Mobile Phone not working

I am holding the corporate Reliance mobile no. My complaint no. is 85079870 and 85175596. I couldn't get the bill on time. One day, I found that my phone is not working. after talking with customer care deptt., I had deposited my bill amt to nearest Reliance Web World on 05/01/1009. But till today (after 3 days), the phone is not working.
I am talking with customer care deptt regularly and getting the assurance with complaint...

i have two reliance postpaid connection on the name of my agency from feb 2008, but after 7 months in september 2008 my outgoing and incoming calls are barred., there is problem that 15 more postpaid numbers activate on the same name (siaj agency, khera clinic) of mine without any of mine permition and when i knew all this i called the custmar care and told them all the matter and company told me to wait 72 working hours, and after all that...

Wrong deduction of charges

Today in the morning my account balance was nearly 14 rupees and without making any calls my balance was reducedto negative 1.72,
I got an sms from reliance that R-World brousing is free till 5th January, Then why such a deduction was made.

i am using reliance prepaid no. [protected], i want to lodge a complain against the reliance prepaid service for unnessosary activation of entertainment and other extra services and deduction money. I want to conserned network to deactivate all such services from my mobile and refund the amount as soon as possible....

unnessorry deduction of money

i am a customer of reliance prepaid mobile bearing mobile no.[protected]. I had 0 balance since some days, and suddenly two days before i have seen that my bal went in negetive by rs.9 two days ago and when i recharged my mobile yesterday on 30/12/2008 by rc 30 coupon, 9rs were deducted unnessosary. and when i spoke to customer care in this regards he said that some service was activated were i did not told to activate any sort of service....

non refund of refundable amount

Company involved-- Reliance communication (webworld)
Location---ujjain (MP)

I was carrying reliance WLL phone which i surrendered on 19/10/2007.
As per my final bill i was supposed to get refund of rs 1000 from reliance webworld which they has taken while starting the connection.

even after 4 to 5 followups they are not ready to refund money.

i am having last bill payment receipt...

Suspention of broadband connection without justified reason

Dear Sir,
This is regarding ill-treatment I received from Reliance Broadband team.
Reliance has suspended my broadband connection without giving any information to me, with the reason of non-payment of bill, without sending any bill, or making available online, that too within three days of bill generation with 20 days remaining for the due date.
There is only one point contact, reliance customer care, which is unable...

Service not provided as agreed

I have been using reliance broadband since september 2008. I requested for a 256kbps speed package. Which i did recieve. After a few weeks i upgraded it to 512kbps speed with accoeding to the customer department would give me a download speed of 75kbps per package.
