Dear Concern,

I have went to Madhapur Relliance communication strore on Jan 09 2009, asked re-charge card for STD unlimitted free talk time for my reliance mobile [protected]. The executive has recharged with 875/- RSC which is not an full unlimiited free talk time plan. When i went again on Jan 10 2009 to enquire the same, the executive is saying that we have asked for 875/- which is not true.

Mr Jhon, an executive from the same store, is saying that, the executive might have recharged with wrong plan, Apologize for the same, we cannot change the plan and we cannot do nothing more than this.

I was surprised to listen such type of answer and I request to help me in chaning the plan for my recharge card.

    This is regarding a longstanding problem with the Reliance data card [protected] and the subsequent harassment I have been subjected to by the organization and its representatives at all levels for the past 3 months.
    Accumulating pending balance in my PRE-PAID data card and refusal by Reliance to inform me of the accumulating balance and interruption of service at any point before, during or after purchasing the data card. I have lodged a number of customer service complaints, every time customer service representatives instructing me to recharge my account with amounts ranging from 50 rupees to 600 rupees, but refusing flatly to name the actual amount of pending balance and the same problem cropping up despite recharging with the above said amounts. Kindly look into the matter.

    As per Reliance Call Center information, I can recharge my Netconnect Braodband + card through my ICICI Bank. Howver, when I had done the transaction, these people deny having this mode of recharge. I have done this recharge of Rs.1,655.00 on my data card [protected] today morning at 7:30 AM. You are requested to credit back my amount of Rs.1655.00 immediately. The transaction details are as follows:

      it is to inorm you that i am getting so much o[censored]nneccery calls aand promo. meesage from your network, kindly stop this which cause lots of problem at working feild,
      I am receiving almost 35-40 sms and calls of various life insurrance comapanies and other customer services including Reliance daily on my phone number i.e [protected].It disturbs me a lot while I am in my office or attending any meeting or training.Kindly do the needful.

      There should be a reformation of rules and protocols regarding the promotional calls and text messaging : advertisements.
      Every now and then calls and SMS'es relating to some product and service are becoming a nuisance for all the mobile-phone owners.
      If some one is really interested in any service he/she should be allowed to ask for the same.
      But stupid calls like the ones that start an automated music or blabbing voice record are seriously a matter o[censored]nprofessional-ism from the telecom sector mobile companies and need to be addressed on priority."You will loose customers instead of gaining their faith!"
      It proves these companies cant market their brand and are like trying to woo the customers instead. This is certainly going to impact the market in a negative way in near future.

      Hope sensible people in our country will take initiative to make this country to create a mark on the globe by exercising fairer proffesionalism.

        Dear sir,

        honestly Reliance is minting money from customers without providing the service. I am using reliance internet for my laptop and they promised me the speed of 100 KBps and i am not getting even 10 percent of the speed. My plan is platinum subscription and paying Rs 1800 including all minting taxes.This is insane and frustrating to see such corporate deceiving customers. kindly look into this
        matter.I earnestly request public not to invest in this company.thanking you.

        u might b using CDMA 1x datacard, i recommend u to go for High Speed Datacard(HSD), bcz in 1x, max speed u can get is 144kbps. in HSD, max theorotical speed is 3.1Mbps, but on average u get 500-800 kbps. its better, even no problem in video streaming.

          I HAVE 2 NOS OF RELIANCE SMART IN MP AND CG CIRCLE IN UJJAIN THE NOS ARE [protected] / [protected] / SINCE MANY DAYS THE NETWORK HAS BEEN VERY WEAK ANT THE CALLS ARE NOT GETTIN CONNECTED.I AM A SMART CUSTOMER SINCE MANY YEARS. I HAD TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS ALWAYS NOT AVAILABLE. ALSO MANY TIMES THE CALL GETS CONNECTED TO ANOTHER IE THE THIRD PERSON.
          SUCH A POOR SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FORM THE COMPANY.
          I AN EMPLOYEE OF A VERY REPUTED BANKING COMPANY. I WANT A REASOLUTION FROM THE COMPANY ELSE ILL COMPLAIN IN TRAI FOR THE SAME.

          your poor network become a great headace for me!!!After 11 pm i cant talk to my reletives living in kota rajisthan...she hav smart connection plz try to improve your network so that we dont have to waste our precious time by repeting one sentense many times becuse o[censored]r poor network... we trust relince communicaton to give a better netwrk rather than other communication company thnks...

              I am useing the reliance net connect card. Suddenly fro last 2 days I am unable to send my mails through outlook express. There is no proble with server. I can send these mails from any other broadband by configuring the outlook express.
              Can anyone will help or guide in this regards.

              I am using reliance netconnect since 4 months, i want to send mails through oracle server for which i need smtp server when searched in net got to know that internet service provider will provide that name...
              when called this reliance cust care, their responce was ridiculous, that person says they dont provide that server name... that service is not available for netconnect user bla bla.. and disconnected the call...
              so reliance cust care solve the problem rather than disconnecting the call...otherwise there will not be customers

                I B.L. Bansal using your Reliiance no. [protected]. I have taken a plan on 19/11/08 of Rs. 770 in which your executive told me that i will get Reliance to Reliance all over India calling free on mobile and i will get the usage of amount Rs. 770 and with that i will get some other tariff also, but according to your new bill generated for this month the amount 770 is only the rental of the plan, I am not getting any usage amount. My bill of this month is of Rs.1818, I will not pay the bill amount till u will not deduct the 770 from this bill.

                        I am holding the corporate Reliance mobile no. My complaint no. is 85079870 and 85175596. I couldn't get the bill on time. One day, I found that my phone is not working. after talking with customer care deptt., I had deposited my bill amt to nearest Reliance Web World on 05/01/1009. But till today (after 3 days), the phone is not working.
                        I am talking with customer care deptt regularly and getting the assurance with complaint no also.
                        Now What should I do?

                          i have two reliance postpaid connection on the name of my agency from feb 2008, but after 7 months in september 2008 my outgoing and incoming calls are barred., there is problem that 15 more postpaid numbers activate on the same name (siaj agency, khera clinic) of mine without any of mine permition and when i knew all this i called the custmar care and told them all the matter and company told me to wait 72 working hours, and after all that time company felt guilty and told me that ur service will start within 24 working hours.but from september to till date[protected] my numbers are still not working and company asked me for a bill near about Rs 24000. and now i have lots of problems my outgoing barred incoming barred and no one is here to help me out on all this matter. please help me on this my numbers are.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Hello I am Rupesh from Midnapore town (WB).
                              I have a Reliance Smart connection (No.[protected]). Last Saturday (25the October) I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 303/- easy recharge for Internet access. That day I got the GPRS setting for my Mobile (Sony Ericsson S500i) from Reliance Smart service against 5.some rupees. But it was not working. When I am going to access Internet from my mobile, it gives an error message “Connection failure. Check settings. If problem persists, please contact your operator for support”. After that several times I have contacted with reliance customer care executive. 4/5 times I got settings for my mobile. But still the problem persists. Then 28th October again I have complained for my problem. My complain no. is 78908338. But till now I have not the remedy against my problem. My Rs. 303 /- gone. I have never seen this type of worst communication service & customer care service. Please help me.

                                Try this, it works for me...

                                If you see the message “check operator services” and have a Nokia mobile with the number 2 in the top left hand corner, this means you are calling from line 2 instead of line 1. To rectify this, simply press and hold down the # (hash) key to alternate back to line 1.

                                  My Reliance prepaid connection is valid till year 2021.How ever when I got Rs.80 recharged online through my bank online transaction I got a talktime of Rs 4 only.When I called up the customer care they spoke to me for good 4o minutes and told me that Rs.80 is a denomination for 14 days validity.
                                  My question is how come is 14th days validity applicable to me when already my connection is valid till 2021.
                                  This is indeed a sad way of cheating people and not providing them exact credit amount and denying to refund the money.
                                  Even when you pay extra amount for your credit or any electric bill the same gets adjusted with the next month's bill.
                                  But not the same happens with the case with RELIANCE.we can no longer rely on Reliance.
                                  They have tried enough to gain customers confidence but in return they have cheated us.

                                  June '09 when I checked my account, to my surprise I
                                  saw that an amount of Rs.30/- had been deducted from my
                                  prepaid account and the balance left show as Rs.69.11.
                                  On 13 June '09 at about 08.30 hrs I called your call
                                  center (*333) and enquired about this and was informed
                                  that Rs.30/- had been deducted for job alert facility.

                                  I was surprised to see when I did not opt for any such
                                  facility nor I sent any SMS to opt for this, how can
                                  you deducted Rs.30/- towards job alert. A complaint was
                                  registered on 13/6/09. Every time when I contacted
                                  your call centre (*333), I have been giving a standard
                                  reply saying that action will be taken to revert back
                                  my money within two hours. Till date no action has been
                                  taken to rectify my problem.

                                  Your inaction leads to believe that some kind of
                                  malpractice is going on.

                                  Please look into this problem immediately and rectify
                                  the mistake and confirm. If you fail to take action on
                                  receipt of this mail, I will be constrained to take
                                  appropriate action against you for which you will be
                                  held response for cost and consequence.

                                  I HAVE TAKEN SMS PACK OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER IN JULY 2011 FOR RS. 39/= BUT DUE TO SOME REASON I HAVE CANCELLED THE ABOVE PACK UNDER INTIMATION TO THE COMPANY AND TAKEN ANOTHER PACK OF RS. 19/= PM IN THE NEXT MONTH ONLY I.E. IN AUGUST 2011. SINCE THE CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE THE COMPANY IS DIRECTLY DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT OF EXISTING AS WELL AS THE PRESENT PACK BY SENDING THE SMS. EVERY TIME/MONTH SINCE LAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS MISTAKE AND TAKING BACK THE REFUND OF RS. 39/= . ON EVERY CALL THE COMPANY IS ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT AND ALSO COMMIT TO PERMANENT DE ACTIVATION OF THE SMS PACK BUT NOT DONE.

                                        i am a customer of reliance prepaid mobile bearing mobile no.[protected]. I had 0 balance since some days, and suddenly two days before i have seen that my bal went in negetive by rs.9 two days ago and when i recharged my mobile yesterday on 30/12/2008 by rc 30 coupon, 9rs were deducted unnessosary. and when i spoke to customer care in this regards he said that some service was activated were i did not told to activate any sort of service. And today on 31/12/2008 9rs were deducted and three messages of entertainment came, were i did not applied for any sort of service. i request the conserned netword to refund back the amount.

                                        absolutely same happened with me @[protected] ... I had 3.5 rs balance ... then one day some music subscription activated on its own ... I lost that 3.5 and in addition to it i could not call anywhere(because it said unsufficient balance on calling) while on *306# it showed Rs 8.77 as balance . After this uncanny incident, when I recharged my mobile with Rs. 25 coupon which promised to give a balance of 20.67 I got only Rs 11.67 .

                                        This is real bad and cannot be expected from Reliance . It has become a misnomer.
                                        Reliance is losing customer trust. I won't advice any of my knowns to use reliance in future.
