i am using smart gsm servicein madhaya pradesh my no is [protected] last 1 month i am facing the problem of balance deduction without any reason I have done complaint 4 times . but my problem is not sort out i am very disturb with activity of smart(Reliance) GSM in madhya pradesh
now i am thinking to take any legal action if my complaint is not sort out

directly send mail to Reliance coustmer care ID, dont call.

last week m also face same problem making lot of call n number of complains, coustmer care unable to help me.

after that i send a mail to there coustmer care id and result was wounderful within 3days they return back my all deducted amount.

i think making written statment better than call so dont make call simple send a mail.

they surly give u reply with cause.

Reliance Smart GSM — deduction of balance without any subscription done by me

on 13th Nov 2009 at 10.42am i have got a message from 51234825 from Reliance GSM Service and it have been written that You have been successfully susbscribed to Find A Friend Rs.49.00 for 30days. I never subscribed for it
when i called the customer care the caller told me that i have subscribed it on 11th Nov 2009...
its unfair that the Company is Deducting the amount for the balance on it use...

In case if i subscibed it on 11th Nov 2009 why did the balance gotr deduted on 13th Nov 2009.

So kindle put the case up and help me for the needful so that no other customer give up their balnce for the fraud susbscriptions made by the company for the Money .and request is made for the retrieving of the balnce which is lost.
same happened with me...the SMS pack got activated without any knowledge of mine...and when ever i try to send the deactivation msg on the given number it shows that we cannot process your request ...try later on...

i have recharge my phone with Rs.100 and 100 rupees is to be credited to my number. but i got 62.40 rupees main balance and 11 rupees promo balance, 26 rupees not yet credited. i also talk with customer care executive they we have not cutted any amount from your number.
every time before due date my sms pack and L20 were renwed.
please suggest me possible ways to cope with this problem

    I received my Reliance Landline bill (FWP) for[protected] to[protected] . I was shocked to find that they have charged Rs. 462/- towards value added services, which i have never used. On enquiring from their customer care they told me that I had called a number "51234" from my phone. However neither I nor any of my family members know or have used the services. The Customer care people have refused to accept my request for reversing of charges, and are insisting that I have used the services, I use the Landline only for voice and my calls are minimal. The usage pattern of my phone history would confirm that.

    Such type of wrong billing was also done in by earlier bills for the period[protected] to[protected], and upon frequent follow ups the charges were reversed.

    i anil yadav purchased your new sim in gsm on 16-01-09. in starting they told us that i got rs 10 per day but institing getting any rs i was unable to check my balance and other servies. three times i complaint to customer care but i am not getting any solution nor getting rs 10 per day. always your customer care and network is busy.complaint no ucs1109834

      i am reliance postpaid dapo coustmer.always my bill stand for rs:-1200 to 1500.though i have rimto rim pack and i regurely use my calls to reliance custmer's .i have lot of time complent to the custmer care but the answer is nil to date so i want the counsernt person to do the needful to the dapo custmer the oldest coustmer.thank u sir

      While in the US(New Jersey), I have been using post-paid phone service to call India and UK, through Reliance, using phone numbers
      [protected];[protected];[protected] and payment of related bills automatically collected by Reliance from my credit card.
      I have left the USA on October 06, 2008 and have yet to return to the US. The above three phone numbers were disconnected on leaving the US. Thus we have not used that facility since October 06, 2008 but the Reliance has been collecting some charges from my credit card every month. That is fraudulent and irregular.

      Please investigate the above and refund the over charges so collected to my credit card, under intimation to me. In case you need more information, please contact me on India phone[protected] or mobile: [protected].

      In case it relates to a different department of Reliance, please transfer this message to them accordingly

      Most of the time I do not get the bill from reliance . As a result I cannot pay the bill in time . Last time I went to the Reliance Web World near our house at salt lake, kolkata & asked them for a bill copy . They directly told me that they will not give me any copy of the original bill . But they told me the amount & asked me to pay it . For duplicate bill I send a message through my cell . But till date no response has come from reliance . As far we know that private operations are better than govt. one in west bengal, but reliance seems to be worst than bsnl service . This month also I have not received the bill till date (07/03/09) though the due date may be within 2 to 3 days .
      Cancellation request taken on 8/2/2009. No calls recd as promised within 48 hrs . Set h/O to Chembur Web WORLD. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK

        I am sorry to lodge complaint again & again, but your company representatives of Jamshedpur are not bothered to attend it. This is not the 1st time I am complaining about your Reliance Netconnect Speed. I again beg you to please increase the speed of Reliance netconnect from 05-10kbps to 100-150kbps as assured by your company. In past also I have lodge complaint through your website http://www.rcom.co.in and to your Reliance Communication Office at Sakchi, Jamshedpur and by mobile contact to authorized person of your company from Jamshedpur representative and they had assured me that they are visiting my house for verification and do the needful requirements. But I am again sorry to inform to the reliable concern of Reliance Netconnect that after lodging the complaint again & again. From the date I have lodge the complaint, my Netconnect has been disconnected from your side and I am not able to do my needs from your service. So, I am a frustrated and fed-up from service of Reliance Netconnect. We request you to give the PROPER SERVICE or NOT then take-back your service from my house and refund my money back.

        NOTE : I have returned back the USB netconnect Zte Mg880to the dealer where I have buyed it.

        i was using zte data card .. for which i had to pay 1500 + tax for a month unlimited ..

        U know this company reliance are cheaters even i use to get around hardly 10kbps note kbps ..not KBPS .. shame on reliance ... even the idea in their gprs mobile they provide more 100 kbps for 600 rs . Even the bsnl for 250 +tax monthly unlimited gives .. above 120 kbps ... i use it now .. satisfied .. better tell ur frends not to take reliance. .as . .they only know how to cheat. .. and there is no need to wait . for reliance to increase their speed .. as i have been waiting from since .. 2004 .. and there is amount of 9000 bill peniding for me in reliance i am never gonna pay them . .let they go to hell ...

        I do have the same oppinion about reliance data card. The company executives are cheating us, the customers pretty cleverly. I am also a victim of this fraud and request you people to communicate this matter to some consumer forum. Its the time to stand together against the reliance fraud

            Mobile communication in JK under threat, Govt has banned Prepaid Mobile Services in J&K last Month or so. Now, Planning to ban on PostPaid as well, from unknown resources. The Moblie Companies could not make designs whether they go againest the Govt. policy of banning mobiles or not.
            mobile companies do direct all. if they gives concentrate towards this issue .

              Hi,

              My smart card no is[protected] and my name is Tarun Sharma . I bought your Big TV on September 3, 2008 for 2499 with three months subscription free which was supposed to get expire on 3 December 08 . On 4th Dec 08 I buy the recharge coupons for 400rs and I tell your people that I had a three months subscription which gets expired today so tell me that what do I do and they suggest me to activate standard pack 3 and three top ups . The standard pack 3 is for 175 and the rest of top ups are for 25 each which makes it 175+75=250 and I gave the coupon no and get this thing activated and watch the TV for one more month and now I get SMS that my monthly subscription is for 536rs and I have a negative balance . So I happen to call your customer care people who are not worth even sitting there and they don’t know anything about your BIG TV . When I get angry at them and ask them that Why the hell do I have a negative balance then they tell me that you have not deactivated the premium pack and its still getting charged on your subscription so I asked them that when I gave you recharge coupons, you never told me that I am supposed to deactivate the premium pack and if I don’t do that it gets continued itself in one month lock in period . How the hell a customer is supposed to know all this in this world if your customer care rep won’t tell us . It meant that I am paying double money to watch a single channel . As your premium pack which according to me got expired on 3rd December is also getting charged on my account and I activated the standard pack as well, which means that I paid 286 for premium pack and 250 for the packs which I activated . I am paying 536rs in one month to watch same channels . I am not a fool . On 9th Jan 09 I call back and they tell the me the whole story and premium pack gets cancelled and they said that they have forwarded the complaint and we will get the negative balance settled in 48 hours and no response till today . I call back again in customer care and I have to repeat the same old story and get to talk to one of the supervisor whose name is Renu and she says that no complaint was forwarded and they will forward another complaint and you need to wait for another 48 hours . Now I can’t watch TV because of your foolish customer care reps who don’t have a common sense to let the person know that what should a person do . Please help me understand that where is it my fault that I didn’t request for deactivating it . when I don’t know about the same, how will I request about the same .Tell me why will I pay for premium pack when it is supposed to get expire on 3rd Dec 08 and if it is getting continued is it my fault ???? and for that matter I got my packs activated 4th Dec 08 . The premium pack got deactivated on 9th Jan 09 and I shouldn’t be paying for all this nonsense which is been created by your staff . Please let me know how this will be resolved as I paid 150rs extra last month . If you think that you can’t solve it please let me know so that I can go to consumer forum for the same .

                i have purchased a rel gsm sim. after working for 3 days it has stopped working and showing UNREGISTERED SIM but i have submitted a photograph and a photocopy of my driving license . please into the matter as soon as possible

                  Hi: The greatest blunder I had ever made was to invest in Reliance Mutual Fund. Their customer service is so unprofessional and intentionally take small investors for a ride. I had been complaining to them about a triple entry of SIP in the same month, which is not presented in my statement but reflected in my bank pass book, fell in deaf ears. They had promised me to redress it in 7 days, which has not happened since a year, inspite of repated reminders. This is the worst mutual fund management company, I had ever seen.                   Reliance Mutual Fund — wrong entry and missing form

                  I have applied for Reliance Regular Saving Fund(Balanced)and Reliance Banking FUnd via India Infoline Broker and what happened that i got debited only for reliance regular saving fund(balanced)and still my reliance banking fund application is pending and i have submitted this application on 29th Aug i also sending to you scanned copy of these funds that i allready submitted.
                  In my one folio i two funds generated 1:Reliance regular saving fund(Balanced option)that i applied.2:Reliance regular saving fund(Equity)that i have not applied.
                  And in your persons have not filled proper address that i filled in form attached with this mail so i am not able to got letters and iping also.why this type of negligience made by your employees?????why they ahve not filled the district Ludhiana??????????how i got my letters?????
                  where is my reliance banking form and cheque???????????????????????
                  How you have entered reliance regular saving fund(Equity option)that i have not applied for??????????

                    The money got deducted from my account and refill has not done. I called HDFC bank they said when we receive amount from Reliance we will credit in your account. Then I called Reliance Customer Care and registered a complaint regarding the same and they assured that your problem will be solved within 48 hours, but many days has gone there is no solution. I feel money shold be refunded.

                        Pune and submitted resignation letter and PF form to the respected HR in
                        Pune i.e. Mr Pravin Naik, Rahul Sangore and Manis, Amol Raskar. But still we are not

The person from Reliance Communication are calling us and intimating that your credit limit is over so kindly make the payment. They are making repetitive calls and harrasing us. We said that we are ready to pay but first we want the Invoice Copy of the month. My demand is valid but still they are not accepting it & have disconnected the outbound calls. The number is registered in family member name.

                            Reliance — Non Refund of Security

                            Sir,
                            We have a connection Reliance Landline No.[protected]. We have discontinued the services of this phone since Jan'07, and deposited the set and the charger to the Reliance Web World in Ambala Cantt. At that time, they told us that the security amount will be refunded within 3 months, but now even after 10 months, nothing has been done. Kindly do the needful as they are not giving proper response.

                                    Reliance comuniations have debarred my outgoing calls without specifying the reasons either by way of message or call from customer care and when we make outgoing calls, it says to contect to customer care and when we call at customer care at *333 this no. in engaged all the time.
                                    If we check our status of billing at the billing site then it is also not showing any detail over there of previous payment and also the amount payable and also the reason for debarring the outgoing calls.

                                    Up to one year this no. was under a scheme but now that scheme is over after completion of one year and we are sffering because of non intimation of what to do next.

                                    This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a student of engineeing in Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, my reliance connection number is [protected], of which all the services are debarred from last week due to some I.D. proof problem, that I have Submitted all my particulars i.e. xerox of my driving licence, xerox of being the bonafide student of Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan after that they had debarred my services than I again submitted my original driving licence to the authorized dealer of Reliance and again the bonafide certificate containing my present address also where i am staying in jaipur. For my permanent address i.e. of Ludhiana I have submitted my licence but still they are remarking that bonafide certificate is not enough you have to submit the xerox of your I.D. card issued by the university but the I.D. cards are yet to be issued. In the bonafide certificate it is clearly mentioned both the addresses i.e my permanent address which is of Ludhiana and my Present address which is of Jaipur. Please sir look in to the matter as soon as possible. Thanking you .

                                    this shows the intent of the company to cheat the consumers by resoting declare the consumer to be the cheater one.. This fact while discussion wtih the executive of the customer care who had acted rudely said to me as a fraud. the question is here whether the persob who is intent of having a fraud came to avial your services. Further the my eight years payment schedule can be get from Vodafone as none of the payment till the discontiunance opf services is in deafalt or even late. The wordingf of the person at the outset of the customer is not only hard but the insulting one also cann't be forgiven.
                                    I am at the time very dippressed and assualting my dissicioun by swtiching from vadafone to reliance.on the opinion of the other.                                       I harish sarju sonar residing at kalyan hereby using a reliance prepaid mobile for last 2 months i am having a problem as they at any time with out any actual reason deduct Rs. from my Prepaid A/c.                                       dear, sir/Madam, i have taken a reliance prepaid connection in AP in the month of October 2008, and it was working fine till one week back, suddenly the connection is deactivated, we met the agent, no positive response from him, he says in inquiry they did not find the response, but as am away from station for 10 days, where reliance signal is not available. now i want know why this is happened, whether my personal details(photo, ID proof) are not reached the head office, if this is the case i have to catch the agent, bcz without these they wont give sim, now urgently i required my connction,

                                      no. [protected].on receiving the aforesaid call i learnt that was a
                                      recorded one in which a song was sung. after that i did not bother to
                                      listen more as i am not interested in these things. same day at 8.38
                                      pm (21.11.08 ) i noticed that my balance was shown as rs. 2301- 02
                                      which wasactually rs. 2331-02 on date 20-11-08 around 11.40 pm. i won-
                                      der what happened to the missing amount of rs. 30 when i had not made
                                      any calls nor sent any sms nor subscribed for any caller tunesfrom
                                      my number. as a mature, well educated person i am well aware of your
                                      antics through which you deduct this sort of amount from many numbers
                                      i.e. smart gsm subscribers. i find this act of yours as well-intended
                                      ploy to earn money unscrupulously from unsuspecting consumers .
                                      As a law-abiding indian citizen i am well- aware of my rights . unless
                                      my missing amount of rs. 30 is immediately returned to my account, you
                                      will leave me with no optioons but to seek redressal from competent
                                      authorities.
                                      Further, please do not call my number anymore for advertising or for
                                      similar intentions / activities .

Tried deactivating it...but no response at all...neither at customer care RELAINCE GSM nor fron the number i got the messages (562001).

                                      Kindly take some action as soon as possible...
                                      I Pundlik Paradkar residing at Pandhurna Dist Chhindwara M.P. hereby using a reliance prepaid mobile for last 2 Year i am having a problem last five month without any actual reason deduct Rs.30 per month from my Prepaid A/c. My Mobile No. is [protected].In my mobile my massage section is corrupted no massage is send or received. i had complaint two time complaint no. are 99352078 on 01.06.2009 &[protected].07.2009 the same with there customer care but they are not solve my problem & not back my money. please take quick action.
                                      EVen my prepaid balance was fully wiped off by Reliance towards subscription of some devotional amd masti pack - WHICH I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TOO.

                                      I'm having a connection of reliance mobile vide mobile no.[protected].reliance people has deducted rs.41 from my account on or before 2nd October 2009,which i came to know while i have called to their call centre on *333 no. on 2nd October 2009, they have informed me that the amount is debited to my account by mistake and will be credited within 24 hrs and they have provided me with request/complain no.[protected],but to my surprise the amount is still not credited till 17th October 2009,however i have called them every 10 to 15 times for crediting the same and they have replied me that they have sended my request to the concern department and the amount will get credited to my mobile no.as early as possible, however again on 15th October they have deducted rs.30 from my account without any reasonable reason, while calling them for the same they have told me that the amount is deducted towards some subscribtion but to my best knowledge i have not subscribe for anything,i have made several requests to them but they have not yet credited the amount to my mobile no.

                                      I request you to pls help me out from this situation because if i wish to recharge my account then i'm affraid that they will again deduct from my account. i also request you to pls help me to get my rs.71 back credited to my mobile no.[protected].

                                      Due to above problem i'm not able to make calls since all my amount is debited without any information to me.

                                      pls help me out and also instruct company to pay me rs.10000/- for giving mental stress.

                                      I have perched a relince GSM before One Month. But Yesterday the No has been Deactivated without any reason. Then i called on their No.*333 But they people told me that I have not cofirmed my details. but I have told their verification agent my adderss and alternet No also before 15 days ago.But Now they can not listen me and disconect the phone so many times.and they abuse me also on phone and thretend me for kidnepnapping me.So I think that Relince comunication is one of the biggest fraud company in india.

                                      GSM mobile for last 2 months i am having a problem as my No is Deactivate from my Prepaid Connection. My Mobile No. is [protected]. i had complaint the same with there customercare but there also i didnt get a satisfactory answer and there is no reply for the complaint After that next time customer care no dial *333 but no response this no my call automatic reject. i am use spice dual sim mobile (model no is spice-d88 and second mobile is spice d-88n) these mobiles alredy IMEI no. spice company provide. i am use two sim card use in mobile (tata-indicom & Reliance GSM) but my two mobile set is only tata-indicom sim activate or Reliance GSM sim is automatic disconcted (1-dec-2009) i had registered . pl...see to this matter

                                      Reliance Mobiles — Rs 30 deducted without any reason

                                      I got my mobile no. [protected] recharged yesterday,i.e., on 3rd jan 2011 with Rs 55 topup having reliance gsm connection. I already had Rs 0.37 balance and with recharge i did got main bal as Rs 49.86 and Rs 5.14 as promo balance. So my total main balance sums upto Rs 50.23. I didnot made any calls on 3rd jan and on 4th morning when I checked my balance,Rs30 was deducted from my main balance,without any reason. I called on customer helpline no. but to no avail. Customer care said I have Ganesha special activated on my cell. Thats utter nonsense because on 3rd,I got imy no. refilled at 21:45 and no calls were made and only few msgs exchanged with friends because at same time yesterday I got it recharged with SMS pack of Rs 39. So its useless and I dont understand why they did so. I want my balance to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                      Reliance — Amount Deduction Without any connection

                                      I S .Susheela had booked for a Broadband connection in Reliance Communication and given all my documents with a check of Rupees 2,206.00 and because there is no feasibility of connection i did not get the broadband connection but only the amount is been deducted from my account numbered 9200 (South Indian Bank) Cheque No: 458530 now none of the representatives are giving any response about the money which is been deducted. Please take the necessary action on this case.

                                      Hi there, my name is Prashant Kumar and my reliance mbl no. is [protected]. Today on 18-MAR-2011 Reliance deducted 55 rs from my mbl main balance without any reason...
                                      here is what happened today :----
                                      1) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 10:00am
                                      --- the balance was 58.95 rs..
                                      2) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 8:00pm
                                      --- and the balance was 23.95 rs.
                                      3) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 8:30pm
                                      --- and the balance is 3.95 rs.
                                      can anyone tell me why this happend to me ????
                                      i did'nt called anywhere today i swear to god....

                                      reliance prepaid number — Deduction of amount without any usage

                                      I have puchase a reliance GSM prepaid mobile no. [protected] and i am using it just to receive or to make calls. I have not activate any service on it but the company deducts the money whenever it likes. I ignore the amount for two to three times thinking that may be that are the call charges but last time i charge the mobile with Rs. 30 and i get Rs.24(app.) talktime balance but on the next day company deduct Rs. 20. When I call their customer care number, their customer care representatives always say's that our computers are not working properly you call us after some time. We are unable to give you any information on this matter.

                                        I am Brigendra Gupta using Reliance GSM Sim from last 4 months.My number is [protected].I have got a message from customer care that your service has been disconect while talking with customer care they inform me that your doccuments cant be submit at Reliance office.If my doccuments are not submited there then how i got the service far from last 4 months?I hvae submit the form 3-4 times please activate my sim as early as possible.
