Dear Concern,
I have went to Madhapur Relliance communication strore on Jan 09 2009, asked re-charge card for STD unlimitted free talk time for my reliance mobile [protected]. The executive has recharged with 875/- RSC which is not an full unlimiited free talk time plan. When i went again on Jan 10 2009 to enquire the same, the executive is saying that we have asked for 875/- which is not true.
Mr Jhon, an executive from the same store, is saying that, the executive might have recharged with wrong plan, Apologize for the same, we cannot change the plan and we cannot do nothing more than this.
I was surprised to listen such type of answer and I request to help me in chaning the plan for my recharge card.
Reliance prepaid data card — DC not recharged but payment is debited
Dear Sir,As per Reliance Call Center information, I can recharge my Netconnect Braodband + card through my ICICI Bank. Howver, when I had done the transaction, these people deny having this mode of recharge. I have done this recharge of Rs.1,655.00 on my data card [protected] today morning at 7:30 AM. You are requested to credit back my amount of Rs.1655.00 immediately. The transaction details are as follows:
