DISCONTENT WITH THE PRODUCT

I m using reliance cdma prepaid mobile since last 4 and 1/2 years. My mobile no is [protected].
I m resident of Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Very recently I got my mobile recharged with Rs. 799 STV for all India R to R free calling, and then I recharged Rs. 45 STV for all India Rs. 1 STD calling. After doing so my Rs. 799 STV got expired. I was not knowing that only 1 STV can be applied at one time. I complained...

Sim card is barred.

I have bought GSM sim card from one of the relience offices in Nigdi Pradhikaran area.
At first they advertised that sim card is of Rs.25 and you will get Rs.850 worth of talktime.
But after booking the sim card they increased the price by Rs.50. I paid that amount and also submitted

Bad sms facility

I have complained with Reliance customer care about my problem but no respnse is given to me yet.i am not able to sending the sms onto the Reliance own network from my Reliance Mobile.If the Relinace's own network is so bad that the sms send by one Reliance Mobile is not being delivered to another reliance mobile so i am amazed that how Reliance is claiming to be the India's No1 Network.I hope My problem will be resolved if not...

Error in connection

I am facing a peculiar problem that in our office building since last 3 days we are not able to get connected to any outside number outgoing/incoming and hence we are facing a very accute problem. No signal/Bad service

Recently i have taken data card connectivity from Reliance netconnect i.e on 28-01-09.

Itz got activited after 4 working day and it is worked only for 1day after that till now i ahven't get the signals and tht data card is also not decting in my laptop.
i have checked with 5 to 6 laptos the same problem i have faced.later i had given it to servicing center and they said itz working fine.But still i'm facing...

Fraud excess bill

I have been using the reliance ppaid connection for quiet some time now.. right form the start I have been charged extra.. I have been a subscriber of reliance land line wireless phone for last more than 3 years. From last 6 months, I have been facing problem of disconnectivity of phone at first intance for incoming calls. Activation of the number

My prev. SIM card ([protected]) was locked. So I went to the reliance web world and purchased new SIM card @ 225 Rs. for the same number. The rep told dial *228 after 2 hours and the number will be activated. but the number has not been activated after 24 hours. It can not receive or make call. Means it is dead. What is going with reliance. If i call the cust. care no. it do not connect. How to activate it....
