. The request was accepted, and my card was submitted.
