Respected Sir/Madam,
I had recharged my smart connection number ([protected]), with Rs.303, recharge coupon on 25th jan 2009. Till now i am unable to surf internet. I had complained for to smart customer care on 6th feb, but still i am unable to even connect my handset to internet. It is a 30 days package and already i had lost my 20 days free of cost.

I have Reliance GSM .I have saved the GPRS setings, but when I connect with Web connection does not happens, "Pocket Data Not Available" Message is Shown.
I talked to Customer Care, they got all ma phone Details & My Service request Number is 89706895.
but still now sollution has not been come.5 days are completed.
i have reliance gsm. i have recharged with 39 with weekly pack but after all i have not unable to surf internet... two times i have recharged but no any thing happened, nd i have also talked with customer care but nothing happened plz try 2 solved my problem.. still i have not getting ur setting ..my number is [protected]

i have a gprs free sim (60 days) .at first its work properly, but last 3 days its cant work.
repetedly complaint to reliance cust care, but result is nil.cust care always confirmed me its work between 24 hours, 3 times 24 hrs left still.this is not working .

i suggest to another customer pls dont choose reliance gsm connection for gprs or internet.

it s totaly worthless & cust care service totaly careless, i[censored] choosen then wait for harrashment.

Dear All,

I am totally agree with all of you, i bought the reliance card although i mine airtel was good. They haven't activated any services whenever i call to customer care they told me to get recharged your account till yet i have recharged more the 170 but none is worth full.

Please think before buying it. Its scrap, and be ready for irritation once you buy.
I Want to start GPRS on my moblie but setting not get, plz help me. (Reliance GSM User)

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I was using post paid number [protected] for almost 4-5 years at Patna. Last year I moved to Chennai and on 12-may-2008 I surrendered my connection at your Anna Nagar West Branch after paying the outstanding till date.
    Earlier on 12th of April 2008, I had called up at your customer care toll free number to terminate my number but the same was not done till 12 th of May and i was advised to visit to your web world and pay the final bill and get the connection terminated. I visited your Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai at around 5 pm on 12th May 2008, the final bill was generated by your Web World staff which I paid and a receipt for termination was given to me. I had destroyed my sim card on at the same moment in front of the web world staff.
    Now, almost after 9 months, your web world staff at Patna has started sending collection agents at my Patna home to pay the bill amount against my cell number.
    Fortunately, I still have the receipt of the termination request that was given to me by the Web World on 12th May 2008. Now when I called up at your customer care help center to resolve my issue then they are not able to solve my problem. I have given them all them all the details but still the issue is unresolved.
    The details on the receipt that I have are:
    WOTC/WW ref number : 66943472
    The CAF number is [protected]
    WOTC/WW code: [protected]
    The receipt is duly stamped and signed by your web world executive dated[protected]. Request you to resolve the issue without any further delay. Also request you not to advise me to go to the nearest web world and get it resolved. Going to web world is not easy for me as I am very busy. Please advise your Patna web world not to send collection agent to harass my family members.

    I too have the same experience. I surrendered the phone in 2004, paid all dues the same day, but now I have recieved a legal notice from Reliance for a bill of Rs 3000/-.

    Luckily I have the reciepts with me. What would do if I hd lost it? This nothing but bullying by Reliance.They have the money, and thay do dadagiri with common man. This has to be stopped some how.

    NEVER EVER BECOME A RELIANCE CUSTOMER, unless you like fighting at court.

      From last 20 days there is very poor network or no network problem with RELIANCE GSM
      While in mobile it display full network, but at moment during dialing neither net- work appear nor communication done. An also no network in house and some part of city...

      Due to this neither incoming nor out going call is possible. If any ways it gets connect call is disconnect during call due to no network. Sometimes caller say something but listener unable to listen hte voice clear
      My New Reliance GSM 9699 - ******** in Malad Evershine Nagar is total waste there is no network atall .. reliance GSM Service is the worst service & there customer care is of no use

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I Mr. Prashant Waghole wish to inform you that I have purchased Reliance GSM card on 31st Jan.09 from Ideal Communication which is located in Kalwa Naka, Shivaji Chowk, Kalwa (W), Thane – 400605.

        At the time of purchase of this GSM card the above said dealer told me that you will gate talk time of Rs.10 every day till 90 days & your card will be activated in 48 hours & accordingly you will gate message of activation.

        On 4th Feb.09 at 3.16 pm, I got the message and I made first call to start my validity as stated in message but from 2nd day i.e.5th Feb.09 I am not getting talk time of Rs.10 as stated by dealer at the time of purchase of card, I inform the above said dealer about this problem he said he will look in to matter and will gate this problem solved and I also spoken with reliance customer care but still I am not getting talk time. I have contact the above dealer 4 to 5 times and sent mail 2 times on [protected]@relianceada.com but not getting any reply.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        Reliance the Unreliable.
        I have very bad experiences with GSM services. I rearly any signal at Parottukonam with in city limits, Thiruvananthapuram after 8.30 am, Kerala.

          Dear sir

          i am regularly paying the bills, but reliance has got regularly practicing every 3 months they dont send
          bills and they add in the next bill which shows suddenly twice the amount, your customer service persons
          after taking complaints they dont honour the your clients problem . recently during the month october
          somebody came to my house when i am leaving to station and demanding to pay the money i told him
          that i didnot reced the bill, asked himto bring the duplicate bill and take the money. since i was in hurry
          to go to station. when i returned i noticed my line got disconnected is this the way you treat your clients

          i am sorry to say that after disconected the line why still bills are coming? even today i am willing to
          pay whatever if any bill pending before disconnection takes place. Mydeposit amount Rs.1000/- with you.
          I am ready to settle the bills if really pending, till to day your custome care didi not approach me

          There is no point in sending bills when it is already disconnected. kindly refund the deposit the amount

            Hi friends.
            i m a postpaid customer of reliance gsm in assam region...and i feel reliance give a worst network in this region...even in guwahati..they gives poor quality service, ...
            i hv a 440 plan of reliance...but they cut my charges to call to reliance gsm number...
            i complaints several times but no action has been taken by the company..
            i think reliance is very bad in assam and NE.

            Reliance GSM Connection — worst network service

            my reliance network is one of the worst connection in world, no coverage, no proper sms service, sms is sening failed or pening most of the time, my no is [protected]

            Reliance GSM — Worst network I had ever seen in my life

            Hi,

            I am using relaince GSM in Bangalore. There will be always some network problems with the RIM GSM services.It gets disconnected while using local transport and sometimes there wont be any network at all.My office is located near to ITPL the network is completely dead for the entire day it happend many times.I desperately want to shift to another service provider but only problem is number will get changed.Customer care is also too pathetic it wont connect first of all even if it gets connected they simply say there is some probelm.

            Final conclusion: WORST NETWORK THAT I HAD EVER SEEN TILL NOW.

            I suggest not to get attracted for the offers as it had worst network as well worst customer care.

            Instead of spending money for Hrithik if they spend that money on network they no need to give high buget advertisements.
            Reliance is the worst telecom network in the whole world, i reckon. Not even in telecom dept., but also reliance internet(coz i ve experienced only these 2 of reliance products, i m sure rest of the reliance products r of the worst lowest quality). When i used to have reliance internet, there were all sorts of problems with its speed, quality, customer care service and back up solutions, and when i disconnect reliance internet, they charged soo much extra money from me by sending warrant at my home, when already i had returned them everything with their wires and modem and phone which they were claiming to be absolutely free at the start. Then i had 2 pay extra money for the modem and phone too. And now i ve a reliance gsm no along with a hutch no. Now i wont even suggest reliance to my enemy, coz if i ve to call my enemy and abuse him, i wont be able to reach him on his phone coz of reliance bad network. Reliance customers have to face problems with bad network, day in and day out, even though i m living in Chandigarh, which is a well developed city and where u dont have to face these type of basic problems. I Wonder what it would be like in rural areas or backward areas, i pity on those people who trusted reliance and spent their valuable money on this network.

            Indeed Reliance GSM is the worst possible network. It has let the business spirit of Dhirubhai Ambani Down.
            I am from Rest of W.B. zone and am suffering from this. I will be changing to some other network in a day or two.

            I absolutely agree with what this Mr. XYZ from Ghazipur city has to say.
            I am from Mumbai - Vasai & let me tell u, i have had the worst ever experience with Reliance network. I have a CDMA # & most o[censored]s in the family has one..Altogether 3 Reliance numbers under one roof now. None works efficiently. Even now while i am typing this message out my Reliance phone's network is down & it says "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" ..DUH!!! ????? what do i do with the friggin emergency calls only?? therez no NETWORK whatsoever. & this keeps happening every now n then...When i go downstairs to the stores to get my balance recharged i have to come back home with disappointment yet again.WHY?? cuz the retailer himself is struggling to get any network bars on his reliance phone so that he can carry out the recharging procedure...WORST SERVICES EVER..BELIEVE ME!!

            We have a farm house at Neral near Matheran & we decided to get a Reliance data card internet but believe me i have never experienced such bad internet service in my whole life. I have been using internet since past decade & more since the 28/56kbps modem times...those were 100times better than the internet service Reliance mobiles r providing today. What more should i say??

            I am totally disappointed in them.. as the saying goes..."NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE" its absolutely APT in Reliance's case.
            reliance network is too slow in many parts of India
            I was using reliance broadband connection in lucknow, it is the worst connection never ever try it and waist if money.

              I am a user of smart gsm service for almost 3 years. My number is [protected] and i live in Kolkata.
              Although i have not applied for any services but my balance is getting deducted by almost Rs.100. The customer care officials are not giving proper response to my complaints and they say that their system reflects that i have applied for the services due to which my balance is deducted constantly.They deny the fact that there can be a problem in the system. I have never applied for any service which is provided to me being a smart number holder.
              Kindly look into the matter.

              I am reliance smart customer, using the connection for more then 2 yrs. Last month all of a certain I found that my balance become negative (Rs. -19). I contacted customer care as well as nodal officer to get the reason befind it. They informed me that they can't give any idea why the balance become negative. I also asked them is there any rental service activated? they informed me nothing was there. more over I have raised the request for Don't call register for more then 2 months back. When I checked my account balance today it shows it is Rs -39 now. Again I talk to customer care, they informed me that some "devotion" service has been activated and it is a paid service. I was surprised to get the information.

              I m your regular customer, .I was a user of pre paid SIM and so I buyied a post paid SIM of SMART due to your good services but recently on 14 oct 2008, I requested to terminate my SMART post paid SIM via

I have been contineously forced to pay the previous 3 monthly bills on the contrary I have not been using the SIM.               I have been using you service since 2003.
              I had been very much satisfied with your srvice.
              But rom last few days the service which you have offered me has compelled me to think about any other srvice provider.
              Sir on 01/09/2009 I was charged Rs. 20 for a scheme called " mere gane ", which you CCE said was aacivated from my side. But, as far as I know I didnt`s activate it. still I was charges. On that day I had words with your senior CCE, at last I told him to please deactivate all the schemes from my no [protected], & he said ok.
              But again on 05/09/2009 I received a message that I have charged Rs 30 for reactivation of pack called "magic pack" I dont understand how is it possible, when i clearly told him to deactivate all the schemes, then how was this scheme on.
              More Importantly There has been somthing programed by your CCE because of which I even cannot talk to CCE regarding this problem.
              Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  Sir,
                  I m using reliance cdma prepaid mobile since last 4 and 1/2 years. My mobile no is [protected].
                  I m resident of Bikaner, Rajasthan.

                  Very recently I got my mobile recharged with Rs. 799 STV for all India R to R free calling, and then I recharged Rs. 45 STV for all India Rs. 1 STD calling. After doing so my Rs. 799 STV got expired. I was not knowing that only 1 STV can be applied at one time. I complained the same matter to Reliance Web World, Rani Bazar, Bikaner, Rajasthan to Mr. Manish but he reacted very rudely to my complaint and shown his negative attitude by denying to do anything.

                  Reliance sends many messages every now and then for making friends, downloading ringtones and many more unwanted messages. But they never send informative messages which could be beneficial for theie customer like me.

                  The consequence of all the matter is that i lost my 799 rupees without any benifit.I m very discontent with the way the company made me fool and the behaviour of their Reliance India Web World's agent.

                  Sir, I will be greatful to you if any compensation will be made for the money I lost and the insult I faced.

                    I have bought GSM sim card from one of the relience offices in Nigdi Pradhikaran area.
                    At first they advertised that sim card is of Rs.25 and you will get Rs.850 worth of talktime.
                    But after booking the sim card they increased the price by Rs.50. I paid that amount and also submitted
                    light bill xerox and licence xerox as the address proof and identity proof. Then the sim card was activated.
                    After 2 to 3 days the sim card was barred on account of not submitting the documents.
                    When I contacted the same Relience office they said that you have to fill the form again.
                    When I asked them to give me the form they said that forms are finished and you have to get them from
                    anywhere else in the market.
                    Now I am not getting the form from anywhere and my sim card is still blocked. My Relience GSM number

                    This is a similar case of what happened with me. Even worse I have submitted the documents for the third time to get my SIM activated. The first time the number was barred i gave them the documents and the SIM was activated but again after 3 days it was barred. Now I have again submitted the document but of no use. The SIM remains Barred.
                    I have bought GSM sim card from one of the relience retailer on 26/08/09 from Moosapeth, Hydrabad (AP).
                    At first they advertised that sim card is of Rs 49/- but "you will have to pay Rs 98 for life time", then after being submitting the the ID proof 5 days later my sim card is still blocked. Now, retailer do not responding and costumer care officer is also not trying to understand my problem. My Relience GSM number

                      I have complained with Reliance customer care about my problem but no respnse is given to me yet.i am not able to sending the sms onto the Reliance own network from my Reliance Mobile.If the Relinace's own network is so bad that the sms send by one Reliance Mobile is not being delivered to another reliance mobile so i am amazed that how Reliance is claiming to be the India's No1 Network.I hope My problem will be resolved if not then i will have to disconnect my all Reliance numbers

                          I am a subscriber of Reliance Post Paid connection no [protected], which i purchased a week before.

                          I have submitted Post paid bill of Relaince Broadnet & Landline as an address proof + my driving license as Identity proof.

                          Now, after a week my connection is not working as my address is not verified.

                          what you want ? Should i take a leave and stay back home for a week to verify that i'm residing over there ?

                          Dont you ppl trust on the person who verified my address previously for reliance, when i have taken internet and landline connection ?

                          Come at my timings from 6 PM to 8 AM, i'll be there.

                          I've taken this reliance number for my business purpose, and i am suffering coz of your stupidity.

                            Recently i have taken data card connectivity from Reliance netconnect i.e on 28-01-09.

                            Itz got activited after 4 working day and it is worked only for 1day after that till now i ahven't get the signals and tht data card is also not decting in my laptop.
                            i have checked with 5 to 6 laptos the same problem i have faced.later i had given it to servicing center and they said itz working fine.But still i'm facing the same problem.

                            For this data card i have paid 2800 which is not usefull at all.

                            The custmour care ppl, they r not responding proplerlly to solve my problem..thy r behaving like thay r working for a low class "C" grade company...

                            taking tthis kind of connection is now use form RELIANCE...

                            I purchased data from Reliance, its commitment is 3.1 mbps. But im receiving less than 6 kbps, not only this that people are not giving proper bill for that, im tracking that guy for bill from 5 months.

                              Hello,
                              I was using a Reliance Wimax connection while I was in Bangalore working for The New Indian Express as a Sub Editor/ Reporter. I bought a Reliance Wimax connection sometime around January 2008 and the connection worked perfectly fine. Around October I had to move to CG for my marriage and so I had to get the connection taken out. So towards October end, I spoke to my dealer, not knowing how to get it disconnected, and she said it can be taken care of and gave me a number to call on. I called that Bangalore customer care number and registered a complaint. I moved to CG during first week of November. Got a call from Bangalore office verifying information and I was told that I would get a call back from concerned department. That didn't happen. Later, I got in touch with the Customer Care Bangalore again and I was asked to speak to their manager, Suresh. I spoke to him, dropped him a message to remind but nothing happened.
                              I again called my Bangalore dealer and she gave me a Mumbai Customer Care number. I called on that number and I was told that there is an outstanding amount and unless I clear that they can't process my request. I cleared the amount and was told that the server was slow and could not take my request for termination. In the long conversation, the customer care person agreed that I wasn't using my services since November and once I clear dues, I will be able to withdraw connection.
                              I again got a bill dater Nov to Jan. The customer care Mumbai tells me that they have no request and only a note saying "Interested in service withdrawal". And was also told that no customer care in Bangalore existed.
                              Am asked to pay till January. Please help!

                                I have been using the reliance ppaid connection for quiet some time now.. right form the start I have been charged extra.. I specified initially that I just want incoming and outgoing and no other service but than I have been charged something or the other every time every month.. I don't know when it will stop..
                                this month it has crossed all limits where I can see the unbilled usage 1400 something which is impossible as i call only on reliance no and ril to ril all over inida is free ..So now either take off the charges right from the start otherwise I am going to discountiue the servies and I won't pay the bill and would sue reliance info com for giving all sorts of troubles to me..

                                  I bought a Reliance postpaid GSM sim on Saturday(31 Oct 2009) from Reliance channel Partner Name ITBL (B-70, Naraina Phase 2) New Delhi.

                                  I would like to tell you about my problem of activation of new postpaid GSM connection and wrong commitment by agent and you authorized channel partner of reliance communication(ITBL) or (Harjase Mobile Mall Pvt.Ltd). I took new postpaid GSM connection (99 rental)on 31st of October, When i received call from this company then the sales agent commit that my connection will activate till 5 pm on 31st Oct but it did not activate but when i call to you authorized channel partner (ITBL)they told me that it will activate on Monday please wait till Monday but again connection did not activate on Monday. I call again (ITBL) cust care no[protected] she told me my connection will activate till tuesday but it did not activate on Tuesday. I call again to Team leader of (ITBL)on this mobile no- [protected]. When i called up at this number then this person told me i will tell u the status with in 15 minutes and i will call u at ur mobile no. But i did not receive even a single call. After waiting 3 hrs i called up that person mobile no but he did not pick my single call he disconnected my call every time. Even i m not getting the proper solution. If this is the service reliance is providing to customer then i dont want to take this new post paid GSM connection. I have paid already 500RS this is the receipt no- 5388, (Date[protected]. If my connection will not activate till Thursday then i will not take this connection and i want my money back otherwise i will go to consumer court and take action against Reliance communication. Even they dont provide me my new reliance GSM no. I am sending receipt copy to you also. They are not picking up the phone also. I want action on this bad and disgusting service by Reliance Partner and its employee and reliance service.

                                  Then I called to reliance channel partner company name ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd, Address is B-70, Naraina Phase 2nd. I told them the verification has been done on Monday[protected] why my number is not activated but they abused me and told me that we will not provide now numbers and we will not refund your 500Rs also and said to me go to hell they said to me like this. I have reliance postpaid gsm sim no with me[protected]). ITBL employee did not allotte me number they told me two no [protected] and [protected]. I selected [protected]. I talked with ITBL back-end Manager name Preeti but she was also rude with me. But till now there is no resolution.

                                    My RELIANCE NETCONNECT num is [protected] from Jan 20 -2009 .This net connection under the RNJ149DATA (swift 40 plan 40 hrs day & 40 hrs night which is doubled for first three months).400 + service tax which i have to pay /month.This is to draw your attention they show me the bill of 13 days i.e., 22 jan - 5 feb 09 Rs. 1274.34. which unexpected because they didn't told me regarding the bill at the time of connection which i am taken from reliance web world kapurthala lucknow. they told me everything about the bill payments except this bill. I have talked to ur representative in Reliance communication dehradun.. reliance web world dehradun at dehradun before that i have talked several time to customer care.. but they not responding, even they don't have information regarding the bill.they making the customers fool at the time of connection by not providing the information regarding the bill.
                                    So I request u to please enquiry into the concerned matter otherwise it will lead
                                    to customer dissatisfaction.It has caused a great inconvenience to me because barred my services &
                                    to pay such a huge amount & that not having not told by any of customer care at the time of connection..

                                      I am Abhijit Mukhopadhyay from Kolkata used Reliance SMART GSM from year 2006. My mobile no. is [protected]. In 24th January 2009, I received a SMS from the service provider that a Service named "Jokes Pack" had been subscribe with my account. I made contact with the customer care and from customer care they assist me to call in a no 51200 and repetedly press 3, 1 for stoping the service, but when I call in that no I here no option for unsubscribe. When I cut the call I saw Rs. 12.00 has been deducted from my account balance. I call back again to the customer care and they registered two complaint. The no.s are 86827737 for unsubsscribe the "Jokes Pack" Service and 86828949 for the balance reduction. After few days I again made contact with the customer care and they again register a complaint, the no. is 87850370. Today(10th february 2009) when I contact with customer care they told me that the money has been refunded in my account, and they register a complaint again to unsubsscribe the Service. But I didn't get any refund or SMS related to said matter. So, pls take a hard action against the company.

After regular follow ups with your executives at Mumbai they informed me about pending payement of Rs 1440/- with due date of 1st July'08. Sir this is to inform you once again that I have already made the payements on 1st July '08 at your Reliance Communication outlet at Chobbat Bazar. Mandi H.P amount 1440/- recipt no. 2002695 STILL YOU ARE CHARGING SURCHARGES OF RS 85/MONTH FROM JULY'08 TILL LATEST BILL OF JAN'09.                                         Subject: COMPLAINT OF BROADBAND This is to bring into your kind notice that; 1. we have made payment of 1440 againt the bill of 1438 for telephone number[protected] on 1st july 2008. inspite of regular follow ups with customer care no updation of the payment was done at the company's end. 2. Thereafter, we recieved the second bill of amount 2365(926 current charges+1438 previous dues).When once again contacted with customer care they assured that our previous dues have been setteled and asked to make the payment of 926 only. But when cross checked with your office before making the payment, the outstanding at our end was still 2365. 3. After regular follow ups for 2 months nothing was done at your end and we recieved the third bill. With previous dues of 1438 still pending.and our services like outgoing calls and broadband services were barred thereafter. 4. On 6th sep'08 we personally contacted Mr. parminder pal singh at billing department at your reliance communication office, phase-1, industrial area, chandigarh, he assured that previous dues of amount 1440 have been updated and your services will be reinstated immediately but only outgoing calls wre activated but broadband services were still not updated. 5. Finally we called Mr. Arun your executive at no. [protected] given by customer care, he assured that services will be reinstated immediately. But till now 9th sep'08 18.26 p.m nothin has been done. Your immediate and positive response is expected.
